<span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Ricky-Jean Thibodeaux looked out of place in this gigantic network CEO office. His five o'clock shadow and bowling shirt made him look like he was back in the good ol' days when he was the most recognized heel in the South, as a freelancing wrestler who once held titles in four different promotions at once. </span></strong></p><div style="text-align:left;"><p><strong><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">SESN is a very interesting type of network. After Ricky-Jean stepped away from the ring back in the mid 90s, he invested into a New Orleans-based network project that looked to take control of the Southeast. SESN started out picking up contracts for the non-"Big Four" sports leagues (MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL). The network invested heavily in the Arena Football and MMA crazes before anyone else did, and a sort of underground popularity carried SESN a long way. Pretty soon every cable and satellite provider in the Southeast had SESN, and the future just keeps getting brighter for them. Ricky-Jean got majority ownership of SESN a couple of years ago, and SESN has seen its largest growth in this time. </span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

Ricky-Jean engineered two contract deals with smaller college conferences, the Conference USA and the Sun Belt, and now the rising leagues have exclusive deals with the company. But his biggest plan was yet to come...</span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

He wanted to return back to his roots and give the Thursday night prime time slot a boost. And that's how Southeastern Championship Wrestling was born. </span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

The opportunity is there to get today's amazing wrestlers and put them in an exciting, family-friendly product. SWF's style is way too risque and endlessly angle dominated. Heck, USPW has the family-friendly product, but the 'Retirement Home of Wrestling' is boring. We're gonna entertain with the classic face vs. heel, and today's young guns are gonna thrill our fans every minute.</strong></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong> </strong></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>

</strong></span></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">I needed this break.</span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

A little bit more about me: </span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

Grew up in Lafayette, Louisiana, and was a pretty good high school wrestler. Won a couple of state championships along the way, and decided after graduation to go to LSU. Joined the track and field team, my other great passion, for the Tigers. The Bayou Bengals and I won back-to-back NCAA Division I national championships in my junior and senior years. I graduated with a business degree and started working in the front office for the Saints. But I wanted to return back to wrestling, it was in my blood.</span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

I worked for the Saints at the Superdome by day, wrestled in the French Quarter by night. My training and fitness from LSU made me a dominant force in the ring, but I wanted more. I watched guys like Jack Bruce and Tommy Cornell and thought to myself, that could be me. So this deal from Ricky-Jean was screaming at me.</span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

But so much pressure to do a good job for him...</span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

Could I really turn this offer and him down?</span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

Judging by his face, he needed an answer...now. </span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

"You've got a deal."</span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

We shook hands, and my professional wrestling story began. The seat would always be hot for me, being a young head booker. But when your dad is Ricky-Jean Thibodeaux, pressure is nothing new.</span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

I'm Jay Thibodeaux, and this is my story. </span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

For the next few months, building the SECW roster became a 24/7 task for me. My business degree gave me a bit of help in negotiating, but the constant breakdowns and rejections were getting irritating. Puerto Rican Power, Shawn Gonzalez, Jacob Jett, Remmy Skye...but it turned out to be alright. Our roster was set, primed and ready to take the South by storm.

STARTING ROSTER (PICS IN PREVIOUS POST)

Acid (Heel Main Eventer): Of all the available wrestlers in America, Acid is definitely the most popular one of them all. An amazing high flier that also boasts a solid technical game, Acid is our best performer and biggest star. He will no doubt be in the running for the SECW Southeastern Title. (Machine Gimmick)

Frankie Perez (Face Main Eventer): A great young athlete who has a highly-rated all-around game, Frankie Perez is another guy who will be gunning for either the Southeastern or the slightly lower Sun Belt Title come January. (Legitimate Athlete Gimmick)

Fox Mask (Face Main Eventer): Mark "Fox Mask" Murdoch is the star of Coastal Zone Championship Wrestling, and I hope the fans of SECW will stick to Fox Mask like the ones in the Zone do. He's another amazing high flier with a hidden arsenal of technical skills. We got him for cheap and he's got the drive to become a star. (Comic Book Hero Gimmick)

Jay Thibodeaux (Heel Main Eventer): Dad thinks I'm going to be a star, and the setup is for me to be the prized son of the proud heel authority. If only that would work out in real life. Anyway, I'm a middleweight all-around wrestler and fans listen to me. Let's see what role I'll play in the title race. (Chosen One Gimmick)

Hell Monkey (??? Upper Midcarder): John Pathlow is an unbelievable wrestler, and, like Acid, is a top performer. His entertainment skills are the only attributes weighing him down from being a main eventer...right now. I expect him to resonate with fans well and shoot for the Southeastern title. The only question about him is face or heel? He is equally good at both turns, making him a huge bonus later but a head scratcher now. (Legitimate Athlete Gimmick)

