Just wanted to say a quick hello and let everyone know how Kim and I will be running this little show.

She and I will be co-writing the Impact and PPVs. She's working on real websites through which we'll break some news in-company. We'll also be using PW Insider as a way to give our readers some non-company news whether that's ratings, rumors, or backstage notes.

As always comments and feedback are welcomed. We begin in March week 1 so it'd technically be the Impact from last week, not the new Monday Night War. That'll be week 2.

The show begins with Hulk Hogan sitting at his desk and Eric Bischoff sitting across from him, they’re already in the middle of a conversation.

Bischoff: “…and Destination X is gonna be huge for us.”

Hogan: “Absolutely. TNA is on the march now.”

Bischoff: “I gotta say though, Hulk….everywhere I’ve been, if Ric Flair is there its nothing but trouble.”

Hogan: “I already know where you’re going with this. Flair can be an asset but he can also be an ass. You know how we like to say cross the line around here? When Flair finally does, I’ll be right there to handle it.”

Bischoff: “Speaking of crossing the line, I can’t believe you’re okay with Abyss running around here with your ring. You know I’m not a fan of the other company but it’s still an honor he doesn’t deserve.”

Hogan: “Eric, what I see when I look at Abyss is Hulk Hogan about thirty years ago, brother. The desire and the talent with the uncertainty and the doubt. When I was getting into the business big time, Andre the Giant took me aside and said I’m going to show you what it’s like to be a professional wrestler and if you follow my lead you’re going to be the greatest of all time. I’m just paying it forward.”

Bischoff: “Alright, I see where you’re coming from now. I gotta get to a meeting with Jarrett.”

Hogan: “Alright, I’ll see you later. Oh, and Eric?”

Bischoff: “Yea?”

Hogan: “No more hair nets, alright?”

Bischoff just smiles as the show’s theme and opening package begins.

Following the intro video, the camera finds Mike Tenay and Taz at the announcers table.

Tenay: “ Welcome to TNA Impact. I’m Mike Tenay and as always my broadcast partner Taz. Taz, tonight we find ourselves one week from the biggest night in Impact history and two weeks from Destination X. What can we expect?”

Taz: “I’d say we can expect to see a lot of people getting hurt to put it lightly. We have three Ultimate X play-in matches, and a big Knockout tag match. The Beautiful People against former leader Angelina Love and her partner, O.D.B!”

Tenay: “And as if that wasn’t enough we’re told Eric Bischoff has something special in mind for tonight’s main event which we’ll find out about later.”

Taz: “Bischoff with something in mind? That never ends well.”

Tenay: “We begin tonight with one of the Ultimate X play-ins. Suicide against Orlando Jordan!”

Ultimate X Play-In Match

Suicide vs Orlando Jordan

Jordan controls the early moments using some power moves and underhanded tactics unseen by the referee, but when he throws Suicide into the corner and Jordan charges forward he’s met with two boots to the face, followed by a spinning heel kick. The crowd is feeling it as Suicide goes to the top and when Jordan gets to his feet, he flies off with a big swinging chop to the head. Jordan is reeling as Suicide bounds off the ropes and ducks an attempted clothesline from Jordan, he comes back with a pinpoint dropkick. Suicide gets Jordan back to his feet and hits the Suicide Solution

Winner by Pinfall: Suicide.

Hernandez walks into his locker room to find a very irate Matt Morgan.

Hernandez: “Yo man, why you goin’ loco?”

Morgan: “Why? Maybe because you decided to give one of the greatest tag teams in TNA history a shot at our belts.”

Hernandez: “You don’t think we can beat them?”

Morgan: “I know we can beat them but we shouldn’t have to. The point of being Champion is to hang onto the belt as long as you can.”

Hernandez: “I thought the point of being champion was to prove you’re the best by beating the best.”

Morgan: “Okay..okay…we’re obviously not going to see eye to eye on this. But after Destination X, I will promise you one thing.”

Hernandez: “Yea, what’s that?”

Morgan: “You will never be making decisions for the both of us again.”

The two men stare at each other in silence.

COMMERCIAL BREAK

The cameras see Kevin Nash walking to the entrance of the building, his suitcase in tow when he comes to a stop and we see Scott Hall and Sean Waltman blocking his path.

Hall: “Glad to see you walking around, Kev. Where’s your little buddy?”

Nash: “He’s not medically cleared to compete, but I’m sure you already knew that.”

Waltman: “Why you hangin’ with him anyways?”

Nash: “Because he may be out for himself but when he gives you his word, he keeps it. I used to know people like that.”

Hall: “His word? You mean like giving your word that it was 4-l ife? You’re going soft chico.”

Nash: “I don’t have time to shoot the breeze with you guys, I have a job to get to. If you know what’s good for you, you’ll get out of my way now.”

Hall and Waltman move aside for him. All three exchange glances as Nash enters and the door slams.

Ultimate X Play-In Match

Homicide vs Consequences Creed

Creed begins the match doing a little dancing, a little jiving, and a little jabbing to keep Homicide at bay which only serves to frustrate his opponent. Homicide finally dives in headlong to ground Creed and then goes to work on him, specifically targeting his knee. With Creed’s speed and mobility hampered Homicide stalks him like a shark with blood in the water, seemingly taking pleasure in dishing out the punishment as he sees fit. With the referee watching closely, and Creed nearly unable to put up any kind of real defense, Homicide forces him to his feet long enough to nail the Gringo Killer for the victory.

