Since there is no point involved with guessing the identity, I should probably let you know that Matthew Keith is in development with RIPW. Greg Gauge is available but I have held off on going after him specifically.

And congratulations on the t-shirt! It was a hard-fought win as I seemed to have swerved a great many people on the PPV.

[...So another month was cleared and we continue to make a profit. But Sam tells me that our profit this month was not as big as the one we cleared in January. In fact, it went way down. Our Miscellaneous income reduced by nearly $3,000. Ticket sales were also way down but at the same time we were running in areas that we weren't as popular in...]

[...Within the two months that I've been at USPW, I haven't had a moment to myself to really check on the competition. I've been relying on second-hand information from some of the other scouts. I decided today to take a look at a couple of those informative sheets that I received to begin the month of March...]

[...I had just been about to sit down within my apartment and read those sheets when the phone rang. Of course, right? I groaned and moved over, picking up the cellular phone and answering...]

The Masked Avatar

James Justice

"Hey Avatar. How's it going?"

The Masked Avatar

"Just reading over some stuff that I got from our scouts. What can I do for you, James?"

James Justice

"I just got out of the hospital after that little incident at the show last Saturday. I was wondering if you were gonna be needing me on Wednesday."

The Masked Avatar

"No, James, you're good. I do have some plans for you, though. But we need to meet within a private location. I can't have fans associating you with me, of course, given our current status of face and heel. I think you'll like what I have going for you, though."

James Justice

"Alright, dude. Just let me know when and where."

The Masked Avatar

"Give me about an hour? We'll meet at that old coffeehouse and then we can drive over here to my apartment."

James Justice

"I'll see you there."

[...We both hung up and it looked like these sheets were going to have to be put off for another month. I did however see that a couple of wrestlers rejected our approach of them: Robert Oxford, Wolf Hawkins and Brent Hill specifically. They all decided to stay with Tommy...]

Awesome PPV, and great swerve with the hair match!

Freddie Datsun vs. Bryan Holmes

Datsun's treading water until Davids returns so I'm going for Holmes to bounce back.

USPW World Television Title Match: Andre Jones defends vs. Riley McManus

Jones is going to keep the title until a credible challenger appears. Riley may be that champion but as I've never heard of him I wouldn't know!

Brendan Idol vs. Giant Redwood

Redwood cheats for the win. Never been keen on Idol but part of me wonders if Redwood is going to go on an Emily-led losing streak.

Sara Marie York vs. Belle Bryden

Build Belle back up for a title challenge.

USPW World Tag Team Titles Match, Open Challenge Match: The Towers of Power defend vs. ???

Keep the streak going. I'll also go for the Nation as the mystery team.

Chris Caulfield vs. Fumihiro Ota

Did I miss something or are both of these faces? Either way, Caulfield is the stronger. Perhaps a title challenge brewing?

Nicky Champion vs. Tyson Baine

Baine needs the win to remain strong, JJ may make an appearance, though Griffith is most likely to drop in on Champion. I think Champion would gain a lot from a win but I'm not risking predicting it.

I've got to go but if the show isn't up in the morning I'll add my fan signs :D

USPW World Television Title Match: Andre Jones defends vs. Riley McManus

Another challenger down.

Brendan Idol vs. Giant Redwood

As much as I would like to pick Idol (and irk Lexa's nerve :D), I need the prediction points as I missed that last few shows.

Sara Marie York vs. Belle Bryden

Still know little to nothing about the women's division so I will go with the majority vote here.

USPW World Tag Team Titles Match, Open Challenge Match: The Towers of Power defend vs. ???

Usually don't bet against ??? but TP have beaten other challenges so. . .

No Extra Point this time but if you wanna guess the identity of ???, feel free:

Chris Caulfield vs. Fumihiro Ota

The Tommy Dreamer (ecw old school!) of USPW is stronger than Ota.

Nicky Champion vs. Tyson Baine

Baine needs this a little more than Nicky.

