I used winzip on Windows 7. It gave me an error message when I tried to unzip, then it asked me in a popup to open under administrative control or something to that effect. Then open up winzip in adminstrative mode by right clicking it, then go to properties, then shortcut, then advanced and click the run in administrative mode.
