You can add (or modify) moves in the database, and then assign them to your character. So you might take the existing DDT move, make a copy, change the name, and make it more powerful, and your move is ready. You could also alter the skills needed to do it, the impact it has, what position it's from, what damage it does to each part of the body, whether it can be done outside, whether it can cause blood, and much more. As a side note, you can also change your move set during career mode at any point. So if you were against Bruce The Giant, and realised that he was simply too big to hit your DDT on, you could modify your move set to include more finishers that don't rely on weight, such as ankle locks, top rope dives, etc.