The Mean Machine (Heel Upper Midcarder): "Mean" Jean Cattley is one of Rip Chord's stars in MAW, a journeyman technician that plays a really convincing heel. Right now he's Rip's head booker, but he shockingly agreed to come wrestle as his old character of The Mean Machine here in SECW. Look for him to also make a run for the title. (Machine Gimmick)

Bulldozer Brandon Smith (Face Upper Midcarder): Brandon Smith is a former football star, but a devastating knee injury cut that dream down. He started to become a heavyweight wrestler in the independent circuit and is another Rip Chord MAW gem. His slams and charisma will most likely make him a fan-favorite, and can also shift from face to heel really well. (Legitimate Athlete Gimmick)

D.C. Rayne and Eddie Howard AKA Natural Storm (Face Midcard Tag Team): I picked up Rayne first, as he was an old friend from Louisiana. Rayne somehow convinced his FREEDOM Caribbean partner Eddie Howard to sign on too. Both are young hotshot prospects who will definitely be in the Tag Title hunt ASAP. (Rayne: Dude Gimmick, Howard: Legitimate Athlete Gimmick)

Rhino Umaga and Samoan Machine AKA Samoan Destruction Inc. (Heel Midcard Tag Team): Umaga and Machine have been together as a tag team for Golden Canvas Grappling for a long time, and I couldn't pass up a cheaper experienced team. Rhino is a straight ahead brawler, while Machine is a better all around wrestler with great technical skills. These guys will be Natural Storm's enemies in the Southeastern Tag Title hunt. (Both Machine Gimmicks)

The Voodoo King (??? Midcarder): The Voodoo King is a very, very interesting character. He's a former French Quarter street performer in New Orleans, making him a fantastic entertainer. Turns out he picked up excellent brawling weaponry--probably from protecting his bucket full of money he got while performing. He will play the freak show character in SECW, and, like Hell Monkey, will have his face/heel role determined at a later date. The King is getting old, though, so his wrestling days might be limited. (Raging Bull Gimmick)

Greg Gauge and Matthew Keith AKA Twin Killings (Heel Lower Midcarder Tag Team): Twin sons of the legendary Sam Keith, Greg and Matthew have been wrestling separately since their debuts in the business. Both have been trained well by their father in every facet of the sport, and will put a wrinkle in the tag team circuit. They probably will start off wrestling in dark matches just to see their chemistry...(Both C0cky Youth Gimmicks)

Arthur Dexter Bradley (Heel Enhancement Talent): ADB is the younger brother of Ray "Rhino" Umaga, believe it or not. He's been working down in Puerto Rican Power's FREEDOM Caribbean Wrestling, trying to build up his name. Only 19, ADB fights like the rest of the luchadors down in FCW and is an exciting high flier, too. He'll start as a jobber, but he's got potential to make something happen here at SECW. (Egomaniac Gimmick)

Mitch Naess (Face Announcer): The very best announcer we could get, Mitch is the owner of Pittsburgh Steel Wrestling and the new voice of Southeastern Championship Wrestling. He's a good friend of dad's and was willing to announce outside of PSW and help us out. Great announcing skills and charisma, I hope he stays for a very long time.

Ricky-Jean Thibodeaux (Heel Color Commentator): Dad's charisma and popularity, not to mention all the shows he's done color for at SESN, makes him as good of a color commentator as Mitch is an announcer. He will also part-time as an Authority Figure in the company, as he is the owner. Dad loves getting in the middle of everything, so look for him to thrust himself into many situations at SECW. (Authority Figure Gimmick)

Honey Golightly (Face Authority Figure): To balance out the heel authority of Dad, we hired Honey early on. She's the owner of Babes of Sin City, has great entertainment skills, and she's got that little fire in her that will legitimately sell her having control over the guys. Plus, she looks really good. Honey will do just fine here in SECW.

Katie Cameron (Face Manager): Dad made it very clear that two and only two managers would fit right now in SECW. So we got one face, one heel. Katie is the face, and is one of the best in the business. If only she could have gotten her real life boyfriend Jacob Jett to come down... (Girl Next-Door Gimmick)

Krissy Angelle (Heel Manager): Krissy is another Pittsburgh Steel employee, the very appealing manager of yours truly. ;) Krissy has the drop-dead looks and the personality to play the seductive heel manager, and she could go a long way down South. (Seductress Gimmick)

Eugene Williams (Referee): Like our managers and announcer, we got the best referee available. Originally the head referee for Total Championship Wrestling, Eugene was cut for budget reasons a year ago. He's back in action with us, and I hope he stays as long as we're open.

