i effin rule
Iron sharpens iron. The best way to build future stars who can work a match and the mic is to have them work with the likes of Joe, Aries, Shinsuke, Balor, etc on a daily basis. If you can't improve working with those guys, then you need to find a new profession.
The_CoC
A diverse roster is the best roster, hell look at NXT some of the best characters are WWE made e.g. Corbin, Wyatts, Graves and Dillinger.

True, but then they jsut waste what they have. Look at Bray, his gimmick is amazing, and they wasted him. He's never going to get a big push again, because they've turned him into a joke. K-Nection
Yeah the WWE "creative" obviously has no idea what to do with the NXT guys that get called up. I really think they should dial back on the TV writers and up the dial on the ex wrestlers in these roles. People that should be main eventing are barely shown if at all on RAW. Especially in this depleted main event scene we should be getting more of Tyler Breeze, Bo Dallas, Heath Slater and Zach Ryder. They need to cut loose some of these guys without a script and it will be money. They need to give them more rope to work with.

Also its hard to build a star when they get injured look at Wade Barrett he almost always gets injured when he starts getting momentum behind a push. No Barrett is not that old but injuries have killed his big opportunities to rebuild his career. I'm not saying that guys like Aries Joe or Nakamura can't be built up into the stars they should be but that being older is a big issue in the WWE and has other affects that are going to probably make them gun shy of them so to speak

Killagy
Really worried about Kevin Owens legitimately after that landing on the ladder. Hope it was planned and he's just selling like a boss. I wonder if the Ryder win was an audible though; if not then HOLY S*** didn't see it coming!

K-Nection
They could get some mileage with the guy if they give him some rope. He is not the best in ring worker but the guy is very entertaining and could really be a solid upper midcarder if fully given the opportunity. Like all the big spots in the match, the officials were in to ask them if they were okay straight away and considering they moved away from Owens' within seconds of surrounding him, I guess he gave them the all clear.
