i started reading this for this first time today and love everything that you are doing. The way Bruce is causing trouble in the Corporation is awesome. Enygma's batman like gimmick is astounding and why the hell has The Tick not won the title yet he is by far my most favorite character of all time now

Thanks for the kind words. I'm trying to stay away from the "usual suspects" when it comes to who I bring in. The Tic was supposed to be a one time squash for Redwood but I ended up loving the little guy. Could a Tic and Enygma alliance be in the future?:eek:

I don´t see Raven taking her title back from Gorgon but she likely wins here by pinning Cherry Bomb

Andre Jones© vs Peter Valentine vs Alicia Strong

Valentine hung back for most of the match as he let Alicia Strong and Andre Jones fight one on one. Realizing what he is up to both Jones and Strong began to double team Valentine. The finish came when Valentine ran out of the ring and snatched Alicia’s National title belt. Alicia had her attention focused on Peter leaving ringside allowing Andre Jones to roll her up for the pinfall.

 

Winner: Andre Jones at 11:55 to retain the Television Title D.

Peter Valentine stands at the top of the entrance ramp hugging the National Championship when Nicky Champion smashes him from behind! Valentine crashes to the floor, the title flies out of his hands! Alicia Strong grabs her belt as she watches Nicky Champion mount Valentine and begin to deliver a flury of punches to Valentines head. Nicky releases Peter and heads backstage. D+

 

 

Backstage Chris Caulfield is in the locker room with Rayne Man.

 

Caulfield:

You were right last week when you told me I was in no condition to fight Tyson Baine. I’m not going to be a hypocrite and tell you not to go through with this match tonight. Just watch your back. You know what kind of man Baine is, you know what he's capable of doing. Be careful.

 

Rayne:

I will. Thanks for everything, Chris.

 

Caulfield:

No problem, kid.

 

Caulfield exits the locker room leaving the rookie alone to ponder over the biggest match of his young career. C-

Snarf makes his in ring debut bringing with him decent techincal skills. Fury worked effectively as a team while Anger was more fearful of his tag partner. Tribal Warrior pinned Anger with the Head Hunter Special when Anger was hesitant to tag in Snarf.

 

Winner: Savage Fury at 7:06 D-

He scans the arena for any sign of Enygma. Caulfield comes down and helps Rayne Man out of the ring. No sign of the “Masked Crusader”. C

 

 

The owner of USPW Sam Strong heads down to the ring. He announces that since Bruce the Giant never pinned James Justice at Red, White, and Blue he is entitled to a rematch. So at Liberty and Justice it will be Bruce the Giant defending the World Championship against James Justice in a Last Man Standing match! C+

The Women’s Champion Gorgon started the match off by dominating J-Ro. She tags in Cherry Bomb which allows J-Ro to fight her way back into the match. Minutes later Gorgon is back in dominating Rodriquez. J-Ro is able to get the hot tag and the former champion cleans house. She hits the Night Faller on Cherry! Gorgon tosses Raven out of the ring! J-Ro tags herself in as Robinson goes over the top rope. J-Ro drop kicks Gorgon off the tope rope. Makes the cover on Bomb 1..2..3.

 

Winner: Joanne Rodriguez and Raven Robinson at 11:59 D+

Jumbo:

I don’t trust him.

 

Sneer:

You trust me, right?

 

They walk to where the others are standing.

 

Bruce:

Fresh start, mate. I’ll prove it tonight. C+

Hugely dissappointing match saw Engyma lock in the Enygma Variation on Jackson. Bruce the Giant enters the ring and kicks Enygma in the back of the head getting Jumbo disqaulified.

Just wanted to say this is a very good attempt for a first diary.

 

Don't get discouraged if you aren't getting a lot of comments or replies, as unfortunately it is easy to get lost in the shuffle of all the good diaries out now, especially several USPW ones. Just keep plugging away and eventually more people will begin to look at it and follow along.

 

My first diary only got 3000 views and I ran it for 6 month real time and 6 yrs game time, but because i stuck with that, I learned a lot about doing diaries and my next one did 10 times better.

 

Welcome to the diary writer club here, and hope you stay around for a long time as I am sure you will have a lot to contribute. :)

Thanks for the advice. I don't really get discouraged when I get no response... for the most part. I just can't see playing TEW without having a story behind what your doing. That's the main reason I started a diary, for myself. The fact that I have a 5 star rating and over 1000 views is just icing on the cake.

 

With so many great diaries out there by established writers I know it will take some time to get the responses. I'm going to just keep plodding along.

No More Television Title....

