A Family Tradition: The Revival of Southern Championship Class Wrestling

(OOC: This card preview is kind of a "last call" for predictions. Halfway done writing the show, hopefully will have it posted by Sunday or Monday.)

SCCW'S GREAT SOUTHERN SHOWDOWN

LIVE FROM THE TOWNSEND LIVESTOCK PAVILION IN DELAND, FLORIDA

CARD PREVIEW

Last month the revival began. After years of silence, Southern Class Championship Wrestling returned with a bang at the Kimbel Arena in Conway, South Carolina. Legends returned. Future superstars surfaced. Hundreds were amazed. The revolution began...again.

This month, SCCW takes The Sunshine State by storm with The Great Southern Showdown. All three brand new SCCW titles built by ReapeR's RendeRs will be on the line. DeLand, Florida and the Townsend Livestock will never be the same after SCCW comes to town. Championship gold will be awarded and bad blood will reign.

Welcome to the Showdown.

Bulldozer Brandon Smith w/ Dharma Gregg vs. Elijah Harris vs. Nelson "The Dream" Callum vs. Riley McManus

Our first match of the night will be a friendly four-way from some of the best talent on the roster. All four competitors assure us that there aren't any hidden agendas or ill will between them, and they just want to go all out for the fans. After last month's tainted loss delivered by The New Sneer Corporation's Matthew Keith, how will Bulldozer Brandon Smith come back? Nelson "The Dream" Callum saw a title shot slip right between his fingers at the Saturday Night Special, so how will react in this four-way? Riley McManus, fresh off of a tag win with fellow blue chipper Davis Wayne Newton, comes into the match with the most momentum. And "The Soul Man" Elijah Harris makes his triumphal return to SCCW at the Showdown. Who will go the extra mile for the fans and the win?

Tag Team Tables Match:

Natural Storm w/Katie Cameron vs. The Tennessee Outlaws

This month's Online Exclusive on SCCW.com was Natural Storm and Katie Cameron calling out Blackjack Robbins and Whisky Jack for wrongfully eliminating them from last month's elimination tag team match.

"If you want to use weapons and all that, it's cool with us," D.C. Rayne remarked in the video. "That's why we want this tables match. We're gonna go all out to put both of you through a table and get our revenge."

The Outlaws were quoted as saying, "We practically invented the tables match. Challenge accepted. Might wanna bring an ambulance, Miss Katie."

Who will emerge on top in our second match of the night, one sure to send shockwaves throughout the Pavilion?

SCCW Tag Team Championship Match:

Wiley Coyote vs. ???

Another SCCW tag team called out another for this month's show. Except this time it was the veteran tag team of Wiley Steinway and Coyote Dynamite, and the challenge was for any team brave enough. After an epic four-way elimination tag match victory last month at the SNS, Wiley Coyote are on a roll with their new title straps?

Is there anyone insane enough to go after these tag team legends on their first title defense night? Can they possibly come up with an upset, or will Wiley Coyote roll on?

Mr. Electricity vs. Dazzling Dave Diamond

Mr. Electricity asked for a title shot last month, and got it. Unfortunately for him, it was "the wrong one" and he was defeated by Mainstream Hernandez. Mainstream is going for the gold this month, and Mr. Electricity comes into the Showdown humiliated and wanting revenge.

Dazzling Dave Diamond, on the other hand, was given the title shot Mr. Electricity wanted, but was cheated out of a win by Antonio Del Veccio.

Both of these men are looking for retribution this month...who will win this grudge match of bitter workers?

SCCW Southern Regional Championship Match:

Mainstream Hernandez vs. Ash Campbell

Hernandez climbed the ladder and picked took home his title shot briefcase last month over Mr. Electricity. Ash Campbell, member of The New Sneer Corporation, took down Nelson "The Dream" Callum via a sick Shooting Star Press. These two young superstars will go toe-to-toe for SCCW championship gold at the Showdown. Will Hernandez wow the crowd once more, or will Campbell (and possibly The Corporation) snatch it away from the fan favorite?

SCCW Championship Match:

Antonio Del Veccio vs. Scorpion Steve Flash

Del Veccio dismayed the crowd last month with a cheat-to-win attitude, getting him over Dazzling Dave Diamond and taking him to the title match. Steve Flash brought the fans back to their feet again when he beat Luke Sneer and literally the entire New Sneer Corporation in a main event thriller.

These two incredible performers have made it to this: the match for the brand spanking new SCCW Championship. Will Del Veccio's underworld antics give him another W? Or will the Scorpion overcome the odds to take it home? Will The New Sneer Corporation have their hand in this title match at all? It all comes to this...

And what about Matthew Keith and Luke Sneer of The Corporation? What do they have in store for the Great Southern Showdown? Will they get into action or play the puppet masters throughout the night?

Tickets are still available at SCCW.com for the Great Southern Showdown. Don't miss what is shaping up to be another historical night in wrestling.

Saturday, Week 3, February 2010<O>

</O>

ANNOUNCERS: Jake Sneer and Ernie Turner<O>

</O>

The new age SCCW theme music hits and over a thousand screaming Floridian fans get on their feet in anticipation of the Great Southern Showdown. All three titles on the line, Internet rumors of surprise appearances, and the success of the Saturday Night Special has combined to create an insane atmosphere here in Deland.<O>

</O>Luke Sneer and Ernie Turner’s voices start over the PA system, and the crowd finally settles down.<O>

</O>“Welcome to the Showdown!”<O>

</O>Extreme amounts of noise accent Luke’s four little words.<O>

</O>“We have an amazing show planned for you tonight, Florida! I’m Luke Sneer joined here at the table by “The Slick Pimp Daddy of Tennessee”, Ernie Turner!”<O>

</O>“I’m stoked for tonight’s show, man…Ash Campbell vs. Mainstream Hernandez for Southern Regional title, Wiley Coyote’s first title defense after last month’s epic four-way elimination tag match, and Antonio Del Veccio battles Scorpion Steve Flash for the new SCCW Championship! What a night it will be!”<O>

</O>“You said it, partner. We’re also going to have a four-way friendly match between Bulldozer Brandon Smith, Riley McManus, Nelson ‘The Dream’ Callum, and new roster addition Elijah Harris. Also the Tennessee Outlaws have called out Natural Storm for a good ol’-fashioned Tag Team Tables match!”

“Woo boy, ‘The Soul Man’ is back in SCCW! I can’t believe it! This is almost as exciting as Krissy Angelle agreeing to go out with me after last month’s show!”<O>

</O>“I heard she slapped you repeatedly and escaped the arena immediately.”<O>

</O>“Well, different folks got different stories, Jake…”<O>

</O>“Anyhow, we kick off tonight with a special announcement from The New Sneer Corporation…and here they come now!”

<O></O>……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………<O></O>

As Jake is saying “now”, Luke Sneer and Matthew Keith come into the Pavilion to The New Sneer Corporation’s new theme music, a hard rock sequence with some Southern overtones thrown in. The arrogant grins of the “top two” in the stable force a not-so warm welcome from the crowd. The two young superstars, dressed in fine suits, walk down the ramp and enter the six-sided ring and begin their “special announcement”.

