WCW...The 2008 Return

Recommended Posts

It's June 1st. Superstar Jimi C. holds a press conference for a major announcement. JC: I'm here to announce the return of World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and promises to take WWE's place at the top and has offered written contracts to every wrestler in WWE, as well as their developmental territory, FCW, as well as TNA and ROH. Not only that, but WCW and WWE are at war with each other. Not only that, but WCW also now has a developmental territory...WWE's old developmental territory, Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW). Also in Day 1, WCW has signed some top talent. Sting, Lex Luger, Diamond Dallas Page, Booker T and Scott Steiner have all returned to WCW. Many wrestlers from WWE defected for WCW such as Batista, Shawn Michaels, Tommy Dreamer, Kevin Thorn, Rey Mysterio Jr., Mister Kennedy, MVP, Randy Orton and Gregory Helms. As well as they signed Rob Van Dam and Christian Cage to contracts. WCW also signed young talent such as Hallowicked, Chris Sabin and Joey Ryan. I look forward to a great future with WCW.
