OK, but you don't take a hit when firing for disciplinary reasons?

That's generally the only time I will fire someone.

This time my roster was way bloated and wanted to trim it - to keep people from being unhappy.

Based on the fact that I will take a hit of sometime for doing this, I am just going to send some of the workers I don't use that often or workers who aren't very good down to one of my child promotions.

This way it'll eliminate people complaining about not being used and I won't take any hits.

If they're on written contracts and you're paying them anyway, why not just have dark match battle royals? You can get everyone you're not using an appearance, and it's the best way to improve skills as well. Plus, the more jackasses at a show, the better chance one of them will do something dumb and you can can their ass!