(pointing at the SCCW logo plastered in the middle of the ring) “Tonight, the takeover begins. The New Sneer Corporation will stop at nothing to become the most dominant force in this company. And whoever’s not with us is against us. (pulling down his shades for dramatic effect) And you sure don’t wanna be against The Corporation.” <O>

</O>“Our partner Ash is in the back, shaping up for his future beatdown on Mainstream Hernandez tonight for the Southern Regional Championship. Better declare your allegiances, Hernandez. It’s about to get real ugly in this very ring tonight.”<O>

</O>“You see, we’re here tonight to expand business dealings here in SCCW. And we’ve got our eye on two other young guys here, and we want them out here now. I want Matthew's brother Greg Gauge and Davis Wayne Newton to come out and let’s talk.”

Gauge and Newton come down into the ring without entrance music or anything special. Just two young guys walking down the ramp, uneasy about what’s to come.<O>

</O>“Greg, I know what you’re going to do. There’s no other way around it. You’re not gonna turn your back on your own twin brother, are you?”<O>

</O>Greg looks unsure about The Corporation, a stable that has agreed to pride themselves in interference and tainted finishing-teamwork. It seems this Sam Keith son might want to play by the rules and work alone. Matthew stares down Greg until he’s forced to submit. <O>

</O>He doesn’t say anything, just nods his head fearfully at his “evil twin”, per say. <O>

</O>“That’s what I thought. And you, Davis? Some call you the future of wrestling. I see talent, drive, and an eventual superstar. But you’re never gonna get off the ground without us. You need The Corporation. Stick with us, and you’ll be legendary before you know it.”<O>

</O>A giant smile is forming on DWN’s face. He loves this buttering up by Sneer, and his promise of fame and fortune makes this a no contest. He grasps Luke’s hand firmly and shakes it, laughing and smiling. The blue chipper is in.<O>

</O>“Ok, fellas. You’re in…almost.”<O>

</O>The expression on Newton and Gauge’s faces drop immediately.<O>

</O>“I thought you said we were in, Luke…”<O>

</O>“You’ve got to do just one little favor for us tonight. If you want in The Corporation, you’re gonna earn it.”<O>

</O>“What do you want us to do?”<O>

</O>The bluntness of Gauge angers his brother slightly, but Luke holds him back. A smile creeps over Luke’s lips and he starts to speak again.<O>

</O>“You know Wiley Coyote’s issued an open challenge tonight for their SCCW Tag Team Titles. You two beat them tonight, and it’ll be official. Deal?”

The two prospects are not happy about this proposition, but aren’t really willing to just walk away. Beat the veteran tag team of Steinway and Dynamite? The crowd is stunned, and murmurs are getting louder by the second.<O>

</O>“Alright, we’ll do it. We’ll win tonight.”<O>

</O>Newton shocks the crowd and Gauge even. The arrogant smirks of Keith and Sneer are back, and handshakes seal the deal. The segment ends with the new Corporation theme blaring again and Gauge stunned, talking to Newton in a hushed tone.<O>

(D-)<O>

Not as good as I expected out of us. Gauge and Newton were off tonight on their entertaining capacities, but the crowd liked it anyway. Maybe this will just be the bottom of the barrel for The Corporation when it comes to ratings.

……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………<O>

“Greg Gauge and Davis Wayne Newton have declared their allegiances, but can they complete their initiation task?”<O>

</O>“Having to beat Wiley Coyote on their first title defense night? No way they can do it!”<O>

</O>“Can the young guys complete the upset? Or will they fail to join the most powerful force in the SCCW?”<O>

</O>“Only time will tell, man…but we’ve got a couple of other matches to take care of first.”<O>

</O>“That’s right, Ernie. Bulldozer Brandon Smith, Nelson Callum, and Riley McManus have agreed to put on a friendly, no hard feelings matchup tonight for the fans. And SCCW legend ‘The Soul Man’ Elijah Harris has agreed to get in on this action. He told us earlier today he was excited to be back here at Class and looks to put on a great match for the fans tonight!”<O>

</O>“And here he comes!”

<O>

</O><O>

</O>……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………<O>

Elijah Harris vs. Bulldozer Brandon Smith w/Dharma Gregg vs. Nelson “The Dream” Callum vs. Riley McManus<O>

“The Soul Man” provides a big pop early for the veteran fans of SCCW, the Atlanta native struts into the ring to his classic track and plays to the fans quite well. Bulldozer Brandon Smith and Dharma Gregg come in next on “Bull’s Bike”, the crowd still can’t get enough of the motorcycle or the stunning Dharma. “The Dream” enters with a bit of a different look on his face, an almost arrogant demeanor is about the young idol…not the same character from the Special. Then Riley McManus enters last, tousling the hair of every young and aspiring grappler down the entrance ramp. <O>

</O>The midcarders do a great job of going all out for the fans in this match, twists and turns are coming from all sides. Early on Nelson Callum fights with a hidden rage that we’ve never seen from him, as Michael Bull has had to pull “The Dream” off of Elijah Harris multiple times due to rule violations. This makes Callum even more upset, and he dominates the match from early on. <O>

</O>Around the five minute mark McManus decides he’s had enough of Callum’s rage, this is supposed to be a “friendly” match. McManus strikes an unofficial team up chance for him and Smith, and the two focus on Callum with heavy blows and tag team-esque moves. This gives Harris a great opportunity to strike from behind, but Dharma “just so happens” to distract Harris long enough for a huge match turn. <O>

</O>“The Dream” fights out of the grip of the “tag team” that’s been roughing him up and nails Harris perfectly with a spear. The fans ooh and ahh, letting Callum milk their shock and enthusiasm for a while. It turns out to be too long, as the Dharma-managed Bulldozer Brandon to slide in and pin the ailing Harris for a quick one-two-three.<O>

Winner: Bulldozer Brandon Smith by pinfall at 6:12<O>

(E+)<O>

After the “friendly”, the competitors decide to celebrate for the fans together…except for Nelson Callum. “The Dream” exits immediately after the match, insisting that he “was robbed of a win” all the way up the ramp. The other three just shrug and keep going, keeping their babyface kayfabe going for now. <O>

(E+)

Not an awful match, it was just a normal crowd warm up. Putting four faces in a “friendly” match was the perfect opportunity to set up an all out slugfest, and it gave me an opportunity to play with Callum’s character for fan reaction. The jury’s still out on “The Dream”, but I like where this is going. Brandon carried the match alongside Dharma, and the aging Elijah and Riley did what was expected of them. It was decent and got the crowd on their feet a bit.