[...After my meeting with James, I headed back to my apartment to relax for a little bit. I thought about my time here in USPW and the fact that I hadn't gone out of my way to book myself, much less booking myself to actually win. I have a win over Captain USA but that's about all since my start here in this company. I moved over to my bed and lay down, staring at the ceiling. The next show would be here in Huntsville, at the Fairgrounds, so I and the others who have a home here are able to relax and enjoy the time off between shows. Some wrestlers have to go to house shows this week, though. Those house shows are helping to keep us in the black. We have made money at every show though honestly the new wrestlers we have brought in did not have house shows within their contract because of their pay-per-appearance status. After spending a few moments staring at the cracks within the ceiling, I decided to do something worthwhile and productive. That would be watching the last pay-per-view that TCW had, which was The War To Settle The Score. I had it on DVR so I just turned it on, sat back and began to watch...]

TCW The War To Settle The Score

Sunday Week 4 February 2010

Sammy Bach defeated Robert Oxford

Rick Law defeated Giant Tana to retain the TCW International Title

Charlie Thatcher defeated John Anderson

Danny Fonzarelli defeated Texas Pete

Koshiro Ino defeated Eddie Peak

American Buffalo defeated Chance Fortune

Freddie Huggins defeated Brent Hill

Joey Minnesota defeated Sam Keith

Aaron Andrews defeated Edd Stone to retain the TCW All Action Title

Troy Tornado defeated Bryan Vessey

Ricky Dale Johnson defeated Wolf Hawkins

Rocky Golden defeated Tommy Cornell to retain the TCW World Heavyweight Title

[...My first thought after watching that pay-per-view is that there sure were a lot of matches. Twelve of them by my count. We usually do 7-8 matches on our pay-per-view cards but then Tommy is more focused on the in-ring stuff than we can afford to be with the talent that we have. It's not that we don't have some talented in-ring performers. We have guys like Bryan Holmes and Chris Caulfield, James Justice, etc. but we are more focused on the storytelling aspect than just having the matches to have the matches. They also use a half hour longer than we do. So that definitely helps them. After the show was over, my phone rang again. Such is the life of the booker, right? I picked up the phone without even looking at the caller ID...]

Alicia Strong

"Hey Avatar. How's it going?"

[...I sat up slightly in my bed, having not expected to hear from Alicia today...]

The Masked Avatar

"It's going good. How's it going with you?"

Alicia Strong

"Everything is good. It's slow over here. I wanted to call and ask what you thought about my match last Saturday. Think I'm gonna have what it takes to regain the USPW Women's belt?"

The Masked Avatar

"You know that's up to a lot of different things, Alicia. But I thought the Women's title match was a high spot on the show. That definitely helps your cause for bringing in more women. Speaking of which, I did recently hire another woman for our programming. She used to work in North of the Border and I thought she might be a good asset to use. She goes by April Appleseed."

Alicia Strong

"Victoria? Yeah, she's great but probably not someone I'll be working against any time soon. She'll be brought in as a face, right?"

The Masked Avatar

"That's right. She'll give a challenge to Belle or Sheri."

Alicia Strong

"Listen, there's a few guys that I've been off scouting from shows in places like Puerto Rico, Mexico and Canada. I've got some tapes of them wrestling. Maybe you can come over to my place this afternoon and we can watch some of the tapes together?"

[...I raised my head from the phone so she wouldn't hear me breathing out slowly or my breath catching in the lump in my throat. I took a moment to answer her back...]

Alicia Strong

"...Or not. If you don't want to see them..."

The Masked Avatar

"No, no, that sounds great, Alicia. Just give me a few minutes to tidy up and I'll be over."

Alicia Strong

"Alright, Avatar. I'll see you soon."

[...After we both hung up the phone, I lay back in the bed for a moment, smiling to myself behind the mask. I felt like some little schoolkid or something right now. All I knew was that it was time to hit the shower and head over to the Strong home...]

[...Judging from what Alicia had said, this was going to be a bit of a business meeting so when I arrived at the Strong household I was dressed a little more business than I might have otherwise. I stood at the door for about half a minute trying to decide whether to knock, ring the doorbell or just walk right on in. I decided on the doorbell and waited. After a few moments, the door opened and Alicia was standing on the other side of it, dressed really casually in a pair of sweats and a t-shirt using a towel to dry her hair...]

Alicia Strong

"Hey Avatar. Come on in. I'm gonna put this towel away and I'll meet you in the living room."