Fabulous Frank (Road Agent): Frank is, you guess it, a Pittsburgh Steel Wrestling employee as well. He's a good road agent, although some say he's a bit of a pain backstage. Let's see how Double F will work out in SECW.

So the starting roster is set, and I look to add to it from week one on. The first show is going to be prime time SECW on SESN, live from the Human Performance Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The revolution in the South is about to begin...

SECW on SESN Predictions:

The Twin Killings vs. Arthur Dexter Bradley and ??? (mystery roster addition)

Natural Storm vs. Samoan Destruction Inc.

Hell Monkey vs. The Voodoo King

Jay Thibodeaux vs. Bulldozer Brandon Smith

The Mean Machine vs. Frankie Perez

Acid vs. Fox Mask

OOC: I am a rookie player and dynasty writer in Total Extreme Wrestling, so every bit of feedback helps. Predictions are not welcome, but rather begged for. It shows me that at least someone besides me is interested in this.

As you saw in the backstory, I use real world elements in the CornellVerse, but the wrestlers and promotions are still the same. I like the personal and huge variety of real world locations, so that's why the Human Performance Center in NOLA will be the first venue for SECW.

SESN is a sports-specific medium-sized network.

SECW has an old-school product base and is considered a "small" promotion, but I'm thinking we'll go regional very quick like. SECW on SESN is our prime time show on the network, and it runs for one hour on Thursday nights. My plans are to make the last Thursday of every month a bigger show than the rest, with championships on the line and longer matches. I don't think the computer will let me extend the show time to two hours for these shows, so until I can fix that, it will just be a bigger and named show.

Thanks for even taking the time to read this dynasty in the midst of all the great ones GDS has on this site.

When I first skimmed through to see the roster, I thought you stole Two-Face Tucker!

Anyway, one thing I will say is you may get a bit of heat for having your user character in the main event right away, and you will definitely have a lot of competition getting a solid fanbase. There are a good number of regional-level self-created promotion diaries on GDS that I've seen, with essentially the same roster (with a few minor changes).

Nonetheless, I like your writing style, and if you can personalize each wrestler as a character and give each match a reasoning behind it you'll do just fine. A good way to get some solid predictors is to give them feedback in their own diaries - that is how I got guys like Dragonmack and BYU-14 predicting, and how I started predicting in Jingo and Zergon's diaries.

One thing about diaries/dynasties is that you have to treat them as a writing project first and a game second - if you constantly higher the most frequently used, talented workers and not build your own characters and personalities, you could find yourself losing a lot of potential readers.

Good to see another writer on the board, and one looking to improve especially. I'll be reading ;)

The Twin Killings vs. Arthur Dexter Bradley and ??? (mystery roster addition)

Gauges are usually solid hands but ??? begs to be chosen here - don't see why you wouldn't reveal them initially if they weren't a big name

Natural Storm vs. Samoan Destruction Inc.

It may be a bit much to have Samoans win two matches in a row, but the Samoans here are a lot more talented. I could see it going to Natural Storm, though, as it's harder to keep the pair on your roster before Japanese commitments snipe them up

Hell Monkey vs. The Voodoo King

You've mentioned before that Voodoo King is close to retirement, and Hell Money is one of the best you have

Jay Thibodeaux vs. Bulldozer Brandon Smith

I'd like to think you don't put yourself immediately over one of your most promising stars. I could see it furthering your character as 'daddy's boy' if you throw a tantrum afterwords, rather than you winning here

The Mean Machine vs. Frankie Perez

Perez is great but he gets sniped up by one of the big two way to early for him to be relevant to SECW

Acid vs. Fox Mask

Looks like you plan on having Acid be one of the faces of SECW, but if you lose Frankie then Fox Mask will be your only really popular face. I'm giving the win to him for now, though, like before, I could see Acid taking it just as easily

Thanks for your feedback, John.

As for Two-Face Tucker, I just picked a picture that resembled my mind's image of Ricky-Jean...just made sure he wasn't based in America. Maybe they might be related...hmm...

I love predictions on other people's dynasties, so I knew that was a must for my dynasty.

I'll say this about my character: based him off of Jack Avatar, and I like having a wrestling booker. One of my owner goals, completely computer generated I promise, was to have Jay Thibodeaux kept at above a B momentum. This plays into the "I think you're gonna be a big star here, son" kind of backstory. Daddy wants his boy to be the big gun, on and off camera...this kind of pressure really ingrains into the attitude of Jay.

I'm just glad I've got a least ONE reader, John. Great work on your dynasty, too.