……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………<O>

“Wow, Nelson Callum was hot going up the ramp. He was ranting and raving that Brandon Smith stole his win from him.”<O>

</O>“Speaking of hot, did you see how Dharma Gregg looked tonight? Maybe she won’t be as stinging as Krissy was…”

“Focus, Ernie, focus. Callum did have a point, though. He was backed in a corner, fought out of it, seized the perfect opportunity, and enjoyed the moment…until Bulldozer Brandon swooped in and snatched the W.”<O>

</O>“Are you saying that airhead deserved that win? If you’re too dumb to pin the guy you just hammered with a no doubt finisher, you don’t deserve to win! Looks aren’t everything, ‘The Dream’. Don’t worry about trying to steal my ‘most handsome guy in the company’ award either…got that locked up tight, my brother!”<O>

</O>“Always interesting at this table with you, Ernie boy. Next we have a little grudge match between Natural Storm and The Tennessee Outlaws. Last month the Outlaws, mainly Blackjack Robbins, cheated to eliminate Rayne and Howard from the title match. Natural Storm has turned back this month, as many of you could have seen on the Internet exclusive video for this month at our website, and challenged The Outlaws to a no-holds-barred Tables match tonight.”<O>

</O>“I like Storm, but I don’t know if the youngsters can beat Blackjack and Whisky at their own game. At least they’ve got Katie Cameron on their side! Fellas, you’ll need the comfort from Katie C after this match, I’m afraid.”<O>

</O>“Here it comes, ladies and gentlemen…Natural Storm vs. The Tennessee Outlaws!”<O>

</O>……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

</O>

Natural Storm w/Katie Cameron vs. The Tennessee Outlaws<O>

Tag Team Tables Match

D.C. Rayne and Eddie Howard enter the Pavilion first, carrying their gorgeous manager Katie Cameron on a table. The table has be spray painted with the newly designed Natural Storm logo the duo wears on their trademark backwards hats. Cameron is sprawled out across the table, looking good as always. Blackjack Robbins and Whisky Jack, however, come to the ring in a unique way…right behind Natural Storm with no entrance music, sneak attacking the young guns. Katie goes flying off the table, cementing The Outlaws as the ultimate bad guys. She turns around and slaps Blackjack right across the face. And we guess Mrs. Robbins told her boy to never EVER hit a girl, as he menacingly just grits his teeth and goes about his Natural Storm-destroying business. <O>

</O>The teams finally get into the ring, and the match officially begins. Slams and thunderous strikes are thrown all around the ring by both teams, neither side can get a real advantage. Most would expect the down and dirty tag team of The Outlaws to dominate, but Rayne and Howard are attacking their foes with a ruthless tenacity and passion we didn’t see from them at the Saturday Night Special. Their unfair eliminations during the four-way title match last month might be the cause of this fury of the Storm.<O>

</O>Four minutes into the fight we have our first elimination. After smashing Rayne with a steel chair, Blackjack Robbins drags the knocked out Storm member to the middle of the ring and proceeds to make sure he’s a done deal. A table it set upright at a turnbuckle by Whisky Jack, who has just recently flipped Eddie Howard over the top rope and face first into the floor at the Pavilion. Meanwhile, Rayne has gotten his bearings and tries to fight off another steel chair beatdown from Robbins. The Outlaws succeed in getting Rayne down and out again, and Jack props Rayne up near the turnbuckle. Robbins puts himself in the classic three-point football stance and charges after Rayne like he’s a doomed quarterback.

Just as soon as Robbins nears for brutal connection, Howard reaches under the bottom rope and pulls his partner’s legs out from under him…leaving Whisky Jack wide open for a collision right through the upright table. Jack is eliminated and Robbins is stunned. Howard pulls Rayne off the ring before the wrath of Robbins comes and slaps his partner awake. Blackjack Robbins is now fully realizing what’s going on…he’s the only Outlaw left against two revenge-minded tag team partners. Rayne and Storm look at each other, smile, and at the same time call for Katie C to “get the table”. <O>

</O>Katie slides the spray painted Natural Storm table to the two and it’s the beginning of the end for Blackjack Robbins. After the two plaster Robbins into the mat with a Storm Damage (tag team flipping backbreaker), Howard lays Robbins across the table and Rayne prepares for a high risk move. Rayne prepares for a Frog Splash and…<O>

</O>…hits it perfectly. Goodbye Outlaws, Natural Storm gets the high impact upset.<O>

</O>

Winner: Natural Storm by table break via Frog Splash (Rayne) at 7:05

(E+)

Was a little leery of giving a young flashy tag team a win in a table match over a veteran brawl squad, a team used to matches like these. The crowd loves the new Storm vs. Outlaws feud going on here. Perfect face vs. heel, young vs. old, flashy vs. down and dirty…you get the picture. Good second match for us.

……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………<O>

</O>“A stunning upset by Natural Storm! Beating The Tennessee Outlaws at their own game. I’m at a loss for words, Ernie.”<O>

</O>“You know I’m never out of words, Jake. Rayne and Howard came out on a roll and their teamwork paid off in the end. What an insane match by these two tag teams! Gotta love it when the young guys get the big game over the big uglies.”

“Hold on a second, Ernie. It looks like the SCCW medical staff is having to tend to a knocked out Blackjack Robbins in the middle of the ring. That Rayne Frog Splash did a number on him, as he has suffered some rough head injuries. As the medical staff continues to work on Robbins, we turn you backstage where The New Sneer Corporation has received some major news.”<O>

</O>……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………<O>

</O>The backstage segment begins with Matthew Keith calling out to his partner Luke Sneer. He has a small note in his hand, standing in front of his opened locker. Whatever’s on the note has seemed to rile him up a good bit, as he’s stuttering as Luke comes towards him.<O>

</O>“L…L…Luke…” <O>

</O>“What is it, Matthew?”<O>

</O>“I just opened my locker and this note fell out! I don’t know how it got in, or why it’s there.”<O>

</O>“Well, have you read it yet?”

“Uh, how it got in there is enough for me! I have private stuff in this thing! I’ve got four locks with four different types of combinations, and there are no holes or slots in this thing. I’m scared, man…”

“Give me that thing. And quit being a pitiful little baby. Let’s see here…”<O>

</O>Matthew begins to pout as Luke begins to read the mystery note. The once “big and intimidating” Keith twin is now cowering at this situation.<O>

</O>To Matthew Keith and Luke Sneer of The New Sneer Corporation: You think you’re untouchable with your layers of protection, eh? We’re here to prove you wrong, guys. After your fellow partner Ash Campbell loses tonight to Mainstream Hernandez, we want you two to come into the ring…if you’re brave enough. Don’t worry, we’ve got a backup plan if you don’t show, and it’s worse than our offer right now. So get in the ring after the Southern Regional title match. Signed, Your Worst Nightmares. P.S. You’ll need this to get in.” (holds up key)<O>

</O>“I don’t know about this, Luke. These guys already have blown my mind and scared me spitless. We just need to stay out of the way tonight and keep ourselves on the down low…”<O>

</O>“And show the world that The New Sneer Corporation are a bunch of spineless saps? No way. We’re going in after Ash WINS tonight.<O>

</O>To the camera and whoever is irritating The Corporation:<O>

</O>“You have no idea what you’re getting yourselves into, ‘Mystery Men’. Or should I say ‘Mystery Boys’? Because if you need to call us out through a stupid note and key, you’re no real men. We accept, boys. Get ready for the fight of your life.”<O>

</O>The crowd is buzzing about this arrogant accepting by The New Sneer Corporation, mostly Luke Sneer. Sneer walks away, while Keith stands silent for a while, shuddering at the thought. Then he turns around back to his locker and tries to figure out how in the world the Mystery Duo got in there.<O>

</O>……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………<O>

</O>“That ol’ boy is shaken up for sure, partner.”<O>

</O>“Matthew Keith is in awe of these two guys. Who are they? What do they want from The New Sneer Corporation?”<O>

</O>“And has Luke Sneer’s arrogance gone too far here? Has he bit off more chicken than he can chew?”<O>

</O>“My brother’s never walked away from a challenge, so I’m not surprised at all by this. But these two mystery men are puzzling me. How’d they get in Keith’s locker, anyway?”<O>

</O>“Hope they can’t get in my locker, man…I’ve got some really personal pict…I mean material in my locker.”<O>

</O>“I can only imagine, Ernie. You never cease to amaze me. But now, ladies and gentlemen, the two potential members of The Corporation are going up against Wiley Coyote right now!”

