You should be able to hire non wrestlers in spite of their lack of Athleticism. It gives you a warning when you try to hire someone who doesn't fit the mold though. Example: You cannot hire or extend the contract of anybody who is known to have problems with the law / You cannot hire or extend the contract of any wrestler who has less than D- in Basics.
