(Rating: <strong>B-</strong>)<br /></li><li>The School of Tradition leader, Eric Tyler, then took on and roundly defeated Hidekazu of Team KOBRA in a match he'd demanded to prove a point. Hidekazu, again, fared well against him, but was eventually put away. Wade brushed him off after suggesting he was just mad that Golden had found someone first.<br /></li><li>After fellow School of Tradition members Freddy Huggins and UK Dragon interfered, Global Tradition were able to put the New Wave away. Try as they might, the Wave just couldn't handle four men at once. DuBois' finisher is a rope-assisted pin? LAME.

(I can think of at least one new Canadian who has two moves better than that...)

Correction, one of DuBois' finishers is a rope-assisted pin, executed in an even more dubious manner than usual. Seriously, it is very dubious. You'd need to see it to understand.

Nah, the DDP is an out-of-the-blue signature rather than a finish. He loves his Model Solution submission rather a lot, but that's not something you clamp on a guy in a rage when you can just roll them up and get the hell out of there.

With one last chance to prove their point before Fight to the Feedback remaining, the TCW roster will be pouring their hearts into the Saturday Night Showcase.

An opening tag team match sees the Machines face off with the Enforcers. Last night Jack Marlowe pushed Rick Law to the limit; armed with a partner, can he do better here tonight?

Eric Tyler takes on Chance Fortune in non-title competition. Fortune has been slipping down the rankings this year but, as always, that's just more incentive to get back to winning ways...

Former Tag Team Champions the New Wave are the latest duo to face off with Generation Omega's Davis Wayne Newton and Frankie Perez. It's been a rocky time for the New Wave of late, but they remain one of the best co-ordinated and most dangerous tag teams around...

Amber Allen has requested match time to prove a point after being left out of the poll for Kate Dangerous' opponent tomorrow night. She'll be pitted against Lauren Easter, who's easily one of the front runners in the division - and the current front runner in the poll - to make her case... if she can.

Technical excellence and airborne innovation meet technical excellence and airborne innovation in our next match; the Stone Brothers go head to head with the unlikely duo of Sean Deeley and the Ultimate Phoenix. New Canadian icon Canadian Elemental was seen borrowing one of Phoenix' moves last night - will we begin to see on an international stage why Ultimate Phoenix has the reputation he's developed?

Jack Bruce takes on Sam Keith in what should be a hard-fought contest next. Bruce's ally, Sammy Bach, dethroned Keith for the Hard-Hitting Championship very, very recently; Bruce may well be looking on this as an opportunity to prove himself... if he can.

And in our main event, two leading lights of the company get ready to go head to head. The only man personally trained by Tommy Cornell will stare down the only man to graduate from the TCW training camp, Wolf Hawkins is up against Aaron Andrews.

All this plus we've been told to expect an announcement - after the assault on Matthew Keith on Tuesday, Greg has been besieged by questions about whether they'll be able to compete or will have to forfeit. Tonight, Greg has promised to address that question.

Prediction Key:

Enforcers vs. Machines

Chance Fortune vs. Eric Tyler w/ Laura Huggins (non-title)

Davis Wayne Newton & Frankie Perez w/ Phil Vibert vs. New Wave

Amber Allen vs. Lauren Easter

Stone Brothers vs. Sean Deeley & Ultimate Phoenix w/ Laura Huggins

Jack Bruce vs. Sam Keith w/ Blonde Bombshell

Aaron Andrews vs. Wolf Hawkins w/ Phil Vibert

Enforcers vs. Machines

Machines aer simply better team

Chance Fortune vs. Eric Tyler w/ Laura Huggins (non-title)

Non-title but only because Fortune haven´t done enough to earn a title shot

Davis Wayne Newton & Frankie Perez w/ Phil Vibert vs. New Wave

New Wave seems to be slightly lost right now with two surprise losses in short time.

Amber Allen vs. Lauren Easter

Easter is possible title challenger Allen isn´t

Stone Brothers vs. Sean Deeley & Ultimate Phoenix w/ Laura Huggins

Might go either way but I haven´t seen enough of Phoenix yet to form a opinion about him.

Jack Bruce vs. Sam Keith w/ Blonde Bombshell

Hard to say here but I think Bruce would gain more from the win

Aaron Andrews vs. Wolf Hawkins w/ Phil Vibert

Draw, this one will go for long time so it won´t be clean match.

Enforcers vs. Machines

The better team and the Enforcers seem a bit directionless outside of being the Syndicates 'Goons'.