EPISODE ONE FROM THE HUMAN PERFORMANCE CENTER IN NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA (1,198 IN ATTENDANCE)

http://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/MatthewKeith.jpghttp://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/GregGauge.jpg

PRE-SHOW:

The Twin Killings Matthew Keith and Greg Gauge come down to the ring to wrestle in the first ever SECW match against the young Arthur Dexter Bradley and his mystery partner.

http://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/ArthurDexterBradley.jpg

Rhino Umaga's young and high-flying brother Arthur Dexter Bradley comes down to the ring alone. He seems confused like the rest of us, who is his mystery tag partner? The crowd and even the wrestlers waits for a while to see what really is going on. Was this a first show fumble? Referee Eugene Williams shrugs and is about to call for the bell when fabulous entrance music explodes throughout the Center.

http://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/KashmirSingh_alt2.jpg

...Kashmir "Mr. Electricity" Singh enters! This unexpected and surprise roster addition struts down the ramp in grand fashion, going to his corner along side the very surprised ADB.

Williams finally calls for the bell and the tag team throwdown begins...

The Twin Killings defeat Arthur Dexter Bradley and Mr. Electricity by pinfall after a gorgeously executed Atomic Leg Drop by Greg Gauge while Bradley was on Matthew Keith's shoulders. Official match time: 9:23.

MAIN SHOW:

Pyros go off everywhere in a red, white, and blue spectacle as the camera pans over a very loud and rambunctious Human Performance Center. A modern rock guitar solo blares on screen and in ring, as we are ready for the first ever SECW on SESN show.

http://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/MitchNaess.jpghttp://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/Two-FaceTucker.jpg

The camera cuts to the announcing crew of SESN on SESN, Mitch Naess and Ricky-Jean Thibodeaux, who officially kick off the show.

Mitch Naess: Welcome ladies and gentlemen to the new wrestling revolution, Southeastern Championship Wrestling...LIVE on SESN! We have an amazing show lined up for tonight's first ever show, don't we, Ricky-Jean...Ricky?

The camera now cuts to the six-sided ring where Ricky-Jean Thibodeaux is standing with a mic in his hand and a giant silver championship belt over his shoulder, ready to give a personal introduction to SECW. The 50 year old Thibodeaux is an icon in the Mid South and South East areas, as he was a fantastic wrestling heel champion and analyst for SESN's many shows.

"How are we doing tonight, N'Awlins?" (Crowd roars in excitement) "Man, I love this city...and I'm twice as excited as you are for this! The old-school is definitely going to meet the new-school tonight as some of today's best wrestlers are going at it for you! I want everybody here at the Center and you watching at home to know this...amazing and exciting wrestling is coming back to the South! And I'm going to make it all happen!

(Ricky-Jean laughs as the crowd goes into a half cheering, half jeering stage for the egomaniac)

"Because you see, I'm here to make sure that everything goes my way! So I can have the best dang wrestling promotion out there for me, you, SESN, and the world! Now from time to time you'll see my lovely administrative assistant Honey Golightly appear...(whistles and applause come from the male majority in the crowd)...yeah, I hear y'all. Anyway, Miss Golightly will be here to do some of my dirty work and book some matches for us. But just all remember who's really in charge!

"And as my first act as commissioner and owner of SECW, I'm making tonight's main event between the monsterous Acid and the amazing Fox Mask a little bit more interesting. Tonight, that match will be a Ladder Match! (Crowd goes absolutely berserk at the mention of the words Ladder Match) These two athletic legends are going to go all out for the briefcase suspended above the ring. In that briefcase will be a contract...a contract signed by yours truly that guarantee a spot in the three-way dance for the first ever Southeastern Championship belt coming up in three weeks at SECW on SESN: Night of Champions.

"Get ready for amazing old-school wrestling with our new modern taste, New Orleans...and the rest of the South, for that matter! Because we are SECW, and we're not going anywhere!"

(Ricky-Jean ends his opening speech and soaks in the frenzied glory that is the SECW crowd, some of the best fans in the world)

(C+)

Mitch Naess: What a way to begin a new era in professional wrestling! SECW owner Ricky-Jean Thibodeaux has made tonight's main event between Acid and Fox Mask a Ladder match for a title shot! You really know how to please the crowd, partner.

Ricky-Jean Thibodeaux: Well, Mitch, all I can say is I love this. Absolutely amazing crowd, and electricity is in the air. Now let's get to some action!

Naess: You said it, Ricky. It's now time for a tag team match that will see which team is getting the head start in the Southeastern Tag Team title race! Will it be the young and always entertaining Natural Storm duo of D.C. Rayne and Eddie Howard or the destructive monster team Samoan Destruction Inc.--Rhino Umaga and Samoan Machine?

http://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/DCRayne.jpghttp://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/EddieHoward.jpghttp://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/_BlankBackground.gifhttp://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/RhinoUmaga.jpghttp://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/SamoanMachine.jpg

The first TV match for SECW goes decently, average heat and action. Natural Storm defeats Samoan Destruction Inc. when D.C. Rayne pinned Rhino Umaga after a great reversal out of Umaga's Samoan Crab. Official match time: 6:25.