The camera finds World Champion AJ Styles and Ric Flair walking down the hallway with Styles looking anxious.

Styles: “Ric, what are we gonna do about next week?”

Flair: “Champ, I have been in the ring with Hogan a hundred times and look at me. Do I look nervous?”

Styles: “…no.”

Flair: “That’s right..no. Because have you seen him? He can hardly walk. What’s going to happen when the Nature Boy…wooooo…puts him in that Figure Four and I hear his artificial knees crack?”

Styles: “Yea, I know but I’ve been in the ring with Abyss as many times as that and I’ve never seen him like this. “

Flair: “Champ…you leave Abyss to me. This Monday we’re going to be stylin and profilin, and we’re going to do what nobody has been able to do. We’re going to go to that ring and kill Hulkamania. Now let me hear it…”

Styles straightens his suit and tie with a renewed smile. “Woooo.”

Flair claps him on the back. “That’s my champ.”

The camera is back to the announcers.

Tenay: “Taz, last week we saw what happens when Ric Flair and AJ Styles set their sights on you and this week they have.”

Taz: “You just said a mouthful. Ask the Pope how it feels to be on the receiving end.”

Tenay: “ Let’s take a look at what happened to the Pope, D’Angelo Dinero.”

A video is shown recapping the attack on Dinero, ending with the attack on his ankle.

Ultimate X Play-In Match

Amazing Red vs Brutus Magnus

Red’s speed comes into play from the beginning, frustrating Magnus by allowing him to slip by every attempted attack. Red’s luck however runs out when he tries an impromptu moonsault from the top rope, which is met with a dropkick in mid air. Magnus takes over and for the next several moments punishes Red, wearing him down methodically. Red’s last chance comes when he reverses an irish whip into the corner, accidentally sending Magnus into referee Andrew Thomas. When Magnus stumbles back he’s rolled up in a schoolboy for a clear three count but there’s no referee. When Red checks on Thomas, Magnus strikes with a low blow. His smirk is disrupted when Rob Terry, carrying his Global championship comes down to the ring. Magnus is unsure what to make of his until Terry tells him to pick up Red and hold him. When it’s done, Terry rushes in with his belt but aims high and clocks Magnus. Terry looks down at him and shrugs slightly before leaving. Red throws an arm over Magnus and Thomas makes a slow three count.

The Motor City Machine Guns are in their locker room. The camera finds them in mid-conversation.

Sabin: “Bingo. Next week, we both have play-in matches for Ultimate X.”

Shelley: “We both get in, we take care of business, and then between me and you, it’s may the best man win…again.”

Sabin: “You just have to bring up how you beat me for the title a year ago, don’t you?”

Shelley: “I don’t have to bring it up…..”

Sabin: “Then don’t. We came real close to calling it quits last time but this match will be different. It’s time we get back to doing what we do best.”

Both of them mimic shooting with their hands and the tension is seemingly gone.

Backstage in the British Invasion locker room, Brutus Magnus is fuming and pacing with Doug Williams trying to calm him down when Rob Terry comes in. Magnus is immediately in his face.

Magnus: “What the bloody hell was that?!”

Terry: “I’m sorry mate, I missed.”

Magnus: “Missed?! Missed?! You’ve been missing the mark since day one and I’m fed up!”

Terry: “Then do something about it.”

Williams interjects himself between them.

Williams: “Stop it! The British Invasion is bigger than any of us. Next week, we will come to Impact, and we will stand behind Rob, when he defends his Global title against Kurt Angle.”

Magnus: “Stand behind?”

Terry: “Kurt Angle?”

Williams: “Brutus, Rob, just trust me.”

Williams walks out and both Magnus and Terry watch him leave, then go back to a silent staredown.

Exasperated, Jeff Jarrett walks into Eric Bischoff’s office.

Bischoff: “Ah, Jeff, how are you?”

Jarrett: “Cut the BS, Bischoff, I know you’re sitting there like a snake trying to find another way to embarrass me.”

Bischoff: “That hurts Jeff. I wanted to be the one to tell you personally, that tonight you’re in the main event against Desmond Wolfe.”

Jarrett: “And what? I have one hand behind my back? Or maybe I have to wear a blindfold?”

Bischoff: “That’s actually not a bad idea but no, tonight it’s straight up. One on one. If you beat him, your sins are forgiven and you’re a full member of this roster again.”

Jarrett: “And if I lose?”

Bischoff: “I’d suggest you don’t.”

Jarrett: “You’re on, Eric. I’m going to show you and everyone that Double J is here to stay.”

Jarrett walks out looking confidant and focused as Bischoff just steeples his fingers with an evil smile.

ODB & Angelina Love vs. Madison Rayne and Velvet Sky of the Beautiful People - #1 Contender for TNA Knockout Tag Team Championship Match

The match begins with Velvet Sky trying to avoid Angelina Love. Every time Angelina is tagged into the match and Sky is in the ring she immediately runs and tags in Madison. Eventually the BP gets Angelina into their corner and start performing double teaming moves and cutting the ring off from ODB. ODB keeps trying to get in to help Angelina but each time the ref becomes distracted and the BP double team Angelina. Finally Angelina hits an enzaguri on Madison and makes the hot tag to ODB. ODB takes down both women and then punches Lacy (who had gotten up onto the ring apron) which distracts the ref. Velvet grabs the ugly stick and tries to hit ODB with it but Angelina has come from behind and grabs it from Velvet and smacks her in the stomach with the stick and throws Velvet from the ring. With Velvet outside the ring down ODB grabs Madison and power slams her and tags in Angelina who climbs to the top rope and drops a guillotine leg drop for the 1…2…3.