[...I stepped inside the home that I'd been in many times before as both a guest and an employee. I watched Alicia move for a few moments before I headed into the living room and sat down on the couch in front of the television set. I looked around for a moment and Alicia walked back in carrying three DVD's. She took a seat beside me on the couch...]

Alicia Strong

"So, like I told you on the phone, I wanted to show you the tapes of three wrestlers who might be good talents for us. These are guys that my Dad would never hire for his company but he is a bit set in his ways. That is one of the reasons that I pushed for you to become the Head Booker with him. I know you can have a bit more of a vision than he has."

[...She pushed for me to replace Shane Sneer? Wow...]

The Masked Avatar

"Thanks, Alicia. I appreciate that. Now, let's see who we've got here."

[...She moved to put the first DVD in...]

Alicia Strong

"Alright. The first man has been working down in Puerto Rico since 2007 but you might remember him having wrestled for Rip when he made his debut. He has also been working dates for Cliff Anderson over in the South West."

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/MainstreamHernandez.jpg

[...The first DVD began and it was of a match between Mainstream Hernandez and Titan for the FCW People's Championship. The match really wasn't all that great in my opinion but look at who he is carrying down there. I sat back for the moment and was silent while I watched the DVD. There was more than one match, of course. The match that really showed his talent was a six man tag team encounter featuring him teaming with Donnie J and Frankie Perez in a losing effort to James Prudence, Masked Cougar and Air Attack Weasel. Once the DVD was over, Alicia looked at me expectantly...]

The Masked Avatar

"He has some talent. I don't know that he is ready to main event any of our cards here in USPW. But he looks like he can definitely sell some, which is always good against our larger guys."

Alicia Strong

"That is mostly what I am looking for here, actually: guys that can sell to lose in squash matches to our top heels."

[...She got up and replaced the DVD with a second one...]

Alicia Strong

"This second DVD is of a guy that has been wrestling down in Mexico. He's only had two matches this year, though."

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/RafaelRuiz.jpg

[...The second DVD is of two six man tag team encounters from OLLIE, both which had Ruiz picking up victories teaming with Swarm I and El Critico. In the first match, the Mexican Pit Bull's team defeated Luis Montero, Gino Montero and Tricolor for the Campeones de Trios title. The second match had that team retaining the title against Luis Montero, Mr. Lucha III and Laberinto Jr. I had to admit that he gave some good ring psychology inside the ring. As the DVD finished, I turned to Alicia...]

The Masked Avatar

"Not bad at all. Decent selling skills, good psychology. A very interesting pickup if he is interested in working dates here in America."

[...Alicia beamed an award winning smile toward me. Then she moved to replace the DVD with a third one...]

Alicia Strong

"Alright. Now, this last guy is from the Great White North up there in Canada. He has only been wrestling for three years now but he was training by Rip here in America."

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/DavisWayneNewton.jpg

[...The tape showed two matches just like the last one and both of these were losses for the wrestler known as Davis Wayne Newton or the Triple Threat. Neither of the matches were particularly good but at the same time they were good for a smaller company like 4C, which is where they were taped. Newton lost to Antonio Del Veccio in a 4C Hardcore Championship match and also lost in tag team action, teaming with Eric Blackley against Rajah and Joe Gilbert. What impressed me the most in those matches, however, was the selling done by Newton. After the video was over, I nodded...]

The Masked Avatar

"It looks like you have brought three interesting wrestlers to the table, Alicia. Are you sure you're not trying to get my job?"

[...We both laughed and Alicia shook her head...]

Alicia Strong

"Just trying to make your job easier, Avatar. The reason I had you come over today is because my Dad's not home right now. If he knew I was showing you these tapes, he'd probably flip since he's not much into the younger generation and all."

The Masked Avatar

"How old are these guys?"

Alicia Strong

"James, or Mainstream, is 24. Rafael is the oldest of the group at 42. Davis is 22. So Dad might approve of Rafael, specifically. But I figured since you are making the hiring and firing decisions that it's your call within my Dad's guidelines, of course."

The Masked Avatar

"Of course."

[...I fell silent for a moment, sitting there and leaning back on the couch. Honestly, I didn't want to leave...]