(D-)

Naess: Wow, what an amazing reversal by the hot prospect D.C. Rayne. Secured the win quite well, eh, RJ?

Thibodeaux: Gotta love the Louisiana born and bred...but Rhino Umaga totally blew that match. When a smaller guy like D.C. can get out of a submission like that, then pin you flat for the win, you've got to be disappointed.

Naess: Yeah, and Samoan Machine looked ticked following that loss. Samoan Destruction Inc. was supposed to take that match easily...and now Natural Storm is celebrating that big upset...wait, hold on a second...

The celebrating tag team of Rayne and Howard is throttled by Samoan Destruction Inc. as the big duo ran back down the ramp and collectively speared the two in the back.

Naess: I understand getting disappointed after a loss, but there was no reason for that brutal attack on Natural Storm.

Thibodeaux: Come on, Mitch. When you're celebrating a simple tag team victory like you won the lottery, get ready for people to get angry.Umaga and Machine were just showing those "underdogs" who rules the roost around the tag team circuit.

Naess: How can you say they rule the roost when they just got beaten? Looks like Natural Storm takes the driver's seat now...but at a high price.

(E/E-)

Thibodeaux: Now it's time for some good ol' one-on-one action, Mitch.

Naess: That's right, Ricky-Jean. The amazing athletic specimen Hell Monkey is going toe-to-toe tonight with the mysterious Voodoo King.

Thibodeaux: And this Voodoo King is one tough dude. I've known him personally for years, and this former street performer is about to go shock this crowd. Creepy guy with some hard flying fists. Get ready, Hell Monkey...you're gonna need it tonight.

http://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/HellMonkey.jpghttp://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/_BlankBackground.gifhttp://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/HaitiVoodude.jpg

Hell Monkey makes his entrance, delighting the crowd. Posters for the upper midcarder dot the crowd.

The crowd goes into a shocked/surprised/semi-cheering frenzy when the "rookie" Voodoo King makes his wild and freaky entrance, filled with smoke and fire. He grabs a mic and shouts to the crowd and the roster:

Voodoo King: I might be older than some of these kids...but how old am I really? (Laughs maniacally) All I know is that I love a little excitement and pop into my surroundings...and no one is safe from the Voodoo King!

Hell Monkey removes his mask and, with a little caution, begins to go up against the insane Voodoo King. This should be fun...

In a better match than our first, one with a lot of crazy and exciting moves and twists, Hell Monkey defeats Voodoo King by pinfall following a superb Hell Fire Kick. Official match time: 7:01.

(D+)

Naess: Wow, that guy is crazy. Absolutely insane. But he put up a great fight against the experienced and amazing Hell Monkey.

Thibodeaux: Good match. I think the Voodoo King is a excellent brawler, but you can't be that one-dimensional when you go up against a guy like Hell Monkey. And that kick was beautiful...night, night, sweetheart!

Naess: Now we go backstage where Miss Krissy Angelle is with her new client...who will it be?

http://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/KrissyAngelle.jpg

The camera cuts to Krissy Angelle, looking good as always. She has a taunting look in her eyes as she starts to speak.

Angelle: Since my arrival here at the Center, everyone backstage is wondering who is going to be the lucky guy. Who will I manage? So, I thought about and evaluated everyone here. And I picked the smartest, most handsome, strongest, and best wrestler out here. And here he is now...

http://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/StefanFaust.jpg

Jay Thibodeaux, Ricky-Jean's son and independent wrestling star down in the Southeast area, enters with a smile on his face as he wraps his arm around Angelle's shoulder.

Angelle: Oh, Jay...we're going to go far in this business. Watch out, everyone. You can't stop us. You won't stop us. We are the next greatest things in wrestling. So get ready, Bulldozer Brandon Smith. The world's most beautiful pairing is about to rock your world.

She smirks and kisses Jay on the cheek and the camera cuts to the broadcasting crew.

Thibodeaux: That's my boy! Haha! Just like his old man...getting the best manager and going all the way to the top!

Naess: Well, your son is going up against the young and promising Bulldozer Brandon Smith. The former football star has made his way up the ladder in Mid Atlantic Wrestling, and now he's down here to build his fame in SECW.

http://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/StefanFaust.jpghttp://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/_BlankBackground.gifhttp://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/BulldozerBrandon.jpg

Jay Thibodeaux makes his way down to the ring, accompanied by the gorgeous Krissy Angelle. In a kind of funny camera shot, Ricky-Jean gives his boy a standing ovation and a thumbs-up.