 

I was successfully able to reach a contract agree with my World Champion Bruce the Giant. The money Sam allowed me to use wasn't quite enough for a written deal but I got him locked into an exclusive p.p.a. deal for 18 more months....without creative control! Whoa!

 

My Television Champion Andre Jones on the other hand, negotiations fell through as he wanted way more than Sam was willing to give for his kind of talent. His contract ends within in the week and I've decided to let the TV title go away with him.

 

Never really a big fan of both National and TV titles floating around the midcard. I have been toying with the idea of having a unified title match but letting the title just disappear with Andre seems to be the easiest route.

World Champion Bruce the Giant vs Nicky Champion (non title)

Non-title usually means champ losing but since Nicky is feuding with Valentine who is in National title picture so I don´t see Nicky going over your main event title holder.

 

Number One Contender Battle Royal:

Belle Bryden vs Raven Robinson vs Cherry Bomb vs J-Ro

I expect Robinson to win here so he can challenge Gordon again

 

Chris Caulfield vs Danny Rushmore

this is more a guess than anything else since I don´t remember how good Rustmore is

 

The Force vs Anger

Anger has a quite bad win loss record so far and since Force is in feud I don´t see Anger winning here either

I'm a little disappointed your dropping the TV title. I'm the opposite of u though I guess and I think a midcard title is a great way to give the younger guys the push they need.

I still have the National title that serves as a midcard belt. I just don't think a cult sized promotion is big enough for two midcard titles. And I was never crazy about the television title name for a championship.

[Thank you for joining us for another episode of American Wrestling. In a moment you will see footage of what took place after we went off the air last week between Tyson Baine and Enygma. Due to the heinous attack by Baine, Enygma will not be here tonight…take a look.]

 

 

Bruce the Giant interferes in Enygma’s match against Jumbo Jackson causing Jumbo to get disqualified. As Bruce and Jumbo leave the ring Tyson Baine enters. Enygma gets to his feet and is met with a huge big boot to the skull! Baine lifts the “Masked Crusader” up by his throat….Hades Bomb!

 

Baine stares down at his victim, then over to the time keeper’s table. He slides out, tosses the keeper down and grabs a steel chair. He lifts Enygma once again, wrapping the steel chair around his neck. He violently drives Enygma and the chair into the canvas! Enygma holds his throat in agonizing pain as Baine looks on satisified. Emergency officials run down to the ring and carry him off on a stretcher. B-

Chris Caulfield vs Danny Rushmore

Chris does a great job of taking a beating for the majority of the match as Rushmore dominated with power. At the end Caulfield began to feed of the crowd’s energy to hit the danger drop for the win.

After the match was over the Towers of Power began to double team Chris. Rayne Man ran down to the ring to even the numbers. A nice brawl ensued before Jumbo Jackson came out and made the sides uneven once again. He and the Towers overwelmed Chris and Rayne allowing the Towers to lay both men out with the Tower of Terror. Backstage where the owner of USPW Sam Strong is walking down the hall.

 

Commissioner Doom stops him.

 

Doom:

Sam, you got a minute? I just wanted to talk about your announcement of the Last Man Standing match between James Justice and Bruce the Giant for the World title at Liberty and Justice.

 

Strong:

What about it?

 

Doom:

Well, it’s just…you kind of went over me head…just a bit.

 

Sam’s posture straightens as he holds his tongue for a moment.

 

Doom:

With all do respect, you made me Commissioner for that very reason. For me to handle the booking while you focused on the business side.

 

Strong:

Well, Commish. If you would do job like your supposed to I wouldn’t have to do it for you. Take a look around this place, the inmates are running the asylum. What Baine did to Enygma was a prime example. You need to start stepping up or you’ll be stepping out.

 

Sam enters his office and closes the door in Commissioner Doom's face. The camera pans to wide and we see The Tic standing next to Doom.

 

 

Doom:

What do you want, maggot!?

 

The Tic:

Actually, arachnid from the lxodoidea family…but Mr. Strong’s right. This place is crawling with thugs, hoods, punks, strong-armers, ruffians, toughies, goons, hooligans, bandits, bruisers, and OUTLAAAWWWWSSSSSS!

 

Doom:

Is that so? Well, I’ll give you an opportunity to do something about that…tonight! If I were you I would find a tag team partner FAST! Because your in a match against the Triple Threat Society…NEXT!! DISMISSED! C

The match far exceded expectations given the popularity of the workers envolved, even with The Tic and Casey’s poor tag team chemistry. Short match that saw TTS quickly dispose of Casey as when Nealy locks in the Honey Trap for the submission victory.

