August Friday week 2 (Woolsey is having a schedule clash (great no referee). I changed the date since I know Saturday would cause clash on Bantom´s schedule but why an earth I didn´t check other companies monthly shows?)

Davey London vs. Wonder Boy

 

Wonder Boy seems very determinate and he takes early control of the match. London gets eventually some offence of his own after a low blow but then London again become too arrogant and starts posing on the crowd instead of finishing the match. London´s arrogance gives W-Boy enough time to recover and finishes London soon after that.

WINNER: Wonder Boy by pinfall E (Nice rating considering the chemistry issues that these two have)

Bantom totally destroys Wonder Boy and he is taken out of the ring on stretchers. Larry questions why Bantom made that attack if he doesn´t believe W-Boy being a tread, while Peterson claims that Bantom is smart by destroying his possible challenger even if that challenger is a long shot. Larry says he think that Bantom is just scared of Wonder boy, but Peterson dismiss the idea saying that Bantom has already beaten W-Boy once. Larry reminds that it was a DQ victory and that Bantom framed W-Boy and cheated the title from him and that Bantom should worry about Jay B and Celtic instead. F+

Stardust vs. Wolfgang Klose vs. Glen Ward

 

Lots of bad blood between these three and since it´s three way match no one isn´t able to take control of the match. Eventually Stardust is able to hit Ward out of the ring but then Klose hits Stardust from behind and puts him down for a three count.

Ian Vinsible vs. Fortius Minimus

 

This match goes same way that most of Minimus matches of late with Minimus stalling and leaving ring all the time and when Vinsible gets tired and start chasing Minimus, Minimus goes to ring and attacks Vinsible when he tries to follow his opponent, thus gaining an advantage which he maintains with illegal moves like thumb in the eye and low blows. Eventually Vinsible is able to take control from Minimus and put him down for a three count.

Three way for the King of Network title (for some reason I seem to always call this title as King of Studio title but it supposed to be King of Network)

Jay B vs. Davey Celtic vs. Beast Bantom

 

Second three way fight this night. Jay B and Celtic seems to have a game plan since they both attack Bantom from the start and double teams him for some time. After Bantom is throw out of the ring Jay B and Celtic quickly turns against each other’s and start chancing punches. Jay B gets the upper hand but Bantom hits back in the ring and uses his power to take control of the match. Soon it turns in a basic three way mess where no one is able to get an upper hand. The end comes when Bantom tries to clothesline Jay B but hits the referee instead after Jay B manages to evade the hit. http://img706.imageshack.us/img706/262/cannonballlogan.jpg & http://img704.imageshack.us/img704/6590/daveylondon.jpg runs in the ring after they saw that the referee is out and hit Jay B and Celtic down. After they destroyed Jay B and Celtic, Logan and London leaves the ring while Bantom wakes the referee and makes an academic pin on Celtic to get a win.

Wow do I really need a referee? Well I actually used Grand avatar as a referee and I got that “crowd is bored with another guest referee” comment. Oddly enough I didn´t get any notes of referee´s quality affecting those matches, guess those matches are bad enough that even someone with no ref skills can do a decent job as referee. As a side note Celtic leaves 21CW so at least I won´t have a schedule clash there. TCW also dropped to regional, what on earth is happening there? They still have most of their starting guys too as far as I can tell they only lost Bayne and Hopkirk and Keith is retired so they should be able to do better than that.

Time to Shine

 

After last months attack Wonder Boy has demanded a tag match against Beast Bantom. ESE´s managment have decited to accept W-Boys request and so W-Boy will team up with Stardust while Glen Ward is Going to be Bantom´s partner. The fighting between London, logan, Celtic and Jay B also continues this month when London will face Jay B while Celtic is going against Logan. The Party Animals will also be in tag action when they face Arthur T.Turtle and Jeff Amazon in a tag match.

Davey London vs. Jay B

 

London starts running his mouth as soon as match starts but Jay B is having none of it and silences London with few punches. London makes a low blow and gains control of this match. Jay B is eventually able to fight back and match becomes quite even until Jay B hits his finisher seemingly out of nowhere and gets a three count. This match was better than most people expected simply because these two seemed to have good chemistry with each others.

Jeff Amazon & Arthur T.Turtle vs. The Party Animals (Trance & Rave)

 

Party Animals start strong when Trance is able to isolate Amazon from Turtle. Trance and Rave keeps their tags short and use double team moves whenever possible. Amazon is able to hang on and eventually make a tag with Turtle. Turtle hits some moves against both members of Party Animals but eventually their number advantage is able to slow Turtle down. Amazon comes to help his tag partner and referee has a full day job to regain control of this match. Party Animals seem to have an upper hand with their tag team experience but they aren´t able to seal the deal. Eventually Turtle manages to get Trance down and he makes the pin while Amazon is able to keep Rave from breaking the pin.

Davey Celtic vs. Cannonball Logan

 

Logan starts this match by insulting Celtic and making fun of his dancing skills. Celtic isn´t too pleased by Logan´s antics and attacks Logan. However Logan is able to use Celtics eagerness as his advantage by evading Celtics clothesline which causes Celtic to hit on the turnbuckle. Logan puts Celtic down and makes a pin but Celtic is able to power himself out of the pin. Match continues as an even bout until Logan removes a cover from the turnbuckle. Logan is able to Irish whip Celtic to that exposed turnbuckle. After that Logan is able to take Celtic out without much of a trouble.