Bulldozer Brandon Smith enters, ready for battle. Poor guy has a bit of a frown on his face...and we see why. He really wanted Krissy to be his manager, and he shakes his head disappointingly when he slips through the ropes near her.

In the best match so far, Jay Thibodeaux defeated Bulldozer Brandon Smith by pinfall after decking BBS with brass knuckles while Angelle seductively distracted referee Eugene Williams. Official match time: 6:22.

©

Naess: Like father, like son, I guess. Jay cheated twice in order to beat Brandon Smith! Clocked him with the brass knuckles, while his manager kept the ref distracted!

Thibodeaux: Mitch, you've been in this business long enough...you've got to do whatever it takes to pick up the W. He's a smart kid, listened to me...gotta focus on that bum knee of Brandon's.

Naess: Well, he did that exactly. Guy could hardly walk after that assault...just a pure beatdown on that knee of his. Hope he's okay.

Thibodeaux: Ah, he'll be alright...he's a professional athlete. This is just part of the job. When you're the best, you won't get smacked around like that.

Naess: Whatever, Ricky. Coming up next is what looks to be a very entertaining matchup...the high-flying Frankie Perez vs. the indy veteran The Mean Machine.

Thibodeaux: Frankie is one tough hombre...can fly like a dang bird and is very, very strong for his size. But my boy The Mean Machine...guy is a legend in this business. Nothing can stop this beast of an athlete!

Naess: We're about to find out what'll happen right now as Frankie's heading to the ring...

http://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/FrankiePerez.jpghttp://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/_BlankBackground.gifhttp://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/MeanJeanCattley_alt1.jpg

Frankie Perez enters the ring, much to the crowd's delight. He's slapping hands down the entrance ramp and having fun, playing to the crowd. Frankie's quickly becoming a fan favorite here in SECW.

The Mean Machine, however, enters the ring to a storm of boos. The metal-masked wrestler enters, and looks around at the angry masses. He points at all of them and does a cutthroat gesture. Not a good way to win friends and influence people, but The Machine doesn't care.

Another decent match put on by two very different workers going all out for the fans, getting them ready for the main event. After equal moves and eye-popping moments, The Mean Machine squeezes the life out of Frankie Perez with a Sweet Southern Sleeper for the victory. Official match time: 7:46.

(D)

Naess: Welcome to SECW, Mean Machine! What a beautifully executed sleeper hold, and Perez was out like a light. Before we get to our main event, my partner Ricky-Jean Thibodeaux wants us to go backstage with him as he talks with the amazing Hell Monkey.

http://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/HellMonkey.jpghttp://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/Two-FaceTucker.jpg

The camera cuts to Hell Monkey listening to the boss man, Ricky-Jean Thibodeaux.

Thibodeaux: Now listen, John. I want you to know that I'm in charge around here, and you will do as I say. Now we can either be enemies, or you can just stick by me and we'll go far in this business...if you do what I want you to.

Hell Monkey is clearly not interested in joining up with Ricky-Jean, and remains emotionless.

Thibodeaux: Well, John...have it your way. Just know I was a former champion in four...yes, four...promotions at the same time. I know how to mess guys like you up.

Hell Monkey remains silent.

Thibodeaux: What if I just decided to teach you a lesson right now, Tiny...

Hell Monkey's heard enough. He executes another stunning Hell Fire Kick just like he did to Voodoo King early on. This shuts Ricky-Jean up, who grits his teeth and makes his way back to ringside for the main event.

(D+)

Naess: Wow. Hell Monkey refuses to be intimidated by my partner's power in the company. How's the jaw, Ricky?

Thibodeaux: Shut up, Mitch. John's going to learn his place in the company soon enough. We won't have mess like that going on here, I assure you.

Naess: Well, ladies and gentlemen, here come the main event: Acid versus Fox Mask...winner going to the three-way dance!

Thibodeaux: High risk, high reward...who will do what it takes to get the chance to be the first Southeastern champion?

Naess: We're about to find out! Hang onto your seats, folks...it's time for the ladder match!

http://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/Acid.jpghttp://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/_BlankBackground.gifhttp://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/FoxMask.jpg

Acid enters the ring and looks up at the briefcase hanging above the ring. He points up to it and makes sure the crowd knows who is getting that title shot.

Fox Mask now enters, and the crowd goes wild...the two masked wrestlers are about to put on an amazing match. Here we go...

In a jaw-dropping ladder match that included flips, slams, and flying spears all around, Acid is going to the three-way dance! The amazing Acid climbed the ladder and took home the briefcase, but not before a flying dropkick off the very top of the ladder nailed Fox Mask. In a sort of post-match victory emotional blast, Acid smashes the ladder on Fox Mask again...completely unnecessary. He's met by thunderous boos all around. Official match time: 10:43.