“Who in their right minds can accept this initiation plot? Beat Wiley Coyote, an established tag team, on the first hopeful title defense night? No way.”<O>

</O>“Gauge and Newton surely have their hands full…let’s get on with the title showdown!”<O>

SCCW Tag Team Championship Match<O>

While the founding members of The New Sneer Corporation are wondering about the mystery note and key, two young guys are in way over their heads trying to get in to the madness. The makeshift tag team of Gauge and Newton enter first: the former walks down the ramp unsure of all of this, while the latter loves the challenge. Newton slides into the ring with a c0cky flair, but Gauge has to take a deep breath to psyche himself into the match. <O>

</O>Then the champions enter. Steinway and Dynamite know what’s going on, and seem ready to destroy the young heels. The crowd leaps to their feet for their favorite tag team, who are toting their new championship belts. A rocking atmosphere sets up this match, can Gauge and Newton really beat Wiley Coyote on this night? Michael Bull holds the belts up and calls for the bell…the madness begins.<O>

</O>Newton and Steinway are in the ring first for this one, and the blue chipper shocks everyone by dominating early on. The raw speed, strength, and athleticism of DWN overpowers Wiley early and he is forced to tag Coyote Dynamite earlier than planned. Here’s shocker #2: Newton owns Coyote, too. The first five minutes of this match might as well have been a handicap 2 on 1 showdown. Gauge seems pleased in his corner, not having to get his hands dirty in a match he didn’t really want to be a part of.

But Wiley Coyote could not be put out in a title match that quick. Newton builds up an extreme overconfidence when Steinway is tagged back in, and the tide turns. Embarrassment or early match stiffness might have been the cause of this, but Steinway goes crazy on Newton quickly. After squirming out of a punishing submission hold, Newton lunges for Gauge and the second Keith twin is finally in. <O>

</O>As Gauge and Steinway are locking up in the ring, DWN has bigger plans for the match. Newton hops down off the ring and heads over to the table where the titles are being held. He quickly grabs one and climbs back to ringside, where Coyote Dynamite is just realizing what Newton is doing. As their partners are continuing to battle in the six-sided ring, Newton and Dynamite are having a full-fledged shouting match. Newton clearly says something to Coyote about “not being fit to wear a championship belt anywhere”. Newton then holds up the title mockingly in front of him and spits on it, right on Dynamite’s name plate on the new belt. During this disrespectful fiasco, Gauge has Steinway in the Proton Lock and the veteran squirms away from him to tag Dynamite in. Newton then calls out to Gauge to “tag him in so he can finish this thing”.

Dynamite’s in full rage mode now, and he charges after Newton, who is still holding the disrespected belt. When Gauge gets to his corner, he knows what’s going on now. The young duo both wear extremely large smiles, knowing that this match is in the bag. Newton dangles the belt in front of Coyote one more time, and, for good measure, spits on it again. Dynamite is at the point of no return. The tag team legend snatches the belt away from DWN and clocks him with it in one fatal swoop. Bull calls for the bell and it’s all over. Steinway is shocked on the other side of the ring and has to practically drag Dynamite off of Newton, who is still busting DWN with the title belt. Bull grudgingly raises the arms of Gauge and Newton, but Wiley Coyote keep the belts.<O>

</O>

Winner: Greg Gauge and Davis Wayne Newton by DQ (Dynamite Weapon Use) at 10:16<O>

Wiley Coyote Retain SCCW Tag Team Championships<O>

The post-match scene is one of shock and chaos. Steinway and Dynamite argue over the DQ while walking up the ramp, although Steinway’s doing most of the talking and Dynamite’s still wipes spit and Newton’s blood off of his belt. Fans boo all across the Pavilion, and Gauge and Newton take it all in with extreme arrogance. <O>

</O>All of a sudden The New Sneer Corporation’s music hits and Luke Sneer, Krissy Angelle, and the still scared Matthew Keith come down. They approach Gauge and Newton, whose knowing grins puzzle Sneer and Company a bit.<O>

</O>“I don’t get it, guys. Why are y’all all smiling and carrying on? You didn’t win the title belts for The Corporation, like I wanted you to.”<O>

</O>Newton falls backward, struck by that statement. He really wants in The Corporation, obviously. Gauge though is still stone-faced.<O>

</O>“Bu…bu…but…Luke, Matt…I’ll do anything to get in…I’ll prove myself, without Greg…”<O>

</O>“Quiet, Davis. You said we needed to win the title match. We did. You didn’t say anything about having to get the actual belts.”<O>

</O>Gauge’s bluntness still continues to shock and defy Luke and Matthew Keith. Keith straightens up, primed and ready to take down Gauge at Luke’s word, but that Sneer laugh resonates into the microphone.<O>

</O>“Very good, Greg. You pay attention well and do whatever it takes to win. I like that. Welcome to The Corporation. You too, Davis.”<O>

</O>Handshakes from all around seal the deal, although Greg and Matthew’s is a little stiff. Luke then raises the hands of the two new members of The New Sneer Corporation as the segment ends, music kicking once more. <O>

</O>

(D)

Awesome performance by both sides in this one. Greg and DWN work well together and Wiley Coyote delivered their trademark work yet again. Highly believable Dynamite beatdown and rocky relationship between the Keith twins. The New Sneer Corporation are picking up momentum by the segment, and Wiley Coyote got to keep their titles. One to remember from this night.

……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………<O>

</O>“Are you kidding me? They did it!”<O>

</O>“Whatever it takes is right. Gauge and Newton are in The Corporation, and Wiley Coyote take a stunning loss. They’ll keep that gold, but everything went wrong for them at the end of that match. Still can’t believe how that all went down!”<O>

</O>“What an amazing chain of events we’ve just seen here at the Pavilion! DeLand, Florida will truly never be the same after tonight…and we’ve got more to come!”<O>

</O>“I’m not necessarily a big fan of The New Sneer Corporation, but I have to say: the brightest young talent, whatever their motivations are, have joined forces with Luke Sneer and are primed to take over this company. I don’t think anyone can stop The Corporation, man. Best of all, Krissy Angelle’s with ‘em!” <O>

</O>“The Corporation rolls on tonight, ladies and gentlemen. Let’s see how member Ash Campbell can do tonight over everybody’s favorite Mainstream Hernandez. But first, we head backstage to one hot Mr. Electricity as he has a few words to say before his match tonight with Dazzling Dave Diamond.”<O>

</O>……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………<O>

</O>Our backstage segment starts with a close up of a sneering Mr. Electricity. He monstrously groans in rage and the camera zooms out just as he’s throwing a water bottle up against the wall. Met by boos from all of the fans (and even a few laughs after last month’s botched title shot), Electricity begins his rant by attacking them first.<O>