We see Hogan and Abyss walking into Hogan’s office

Abyss: “Hulkster I appreciate you standing up for me but I have your hall of fame ring, I have the Hulk & Abyss-a-maniacs behind me you do not have to risk yourself next week. I can face Styles and Flair on my own.”

Hogan: “Listen brother I told you that I am your friend and that I believe in you. I told you the millions of hulk-a-maniacs around the world believed in you and would stand with you. I gave you my ring that means more to me than anything in this world, because I believe in you. Now I appreciate that you care about my well being man but Abyss next week I will stand side by side with you.”

Abyss: “But Hulk you could ge…”

Hogan: “Listen man I know I am taking a risk. I have two bad knees, bad hips and I am not in my twenties anymore but I will not let you go out there alone. Sometimes a man has to be a man and stand up against adversity, and a friend must always be willing to stand there with his friend and fight. Next week on the Monday night debut of Impact, Hulk Hogan, will stand with you my friend and together we will kick AJ Styles and Ric Flair’s ass.”

Before anyone can react Tara is on top of Daffney and slamming her head into the floor. She grabs Daffney by the hair and throws her into an anvil case containing production equipment and then picks Daffney up and launches her through a window into a vacant office. TNA security and officials run in and pull Tara off of the bleeding Daffney and check on her. Tara backs off but screams “I promised you Daffney I would make you pay. And your pain has just begun, you hear me? At Destination X it’s you and me in a hardcore match for the TNA Knockout title. You want my belt, come beat me when there is no rules bitch!”

The camera watches Jeff Jarrett getting ready for his match tonight when Mick Foley comes in looking excited.

Foley: “Jeff! I told you all week man, Eric is a little rough around the edges and has that whole Napoleon thing going on but he recognizes talent.”

Jarrett: “Recognizes talent? Mick, last week he had me flipping burgers…”

Foley: “Yes, and now you’re in the main event again. So go out there and show him why you need to be in the main event every week. I’m telling you, if you show him what you’re capable of still getting done in that ring, you’ll get rewarded.”

Foley pats him on the back and gives him a thumbs up before leave. When he leaves Jarrett just shakes his head.

Jarrett: “…rewarded.”

Jeff Jarrett vs Desmond Wolfe

Wolfe is on the attack even as Jarrett is stepping into the ring. Backing him up in the corner, and laying into Jarrett with kicks, punches, and stomps. Jarrett barely has time to take a breath before Wolfe is on him, measuring knee drops or trying to lock in a submission hold. Wolfe’s confidence though is no match for the veteran’s savvy. When Wolfe measures Jarrett for a short clothesline, Jarrett sidesteps and drops him with a drop toe hold. Leaping onto his opponent with a fire, Jarrett pummels Wolfe, whipping him from corner to corner wearing him out, until hitting a big swinging neck breaker. Eric Bischoff makes his way down to ringside and watches with some concern as Jarrett presses his advantage, telling Biscoff to pay attention every time he delivers some punishment. Jarrett hits the Stroke and makes the cover. As the referee begins to count, Bischoff runs over and personally rings the bell. Jarrett and the ref look confused until Bischoff gets his hand on a mic.

Bischoff: “Sorry folks, but this match is officially a time limit draw. “

Winner: Draw

TNA iMPACT pulled a 2.58 for the March week 1 show. With the heavily hyped Hogan/Abyss vs Styles/Flair on the next show they're hoping for better results.

TNA has signed two, as of yet, unnamed "veterans" who will be debuting over the coming months. We do know that one of them if for the Knockouts division.

Rumors are circulating that most, if not everyone involved in the 'nWo' reunion storyline can't stand the "Band" moniker that has been given. Look for TNA to re-brand them something new in coming weeks.

One week into the new TNA era and spirits are high with the direction the company is taking. Insiders are pointing to Destination-X as a watershed moment for the company in which its core, the X Division will be on display with a new audience pulled in from the Hogan popularity.

DON'T MISS THE BIGGEST NIGHT IN TNA WRESTLING HISTORY WHEN iMPACT! MOVES TO MONDAY NIGHTS LIVE THIS MONDAY ON SPIKE!!!

The war is back this Monday Night when TNA iMPACT! comes to you LIVE from Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida and history will be made when the two greatest names in Pro Wrestling history, Hulk Hogan & Ric Flair, return to the ring. Since January when Ric Flair aligned himself with TNA World Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles we have seen a phenomenal change in the phenomenal one. From using his title as a weapon, to paying off referees, to viciously attacking the Pope, AJ Styles has become a changed man and he and Ric Flair have ran roughshod all over TNA. Recently Flair took exception to Hulk Hogan giving Abyss his hall of fame ring and Flair and Styles made an example out of both Hogan and Abyss leaving them a bloody mess. Hogan, furious, declared that on the night when TNA moves to Monday Nights he would team with Abyss to take on AJ Styles and Ric Flair. Flair and Hogan have had one of the more storied rivalries in wrestling history and another chapter will be written in this historic feud this Monday Night Live!.

Kurt Angle and Mr Anderson have been involved in a blood feud as of late but that will have to take a back seat as the former Olympic Gold Medalist will challenge Rob Terry for the TNA Global Championship. In this battle of USA vs The British Invasion will Kurt add more gold to his already legendary career? Or will Rob Terry show the world he is the future of the industry and beat Angle? Will Mr Anderson make an appearance?