(C-)

Naess: Completely unnecessary! Why would Acid do that? He's already got the title shot!!! What a low move for the monstrous Acid.

Thibodeaux: You got that right, he's a monster...an absolutely terrifying...

http://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/Acid.jpghttp://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/HaitiVoodude.jpg

Ricky-Jean is cut off by the lights going completely out. Then the ring is filled with red smoke and thunder rings out. The ring rips open, and Acid is swallowed inside as the distinctive maniacal laughter of Voodoo King resonates throughout the Center.

(D+)

Thibodeaux: Well, that's one way to cap off a great night of wrestling!

Naess: What a night it was, partner. And next week looks to be even better! What will happen to Voodoo King? How will Acid respond? Who's going to go to the dance next? The title races will turn next week! For my partner Ricky-Jean Thibodeaux, I'm Mitch Naess saying so long from the beginning shots of the revolution! Good night SESN! Good night New Orleans!

<p><strong>The Method Behind the Madness: Thoughts From A Rookie Booker</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong> </strong>Hey, it's me, Jay. Dad thought it would be good to write something down about my reactions and reasoning behind the show for all of you smart marks following out there. Maybe this'll help...maybe it won't.</p><p> </p><p> Mr. Electricity signed with us the day right before episode 1. I really didn't think I would be able to get him in a match, but he graciously agreed to wrestle in the dark to build some momentum for him. He went over decently with the crowd, good for a midcarder. But the Keith brothers beating the mystery tag team shocked some folks, usually the mystery guys pick up the W. But these guys are the REAL DEAL...let's see how far they can rise in SECW.</p><p> </p><p> Dad exploded into the crowd in his opening address. The fans love him. Easy ratings for me...</p><p> </p><p> Now the Natural Storm upset over Samoan Destruction Inc. disappointed me. And the celebrations and attack just made it worse. Rhino and Machine were both really off their games, and that's odd with a team of their chemistry and experience. The fans connected with the face tag team of Rayne and Howard, so they're going to be great opening to midcard assets to the company. </p><p> </p><p> Hell Monkey was rocking tonight...the crowd loved him, in his amazing match with Voodoo King (an out of nowhere fan favorite--both are gonna be faces from now on) and the attack on Dad. His push might change within a couple of months, if he stays along. Voodoo King shocked the crowd, and shocked me with how good he actually is at brawling. Hell Monkey was taking a POUNDING from the big guy. The crowd warmed up to King, and that phenom attack on Acid sealed his fate as a face. Great duo.</p><p> </p><p> Krissy and I play off of each other very well, and she actually seemed somewhat interested in me off camera...yes...</p><p> Anyway, about the match. Brandon did a great job of taking a beating from me, and he played the "almost comeback" well. And I know those brass knuckles did a number to him. Krissy did a great job "seducing" Eugene. Needed a win to pick up steam, and the crowd played the sympathy card for Brandon. He's going to do great down here, and he's just a great guy...very likable. Have I mentioned that Krissy was awesome in her role tonight?</p><p> </p><p> The Mean Machine and Frankie Perez match went over really well with the crowd, they love Frankie and absolutely hate Jean. Both guys went all out and delivered...both are great assets to the company. I'm just glad I wasn't the guy getting put to sleep by Mean Jean. He might be old, but he's a beast in the ring. </p><p> </p><p> Acid and Fox Mask put up a great match...and I really wanted to put over the more popular Acid and make sure he got in the first title match. And it also didn't hurt that the guy just went crazy post-match and splattered Fox Mask. Then the Voodoo King attack...we've got a great storyline coming up for these guys. </p><p> </p><p> Headed to the Sunshine State next show...get ready Florida.</p><p> </p><p> -Jay</p><p> </p><p> _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________</p><p> </p><p> Special thanks to the two guys who made predictions for this show (two more than I expected). <p>Pretty nice show, I like how the write ups focus less on the actual match and more on what happens leading up to it and afterwards. However, I must confess that I thought Voodoo King was a heel and 'de-summoned' Acid from the bowels of hell, which would have been awesome as hell but require some major kayfabe.</p><p> </p><p>

Natural Storm vs. Samoan Destruction Inc. vs. Twin Killings

Last week Natural Storm pulled off the upset over favorites Samoan Destruction Inc., then paid for it dearly with two sick spears from Umaga and Machine. Is revenge on the mind of Natural Storm? Have the Samoans softened the young guns? And what about the Twin Killings? Last week the new tag team rolled over Arthur Dexter Bradley and Mr. Electricity...perhaps they want to throw a kink in the Southeastern Tag title race. The tables will be pulled out, and someone's going down...who will push their way towards the front of the pack?