Alicia Strong

"I'm sure you're busy but would you like to stay and watch a movie or something? This big house can feel awful empty without someone here."

[...I nodded...]

The Masked Avatar

"Sure. As long as I'm not interrupting your afternoon."

[...Alicia shook her head and moved to pick out a movie from the large collection that they have. What a wonderful way to spend the day...]

[...We spent the next several hours watching movies that, of course, I let her pick out. Which meant that I had to sit through movies like The Proposal. Not the typical Masked Avatar movie but the company was very nice. After the last movie, she sat back down on the couch and I slightly turned toward her, smiling through my mask...]

Alicia Strong

"So how long have you worn that thing?"

The Masked Avatar

"My mask? For years. I don't always wear the same exact one of course but I haven't let anyone see me with the mask off since before you were born. There are not many people alive who can honestly say they'd seen me without my mask on and even less who would recognize me today if I went walking around without it on."

Alicia Strong

"Think you'll ever take it off for another person?"

The Masked Avatar

"I don't know. It's been a large part of who I am..."

[...As the conversation began to grow deeper, the sound of the front door opening and closing broke up our words...]

Sam Strong

"Hey. I'm home!"

The Masked Avatar

"Thanks for today, Alicia. I really enjoyed it. I'll see you at the show."

[...She smiled and nodded and I headed toward the door, patting Sam on the back on the way out. I got to my car and sat in the front seat, releasing a huge breath and shaking my head as I pushed all other thoughts out of my mind. I started her up and headed back to my apartment...]

USPW AMERICAN WRESTLING!

Wednesday Week 1 March 2010

Location: Huntsville Fairgrounds (South East)

Attendance: 4,311

Overall Rating: C

TV Rating: 1.23

This show can be considered a success, it should have increased our popularity.

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW_RedWhiteAndBlue.jpg

[The show opens up with a recap from USPW Red, White And Blue. The focus was on the main event where Bruce The Giant dropped Enygma with a Giant Choke Slam and made the cover, winning the USPW World Title belt...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW.jpg

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/BrucetheGiant.jpg

[Wrestling fans, that rumbling beneath your feet is not an earthquake. It's the sound of the brand new USPW World Champion Bruce The Giant coming out and walking toward the ring. Bruce takes his time, eyeing the fans and soaking in their boos all the way down to the ring. He steps inside by stepping over the top rope and he is handed a microphone. Bruce is going to speak???...]

Bruce The Giant

"You fans can boo all you want to but it's not going to change the fact that I am your new USPW World Champion."

[...More boos travel through the crowd! Nobody is happy about that...]

Bruce The Giant

"It shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone though should it? I am the largest athlete in professional wrestling. Enygma? He's just a little runt and not even worthy of my time if he hadn't held this gold. But now that it is around my waist I can move past him and to my rightful place as the longest reigning USPW World Champion. I can..."

[...Bruce is interrupted by the lights dimming. He pauses in his speech and looks around for a moment as spotlights begin to shine through the crowd. After a moment, they find what they are looking for...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/Enygma.jpg

[...Enygma is standing within the crowd! The crowd erupts in cheers as Enygma looks right at Bruce The Giant from the crowd and then begins working his way down from the rafters. The crowd parts like the red sea by security guards and Enygma makes it safely down to the bottom and over the guardrail. Enygma grabs a microphone and slides into the ring. Enygma is gonna talk too...?]

Enygma

"Bruce, the only thing that is for sure about Enygma is that there is nothing for sure. However, there is one thing for sure: I will get my rematch for that title. And I want my rematch at Liberty And Justice!"

[...The crowd explodes in cheers! A rematch at Libert And Justice? Sounds good to me...]

Bruce The Giant

"You really want another piece of me, Enygma? You think you can stand toe to toe with the USPW World Champion? You're on! But, but, but let me give you a little preview of what is going to happen."

[...Bruce drops the microphone and throws a forearm shot -- dodged by Enygma! Enygma throws punches and then bounces off the ropes -- clothesline by Bruce The Giant! The USPW World Champion picks up Enygma -- Giant Headbutt! The crowd boos as Bruce releases and smiles, turning and walking out of the ring, leaving a fallen challenger...]