Last week on Impact it was announced that Ultimate X would return at Destination X with the winner receiving a TNA X Division Championship match at Lockdown. The competitors in Ultimate X would be decided by a series of play in matches and already qualified are: former X Division Champions Homicide, Suicide and Amazing Red. The play in matches continue this week on iMPACT!.

For over a month Kevin Nash and Eric Young have been confronting Sean Waltman and Scott Hall. Hall and Waltman have attacked both Nash and Young and this past Thursday on the last iMPACT! on Thursday nights Nash issued a warning for Hall and Waltman to stay out of his way. That is not enough as TNAwrestling.com has learned that Kevin Nash has plans for Hall and Waltman this Monday live on iMPACT!

Finally Jeff Jarrett has been repeatedly humiliated by Eric Bischoff over the last several weeks. Last Thursday it appeared Bischoff would let Jarrett have a straight up one on one match but Bischoff humiliated him once more. This Monday on iMPACT! Bischoff's games will continue as he has ordered Jeff Jarrett to face The Nasty Boys in a 2 on 1 handicap match.

Don't Miss The Biggest Night In TNA Wrestling History, Don't Miss TNA iMPACT! LIVE This Monday 9/8c On Spike!

The show opens in the arena parking lot. Abyss walks towards the door, admiring the Hall Of Fame ring on his hand when he’s smacked over the back by a 2x4, which breaks over his back. He turns, staring into the eyes of TNA World Champion AJ Styles. He grabs Styles by the suit lapels but Ric Flair comes from behind and clips his knee. With Abyss on the ground, Styles and Flair stomp him for a few moments before Flair pulls out a set of handcuffs and secures Abyss’s left hand to a nearby truck’s rollbar. Styles pulls a tire iron out of the back of the truck and again attacks Abyss’ knee, bringing him down. Upon Flair’s direction, Styles swings with the weapon hitting Abyss directly in his trapped left arm. Referees and security hit the scene immediately after and drive the Champion and Nature Boy away as the opening theme and graphics package begins.

The camera finds Mike Tenay and Taz at the announcer’s table.

Tenay: Welcome to the biggest night in the history of TNA iMPACT! I’m Mike Tenay alongside Taz and tonight is our real coming out party and what a party is it.

Taz: You just said a mouthful. Three Ultimate X Play In matches, a Global title match, and then the big one.

Tenay: But as we just saw, the big one may be in jeopardy. The brutal attack on Abyss by Ric Flair and AJ Styles has put that match in question. Can Hulk Hogan find another partner?

Taz: Who says he needs one?

Tenay: I know I’d want one. We go now to the ring for our opening match.

Ultimate X Play-In Match

Shannon Moore vs “Black Machismo” Jay Lethal

Quickness is the name of the game as both men show off their athleticism in the early moments of the match. Lethal controls most of the action giving us his best impression of the Randy Savage DVD’s greatest hits. Moore shows surprising resilience though, and when Lethal comes off the top looking to hit the double axe handle, Moore leaps up and connects a dropkick to the chest. Moore himself climbs to the top and flies off, hitting a prone Lethal with his Halo corkscrew senton. That’s enough for a victory.

Winner by Pinfall: Shannon Moore

Following the match, Ric Flair storms out to the ring with a microphone. He steps in the ring and looks directly at the camera:

“Hogan! Hogan wherever you are listen to my voice and listen good. I hate your guts Hogan, I always have and I always will. And tonight you and Abyss will experience firsthand what happens when you get in my way, and when you get in the champ’s way. Hogan you’re a piece of garbage on my shoe and you always have been. But I am here now to offer you a once in a lifetime deal. Hogan your family is here tonight, your daughter and son are here, they’re in the front row.

*Flair points to Brooke and Nick Hogan*

“If you come out here tonight you will get hurt, and hurt bad Hogan so I am giving you a choice. You can come out here alone, and have your career ended forever right in front of your children or you can do what you have always done Hogan, and that is be the selfish bastard you are and protect your own ass. I am warning you Hogan if you come out to this match tonight you will get hurt, we will end your career here in Orlando. Hulkamania will die tonight if you come out here. You think what we did to Abyss was bad? You think the blood we’ve made you shed was bad? You haven’t seen anything yet. But I am giving you a way out, and you don’t have to come out here and tell me your answer Hogan, no, no, no, all you have to do is simply, don’t show up for the match. Hogan the choice is yours, make the right choice, stay in the back and do not let your children see what AJ Styles and the Nature Boy have in store for you. Make the right choice Hogan, protect yourself or face the consequences.”

Flair drops the mic and sends some ‘woooo’s to the crowd as the show goes to break.

Jeff Jarrett is backstage when Eric Bischoff walks up to him.

Bischoff: "Jeff, glad I caught you. You've got a big match tonight."

Jarrett: "Oh, you thought of a new way to screw me over?"

Bischoff: "Come on, I'm not that bad and you fought so hard last week...just one second short."

Jarrett: "Spit it out Bischoff, what's the scheme tonight?"

Bischoff: "No scheme, just you in a match...against the Nasty Boys."

Jarrett: "I'm sure its a handicap with no tag, right?"

Bischoff: "That's what I like about you Jeff. You know just what I'm thinking."

Jarrett: "I'm thinking you better get out of my face before I put my foot up your ass."