</O>“Welcome, pitiful fans, to my world. Last week, I was given a petty Southern Regional title shot and didn’t cash in against that kid Hernandez. But let me let you in on a little secret: I threw the match.<O>

</O>This surprising and hardly believable revelation causes more heat towards the Indian grappler. He takes all of the criticism and keeps on ticking.<O>

</O>“That’s right. I deserved BETTER! A man of my caliber should be in Del Veccio or Flash’s spot tonight, not in a regular match. But I know who doesn’t deserve better…all of you out here at this cattle pen you call a wrestling venue.<O>

</O>DeLand’s Finest now have a new Public Enemy #1: Kashmir “Mr. Electricity” Singh. They’re sending out an APB right now.<O>

</O>“Boo all you want, but you know I’m right. I deserve to be in better matches at better venues…for better fans. You red of the necks have no idea about the wrestling.<O>

</O>Gotta love the whole bad grammar, zero slang thing he’s got going on. Smart marks dotted throughout the venue are laughing their heads off. Everyone else is too offended.<O>

</O>“And the one they call Dazzling Dave Diamond?<O>

</O>Finally some cheers at the name of Triple D. Mr. Electricity curls his lip again and unleashes a rain of spit at the name of Diamond.

“He doesn’t deserve the opportunity to wrestle me. You call yourself the ‘Dazzling’ one here? Feast your eyes on this.<O>

</O>Steps back so everyone can take in his outrageously bright costume and studded Kanye West-style glasses. It’s quite a sight here in the Sunshine State.<O>

</O>“I’m so dazzling it’s shocking. Hahahahaha…get it? Of course you don’t, pitiful Southern peasants. David Diamond? Say goodbye to the rest of your evening. I promise you I will stop at nothing to humiliate you and pin you for the one, two, three. You’re about to see when I actually try in a match…and I will get what I DESERVE!!!”<O>

</O>The segment ends with a delightful bottle toss towards the camera and more scary laughter from The Dazzlingly Electric One. <O>

</O>

(E+)

Well, this seems to be the magic grade for our backstage promos and such. Kashmir is a very entertaining character indeed, and he’s getting heat every time he gets within eyeshot. This sets up the bitter grudge match between Mr. Electricity and Triple D…coming up next!

……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………<O>

</O>“Okay, I know how you like bad guys, Jake…but can anyone actually like this guy?”<O>

</O>“I really don’t know, Ernie.”<O>

</O>“He just insulted me, my heritage, and all of our great fans at one time! And why did he have to drag DDD into that? Dave is just a good ol’ boy who loves what he does. Just plain disgusting, that Indian.”

“Mr. Electricity’s ‘Run to What He Deserves’ starts right now, against Dazzling Dave Diamond!”<O>

</O>

……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

</O>

Mr. Electricity vs. Dazzling Dave Diamond

Mr. Electricity enters the ring first to a beautiful medley of boos, laughs, and tossed empty Dr Pepper cups. He just gives his uppity laugh as the sparkling stage pyros cascade around him. Signs everywhere mock him and lets him know how they really feel. In case you haven’t picked up on this, the SCCW crowd HATES him.

But they don’t hate Dazzling Dave Diamond, as the ultimate Southern rebel hits the Pavilion to gigantic pop. Dave plays to the crowd and gets all hyped up for this showdown with Mr. Electricity, who he scowls at for the flamboyant grappler’s earlier interview. <O>

</O>And here we go! The two men oh-so-close to title shots last month go all out early on, showing relentless fury and hate for one another. Back and forth the guys get momentum, only to be shot down by the other at the two and a half count from Michael Bull. <O>

</O>After one particular close call from Bull, Mr. Electricity throws verbal jabs at the ref for the call. Bull gets right up in his face and warns him about defying his total ring authority, then turns around, having enough of Mr. Electricity’s whining. The flamboyant Indian then gets this purely evil look on his face before nailing Bull in the back of the head. Our Floridian referee is out like a light, more reason for the Sunshine State fans to hate Mr. Electricity more.<O>

</O>With the ref knocked out, Mr. Electricity goes for some weapons and full scale brawling. Diamond takes chair shot after chair shot without retaliating, just continuing to go after him sans weaponry. Fans plead with him to reach for a little help, but he goes for “fair” fighting. Mr. Electricity finally delivers the kill shot: a spinning DDT into the chair. Electricity gloats over his success and tosses a fading Diamond back into the ring. He shakes Bull awake and the ref makes it official.

Winner: Mr. Electricity by pinfall via Spinning DDT at 9:42

(D)

It was really tough giving a loss to a fan favorite like DDD, but I really want to push the hated Mr. Electricity as the top heel outside of The Corporation. Dave will take a beating, and the fans still love him. Kashmir is playing the despicable heel to perfection right now, let’s see how far we can take him.<O>

……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………<O>

</O>“Dazzling Dave Diamond refused to take the advantage in the match, and it cost him.”<O>

</O>“Man, I really wanted DDD to pick up the win over Mr. Electricity. That uppity freak show has gone too far this time, waylaying on one of the nicest guys in the business. Dude wouldn’t even use weapons while Bull was on Dream Street, shows how pure of a wrestler he is.”<O>

</O>“Bottom line: Diamond didn’t capitalize, and Mr. Electricity did. Hate him, love him…doesn’t matter. He does whatever it takes to win, and he’s going to go far here.”<O>

</O>“Not if I have anything to say about it, Jake. No way he’s gonna do that in a company I work at! Disrespecting the business, the fans, and his opponents…I hate that guy.”

“Hold on, Ernie. I’m getting something here…it seems that Mr. Electricity wants our cameramen to follow him backstage, as he says that he’s got something to say…again. Oh brother.”<O>

</O>……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………<O>

</O>The screen is now lit up with the back view of Mr. Electricity as he’s walking backstage, laughing and telling everyone he sees about what he just did to Dave. He stops in front of a door and motions for the cameraman to show the crowd where he’s at. A vinyl sign adorned with the SCCW logo says “RESERVED Private Locker Room: Antonio Del Veccio”. <O>

</O>Mr. Electricity doesn’t knock or anything. He steps back and dramatically delivers a stiff kick to the door and it violently swings open. Del Veccio is sitting in the middle of the room with his iPod in and a towel, dabbing his forehead. He doesn’t look too happy about getting his “private” locker room barged in by a rainbow-colored enemy. <O>

</O>“Electricity! What are you doing in here?”<O>

</O>“Quiet, Antonio! You think you’re sooooo great, sitting in here with your ePod and your fancy Italian water bottling. You’re about to face the Scorpion for the SCCW Championship, eh? I DESERVED THAT TITLE SHOT! You saw what I did to Diamond, and don’t think I can’t do it to you, pretty boy.”<O>

</O>“You’re insane, man. I earned this shot and I’m about to…”

“I said SILENCE!!!!!”<O>

</O>Electricity then clobbers ADV with an out of nowhere right hand, followed by ground and pound skills any MMA star would love. During this explosion Electricity continues to yell out how much he should be where ADV is. The camera swings around to find Scorpion Steve Flash (finally, some cheers from the masses) rushing in to break up the situation. He starts for Electricity with the trademark bat, and the flamboyant heel finally gets off of Del Veccio, breaking for the door. <O>

</O>Flash now focuses on the battered young title contender, who is badly bruised and clutching his right shoulder.