Match #1

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/FreddieDatsun.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/BryanHolmes.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/CarlBatch.jpg

Freddie Datsun vs. Bryan Holmes

[The opening match of the show featured two veterans of professional wrestling in Datsun and Holmes. Datsun started the match off early and quickly, taking it to Holmes with forearm shots and a sharp DDT in the center of the ring. It was a distraction by Carl Batch, however, that led Holmes to taking over control. Holmes focused forearm shots and nerve pinches on the shoulder and upper back of Datsun. He locked on an STF and the crowd got on their feet, cheering on the American Everyman to make a comeback! Datsun raised his hand -- and grabbed the ropes to make the break...]

[...A few minutes later, Datsun regained control in the match. The American Everyman sent Holmes into the corner chest-first and then picked him up in a human torture rack! The crowd cheered but Holmes managed to wiggle free! Holmes tossed a forearm shot to the back of the head of Datsun and then hooked in the Full Nelson -- Final Impact! Holmes bridges: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Bryan Holmes (Via Pinfall @ 7:35)

Match Rating: C-

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW.jpg

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/DesDavids.jpg

[A video shows much like it did at the pay-per-view showing Des Davids training to make his return to USPW. He runs stadium steps, works the weights and punches the heavy bag. Des Davids will be coming back soon right here to USPW!]

Match #2

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/USPW_TV.jpg

USPW World Television Title Match

Andre Jones defends vs. Riley McManus

[Riley McManus is a slight newcomer to USPW. Actually, he was brought in under a loan deal through MAW. So you can guess about how this match went. Andre Jones, the USPW World Television Champion, was dominant in this bout, much to the chagrin of the crowd. Except of course one member of the crowd, who had a sign up: 'Andre Jones: Current Legend, Future World Champ!' The crowd tried to rally behind McManus a few times but he fell victim to the Blast From The Past and a pinfall by Jones: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Andre Jones (Via Pinfall @ 6:26)

Match Rating: D

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/NickyChampion_jhd.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/JackGriffith.jpg

[The big video screen lit up to show backstage where the announcers were surprised to see Nicky Champion throwing forearm shots to Jack Griffith! Champion definitely seems to have lost it since getting his head shaved at the pay-per-view! Griffith managed to hit Champion with a lamp that was backstage and started throwing things in Champion's way to get away from him! Griffith hit the parking garage and jumped into his car! Champion jumped on top of the car as Griffith backed up. Champion was thrown from the top of the car as Griffith drove off.]

Brendan Idol vs. Giant Redwood

[sQUASH! Brendan Idol was making his debut here tonight but it was a debut against an angry Giant Redwood. Much to really no one's surprise, Redwood took out Idol and shoved off any move that Idol tried to give him, including a dropkick. Redwood lifted Idol and literally threw him into the turnbuckle! He followed in with a big splash in the corner and then a Standing Splash on the mat. He made the cover, hooking the leg: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

[The focus turned toward the announcers as a video played of the heinous attack that Tyson Baine gave to James Justice at Red, White And Blue. It ended with Justice being taken away in an ambulance. [The big video screen lit up to show backstage and the interview area. Standing by were Katie Cameron and The Remarkable Steve Flash.]

Katie Cameron

"Last night, Steve and I came to Red, White And Blue just planning on catching the show since we were not booked. We came as special guests of Captain USA backstage. We saw him put up a valiant effort to wrest the USPW National Title from Peter Valentine and come up just short. Then after the match Valentine had the audacity to attack this legend of our sport. We couldn't just sit back and watch it so Steve and I rushed to the ring to stop the attack. Peter, you are nothing but a low-life. You have proven your true colors time and time again by attacking wrestlers after the bell. Well, at Liberty And Justice, how about you defend that USPW National Title against my man right here: Steve Flash? We can guarantee you that the post-match attack won't be happening after you are pinned at his hands with a Flash and a Bang!"