Bischoff: "Easy, easy Jeff. Save it for the ring. You're gonna need it."

Bischoff walks out with a smirk, leaving Jarrett behind in a scowl.

TNA Global Championship

Rob Terry © vs Kurt Angle

Terry's power is on display early on as he wins every lockup, sending Angle into the corner. Angle finally outsmarts him and whirls around him and taking the bigger man down to the ground. The next several minutes see a clinic in amateur styling with Angle going to work with a series of submission and weardowns. Terry regains the momentum after powering out of a side headlock and punishes Angle for a few moments with powerful clotheslines and slams but he makes a mistake when he gorilla presses Angle, who slips out behind him and hits a quick Angle Slam. Angle is up, ripping his straps off his shoulders as he locks in the Angle Lock, dropping down to grapevine the leg. As Doug Williams and Brutus Magnus watch with disgust from ringside, Terry can no longer take it and taps out.

As Angle walks backwards up the gangplank, arms and the title belt raised in victory, Mr. Anderson attacks him from behind. Angle is decked with a right hand and drops the belt, which Anderson picks up and uses as a weapon, striking Angle cleanly in the temple. With Angle out of it, Anderson pulls him up to a standing base, holding him up, and delivers a belly to back suplex off the side of the walkway. Officials immediately hit the area and get Anderson away, quickly calling for EMTs for Angle who appears not to be moving.

With all the commotion concerning Angle, Rob Terry remains in the ring, disappointed in his loss. Brutus Magnus and Doug Williams enter the ring, but Terry appears inconsolable. Magnus and Williams shrug, but before turning away they both hammer Terry in the back. The double team continues for a few moments until Kaz comes sprinting down to the ring and cleans house. With the sides equal, Kaz sends Williams over the top with a clothesline and Terry regroups enough to send Magnus over the top by the back of his head. As the British Invasion finally splinters for good, Kaz and Terry shake hands in the middle of the ring.

Sean Waltman is in the parking lot, pacing, looking around.

Waltman: "Come on Hall, where the hell are you?"

He turns a corner and is immediately hit in the face with a right hand from Kevin Nash. Nash advances on him, picking him up and throwing him around. Waltman tries to scurry for his life but Nash catches him by the back of his jeans. After mentioning 'remember this one, Sean?,' Nash launches him up head first into the side of a production trailer. With Waltman down, Nash takes out a pen and a piece of paper. Putting the pen in Waltman's hand he manually maneuvers it across the sheet then he takes the pen back and not-so-gently slaps Waltman's cheek.

Nash: "Eric and I will see you at Destination X. Make sure you tell Chico."

As Nash walks away, leaving Waltman prone, the camera catches Samoa Joe, standing far away, arms crossed, just watching as he did the week before.

Ultimate X Play-In Match

Daniels vs Alex Shelley

The match goes back and forth from the beginning moments with each man controlling for a few moments before momentum shifts back. Each one gets to hit some signature moves, but Shelley seems to be having the better of the match, hitting Daniels with more high energy attacks. Shelley hops up to the top rope and flies off with a missile dropkick but Daniels dodges him at the last moment. Going on the offense, Daniels delivers devastating DDT then hits Angels Wings for the victory.

Jeremy Borash is at the TNA interview set:

“What a fantastic match that was and congratulations go out to Christopher Daniels as he qualifies for the Ultimate X Match at Destination X where the winner receives a TNA X Division Championship match at Lockdown. That is in two weeks but my guests at this time are three beautiful ladies who last week failed to receive a TNA Knockout Tag Team title shot, that shot goes to ODB & Angelina Love who will receive their title match next week on iMPACT, Lacey Von Erich, Madison Rayne and Velvet Sky come on in here”

The Beautiful people, looking angry, come to the interview set and Borash focuses his attention on Velvet Sky the leader of the Beautiful People.

“Velvet last week on iMPACT! you had a chance to become #1 contender’s for the TNA Knockout Tag Team Championship but you lost to ODB and former leader of the Beautiful People, Angelina Love. What are your thoughts?”

“What are my thoughts JB? Are you an idiot? I am pissed off! Madison is pissed off! Lacey is pissed off! What happened last week was simply not fair – we had ODB and that traitor, Angelina, finished off. We had them beat. We should be facing Awesome Kong and Hamada next week for the TNA Knockout Tag Team Championship but we're not and you wanna know why JB? Because Angelina is so jealous of the Beautiful People. She cannot stand that we kicked her out, that we moved on without her and so she has made it her mission to embarrass us and last week she used Lacey’s ugly stick to cheat her and ODB’s way to a tag title match. IT’S NOT FAIR!

But let me tell you something Love and ODB if you think this is over you are sadly mistaken. If you think we are going to just sit back and watch you take what is rightfully ours, dream again bitches. Angelina you know all too well that the Beautiful People, when we are wronged, we don't cry…we get even. And that is exactly what we aim to do with you and your butch girlfriend. Watch your backs.”

Velvet shoves the microphone back into Borash who stumbles backwards as the Beautiful People walk away.

Anderson: “Was just what, Christy? Brutal? Savage? Kurt Angle has been sticking his nose in my business for weeks now and tonight I did something about it. No more mind games, no more soldier’s sob stories. I took action and I did what nobody else has been able to do.”

Hemme: “What’s that?”

Anderson: “I just retired Kurt Angle. Now, Christy I want you to convey to your worthless audience that next week I will be back here in the iMPACT! Zone, and I will graciously accept the TNA Global Championship since after what I just did, we’ll have a vacancy next week.”

