in the promotion editing screen when selecting weight classes what is "target amount" for?

is it possible to change the region where u are running a show? (does the promotion have to be a certain size to do this?)

is there any way to put someone on a shortlist so u will be notified when they go "on the market"?

do fighters perform better without short notice?

(if u booked a fighter vs TBA 2 months ahead of time and then filled in the TBA the day before would the first fighter have any advantage?)

would rounds decrease/increase recovery time?

(if a guy fights a full 15 minute round vs 3 5 minute rounds would he be ready to fight again faster after 1 vs the other?)

is an associate contract exclusive?

(the other promotions try to outbid you sometimes when u offer someon an associate contract)

and what is the difference between associate non-fighter/exclusive non-fighter

are guys more likely to become popular in their home region/country?

if you move someone down/up in weight and back again is there a chance they will not be as good as they were previously (not as a result of time but the move itself?)

I'll try answering the questions I know the answers to.

the promotion have to be a certain size to do this. (95% sure)

Character -> Worker -> View Profile -> Scout -> Shortlist

(or any combination that brings the 'Scout' screen)

and what is the difference between associate non-fighter/exclusive non-fighter

Page 7 of the help file explains it well:

Exclusive: These contracts mean that the character cannot work for anyone else or walk out on the company. The advantage is that the company does not have to worry about the character working elsewhere, the disadvantage is that the pay will usually need to be higher than the other types.

Standard: This contract means that the character cannot walk out on the company until the deal is complete, but can work elsewhere – albeit only on an Associate deal. The advantages are that the company knows the fighter will not walk out on the deal and also does not have to pay as much as it would for an Exclusive deal, but the disadvantage is that the character may work for other companies and so be unavailable sometimes.

Associate: This is the weakest type of contract; either the company or character can end it at any point without any problems. The advantage is that it is the cheapest type of contract, but the disadvantage is that it offers little in the way of security.

With every type of contract, the character is said to be “on the market” when he enters the final month of the deal or has only one fight remaining. This means that he is free to talk to any company that wishes to negotiate with him, although (with Exclusive or Standard deals) even if he signs for another company he cannot leave his current employers until the deal expires.