[The challenge is on! Steve Flash versus Peter Valentine at Liberty And Justice??? Time to head back to the ring...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/SaraMarieYork.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/BelleBryden.jpg

Sara Marie York vs. Belle Bryden

[Our resident woman's match of the night comes to you with fan favorite and girl-next-door Sara Marie York taking on the Belle of the Ball, Belle Bryden. Belle paused by a couple of fans within the audience, both of which were holding signs for her showing how long they've been fans: 'Belle Bryden smells like a fish!' and 'Belle Bryden - Making Fish smell good!' She gave them both a look of contempt and entered the ring. This one was actually a dominant match for Belle throughout most of the encounter. It seemed that no matter what SMY threw at her, she had a counter. York got a small advantage toward the end of the match. She went for the Energy Burst but Bryden got out of the way. She pushed York into the corner and hit her with the Dish of the Day on the rebound! She made the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Belle Bryden (Via Pinfall @ 4:03)

Match Rating: C-

[The big video screen lights up to show 'The Hardcore American' Chris Caulfield sitting up against a wall and looking toward the camera...]

Chris Caulfield

"Last night there are many who say that I vanquished an enemy. I defeated Bryan Holmes in the center of the ring yet tonight here he is again. Here is stepping into the ring with a good friend of mine in Freddie Datsun and defeating him to start up a new winning streak. I cannot accept that. I will NOT accept that. Holmes, I want you in a match at Liberty And Justice. I want the opportunity to beat you to within an inch of your life and make sure that you do not return to USPW or anywhere near a pro wrestling ring. Bryan, they say that I am Hardcore. I am the Hardcore American. At Liberty And Justice, I'm gonna prove it if you're man enough to step into the ring with me. Quote the Hardcore...Nevermore."

[...Chris looks to the camera with intense eyes and we head back to the ring...]

USPW World Tag Team Titles Match

Open Challenge Match

The Towers of Power defend vs. Savage Fury

[The mystery team that accepted the open challenge this week was actually from USPW: Savage Fury. Mick and Danny complained to the official that it's not fair since they wanted teams that are not from USPW but the official allowed it and the match was on for the titles. Savage Fury used the mystery stipulation to get into Danny and Mick's heads early on, literally headbutting them and showing them the strength of the Samoans. Danny and Mick had to exit the ring a few times in the early-goings to consult with manager Shane Sneer...]

[...Once the Towers settled down though they began proving why they are the USPW World Tag Team Champions. They gave some focus to Java in their corner and after a few moments Danny lifted Java on his shoulders and Mick dropped him with a top rope DDT! The DDT seemed to revive Java! Never hit a Samoan in the head! Java hit both Danny and Mick with chops and then tagged in Tribal Warrior! Tribal Warrior clotheslined both Mick and Danny! He stomped away on Danny Rushmore and then stepped back, loading up for the Head Hunter Special, the Running Big Boot! Shane Sneer jumped on the apron and Tribal Warrior saw him! Warrior went charging after him and Sneer jumped down off the apron but still had the referee's attention! Tribal Warrior turned -- low blow kick by Danny Rushmore -- Atomic Boot! Rushmore made the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winners: The Towers of Power (Via Pinfall @ 4:13)

Match Rating: D+

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/CarlBatch.jpg

[The big video screen lights up as things clear within the ring to show Carl Batch chomping on a cigar in the interview area...]

Carl Batch

"Listen, white boy, I heard what you're saying about my man Holmes. You pinned him in the middle of the ring and tonight he's come out here and beaten Freddie Datsun and now you want him in a hardcore environment. What does Holmes have to gain by beating you in a hardcore element? Absolutely nothing. This is USPW. This isn't D.A.V.E. This isn't PSW. This is USPW. But by the same token, if you want someone to meet you in that hardcore environment, I think I can arrange that. At Liberty And Justice, instead of facing Bryan Holmes, you will take on...Tyson Baine. Now suck on that...playa."

[...Carl gave a smile and released some smoke from between his lips as we head to the ring...]

Match #6

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/ChrisCaulfield_alt1.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/FumihiroOta.jpg

Chris Caulfield vs. Fumihiro Ota

[The Hardcore American could not be happy about what Carl Batch had to say and he looked to be in a gloomy mood when he came down to the ring for his match with Ota. The crowd still doesn't know how to respond to Ota, who bows to Caulfield from his corner before the bell sounds. The masked Ota took Caulfield on early and sent him down to the mat with some quick high flying moves. Ota took Caulfield down with a swift kick to the head and then climbed the turnbuckles -- Moonsault! The move connected and Ota made the cover: 1 -- 2 -- kickout...]