Chance Fortune vs. Eric Tyler w/ Laura Huggins (non-title)

Non title for the fact that Fortune is a irrelevant jobber :p

Davis Wayne Newton & Frankie Perez w/ Phil Vibert vs. New Wave

Got to go with Zergon on this one, New Wave have lost their way but I have a feeling that's the angle you're heading with, which is obviously heading somewhere.

Amber Allen vs. Lauren Easter

Easter's more established.

Stone Brothers vs. Sean Deeley & Ultimate Phoenix w/ Laura Huggins

Semi regular pairing over random pairing, UP eats the fall in this one.

Jack Bruce vs. Sam Keith w/ Blonde Bombshell

Keith had his nice run establishing the Hard Hitting Championship, now he's just pretty much there to put over star talent until he decides to hang up the boots.

Aaron Andrews vs. Wolf Hawkins w/ Phil Vibert

Probably won't be clean but I see Hawkins pulling out the win in this one.

Enforcers vs. Machines

The Enforcers have never had the cred to take down the Machines.

Chance Fortune vs. Eric Tyler w/ Laura Huggins (non-title)

JOBBER!

Davis Wayne Newton & Frankie Perez w/ Phil Vibert vs. New Wave

The Wave have been in a bad way lately - but just how bad?

Amber Allen vs. Lauren Easter

Lauren is a PPV championship contender.

Stone Brothers vs. Sean Deeley & Ultimate Phoenix w/ Laura Huggins

Ultimate Phoenix? JOBBER!

Jack Bruce vs. Sam Keith w/ Blonde Bombshell

Interference carries the day.

Aaron Andrews vs. Wolf Hawkins w/ Phil Vibert

I can once again see interference here.

Enforcers vs. Machines

- Hello Jobbers. The Enforcers are above Tooth 'n' Nail (or whatever their name is) but below the excellent Elite express. Those suits don't fit you anymore.

Chance Fortune vs. Eric Tyler w/ Laura Huggins (non-title)

- For reasons inexplicable I mark and mark hard for Chance Fortune, but not even I would pick him for the win here.

Davis Wayne Newton & Frankie Perez w/ Phil Vibert vs. New Wave

- Yup, the New Wave are slumping. Yup, PS has a storyline for them. Know what, they're still the fother mucking New Wave so screw you Vibert!

Amber Allen vs. Lauren Easter

- Coz her lips look less collagen and botox infused. Easter, could have a career in p0rn.

Stone Brothers vs. Sean Deeley & Ultimate Phoenix w/ Laura Huggins

- UP, doing better than Pete up the charts.

Jack Bruce vs. Sam Keith w/ Blonde Bombshell

- I have never liked Jack The Bruce.

Aaron Andrews vs. Wolf Hawkins w/ Phil Vibert

- Sorry Double A, you ain't Wolf, you ain't Arn, you're going to job. I might vote for you though.

Picks while wondering if I was the only guy who voted for Art Reed to challenge Tyler:

Enforcers vs. Machines

What exactly are these dudes enforcing at this point?

Chance Fortune vs. Eric Tyler w/ Laura Huggins (non-title)

Wasn't Fortune kind of on the other side in the old Tyler-Andrews feud? Remember that storyline?

Davis Wayne Newton & Frankie Perez w/ Phil Vibert vs. New Wave

I don't know what's wrong with the New Wave these days, but this is no time to put a spotlight on their troubles. I assume they'll take some focus post-PPV.

Amber Allen vs. Lauren Easter

Easter seals her case. I think I voted for her, but mostly because she's a student of Hell Monkey.

Stone Brothers vs. Sean Deeley & Ultimate Phoenix w/ Laura Huggins

Whenever I hear "Ultimate Phoenix", it makes me thing of a city in Arizona trying way too hard to seem edgy.

Jack Bruce vs. Sam Keith w/ Blonde Bombshell

Sam Keith. Respect.

Aaron Andrews vs. Wolf Hawkins w/ Phil Vibert

No contest. I could see a DQ win for Aaron or a tainted win for Wolf, but I'm saying this dissolves into chaos.

Enforcers vs. Machines

The Enforcers are good, true, but the Machines are better.

Chance Fortune vs. Eric Tyler w/ Laura Huggins (non-title)

Oh Chance. One day you'll get a win.

Davis Wayne Newton & Frankie Perez w/ Phil Vibert vs. New Wave

I'll go for the guys with the program.