The Nasty Boys with Jimmy Hart vs Jeff Jarrett

Jarrett doesn’t waste any time, taking it to either of his opponents, not letting them get in a breath as he punches, kicks, and stomps them. His momentum is broken when Jimmy Hart climbs onto the apron. Jarrett turns to deal with him and that’s when Knobbs and Saggs take advantage. For the next several moments, Jarrett is tortured by the Nastys, and pummeled with power moves but he fights back and is on the verge of victory when Referee Earl Hebner is momentarily knocked down in a collision. Hart throws in his helmet to Knobbs who bashes Jarrett over the head with it. Saggs makes the cover as Hart gets Hebner back to the action for the three count.

As Jarrett stumbles, angrily to the back, Bischoff’s, arrogant face appears on the big screen from his office:

“Good match Jeff! Really thought you were going to pull that one out. Too bad you weren’t nasty enough *snickers* but relax Jeff relax. I know I have been making your life difficult the last couple of months but I am not a bad guy, really I’m not and to show you that I have a heart as pure as the driven snow next week on Impact I am going to give you the opportunity of a lifetime Jeff. That’s right a one in a million opportunity and I am going to put it right in your hands. See you next week Jeff.

But that is not what I wanted to talk about. Tonight I wanted to speak to the millions of people at home watching iMPACT! right now. You remember in January when Hulk Hogan and I came to TNA? We promise broad, sweeping, earth shattering change and we have not disappointed. And in the process we have become the talk of the wrestling world. We are so hot right now everyone wants to join TNA: Ric Flair, The Nasty Boys, Brian Kendrick, Mr Anderson, all have joined TNA since we’ve arrived. We are the destination for the best wrestling in the world and one more name will soon join us.

In two weeks, the night after Destination X, a former World Heavyweight Champion will make his TNA Debut. He is one of the most exciting wrestlers on the face of the planet and he has chosen to light it up right here in TNA. Who is this former World Champion? You'll have to want and find out in two weeks. Enjoy the rest of our show ladies and gentlemen and you’re welcome.”

Tara’s music, “Broken”, is heard as the TNA Knockout’s Champion comes to the ring. She grabs a microphone:

“Last week on iMPACT! Daffney found out what happens when you mess with me. Daffney thinks she is crazy and deranged and hardcore, what she forgot is I am way sicker than she ever could be. Daffney in less than two weeks you step into this ring at Destination X in a Hardcore match with me, the last woman to wrestle me in a hardcore match ended up in early retirement, little girl do you know what I am goin……”

Tara is cut off as a video appears on the screen of a sunny day on a field of daises. The screen pans around the field showing birds and green grass and looks to be a perfect early spring day.

“Hey there Tara”

The screen pans left and we come close up on Daffney’s face as she is sitting in the field. She looks up at the screen and back down to something we can’t see and does this throughout her talking in an eerily cheerful voice.

“As you can see I am not at the iMPACT! Zone tonight and I am truly sorry for that but I wanted to take the time to thank you. I thank you so deeply for showing how much you care about me last week. You understand like I do that what people see as violence is really just showing love. My daddy showed my mom that love when he would teach her to be tough with the back of his hand. It was because he wanted her and me to know how to defend ourselves. Boyfriends showed me love the same way until I stood up and learned my lesson.

While some may see my actions against you as hatred in truth it is anything but. I love you Tara and somewhere deep down you know it. You know when I slammed your head with a chair it was to show you I care. When I threw you down on the hard cold floor it was because of our connection. You get me Tara. And in two weeks at Destination X I will show you all of my love and you’ll give me a gift in return. You’ll hand me the TNA Knockout’s Championship because you care. It’s why you wanted to make this a hardcore match, you love me too Tara, and you want to show the world in the most pure form you can. You do love me Tara, don’t you….”

Daffney stops and pushes her hair out of her face and as she does she leaves a trail of red smeared on her forehead and hair. The camera follows as her hands as they dip into a bucket of blood and pulls out dead roses and starts picking the blood soaked pedals off of them saying

“She loves me, she loves me not” over and over as the screen goes black.

Tara stares on in shock, disgust and yes a little fear as we go to commercial.

Ultimate X Play-In Match

Brian Kendrick vs Chris Sabin

Sabin and Kendrick kept the action going in the early moments through a lot of high flying and high octane offense. Kendrick takes the advantage through a series of perfectly targeted kicks, bringing Sabin to his knees, then bounds off the ropes and hits a bulldog. That gets a two count. Kendrick presses his advantage but when Sabin reverses an Irish Whip, Kendrick finds himself on the business end of a dropkick to the mouth. Sabin feeds off the crowd as he begins taking it to Kendrick over the next several minutes. Sabin rushes Kendrick to clothesline him over the top but Kendrick ducks it and whirls around to send Sabin himself over. Alex Shelley comes down to check on his partner as the referee begins to count. Sabin begins to clear the cobwebs but Shelley continues to check on him, slowing him down and impeding him getting back to his feet. Sabin finally gets up but slides under the rope just after the ten count.

Following the match Sabin is irate with Shelley who seems more than willing to apologize as they walk up the ramp together.

After the match is over we go to Mike Tenay and Taz at the desk

Mike Tenay: “ Brian Kendrick is the last to qualify for the Ultimate X match at Destination X and Taz that match is looking that can’t be missed.”