After the match was over Tyson Baine hit the ring and destroyed both The Tic and Bob Casey with the Hades Bombs! He grabs a mic and taunts Enygma, shouting for him to try and stop the carnage. He drops the mic and delivers one more Hades Bomb to both men! D-

 

 

Peter Valentine walked gentley down to the ring wearing a neckbrace. He slowly gets inside, grimacing as he grabs a mic.

 

Valentine:

I just wanted to come out here to tell all my Peter Valentine fans in attendance and sitting at home watching on television. That due to Nicky Champion’s unprovoked and uncalled for attack on me last week, in my best interest, my doctor as not cleared me to wrestle at Liberty and Justice. I begged and pleaded him to allow me to, he just wouldn’t. I’m sorry. I looked forward to thrashing Nicky…that is of course if he makes it through his match tonight against Bruce the Giant. But it’s out of my hands.

 

Valentine drops the mic and begins to exit. He stops as Sam Strong's music hits. Nicky Champion accompanies him to the ring.

(nervously laughs) Yeah, how ironic is that, huh?

 

Strong:

I tell you what, Peter. Next week I’ll have our doctors examine you to see if you are able to perform or not. If you’re lying to me…well, let’s just say you better not be lying. C-

Justice says that he learned his lesson at Red, White, and Blue and has a few guys willing to watch his back. B+

[Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to American Wrestling! We’re only a few days away from Liberty and Justice this Saturday live on pay per view! We have some great matches lined up tonight….]

 

 

Danny Jillefksi and Micky Starr are cut off by the number one contendar to the World title James Justice’s music. The “Dude” heads down to the ring sporting his brand new “Dudester” tie die t-shirt. He grabs a mic.

 

Justice:

Let me take you back to October 2007 when I first arrived here to United States Pro Wrestling. Bruce the Frankenstein was dominating the entire roster, holding the World title for one whole year before I knocked him off. Fast forward to Red, White, and Blue a few years later. February 2010, same scenario, only this time he sneaks away with the belt after getting himself disqualified account of Jumbo Jackson's interference.

 

Like I said before, I blame myself. I’ve learned my lesson and as for this Last Man Standing match at Liberty and Justice I’ve got a couple….

James Justice is enterupted by Bruce the Giant’s music. Shane Sneer leads the Giant along side the Towers of Power down the aisle. Bruce’s World title drapped over his shoulder. He and Justice lock eyes the entire time. The Sneer Corporation stop at the end of the ramp infront of the ring.

 

 

Sneer taunts Justice as he is out numbered 3 to 1. Before they can climb in the ring the Tag Team Champions Des Davids and Freddie Datsun smash the Towers in the back with the tag belts! Sneer and Bruce retreat as the Champs get in the ring and stand beside James Justice!

 

Justice:

What I was trying to tell you sasquatches before you enterupted me was that I found a few dudes willing to watch my back! To make sure that our match this Saturday at Liberty and Justice stays one on one! May the best dude win! C-

Darryl Devine’s music hits as he comes down to the ring dragging Seduction behind him by her hand. He gets in the ring and grabs a mic. He places the microphone to his lips, out of nowhere he hits Seduction with the Devine Intervention(RKO)! He slips out of the ring before The Force can get to him. The Force checks on Seduction as Devine looks on with satisifaction. D+

The inside of the ring looks like a doctor’s office as it’s all dressed up with hospital equipment. Sam Strong, Nicky Champion, and the USPW physician come down to the ring.

 

Sam:

Last week Peter Valentine claimed that due to an attack by Nicky Champion a few weeks ago he had been ordered by his doctor not to compete this Saturday at Liberty and Justice. Well, I brought in Dr. Steven Brown to take a look at you and reiterate because quite frankly…I don’t trust you as far as I can throw you. So come out here and let’s get this over with.

 

Valentine’s music hits as the doc, Sam, and Nicky await Peter’s arrival. A minute goes by and no sign of Valentine. The music stops.

 

Sam:

Come on, Peter.

 

 

After a moment Peter Valentine’s music starts back up and he embarrassingly emerges from the curtain in a hospital gown, still wearing the neck brace.Trying to keep the back flap of the gown closed as he heads down to the ring.

 

Valentine:

Sam, I can’t believe you don’t trust me. After all these years.

 

Sam:

Hop up there on the bed, Peter.