Amber Allen vs. Lauren Easter

One of these wrestlers is on a ballot.

Stone Brothers vs. Sean Deeley & Ultimate Phoenix w/ Laura Huggins

Occasional team > random team. Plus Jezza has to pick up a victory from Deeley somewhere.

Jack Bruce vs. Sam Keith w/ Blonde Bombshell

Hard to call, but Keith is gunning for the world title, so...

Aaron Andrews vs. Wolf Hawkins w/ Phil Vibert

Somewhere down the road, this will be a coinflip. Right now, Hawkins is higher up the totem pole.

I can exclusively reveal that you aren't.

Wasn't Fortune kind of on the other side in the old Tyler-Andrews feud? Remember that storyline?

Good memory! Yes, Chance was briefly involved before another of his frequent trips to dev. He's starting to get some decent results, however, so he may be hanging here for a while. I may even bring up his potential tag partner soon...

Easter seals her case. I think I voted for her, but mostly because she's a student of Hell Monkey.

You're actually thinking of Laura Flame there. I do intend to snag her if the game reaches the point where she becomes available; she's doing excellently for me in another game in a tag team with Brooke Tyler.

The Enforcers vs. The Machines

Marlowe holds his own, first of all, and the Enforcers do show the same kind of teamwork the Machines demonstrate.

It's a good match, by and large. But Watson is clearly the weak spot on one side, and the other side doesn't really display a weakness on that kind of level. Anderson gets the duke after ten minutes, laying Marlowe out with the Ammo Dump while Watson can't reach the pin in time.

Chance Fortune vs. Eric Tyler w/ Laura Huggins

Fortune looks to impress here, taking it to Tyler from the start, but he's also in trouble from the off as the veteran has him scouted easily enough.

Still, this has to be one of the best matches Fortune's taken part in, and on the rare occasions he turns the tide, he does some damage. Mostly, however, Tyler overwhelms him and sweeps him along with one heavy hit after another, finishing with the Weight of Tradition brainbuster.

Back in the bowels of Doyle Lane, Rocky Golden works the speedbag, throwing in the occasional forearm shot with the punches. The camera focuses, however, on Rick Law and Chris Rockwell, who approach... somewhat cautiously.

“Rock?” Law asks. Rocky pauses, turning around, and grins. “Hey, guys,” he says. “What's up?”

“The Stephanie thing,” Law says. “You know Lover's going to be going after her to get to you, right?”

Golden nods, and shrugs. “I'm keeping an eye on things,” he says. “And it's not like she doesn't know how to handle herself. But seriously, guys – she's fun. Don't know if either of us figure it's gonna go anywhere, but we're having fun, you know?”

“You know about this before the match?” Rockwell asks curiously. Golden grins.

“Nah,” he says. “You'd have to wrestle her to understand, man. It's just... fun.

“And I'll admit, it's getting to Loverboy. That's got to be a bonus.”

Davis Wayne Newton & Frankie Perez w/ Phil Vibert vs. New Wave

Another entertaining, fast-paced tag match as the Generaton Omega duo get to further strut their stuff and the New Wave, once again, put up an excellent fight but just can't quite get it done; Scout takes a belt-kick to the face to end it.

Eric Tyler emerges on the stage, slow-clapping. Microphone in hand, he smirks at the New Wave.

“Well, well, well, boys,” he says. “Doesn't seem that long ago that the School of Tradition were asking you to join us.

“But it also looks like I should be glad I didn't. Hell, both the teams I got with me have cleaned your clock this month.

“I don't tend to agree with this whole Generation Omega crap about how if you're old enough you were in DaVE you've lost it. But then, I've still got my title. What happened to you guys?

“You ask me, you two need to remember who you used to be exactly.”

http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm75/trenchcoatbrigand/TCW/RickLaw.jpg

My Hero starts playing, and Tyler turns around to find Rick Law in his face. “You know,” Law begins, “I don't agree with Generation Omega either. But Eric, you may not have your title too long.

“I'm the front-runner at the moment, but behind me – and Frankie's opponent, if the polls go the way they have been – is another DaVE guy. And I don't think you could claim this guy's lost it.”

http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm75/trenchcoatbrigand/TCW/FrankiePerez.jpghttp://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm75/trenchcoatbrigand/TCW/EddiePeak.jpg

Frankie Perez, still in the ring, frowns slightly at this. And then Crashing Around You hits and the Bloody-Handed God Eddie Peak emerges, splitting his T-shirt open with his sharpened thumbnail, drawing a thin trickle of blood from his own chest as he does so.