<O>

</O>“You ok, kid?”<O>

</O>Del Veccio is stunned that his enemy for tonight’s match is trying to help him.<O>

</O>“Yeah…I guess…why…why did you do that?”<O>

</O>“I’m not gonna win tonight because you got sneak attacked by an idiot like Electricity. Not me. You good, or do we need to wait for next month to go at it?”<O>

</O>“No, I’ll be alright. Just some ice on it and I’ll be ready for our war tonight, Flash. You better bring it, man.”<O>

</O>

The comment is not made with arrogance, but with sincere respect for the veteran wrestler. Flash looks at him and smiles, then offers his hand. The two shake and Flash turns towards the door.

“Hey, Flash.”<O>

</O>“Yeah?”<O>

</O>“You’re an alright guy. Thanks.”<O>

</O>Flash nods and heads back to get ready for the title showdown. The segment ends with ADV sort of smiling, then fuming after realizing that Electricity broke his iPod in the attack.<O>

</O>“That good-for-nothing coward!”<O>

</O>

(D-)

Ok, boys and girls, what have we learned here? #1: Mr. Electricity is gonna get to that Championship, whatever it takes. #2: Antonio Del Veccio can play what I call a ‘tweener…essentially a heel with some face qualities and a guy the crowd could grow to like. #3: Steve Flash makes any promo better. Great angle to give Mr. Electricity more heat and to hype up the main event.

……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………<O>

</O>“I hate him, I hate him, I hate him.”<O>

</O>“Won’t need three guesses to figure out who you’re talking about, Ernie.”<O>

</O>“Sneak attacking a guy about to go up against Steve Flash for the title! Gutless coward, that Electricity. Words cannot fully describe my feelings towards him. He even broke the man’s iPod! Touch one, too!”<O>

</O>“And what about the Scorpion? Coming in and saving his opponent tonight from a total beatdown?”<O>

</O>“Guy’s got total respect for this business, Jake. And even ADV surprised me there with that little tweak of thanks for Flash’s efforts. If that shoulder heals up, we’re gonna have an awesome main event tonight, partner!”<O>

</O>“You know it, Ernie. Now it’s time for our second title match of the evening: Ash Campbell and Mainstream Hernandez for the SCCW Southern Regional Championship.”

“Mainstream thrilled us all last month by beating the hated Mr. Electricity for the shot, and Ash Campbell demonstrated some amazing skills to beat “The Dream”. These two young bucks are primed and ready for some action…who will it be?”<O>

</O>“The Corporation member or the show stopping youngster? We’re about to find out!”<O>

SCCW Southern Regional Championship Match

Ash Campbell enters the ring first, and the fans definitely have mixed reactions to Nemesis’ son. Some love his raw talent, while others dislike his Corporation status and the cheat to win style. But he commands respect while entering the six-sided ring…he’s a focused and battle-ready competitor. The music of Mainstream Hernandez then hits and the crowd goes berserk. Still carrying his title shot briefcase from last month’s ladder match, Hernandez hops down the ramp ready for action. He makes a dynamic slide into the ring and heads for the nearest turnbuckle, asking for the fans to get all pumped up for this one. Bull has the newly detailed ReapeR-built title over his head and calls for the bell.

The two cruiserweights are perfect matches for each other. They both corporate a similar speedy style of work in the ring and the fans are treated to a steady diet of swift kicks, drops, and high-risk moves for the first ten minutes of the match. <O>

</O>The tide turns at the eleven minute mark when Campbell reverses a Hernandez Super Kick and sets up a Shooting Star Press. This cripples Hernandez and the “Mainstream Mafia”, a building fan section for him throughout the arena. Campbell wants more, though, and he moves on up to the turnbuckle, getting ready for a finisher. Campbell scans the Pavilion and smiles, pointing at his right elbow. He steadies himself and we have liftoff…the atomic elbow drop is coming to a Hernandez near you.<O>

</O>But Campbell didn’t get the part of Hernandez he wanted. Mainstream slides over and perfectly times a punch right into the parallel Campbell’s chin. The impact of the blow and the mat leave Ash dizzied in the ring, in perfect position for an Apparition #14. Mainstream executes his personal brand of flying clothesline with authority and becomes the new Southern Regional champion. <O>

NEW SCCW SOUTHERN REGIONAL CHAMPION: Mainstream Hernandez<O>

The post-match celebration for our newly crowned champion is one of pride and extreme noise by the fans. Hernandez kisses his new belt while Campbell writhes in pain outside the ring. Hernandez plays to the crowd some more but is interrupted by…<O>

</O>The New Sneer Corporation, of course. All four of the current members (not counting Campbell) and the scorching Krissy Angelle walk down the ramp. What are their intentions here?<O>

</O>“Nice victory, Mainstream. You beat one of our own. Which brings me to this…”<O>

</O>The fans and Hernandez know what’s coming next.

“How would you like to join The Corporation? We need fresh young and exciting talent just like you, and we would love to have an elite champion like you. What do you say?”<O>

</O>Hernandez smiles and nods his head in approval. He likes the praise of Luke Sneer and his stable but still says nothing. <O>

</O>“Come on, Mainstream. How can you say no?”<O>

</O>“You’re right, how can I say no?”<O>

</O>The fans are stunned. Is Mainstream Hernandez really doing this to them? Joining the crooked New Sneer Corporation? The noise builds and Hernandez waits. <O>

</O>“How can I say no? Like this…NO.”<O>

</O>He played the suspense card to perfection. The crowd roars over this, and Sneer and Co. are disappointed.<O>

</O>“You’re gonna regret this, Hernandez. Just know we’re everywhere, and we’re gonna try as hard as possible to make life difficult for you here.”<O>

</O>With that, The Corporation exits, leaving Hernandez free to celebrate for the fans a little more. <O>

</O>

(D+)

What a title bout. I was worried that these two young cruiserweights would tire out before the desired time, but they stuck to it. Fans loved the finish and the extremely physical performance by both sides. Either of these guys would have been perfect midcard champions for us, but Mainstream gets the slight advantage. This also puts a target on his back for The Corporation, so the fans will stick to him.

……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………<O>

</O>“How about Mainstream Hernandez? Winning the title and turning down The Corporation!”

“The Apparition #14 was all it took for him to turn the tide and take down Ash Campbell. What a match!”

“And we’ve got two more, partner! I can’t believe it!”<O>

</O>“The recently turned down Matthew Keith and Luke Sneer are getting ready for the two mystery men…who are they? And what do they want with The Corporation?”<O>

</O>“After that loss by a fellow member, what will Keith and Sn…oh my! Here we go, baby!”

</O>……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………<O>

</O>Turner’s sudden excitement turns the focus towards the ceiling of the Pavilion, as a steel cage is being lowered to the thrill of the fans. Once the cage settles over the ring, the familiar New Sneer Corporation music hits.<O>

</O>Luke Sneer and Matthew Keith come out in pure awe of the metal structure hanging over the ring. Sneer looks down at the note and key, then back up to the cage. The two seem to be in a slow trance down the entrance ramp, Keith shaking his head the whole way down. They approach the door and find a huge lock on it. Sneer uses the key and gets in, almost having to drag Keith into the ring. Once they’re in, Sneer pulls out a microphone and calls out to the mystery team.