 

Peter jumps on the bed and after a moment of arguing with the doctor he allows the neck brace to be removed. He begins twisting Peter’s neck from side to side. He stops the doctor before any further examinations. Peter grabs the controller that operates the bed and cracks Nicky Champion over the head! Sam grabs a hold of the gown and it comes off in his hand! Valentine runs up the ramp in his red undies with hearts on them, dissappearing backstage. C-

The National Champion Alicia Strong is standing in the center of the ring. Commissioner Doom’s music hits as he comes out holding a microphone. He stops at the top of the ramp.

 

Doom:

Your probably wondering why I called you down to the ring. It seems as though your daddy thinks I’m incapable of performing my duties as commissioner of United States Pro Wrestling! So I figured what better way to prove him wrong then by having the apple of his eye, his beloved daughter defend the National Championship at Liberty and Justice. So Alicia, allow me to introduce you to your opponent at Liberty and Justice..the 7’0, 465lb monster GIANT REDWOOD!!

 

 

Redwood emerges from backstage and stands next to Commissioner Doom. Redwood stares Alicia down…she’s scared. Doom has an evil grin on his face. D-

Backstage we see Chris Caulfield with his protégé Rain Man. Caulfield is talking with him, giving him a few pointers during his matches. Rayne brings up the fact that they have a six man tag team match at Liberty and Justice against Jumbo Jackson and the Towers of Power. Chris says that he hasn’t found a 3rd partner yet but he will. Rayne tells Chris that he knows the perfect guy to team with them. Chris trusts him and gives him permission to bring him in. D+

This time Enygma repels from the rafters right in front of Baine! Tyson throws Ford to the ground and goes after the “Masked Crusader”. He is met with a right hand! Tyson throws one of his own…blocked! Enygma delivers another….then another….then another! Baine is reeling! Enygma begins to lock in the Enygma Variation! The same hold that forced Tyson to tap out at Red, White, and Blue! Baine just barely slips out and wisely exits the ring!

Bruce the Giant/Towers of Power vs James Justice/The People’s Team

Bruce and Justice started the match off. As usual Bruce tagged in Danny Rushmore before the two could engage. The majority of the match Bruce stayed away from Justice as much as possible. Bruce would tag himself in against the People’s Team and tag himself out when Justice got the tag. Which lead to some good heat as the crowd was anxious to see them go at it. The finish came when the ref lost control of the match. The People’s Team engaged Muscles and Bruce allowing Justice to hit the Liberation Slam on Danny Rushmore for the pinfall.

 

Winner: James Justice and The People’s Team at 13:54 D+

Valentine haven´t exactly impressed me so far with his wrestling skills

Enygma seems to have upper hand on their feud so far so the opposite momentum chart points that it´s Baine´s turn to win.

Excellent opening match! The heel teams worked well with eachother keeping the grizzled veteran Freddie Datsun from reaching his tag team partner Des Davids. The finish came when Java tagged himself into the match as DW Rhodes had Datsun subdued in the corner. Rhodes and Java argue. Java hits DW with a right hand. A fight ensues! Datsun sees his opportunity to make the hot tag! Davids cleans house. Datsun hits the Patriot Press on Java! Davids makes the cover!

 

Winner: The People’s Team at 15:18 makes defense #5 C-

Darryl Devine vs The Force

The Force started the match off quickly as he landed a flury of punches as soon as the bell rang. The next several minutes saw The Force flying around the ring like a mad man landing clotheslines, elbows, and shoulder blocks. The youngster weathered the storm and took control of the match by taking The Force to the mat with technical wrestling.

 

Throwing in several dirty tatics that drew some good heat. The finish came when Seduction came down to the ring, got on the apron, and began to argue with Darryl. Drawing her hand back as far as she could and slapping Devine across the face. This allowed The Force to hit the Full Fore for the pinfall.

 

Winner: The Force at 12:18 C-

Jumbo Jackson/Towers of Power vs Chris Caulfield/Rayne Man/Mickey James

Caulfield immediately takes the fight to the man who has beaten him twice in the last few months as he starts thing off with Jumbo. Jumbo makes the quick tag to Muscles to avoid Chris. Muscles takes control of the match with his power. A few quick tags between Muscles and Rushmore kept Caulfield grounded. The next several minutes was Rayne Man facing off against Jumbo Jackson. Jackson had control for the most part.

 

Rayne Man makes the hot tag to Mickey James. "The Dragon" unleashes some devastating kicks to Jumbo and the Towers who illegally get envolved. The finish came when James hits the Scything Side Kick to Jumbo. Caulfield hits the Danger Drop to Mick Muscles for the pinfall.

Ditterich:

James, tonight you will face the 7’6 600lb World Champion Bruce the Giant in a Last Man Standing match. No pinfalls, no submissions, the winner must beat his opponent to the point where he is unable to make the standing ten count. As if his shear size wasn’t advantage enough..the match is no disqualification. What are your thoughts? How do you strategize for a match like this?