“Might not be either of us,” Law says as Peak grins at Perez. “The fans could change it in an instant.

“But you'd better be ready, both of you, for the fight of your lives, just in case it is.”

Amber Allen vs. Lauren Easter

The fans seem to be slowly waking up to the womens' division in terms of crowd reaction, and while the champ isn't involved there's still more cheers for this one than before.

Amber Allen looks like a great prospect for the future, pushing Easter a lot, but when it comes to it, Easter has a slight power advantage, forcing her up into the air to dump her down with the Solstice Bomb for the victory.

Sean Deeley & Ultimate Phoenix w/ Laura Huggins vs. Stone Brothers

Not a bad little match at all, and the rivalry between Deeley and Jeremy is clearly becoming more than a little personal. Edd and the Phoenix, meanwhile...

Well, Ultimate Phoenix is simply trying to win the match. Edd, as always, appears to be trying to win some bizarre points-based league of his own devising, possibly involving midair breakdancing.

It's still effective as hell, it should be noted, not least because no one's really prepared for anything Edd turns out to be planning at any given time. In this case, he wipes out the Phoenix, allowing his brother to apply the Stone Hold, eyes locked on Deeley, to prove a point to him before Sunday. With Edd in the way, Sean doesn't try to interfere.

http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm75/trenchcoatbrigand/TCW/GregGauge-1.jpg

The big screen comes to life, filled with the face of Greg Keith.

“Easy Riders, I know you've been working on my brother's knee all month.

“I know you did it to prevent him from wrestling in our title defence. I know you've been hoping to hear back from the hospital that there was no way he could rehab his knee in time to be cleared for Sunday.

“I know you're expecting to hear me have to hand the belts back to you.

“I know all that. And I know you've probably heard that Matt's knee is going to keep him from competition this Sunday.

“But there is no way I'm going to give you these belts. There is no way, after we fought for them, we warred for them, bled for them, beat you for them, out thought you for them, that you get them back without a fight.

“And I just cleared something with Mayhem Midden.

“Defending the belts with me this Sunday is going to be Art Reed.” He grins. “Keith trained, Keith tested, Keith respected. And he will hold these belts until Matt can return and fight for them again.”

Jack Bruce vs. Sam Keith w/ Blonde Bombshell

A good, entertaining enough piece of back and forth wrestling ensues, though it wasn't on a par with what either of these men are really capable of.

Bruce begins to dominate after a while, employing the full range of dirty tricks. With Keith on the ropes, however, the crowd begin to cheer. Jack turns around -

http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm75/trenchcoatbrigand/TCW/TroyTornado_nacht6.jpg

and receives a Star Maker for his troubles, Troy Tornado hurtling across the ring to deliver it before rolling clear.

Johnny Bloodstone is shown backstage with the microphone. “Tommy Cornell's castoffs,” he says. “I'd complain, I'd say that's not the sort of thing a champion should be facing, but the fact is they're that good.

“I can't say I'm not going to be challenged. I can't say I'm not in for a tough fight.

“But I fought hard and long, trained just as hard, to become champion. And I did that because it supposedly comes with privileges. Supposedly it makes you the man to beat.

http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm75/trenchcoatbrigand/TCW/Remo.jpghttp://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm75/trenchcoatbrigand/TCW/JoeyMinnesota_alt.jpg

Remo Richardson hits the ring fairly early on, causing some serious chaos before Joey Minnesota arrives to fight him. The two spill out of the ring with Andrews and Hawkins continuing their contest.

It turns pretty even from there. Maybe a slight advantage to Hawkins, maybe not.

Andrews gets a twisting spinebuster out of nowhere, but in delivering it, he drives Hawkins into Sam Sparrow. The ref is down, but so is Hawkins...

Andrews launches himself out of the ring to help a Minnesota that Richardson has thoroughly on the ropes. It's a real step forward – both men together are able to hold Remo down.

http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm75/trenchcoatbrigand/TCW/DavisWayneNewton.jpg

And then Andrews gets dropped from behind; Davis Wayne Newton has hold of Wolf Hawkins' Ticket to the Top briefcase, and it makes a horrendous noise when it impacts with his skull – and then with the skull of Joey Minnesota.

Remo presses Andrews over his head and tosses him back into the ring, between the middle and top rope. Hawkins, having recovered, checks that Sparrow is also surfacing and delivers the Full Moon Rising to an Andrews who has just risen to his knees. The pin follows, and secures the win.