Taz: “Oh you’re not kidding Mike. Suicide, Homicide, Daniels, Kendrick, Amazing Red and Shannon Moore in the high flying free for all with a shot at the TNA X Division Champion on the line? Oh I can’t wait. “

Mike Tenay: “Speaking of waiting the time for waiting is almost over partner. We are just minutes away from our main event and let’s go back earlier this evening to the vicious attack by Ric Flair and the TNA World Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles.”

*Video replay’s the attack on Abyss that opened the show*

Taz: “That’s sick man. And later on Ric Flair promised to hurt Hulk Hogan if he goes it alone. We haven’t heard a response from the Hulkster Mike. What is going to happen?”

Mike Tenay: “That is the million dollar question Taz. Folks we are about to take our final commercial break. When we come back we will have the main event of Monday Night iMPACT! LIVE in its entirety. Will Hulk Hogan face TNA World Champion AJ Styles & Ric Flair alone? Or will he heed the Nature Boy’s warning and surrender the match? Find out NEXT!”

Hulk Hogan and Abyss vs AJ Styles and Ric Flair

Flair and Styles hit the ring first and are in a great mood, with Flair telling the referee to declare it a forfeit until Hulk Hogan’s music hits and he come down towards the ring. Flair looks incredulous, screaming for Hogan to leave but the Hulkster gets on the apron and rips the tshirt off, pointing at each man. Flair charges in and gets a right hand for his trouble, followed by Styles. Hogan enters the ring and continues to clean house, dividing his energy between his foes but eventually the numbers came works against him. As Styles crouches over him, peppering his head with punches, Flair goes to the outside and throws the time keeper out of his chair to steal it. He slides back in, the referee warning him not to do use it, when Abyss comes barreling out from backstage, his left arm nearly dangling at his side. Flair moves in, but Abyss punches though the chair with his right hand, into Flair’s face. Styles gets up and begins chopping away at him, but Abyss only roars which sends Styles out on his own accord. As Flair and Styles back up, and Abyss stands over Hogan, the referee begins his count and quickly reaches ten.

Hogan: “You think this is over? I got news for you two. At Destination X, it’s gonna be AJ Styles defending his title against the monster Abyss, and it’s gonna be, Falls Count Anywhere, brother!”

Styles looks very concerned as Flair, who is irate and red in the face, stomps around howling at the unfairness of the situation as we go off the air.

Cool. The only problem I had was, you didn't make it that clear when Abyss came out to help Hulk since he seemed to just "appear" in the match write-up

lol he didnt just appear, he came out from the back in the match write up, though we couldve made a bigger deal of it I agree

Six days before one of the most exciting events of the TNA calander, the action is hot and heavy this week on "iMPACT!" Last week saw several matches made including Ultimate X and the Falls Count Anywhere stipulations for AJ Styles defense against the monster Abyss. This week Abyss takes on Desmond Wolfe just 6 days before the biggest match of his career. What plans do Styles and Flair have up their sleeves?

We also saw the savage attack on Kurt Angle by Mr. Anderson. Angle has spent the last week visiting countless doctors and meeting with TNA President Dixie Carter. Monday on "iMPACT!" Kurt Angle will address the world on the future of his career.

Over the past weeks Knockout Champion Tara and the deranged Daffney have engaged in a psychologically and physically brutal war. This week Tara competes in a special attraction match versus the Shimmer world champion, MsChif, who happens to be a former associate of Daffney herself. The question remains how involved the scream queen will get in the action with only six days remaining until Daffney and Tara get Hardcore at Destination X?

And Eric Bischoff has promised to offer Jeff Jarrett a "opportunity of a lifetime" this week on "iMPACT!" What is this offer? And how will Jarrett respond?

We are six days away from the showcase of the X Division, Destination X - Live on Pay Per View, don't miss what unfolds this week on TNA "iMPACT!" on Spike.

In other action:

* Awesome Kong and Hamada defend their Knockouts Tag Team Championships against Angelina Love and ODB

* Motor City Machine Guns vs Generation Me in a #1 contenders match.

The show begins with Jeff Jarrett walking to the door to the arena but he’s met by Mick Foley.</p><p> </p><p>

Jarrett: “Mick, what’re you doing out here?”</p><p> </p><p>

Foley: “I was asked by Eric…” he gives a pained grimace…”Mr. Bischoff….to meet you as you arrived and to tell you that you have the night off, and to give you this.” </p><p> </p><p>

Foley hands Jarrett an enevelop which Jarrett opens and begins to read.</p><p> </p><p>

Jarrett: “You have to be kidding me!”</p><p> </p><p>

Foley: “What’s it say?”</p><p> </p><p>

Jarrett: “I am to report this Sunday to Destination X, to serve as…,” Jarrett pauses to keep his cool, “Eric Bischoff’s personal assistant, something he calls the opportunity of a lifetime.”</p><p> </p><p>

Foley: “So what’re you gonna do?”</p><p> </p><p>

Jarrett: “I’m gonna play his game…for now. See you Sunday, Mick.”</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Amazing Red/Suicide/Shannon Moore vs Homicide/Brian Kendrick/Daniels</strong></p><p> </p><p>