[...Ota claimed control for the next few minutes and it looked like he might be dominating this bout. He clamped a sleeperhold on Caulfield but the fans rallied behind the Hardcore American and Caulfield was able to get to his feet and lift Ota over the top rope and drop him to the floor! Caulfield bounced off the ropes and hit a suicide dive through the ropes and onto Ota on the floor! The crowd was shocked as Caulfield got to his feet, pumping his fist to the cheers. One fan held up his sign high at that point: 'Chris Caulfield: Extreme Patriot!' Caulfield rolled Ota back into the ring and dropped him hard with a DDT! He yanked Ota back to his feet and stepped behind him, hooking him -- Danger Drop! Caulfield makes the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Chris Caulfield (Via Pinfall @ 5:47)

Match Rating: C+

[The big video screen lights up to show a split screen as it is main event time! Nicky Champion and Tyson Baine are both headed to the ring in what should be an excellent match!]

Match #7

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/NickyChampion_jhd.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/TysonBaine.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/CarlBatch.jpg

Nicky Champion vs. Tyson Baine

[Neither of these two men are happy though Baine has the definite size advantage and another advantage as Nicky was thrown off the top of a car earlier tonight. But it didn't stop Nicky from gaining the early-edge, surprising Baine with some sharp brawling skills that eventually sent Baine outside the ring to recover with Carl Batch. Baine looked shocked up in the ring just in time to catch a baseball slide kick to the teeth! A very aggressive and bald Nicky Champion rammed Baine's head against the top of the guardrail and bit him! The crowd was shocked at this outburst from Nicky Champion! It had one fan in particular raising his sign to be pro Tyson Baine: 'Bald Nicky will get squashed by Baine!' Nicky tossed Baine into the ring and followed him in. He dropped an elbow and made a cover: 1 -- 2 -- KICKOUT...]

[...A distraction from Carl Batch is what turned things around for Baine. Once Baine had the advantage he was focused on the upper back and spine of Nicky Champion! Baine hit Nicky with a backbreaker and peeled Champion off his knee and to the mat. Baine looked to the crowd for a moment angrily and then bounced off the ropes -- SSSSSSTTTTTTAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLSSSSSS -- DUDE KNEE DROP! Baine mocks the man he took out at the pay-per-view and then makes the cover: 1 -- 2 -- big kickout...]

[...Baine continued his control, tossing Champion outside the ring and joining him! He rammed Champion's head into the guardrail, much as Champion had done his earlier! Then he sent Champion into the steel ring post! Champion swung around and fell to the floor. Baine looked toward him and moved around, clotheslining the back of his head when he got up! Baine tossed Champion into the ring and then hooked him in position for the Danger Drop! Champion reversed the move -- Northern Lights Suplex -- Champion bridges into a pin: 1 -- 2 -- KICKOUT! Champion pulls up to his feet -- and is mowed down by a clothesline by T-Rex! Where did he come from???]

Winner: Nicky Champion (Via Disqualification @ 8:06)

Match Rating: C

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/T-Rex_alt1.jpg

[The Jurassic Power puts the boots to the bald Nicky Champion while the crowd boos! T-Rex locks in the Jurassic Crush! Nicky has nowhere to go! Tyson Baine gets to his feet and slaps the taste out of Nicky's mouth! The crowd boos as Nicky throws his feet out to try to kick Baine but he cannot quite reach him! T-Rex has his elevated Full Nelson in tight and Nicky is starting to fade -- Wait a second -- we've got someone running down the aisle...]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/uspw2/ChrisCaulfield_alt1.jpg

[The Hardcore American hits the ring, chair in hand! He takes Baine down with a chair shot! He turns toward T-Rex and Nicky Champion and T-Rex shoves Champion into Caulfield before exiting the ring so as to avoid a chair shot! Baine joins his partner on the outside and they look with contempt up toward The Hardcore American and Nicky Champion. Folks, we're out of time and we'll see you next week!]