Sorry, chief. Still, in another hour or so I'll be posting the prediction card - none of the usual tcw.com preamble, as the results will be confirmed on the night, but you need some of the info for your predictions, methinks - so you can get in on that.

Out of interest, is Matt's injury legitimate? I'm assuming so right now.

NO HOLDS BARRED MATCH

TCW Hard-Hitting Championship

Sammy Bach © vs. Texas Pete

Pete may not have somebody potentially running interference, but he does have a great promo.

LADDER MATCH

TCW Tag Team Championship

Art Reed & Greg Keith (for the Keith Brothers, ©) w/ Blonde Bombshell vs. Easy Riders w/ Carl Batch

After all the effort and the storyline getting the belts in the first place, I just cannot see them getting hotshotted back, Art Reed or no.

TCW All Action Championship

Frankie Perez © w/ Phil Vibert vs. Eddie Peak

Via shenanigans.

TCW Women's Division

Kate Dangerous © vs. Lauren Easter

I can see it happening soon... just not yet.

Marc DuBois w/ Phil Vibert vs. Ricky Dale Johnson

A couple of things need to upset the Gen Omega balance, and I'm a massive RDJ fan, so I'll pick him to win.

SCRAMBLE MATCH

TCW World Heavyweight Championship

Johnny Bloodstone © w/ Blonde Bombshell vs. Remo Richardson w/ Phil Vibert vs. Sam Keith w/ Blonde Bombshell vs. Tyson Baine

Bloodstone is great. I love Sam Keith but I'm not sure a title reign on him would be such a good thing. Baine, I like, but facts are facs and he's not that good in the ring. Remo... I don't know, it doesn't strike me as 'right'. I have a feeling that the Gen Omega is going to get a world champion, I don't think Remo will be the first one.

SUBMISSION MATCH

Jeremy Stone vs. Sean Deeley w/ Laura Huggins

I think this will 'make' Deeley.

TCW International Championship

Eric Tyler © w/ Laura Huggins vs. Aaron Andrews vs. Rick Law

Law has been so dependable for quite some time now and getting some great ratings too. I think he's a worthy guy for the old man to pass the torch to.

Tommy Cornell vs. Wolf Hawkins w/ Phil Vibert

If there's ANY time that Wolf will go over Cornell, it's now.

NO HOLDS BARRED MATCH

TCW Hard-Hitting Championship

Pete do have a change to win here but i still see Bach as better from these two.

LADDER MATCH

TCW Tag Team Championship

Art Reed & Greg Keith (for the Keith Brothers, ©) w/ Blonde Bombshell vs. Easy Riders w/ Carl Batch

Ladder match favors champs here and it would look quite bad for Reed if his team instantly loses after he replaced Matt.

TCW All Action Championship

Frankie Perez © w/ Phil Vibert vs. Eddie Peak

Vibert´s stable could use a champ in thier ranks and Peak might be little too over for All Action belt.

TCW Women's Division

Kate Dangerous © vs. Lauren Easter

Let´s put someone else in a spotlight for a change as Kate has already fought against most top opponents in women division.

Marc DuBois w/ Phil Vibert vs. Ricky Dale Johnson

DuBois wins via interference/cheating or likely some combination of those two.

SCRAMBLE MATCH

TCW World Heavyweight Championship

Johnny Bloodstone © w/ Blonde Bombshell vs. Remo Richardson w/ Phil Vibert vs. Sam Keith w/ Blonde Bombshell vs. Tyson Baine

I doubt Keith´s changes to get another run with top belt, Baine haven´t done enough lately to earn it and probably don´t need it anyway. Remo is possible but it seems like Wolf and DuBois are above him right now so I just go with Bloodstone retaining here.

SUBMISSION MATCH

Jeremy Stone vs. Sean Deeley w/ Laura Huggins

Deeley gets his big win here

TCW International Championship

Eric Tyler © w/ Laura Huggins vs.Aaron Andrews vs. Rick Law

Tyler has been a decent champ but I never expected him to hold this title all that long and this looks like a good spot to drop the title. The only question is which opponent will get it? I go with Aaron as I think he could use it slightly more that Law who is getting over by having all those A/A* matches.

Tommy Cornell vs. Wolf Hawkins w/ Phil Vibert

This one will very likely continue for some time and i think that Cornell take the first win thanks to his experience.
