Dojos only affect the randomly generated workers who enter the game, assuming they are set to generate in game AND assuming the database is set to allow new workers to be generated. The prestige of the dojo will have a major effect on the quality of worker generated, with high prestige dojos generating generally better workers than low prestige dojos. Workers that are set in the database can be set to have graduated (or to eventually graduate) from these dojos, but as these workers are already set at a database level, their skills are not affected by the prestige of the dojo. The dojos themselves are not an active part of the game, there is no way for you to interact with them once a game has started. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