“Alright, we’re here, boys. Show yourselves!”<O>

</O>Just then the Pavilion blacks out. Then all of a sudden a Southern rock song blares through the PA system and the screen flashes “WE’RE BACK…” The screen’s light illuminates the entire Pavilion again, and fans can see Sneer coldly staring at the ramp while Keith is curled up in the fetal position up against the cage. A gigantic stage pyro explodes, and fans can see two silhouettes in the glow. As it fades away, red, white, and blue spotlights hit center stage, revealing the mystery team.

“JESSE CHRISTIAN AND WHISTLER HAVE RETURNED TO SCCW! I DON’T BELIEVE IT!!!”<O>

</O>Thunderous applause fills the Pavilion as “Mr. SCCW” Jesse Christian makes his grand return to the company and wrestling in general alongside the fan-favorite Whistler, a veteran NYCW champion and former SCCW star. Ol’ Whistler is pumped up, hopping around while waving his trademark flag all over the place. But it’s not the American flag or the sometimes used Rebel flag flying high from Whistler, it’s a solid white flag emblazoned with the SCCW logo. Christian can just stand and smile in awe of the crowd and being back in wrestling.<O>

</O>After a few more moments of insanity from the crowd, Christian motions to the crowd to settle down as he pulls a microphone closer towards him. They obey the former face of Southern Championship Class Wrestling.<O>

</O>“It’s great to be back home.<O>

</O>The thunder returns, causing Christian to smile and motion for less noise again.<O>

</O>“I’ve been waiting for this moment ever since we shut the doors at SCCW the last time. I’ve been watching Shane Sneer at USPW and wonder what it would be like for me to come back. I almost came back last year, as Mr. Sam Strong himself offered me a job at USPW.

“But for some odd reason, I turned it down. I just felt like I couldn’t go anywhere else in wrestling. If I was ever going to wrestle, Shane would have to open SCCW’s doors again. And it turns out a Sneer did. I remember Jake Sneer wanting to talk for hours with me about wrestling after every show we did. And I did. I read his book, and he mentioned me as one of his favorites of all-time. <O>

</O>“So when I heard that Jake brought back his dad’s promotion, I was instantly interested. A couple weeks ago I called SCCW’s office in Nashville and told Jake that I’m done with my hiatus. I told him that the last time I wrestled in a ring, it was that final SCCW show. And now it’s back.<O>

</O>Christian pauses a second and turns away. <O>

</O>“So that means I’m back.<O>

</O>The crowd loves it, especially the old SCCW fans who have made a comeback to their old wrestling love.<O>

</O>“Which brings me to my point tonight: Jake’s twin Luke. Luke, I hear you brought your dad’s little group back here with your own twist. I hear you’ve got all of these great young superstars who are going to take over SCCW. Let me just tell you one thing, son. You’re not taking this place over. Whistler and I are coming back to where we left off. You want dominance in this company? You’re going to have to take us all out. So tonight, I invited you and your squirmy little friend to the cage. There’s no way out, as you can see. We’re gonna have a classic cage match to see who’s got the real upper hand here in the SCCW Revival.”<O>

</O>The crowd goes ballistic. The SCCW Originals vs. The New Sneer Corporation is on, splitting the crowd in two and forcing them to declare their allegiances. Matthew Keith breaks for the door, but Luke Sneer holds him back as the Shane’s wrestling son starts to speak.<O>

</O>“You’re on.”

Christian nods his head in agreement as he and Whistler start towards the cage. Michael Bull comes in as well, looking as excited as the fans for this one. When all four wrestlers get in, an SCCW employee puts the lock back on the cage door to the horror of Matthew Keith.<O>

</O>“It looks like Jesse was serious about there being no way out for The New Sneer Corporation.”<O>

</O>“Are you kidding me? My old buddy Jesse and Whistler are back in action here in a SCCW ring!”<O>

</O>“As he mentioned earlier, Christian has not been in the business since the final SCCW show a few years back. But the revival is here and Christian has returned to wrestling! Two on two in the cage! Who will be the top dogs in SCCW, The Originals or The Corporation?”<O>

</O>

(D)<O>

Now this is how we make a debut into the SCCW, baby. Christian’s return has been barely recognized by the wrestling community, so many fans didn’t see this one coming. Whistler is one of the best in the world at pumping a crowd up, so he served as the perfect “hype man” and partner for Jesse. This also sets up an upcoming war between The Originals and The Corporation that will shake the foundation of this company from an in-show standpoint. The crowd loves The Originals, but the younger crew seem to favor The Corporation. All in all, a great way to set up an opening grudge match and create some welcome back pop for these two.

……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………<O>

</O>

Jesse Christian and Whistler vs. Luke Sneer w/Krissy Angelle and Matthew Keith

2 on 2 Classic Cage Match<O>

Jesse and Whistler have a hard time getting used to the six-sided ring and the raw talent of Sneer and Keith early, but the crowd is keeping them in it. Both sides focus on just wearing out the other early, and by the twelfth minute, these guys are hanging in there.<O>

</O>It looked like the end for The Originals shortly thereafter, as Sneer focuses on Christian by controlling his head and smashing it against the cage. Matthew Keith keeps Whistler occupied with a Proton Lock. Whistler looks to be on his last leg and comes THIS close to tapping out, but the crowd won’t let him. A chant of “Whistler! Whistler! Whistler!” echoes throughout the Pavilion and the veteran musters up his last bit of strength to fight out of the lock. The crowd goes crazy when he turns and tries to stick Keith through the mat with a piledriver, shocking the Keith twin and laying him out.<O>

</O>Whistler then goes to help out a smashed Christian by giving Sneer a taste of his own medicine. Sneer whips around and goes for a brain-rattling right hook, but Whistler ducks just in time. Christian then puts Sneer in a full nelson-to-facebuster. Christian then turns to Whistler and nods. “It’s time, partner.”<O>

</O>The vet hops around and lets loose a deafening yell. He spins around and crushes Sneer in the back with a spear.<O>

</O>“Rebel Yell!”<O>

</O>Whistler rolls up Sneer and Bull goes for the count. Keith is now up and sprints over to his partner, ready to break up the pinfall. But Christian comes out of nowhere and takes Keith out with a vicious clothesline, securing the W for The Originals.

Winner: Jesse Christian and Whistler by pinfall via Rebel Yell (Whistler) at 14:46

The cage is now unlocked and Keith and Sneer tumble out, starting for the exit. The crowd is at a serious high following The Originals win. The cage is being lifted and Jesse is in the middle of the ring, exhausted but smiling. Whistler shows no tiring, as he grabs his flag and waves it around once again.

One would think Sneer and Keith would just retreat to the exit quietly and without any trouble, but that wasn’t the case.<O>

</O>“Yeah, yeah, nice move there, guys. You knew I wouldn’t back away from a challenge, and you played this up all well. But you still didn’t give me a straight challenge, so what does that say about you? Listen, Christian: you want a war? You’ve got a war. Hope you have some backup next month at March to Greatness.”<O>

</O>“Well, I do, Sneer. Turn around.”