The action is fast and furious as all six men don’t bother waiting for the bell and all pair off to fight it out, with Daniels and Red in the ring, Homicide and Moore on the ramp, and Suicide and Kendrick on the outside of the ring. Over the next several minutes all the competitors get to show off for the crowd with some death defying moves, topped off by suicide leaping off the top rope to the outside and cannonballing into Kendrick, Homicide, and Moore. This allows for Daniels and Red to go toe to toe in the ring. Red is having the better of it, using his blinding speed to fly, flip, and roll past Daniels at every turn but he makes a crucial mistake and Daniels makes him pay for it. When Red flies off the second rope with an impromptu cross body block, Daniels dropkicks him out of the air. From that point its academic as Daniels locks in and hits the Angels Wings for the pinfall. </p><p> </p><p>

Stevie: “Tara I came in here alone. Daffney is not with me right now.”</p><p> </p><p>

Tara: “What do you want Stevie?”</p><p> </p><p>

Stevie: “Look you and I have history, some of it good, a lot of it bad but I care about what happens to you. I don't want to see you get hurt Tara. Daffney is beyond control at this point, she won’t listen to me, she won’t listen to reason; all the wants is to hurt you this Sunday. I am here to ask you Tara to not show up for this match. I don't care about that belt, I've tried to talk Daffney out of this match to protect you, she won’t do it. Please don't fight her this Sunday.”</p><p> </p><p>

Tara: “You expect me to trust you? You're right Stevie we do have history and I know you would do anything to get what you want. Even attempting to play on my emotions but let me tell you something Stevie, you don't need to be afraid for me. The one you need to be afraid for is your little psycho bitch. Six days from now at Destination X, she will learn what you already know, I am far more dangerous than her. She wants crazy? She wants violence? She's going to get it at Destination X....now excuse me I have a match to get ready for.”</p><p> </p><p>

Every time Tara tries to get up MsChif clips her knee. She locks in a half Boston crab but Tara makes it to the ropes. MsChif tries to lock in a Texas cloverleaf but Tara grabs MsChif by her hair and flings her through the ropes to the outside. Tara, limping, climbs the top rope and hits a cross body block to the outside on MsChif. Back in the ring Tara starts taking control with a power slam, for a two count, a suplex and then a super kick. Tara goes for the widow's peak but MsChif turns it into a DDT. MsChif goes for a standing brain buster suplex but Tara reverses it into a small package. MsChif tries to clothesline Tara but she ducks it, turns around kicks MsChif in the stomach and hits the widow's peak. Cover, 1...2.....</p><p> </p><p>

Anderson is smacking his gum, looking smug as they stand nose to nose in the ring but that smirk vanishes when Morley slaps him across the face and goes on the attack. Anderson is whipped from corner to corner and looks shocked as the explosion of offense. Morley however gives up his advantage when he telegraphs a backdrop and Anderson kicks him in the teeth. It’s then that we see the vicious streak come out in Anderson as he methodically targets Morley piece by piece, seeming to always come back to working on his neck. Anderson picks him up in a long standing vertical suplex, then brings him down with a brainbuster. He makes a sloppy cover for the three count.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

Angle: “Oh, I’m sorry, did I interrupt you after a victory? I wish I could interrupt you in person but I’ve been told that after you jumped me last week that I ought to stay home tonight. This week I have seen three different doctors and all of them told me the same thing. I’m lucky not to be paralyzed. You came inches, literally, inches from doing that to me. But you failed. After I saw the third doctor, my first call was to Dixie Carter to ask her blessing for two things. First, I asked her to allow me to bring the title I won last week home, back to the US of A. So I am no longer the TNA Global Champion, I am the TNA United States Champion.”</p><p> </p><p>

Angle holds up a new star spangled championship belt.</p><p> </p><p>

“Second, I asked her for a match, with you, this Sunday and she said yes. Anderson, you know I like to say that things are real, damn real. This Sunday, it’s personal, damn personal. So I’m going to make you three promises. I’m going to show up this Sunday at Destination X. I’m going to defend and retain this belt against you. And most importantly, I’m going to break *your* freakin’ neck. You see, I’m not sloppy,I don’t make mistakes like you did last week. Ask any of the boys who know me, ask any of them who have been in the ring with me. I want you to look into my eyes and I want you to see how serious I am. You better enjoy life this week. Go for a walk. Go for a swim. Do whatever you can do. Because after Sunday, you won’t be doing any of them ever again.”</p><p> </p><p>

ODB suplexes Kong and that forces her to tag out. ODB tags in Angelina and Hamada quickly takes control of her with power moves and cutting off the ring. Kong and Hamada start double teaming and playing old school tag team wrestling keeping Love from ODB. Hamada holds Love down on the mat while Kong goes up top. Max and Jeremy start the match off with high energy, hitting a double flying cross body block over the ropes as the Guns are coming down to the ring. With Max and Shelley paired up on the outside, Sabin and Jeremy begin the match and exchange a flurry of scientific holds, reversals, dodges, ducks, and high flying maneuvers. Things begin to change when Max drops Shelley with a stinging right hand, then slides in and allows Jeremy to use his back as a springboard for a missile dropkick which sends Sabin out to the floor.</p><p> </p><p>

With Sabin down on the outside and the count continuing, he tries to get up with unneeded assistance from Shelley, who he all but shoves out of the way, before sliding back in at the count of nine. Jeremy bounds off the ropes but Sabin leaps up and nearly decapitates him with a clothesline. Sabin nearly falls backwards after getting back to his feet and Shelley makes a quick blind tag, slingshotting himself over the top rope and dropping the leg on his opponent and makes the cover. Sabin, looking irritated, makes sure Max doesn’t break up the pinfall and the referee counts to three.</p><p> </p><p>