Beast Bantom & Glen Ward vs. Wonder Boy & Stardust

 

Wonder Boy wants to start and motions Bantom to come in ring seemingly eager to get his hands on the elusive champion, but Bantom doesn´t want to have anything to do with W-Boy and so he orders Ward to the ring. Ward doesn´t seem to be happy about this but goes to the ring anyway and starts running his mouth to Wonder Boy and Stardust. W-Boy doesn´t listen Ward´s insults for long and hits him down. W-Boy and Stardust make some quick tags while they keep Ward isolated from his partner. Eventually Ward is able to low blow Stardust and make a tag and now that W-Boy isn´t in the ring Bantom is more than eager to come in and he starts to punish Stardust, seemingly enjoying torturing him while W-Boy watch helplessly on the apron. Bantom runs his mouth to Wonder Boy while continuing to punish Stardust. This could have continued for god knows how far but then Ward makes a blind tag and comes in ring to finish thinks of. Bantom seems angry this turn of events but Ward just arrogantly waves Bantom to go do his corner while he finishes thinks up. Ward takes a little too much time to finish thinks though and Stardust is able to recover enough to tag W-Boy in. Wonder Boy hits Ward down and gestures Bantom to come in as well but Bantom decides to head back stage instead leaving his partner alone in the ring. W-Boy seems annoyed since Bantom evades him once again but he takes some of his frustration on Ward and levels him down and makes a pin for the win.

ESE Eye of the Storm

 

After winning a tag match against Bantom last Wonder Boy and Stardust get an opportunity for King of network title when they face Bantom in a three way match in this months main event. Also ESE authorities have issued than in December Shoudown there will be 6-man elimination match for a King of Network title. In this and next month there will be series of qualifying matches to determinate who will take part of that match. In first qualifying match Celtic & Jay B will fave their rivals London and Logan. Also Wolfgang Klose will face Arthur T.Turtle in another qualifying match. Also in this months show Glen Ward will face Jeff Amazon in singles competition.

Jay B & Davey Celtic vs. Cannonball Logan & Davey London

 

When Jay B and Celtic comes in the ring tonight everyone could see that they take this match very seriously. They seem to be very eager for revenge and both look more serious than before. Logan and London seems more confident with Logan making fun of Celtic´s dance moves again and London doing his usual trash talk which causes Jay B and Celtic to attack against their opponents as soon as they get into a ring. All four men brawl in the ring for some time until referee is finally able to restore order and so this match actually started to remind a tag match and not a free for all brawl. That proved to be short lived however since when Logan tries to pin Celtic, Jay B stops the count by attacking Logan which in turn lures London to attack Jay B and soon we have all four men brawling in a ring again. In the end Logan is able to pin Celtic for a three count while Jay B and London brawls outside of the ring.

Ward seemed very confident at the start of this match and that almost proved costly for him since Amazon was able to take early control and come very close to three count with a roll up. Eventually Ward is able to put Amazon down but he really had to work for get a win here tonight. This match suffered from lack of flow during the middle.

Wolfgang Klose vs. Arthur T.Turtle

 

These two certainly have some history together and both men seemed very eager to fight in this one. Larry reminds the audience that Klose have never beaten Turtle, while Peterson argues that Klose will bring his A game this time since this is his first opportunity for a title shot. Klose manages to get control of the match with thumb in the eye and Turtle seemed to be in big troubles when Klose threw everything he had on him, getting multiple two counts in the process. Eventually Klose seems to get frustrated by not being able to keep Turtle down and tries to brink his hockey stick into a ring. Referee stops him and after an argument referee manages to get stick away from Klose. This argument gave Turtle enough time to recover and he attacks Klose and gets upper hand in this fight. However Klose proves to be able to wither the offence that Turtle throws at him. Eventually Klose is able to fight back and thinks seem to become more even until Turtle manages to kick Klose to his head. Klose drops down and Turtle seals the deal with a top rope frog splash.

Beast Bantom vs. Stardust

 

Larry starts this match by telling that Wonder boy cannot compete tonight after Bantom´s vicious assault earlier in the night. Larry then comments how low Bantom can fall hitting his opponent out before the match while Peterson argues that Bantom is only clever by taking his worst opponent out before the match. Bantom seems pleased of himself and very confident going in the ring but to everyone’s surprise Stardust is able to gain early control with his high flying offence. After a little while Bantom manages to escape the ring and gets to clear his head outside. Stardust follows Bantom outside but Bantom is able to low blow Stardust and then throws him against the ring post several times. Bantom throws Stardust back to ring and follows behind looking frustrated and angry. Stardust seems to be out but Bantom hits a few extra moves before finally making the pin.

WINNER: Beast Bantom by pinfall E (actually better that I expected considering that I have absolutely no faith on Stardust´s skills)

I´m happy with E rating considering that I really didn´t have great matches set to this card (Other than that Klose vs. Turtle that I knew would be getting E+ thanks to their good chemistry).

Unfortunately despite what I said little while ago about continuing this diary I now have to inform that this won´t continue anymore so sorry for anyone who actually readed this one. .

 

Why I quit now? Simple bacause lure of TEW2010 proved too much for me to resist and I rather star a new save than try to convert this for 2010. That said I will write a 0/0/0/0 diary for 2010 so you can still suffer with my horrible writing and booking skills in case you crazy enough to read it:D.
