To be honest, I had some trouble wrapping my head around that one as well. But I did do a logo for it, if anyone wants;

Honestly, if no one claims it........ It could have been me. No telling what I put in as a placeholder when I was medicated. :p

My computer is unable to download your sendspace file. It is telling me there is either a missing or corrupted link.

Also for some odd reason, I am unable to rename your characters. I will try renaming later. Another weird thing is community renders 31, 32, 33, and 34 do not even show up on my screen. Instead I just see the background and nothing else. However, when I click on the picture and hit edit the picture shows up as it should. That must be why I never named them in the first place because for some reason those pictures are screwy on my computer.

it's saying its a zipx file while we are using either regular basic WinZip or WinRar

actually we need to upgrade to at least WinZip 14 to access it.

Yeah you are right, I did not even catch that. I can only download stuff that is in WinZip.

I still can't figure out why I am having such a hard time seeing renders in my render folder. And it is only certain workers (most of the ones that aja made). The really odd thing is they show up as normal in the game itself. Just very odd.

For WinZip you need to upgrade to 14 or 15. :o

The renders? Much easier. Just select them all and hit refresh. :p

Okay this is just a picture pack of the workers in the game. Note there is a good chance that I might have missed some because they have had their name changed or I just overlooked them for one reason or another.

Out of my renders only one that I have found has been missed

Desmond Morgan Jr

http://img198.imageshack.us/img198/5453/desmondmorganjr.jpg

I can't talk for randoms that have been assigned by other people though

Also El Taco Magnifico doesn't line up due to an accent on the first I, so if that gets removed all is good

G.I. Normous doesn't line up as the image is named GI Normous

Ivan Brezhnev Jr. doesn't line up as the image file doesn't (for obvious reasons) have the full stop after the Jr

Thats all I've found :)

I had another look through the thread this morning, and I found a few more changes for the pic folder;

!Community_x81 should be removed as it has been claimed for Nube Oscuras

!Community_x82 !Community_x84 and !Community_x85 were claimed by Fullhouse, but I don't know if he ever assigned them

If anyone sees a character missing, either PM me a picture of the worker or post it in this thread again.

These should be added in for Will Quade (and his masked alt, The Lone Avenger) as they were claimed by BHK1978:

http://i745.photobucket.com/albums/xx100/aja_nyc/TEW%20People/CV%20Randoms/Random07.jpghttp://i745.photobucket.com/albums/xx100/aja_nyc/TEW%20People/CV%20Randoms/Random07A.jpghttp://i745.photobucket.com/albums/xx100/aja_nyc/TEW%20People/CV%20Randoms/Random07B.jpghttp://i745.photobucket.com/albums/xx100/aja_nyc/TEW%20People/CV%20Randoms/Random07C.jpg

Máscara de la Victoria II and Máscara de la Victoria II_alt1 should be replaced with these:

http://i745.photobucket.com/albums/xx100/aja_nyc/TEW%20People/CV%20Randoms/Random119F.jpghttp://i745.photobucket.com/albums/xx100/aja_nyc/TEW%20People/CV%20Randoms/Random119G.jpg

These were posted, but I don't believe they were ever claimed:

http://i745.photobucket.com/albums/xx100/aja_nyc/TEW%20People/CV%20Randoms/Random86.jpghttp://i745.photobucket.com/albums/xx100/aja_nyc/TEW%20People/CV%20Randoms/Random90.jpghttp://i745.photobucket.com/albums/xx100/aja_nyc/TEW%20People/CV%20Randoms/Random90A.jpghttp://i745.photobucket.com/albums/xx100/aja_nyc/TEW%20People/CV%20Randoms/Random91.jpg

Finally, these were claimed by Hellshock, but I don't know if he ever assigned them:

http://i745.photobucket.com/albums/xx100/aja_nyc/TEW%20People/CV%20Randoms/Random32.jpghttp://i745.photobucket.com/albums/xx100/aja_nyc/TEW%20People/CV%20Randoms/Random33.jpghttp://i745.photobucket.com/albums/xx100/aja_nyc/TEW%20People/CV%20Randoms/Random34.jpg

Well, a quick overview is that it is whole new universe with different promotions, different workers and a largely different game world.

In this world the US isn't at all where its at due to the relatively recent near demise of dominant global promotion US-A although there are a lot of regional and lower promotions which a player could try and take to the top

Mexico only has 4 promotions, but 3 of those are cult or higher.

The UK is a bit of a hotbed with a bit of everything including a thriving lucha promotion

Europe is split down the middle with Soviet infulences in the East (imagine WWF in the 80s from a Soviet perspective) and more traditional wrestling in the West (Central Europe is empty of wrestling)

Japan is at the start one of the most stacked areas in the game with the world's #1 & #4 based there. Traditional Japanese strong-style wrestling has been merged with Lucha Libre style to produce an incredibley popular product in Japan. Kokka No Wrestling innovated the style and it has been copied by several other promotions to some extent of another. Japan also boasts the world's first 'Worked MMA' promotion.

Australia is a bit of a desert with 3 promotions. One is a comedy promotion populated by celebs and sporting stars, the other 2 have a more traditional product.

EDIT: OOPS, forgot Canada. 3 promotions in Canada, all entertainment heavy. A national company with a sports entertainment product, its local sized developmental promotion and its only competition, a regional promotion with a more modern product.