http://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/FoxMask.jpghttp://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/_BlankBackground.gifhttp://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/KashmirSingh_alt2.jpg

Fox Mask vs. Mr. Electricity

Last week Fox Mask was this close to going to the three-way dance, until the monster Acid pulled off his sick drop kick. Then there was the post-match ladder beatdown by the insane heel. Fox Mask has agreed to wrestle through the pain this week, as medical staff has confirmed a minor injury in his neck. Can Fox Mask overcome these difficulties to pick up a win over the explosively fabulous Mr. Electricity, who made his grand surprise debut last week?

http://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/HaitiVoodude.jpghttp://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/_BlankBackground.gifhttp://i878.photobucket.com/albums/ab345/TheLeviticalLawKid3/SECW%20Diary%20Photos/ArthurDexterBradley.jpg

Voodoo King vs. Arthur Dexter Bradley

Voodoo King shocked the SECW fanbase last week with his freaky entrance and the phenomenal attack on Acid. Folks are still wondering if we can trust the "reformed" Voodoo King, who wants the fans to love him even if he's a freak. Arthur Dexter Bradley has called out the Voodoo King though, as the teenage phenom says the old (???) brawler's last days are near. Who will win, the old (still a major ???) freakshow or the very young gun?

Acid and Fumihiro Ota vs. Bulldozer Brandon Smith and Bradford Peverell

Fans all across the South were excited to hear that two big names have landed in SECW, as the super ninja Fumihiro Ota and "Hands of Stone" Bradford Peverell have confirmed contracts with the company as of this week. Ota will be teamed up with the title match-bound Acid, and Peverell will fight alongside the young and battered prospect Bulldozer Brandon Smith. Who will emerge victorious in this star-studded tag team throwdown?

Jay Thibodeaux vs. Frankie Perez

Ricky-Jean's son made an explosive impact last week on SECW, as he and his new manager Krissy Angelle orchestrated a very interested ending to Jay's match with Bulldozer Brandon Smith. Jay looks to continue his rise to the top as he battles the amazing Frankie Perez, who wants to rebound from last week's sleeper ended match against The Mean Machine. Thibodeaux or Perez...who will take home the win?

The Mean Machine vs. Hell Monkey

Both of these battle-hardened competitors picked up big wins last week on SECW on SESN. Now they will go head-to-head for the chance at the Southeastern title. The Mean Machine didn't make any friends last week as he squeezed the life out of fan favorite Frankie Perez, and Hell Monkey made a big enemy of Ricky-Jean Thibodeaux. Will the boss have his hand in this match? Or will Hell Monkey continue to amaze? Who is going to the three-way dance next?

The race to Night of Champions continues this week as SECW on SESN is ready to shock and amaze. The wrestling scene in the Southeast will never be the same...get ready for high-flying, pulse-pounding, hard-hitting, and rough and tumble wrestling LIVE.

Natural Storm vs. Samoan Destruction Inc. vs. Twin Killings (Tables Match, Pre-Show)

Better choice for long term plans

Fox Mask vs. Mr. Electricity

Pretty certain on this one

Voodoo King vs. Arthur Dexter Bradley

I like the Voodoo king, he still has some miles left.

Acid and (New Roster Addition) Fumihiro Ota vs. Bulldozer Brandon Smith and (New Roster Addition) Bradford Peverell

Much more upside to this powerful duo

Frankie Perez vs. Jay Thibodeaux

Going with Perez so Jay can come back and beat him on his way out.

The Mean Machine vs. Hell Monkey (Three Way Dance Qualifier)

Toss up, rhink Hell Monkey is the future, Mean Machine is now

This is another last call for predictions, hopefully I'll have the show done by tomorrow night. I've ran the show until week 4 of February, and I love how it's going.

To whom it may concern (anyone who ever posted or viewed this dynasty):

The reason I haven't posted on this in so long is that the file no longer exists on my computer. Lost the entire game. Gone.

I hadn't played in a while due to school and work...stuff like that. Go up to run a show and review for my next write-up for Episode 2, and it wasn't there. Don't know why or how...but it's gone.

So, therefore, this dynasty is over. I'm thinking about doing another one, and hopefully this one won't mysteriously vanish. I'm really ticked about this, because I had a good thing going with this game.

Anyway, to John Lions, Bolthino, BYU 14, and any other lurkers who never posted, thanks for watching the beginnings...and I would really like you guys to come back for my new dynasty that I might do in a week or so. Hopefully this one will freaking stay on my hard drive.

Thanks again,

TheLeviticalLawKid3