 

Justice:

Dude, I’d be lieing to you if I didn’t say that this is the biggest match of my career so far. The numbers game won’t be a problem as my two amigos who successfully defended their tag team titles earlier tonight have my back. But like you said, if 7’6 600lbs wasn’t enough of a hurdle… anything goes. If Frankenstein decides he wants to involve toys…it’s all legal.

 

But if I were him I would avoid doing so because that’s one area where we’re on even ground. And if I have to I’m going to get my hands on a weapon and let’s just say, big tree fall hard. But whether or not we beat the hell out of eachother like a couple of gents or a couple of barbarians…I’ll be standing alone as the referee counts to ten…the new World Champion. Right on!B

Peter Valentine vs Nicky Champion

In what should have been billed as the battle of the inept sellers, Nicky Champion was able to fight through several cheap shots to hit the Hawkeye Hammer for the victory.

 

Winner: Nicky Champion at 11:30 D

After the match Nicky leaves Valentine pouting and crying in the center of the ring. Sam Strong comes out and tries to consol Peter. Sam helps Peter to his feet. Peter hugs Sam’s neck, Sam hugs him back. Sam motions Peter to leave the ring with him, as he turns his back to leave Valentine hammers him in the back of the neck! Sam falls to the ground, Peter mounts Sam and delivers several punches to the head! He lifts Sam to his feet, shouts in his face before hitting the Heartbreaker! Valentine screams at Sam who is out cold in the center of the ring. Officials come down to the ring and chase Valentine off. C-

J-Ro has a solid showing against the larger Champion. She is the first woman to take Gorgon off her feet in USPW. At the end Gorgon was too much as she hit the Hydra Bomb for the pinfall.

 

Winner: Gorgon at 9:15 Makes title defense # 1 C

Their first meeting that ended in a time limit draw.Ending with the second match when Tyson Baine tapped out to the Enygma Variation. B

Enygma vs Tyson Baine

The match started off slowly as both competitors worked toward a big finish. They brawl around the ring for the majority of the match with neither really establishing any dominance. A few rest holds thrown in the middle. Baine takes control toward the end with a few powerful slams and an extremely close near fall.

 

Baine is exhausted. Toward the 18 minute mark Baine hits a thunderous Hades Bomb! Both men are down! Baine slowly crawls over and makes the cover…1…2….KICKOUT!! Baine is frustrated. He lifts Enygma to his feet for another Hades Bomb! Enygma slips out of it, He applies the Enygma Variation! The Enygma Variation, Baine is going to tap! Tyson drags Enygma and gets to the rope. The ref breaks the hold.

 

Both men are on their feet. Baine ferociously whips Enygma into the turnbuckle. Baine charges in with a shoulder block, Enygma lifts his legs and counters with a roll up! He grabs Baine’s leg, Enygma Variation in the center of the ring! Baine has no place to go! He is forced to tap out! Enygma picks up the victory by submission!

 

Winner: Enygma at 19:44 C

After the match is over Enygma is so exhuasted he can barely stand. Out of nowhere T-Rex destroys Enygma with a big boot! He locks in the Jurassic Crunch! Enygma passes out and T-Rex releases the hold. He raises his arms high in the air as the crowd boos. A

James Justice vs Bruce the Giant©w/Shane Sneer

Bruce the Giant beat the holy hell out of James Justice for most of the match getting several counts of 7,8, and 9. Justice not once getting the Giant off his feet for the duration of the match. Frustrated with Justice’s persistance to continue getting up, Bruce grabs a steel chair from ringside. He swings it at Justice’s head who ducks, the chair hits the ropes and bounces back into Bruce’s face! Bruce is stunned.

Justice grabs the chair and rears back to drive it in the Giant’s skull. Jumbo Jackson snatches the chair out of Justice’s hand. Jumbo begins yelling at Bruce before getting toe to toe with the Giant. Shane Sneer looks on from ringside in shock as his top guys are at eachother’s throats. Justice stands by watching the situation boil over and out of nowhere Jackson turns and drills him in the skull with the chair! Bruce has a huge smile on his face as Justice is unable to met the ref’s 10 count!

 

Winner: Bruce the Giant at 20:19 makes title defense #1 B-

 

[Jumbo throws the chair to the ground and leaves the ring! Shane Sneer claps for Jumbo as he grabs the World title and hands it to Bruce. Bruce and Sneer raise their arms in victory as Jumbo heads up the ramp.]