I'm sure someone more involved in the data side could have done that better :o Maybe they will :D

The first one I claimed but never assigned yet. The second is Is Maur or something like that in SFB and has been assigned.

The 3 military guys have already been assigned in GLLM.

US - Actually, most of the feds are regional with one or two just up and just down with equal parts aggressive Warlords trying to reach the top and peaceful owners wanting to co-exist.

Canada - Dominated by one company with a handful of others trying gain ground.

Mexico - Is a battle ground between GLLM and MPWA with NELL trying to cut in and TBZ on the edge of breaking out and going under.

UK - Is dominated by SAW but has a few other growing feds in the mix.

Europe - is divided as you said with Central Europe as a no man's land kind of like the Berlin Wall of wrestling. You have two Russian companies vying for control in Eastern Europe and RCW in Southern Europe fueled by Riviera Ryder's Casino Empire.

Australia - Has 3 companies trying to revitalize the Industry after the complete failure of a once dominate fed (similar to US-A's fall but the government forced it to dissolve). These 3 so far peacefully co-exist which seems to be helping, albeit slowly.

Japan - Home of Kokka No Wrestling who must quickly develop new stars as the vast majority of it's roster nears retirement and home to a handful of other feds who utilize its style and some newer styles that are positioned to take over the land with it's already developed younger rosters.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Quite a collection overall with each area at different stages of development and vast differences in possible outcomes.

Speaking just on a few of mine:

I purposefully set each one to have a unique problem to sort out. Even the ones that look like they are sitting on top of the World.

GLLM - With the American style quite popular it is loaded with a balanced roster of young talent that can make or break it. They only have one remaining HUGE superstar in Cazadore.

MPWA - Still riding the American style but is it starting to lose it's flavor? Huge event to occur that may affect it and the other 3 companies.

Kokka No - As was mentioned, the roster that put it on top is aging and most are likely to retire soon.

RCW - Huge financial power to sign the big stars but lacks the reputation to bring them in.

NACPW - Extremely talented roster but needs to spread its influence to gain ground.

CDE - Has a collection of good talent with volatile tempers and a mercenary attitude.

Knew someone could do a better job of that than me ;)

Promotions wise for my part

TLP - #4 in the world with a diverse roster of juniors, luchadores & strong style wrestlers. Trying to bring the fight to Kokka No by having a full time schedule (the only promotion in Japan that doesn't tour) so their TV shows are more than just a weekly round-up and they can connect more with the fans. Things are pretty sweet backstage, Yoshi Takamora & Rudy Santana are pretty good to work for.

NELL - As Hellshock says, NELL are snapping at the heels of the 2 bigger promotions and have tried to emulate the product that is so big in Japan by adding a more modern style to their Lucha Libre. The backstage environment is pretty sour however, with many current workers feeling they could be getting better money with one of the big 2.

FCJ - Fight Club Japan is the world's first worked MMA promotion and it has literally just opened as the game begins. It has an owner and road agent locked in, but the rest is up to the player (or the AI).

Okay this is just a picture pack of the workers in the game. Note there is a good chance that I might have missed some because they have had their name changed or I just overlooked them for one reason or another. I would recommend that you do not place this over your current picture pack, just in case I missed something. Just make a second folder and put these renders in there.

If anyone sees a character missing, either PM me a picture of the worker or post it in this thread again.

I shall work on the logos and other stuff now.

Link to workers picture pack: http://www.sendspace.com/file/ezqlvz

Also, please inform me of any doubles in the picture pack. I have a feeling that there might me some.

Will download and check this out tomorrow. :)

Thanks for the hard work. ^_^

I believe we still are. I think the United States is all set for free agents right now but anywhere else would be fine.

As far as guidelines go, I am not sure if we have any to be honest with you. I guess Kobe could better answer that question.

The stats are going to more or less be done to fit the needs of the database at this point, but any bios/names/histories etc. are fine. As long as a worker isn't a giant (we have enough) then it's cool. ^_^

Hey HS, did you claim these two at one point? Or are they unnamed?

Also, since I totally wasn't paying attention, really digging the collage. Very nice!

That is amazing hellshock!

Some people might look at it and say why does Miss Niki Nitro get to be the centerpiece and a few rationalizations come to mind.

1. Self made this awesome render with a spectacular background.

2. I think most of us agreed she would be a user avatar.

3. Only 2 other avatars even have pics so far.

4. None of them have a background like this. :p

As for everything else surrounding her I just went through the files and grabbed whatever caught my attention.

I don't know if I did or not but I have no plans for them at this time if you wanna run with them. If not I can come up with something down the road. :D

With that Metallic look I could tie them into a few guys but I think I already have enough in the mix with Death Metal.

I have an idea, but I wasn't sure if they were open or not. Just wanted to be sure, before I did something. The few free agents I've made lately are down the road debuts, so I'm trying to get at least one in every region. lol

This guy I've actually been saving to be GLLM's first young guy to breakout and be a serious contender for Cazadore but lost track of him in the rather large files of data that I have. :D

Thats another thing, a good portion of the GLLM roster now have more traditional colorful masks like what you would expect in Lucha Libre. I think in the data everyone else has, the roster is very low on masked talent.