<O>

</O>

Keith and Sneer have been walking backwards up the ramp, so they didn’t see that Wiley Steinway, Coyote Dynamite, and Elijah Harris are right behind them. The two turn around and aren’t even fazed. Keith grabs the microphone and replies to Christian.<O>

</O>“That’s just fine and dandy, but the retirement home of SCCW isn’t gonna help ya that much.”<O>

</O>As he says this, Ash Campbell, Greg Gauge, and Davis Wayne Newton sneak attack The Originals’ backup. A brawl starts between the two factions. Christian and Whistler get in on the action too, and the fight continues until other non-Corporation/Original members of the roster have to pull apart the chaos.<O>

Great match between the heads of the new rival stables. We went all out for this one, and Whistler surprised me by showing he’s still got a bunch of energy in these old bones. The post-match brawl sets up the war that will happen next month at March to Greatness, and we’ve got our first giant storyline on our hands.

……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………<O>

</O>“What an amazing match!”

“You said it, Ernie. The SCCW Originals gain the first advantage between the two groups, and we now know how Whistler and Christian plan to combat The Corporation with.”<O>

</O>“Other SCCW Originals like Wiley Coyote and ‘The Soul Man’ have joined forces with the return of Christian and Whistler. This excitement’s too much for me, Jake! And we still have one more match!”<O>

</O>“The biggest one of them all, fans. Scorpion Steve Flash vs. Antonio Del Veccio for the SCCW Championship!”

“How will that idiot Mr. Electricity’s attack play into this match? Has Del Veccio fully recovered? Who will take home our new SCCW Championship?”<O>

SCCW Championship Match<O>

ADV enters first with the determined look of a warrior. He’s still wincing a bit because of that right shoulder, but he’s going to go through with this. For the first time, Del Veccio gets a little cheering from the fans. He respectfully nods and slides into the ring. He turns towards the ramp and awaits his Good Samaritan challenger.<O>

</O>The lights go out. Strobe lights flash everywhere. A silhouette appears, smacking a baseball bat into the palm of his hand. Enter The Scorpion. Fans go crazy and Flash comes down the ramp, slapping hands with the fans. He slides into the ring and pumps the crowd up one more time before the match. He turns towards Del Veccio and offers his hand to signify a clean all-out title match. Del Veccio waits, looks around the Pavilion, and respectfully extends his as well.<O>

</O>The SCCW Championship is back, and it was an amazing match.<O>

</O>Flash and Del Veccio go back and forth throughout this one, complete with crushing blows and a few submission attempts by each man. It was purely twenty solid minutes of back and forth wrestling to the thrill of the SCCW fanbase. <O>

</O>Del Veccio decides at the twenty-first minute that he’s had enough of this; he’s going to finish the veteran Flash and take home the title. A sudden burst of all-out fury comes from the young grappler as he violently stuns The Scorpion with a uppercut-to-Italian DDT. He doesn’t waste any time in rolling Flash up to try to secure the win.

“One, two, no!!!”<O>

</O>Flash kicks out, shocking Del Veccio and forcing him to strike his fallen opponent repeatedly. Flash seems to be done this time, and Del Veccio pulls him up to try another Italian DDT. <O>

</O>But Flash smoothly reverses it and puts his young challenger in a Boston Crab. And Flash has it locked in perfectly, there is no way out for ADV. Bull lays flat, ready for the tap out. ADV shakes his head violently, and Flash turns up the intensity. Del Veccio is writhing in pain and yells in pure agony.<O>

</O>It was too much for him. Three little slaps on the mat and he gives the first SCCW title in the Jake Sneer Era to Scorpion Steve Flash.<O>

Flash proves time and time again he can win anyway at anytime. Del Veccio sticks with the lengthy match, too, and the two put on a great performance for the first SCCW Championship match. These two are great workers and we’re glad to have them here in the company.

……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………<O>

</O>The fans give a standing ovation to Antonio Del Veccio as he goes up the entrance ramp, clutching his injured shoulder. The young gun gave it all he could, but the veteran Flash outlasted him in this one. ADV turns before exiting and nods at Flash, showing respect for the new champion.

Flash stays in the ring and cradles his the new SCCW Championship belt, showing it off for the fans. He is truly the People’s Champion, as everyone seems to love him. His celebration though gets cut a bit short as the all too familiar music of Mr. Electricity irritatingly blares throughout the Pavilion. <O>

</O>Mr. Electricity enters with a sarcastic little clap of his hands. Fans boo more than they ever have before at him, and he whips off the Kanye shades and pulls out a microphone.<O>

</O>“Yeehaw, woohoo, dittly do. The Scorpion is your new champion. He’s back, everyone loves him. Well, Flash…I’m waiting.”<O>

</O>Flash looks confused as an employee hands him a microphone. <O>

</O>“Waiting for what?”<O>

</O>“For wearing down Antonio earlier tonight. I single-handedly gave you that belt you’ve got there.”<O>

</O>“You’re full of it, Electricity. Antonio put everything he had on the line here for the fans, and he just didn’t last long enough. Who cares? He’s young. He’ll wear many championships around his waist before he retires. You didn’t do a single thing but whine and cowardly attack him.”

“That’s where you’re wrong, Flash. I’ve been talking to SCCW officials backstage after my confrontation with Antonio, and they agree with me: if you beat him, I should be the new #1 contender for setting you up.”<O>

</O>

The crowd hates this notion and let Mr. Electricity know it. But he doesn’t care as he laughs and continues.<O>

</O>“So it’s official: next month at the Marching to Greatness, I will face you for that SCCW Championship. And you better believe I’m going home with it, Scorpion. You will see who’s the most electrifying and THE VERY BEST IN ALL OF THE SCCW!!!”<O>

</O>“Okay, Electricity. You can play match maker and get your way. But let me warn you: you don’t want to get in my way in defending this title. I am going to love pounding you for every single one of these fans out here. You’re going to need your A game, and probably a few other peoples’, too. See you next month.”

The fans explode in unison, thanking Flash for vowing to smash the hated Mr. Electricity for the title at March to Greatness. The Scorpion holds up the title one more time for the fans, and the card officially ends.

……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………<O>

</O>“What a night! Steve Flash takes home our beautiful new title and promises to destroy Mr. Electricity next month in his first defense! I can hardly wait!”<O>

</O>“At March to Greatness, we’ll also see The New Sneer Corporation and The SCCW Originals go against each other as the war will continue! Champions have been crowned, lines have been drawn, memories have been made, and everyone’s gonna go home happy. For my partner ‘The Slick Pimp Daddy’ Ernie Turner, I’m Jake Sneer saying so long from DeLand, Florida!”

……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………<O>

Awesome show dude: really digging on the return of Whistler and Jesse Christian, and as a lifelong Natural Storm mark (well I would be if they were, y'know, real) It's cool to see them getting a win. Just one thing, though: DC Rayne doing a Frog Splash? really? Maybe it's just my particular take on the Storm, but I just don't see him doing that kinda move.

All three of those who predicted: Dragonmack, cmdrsam, and Jingo, won this show's prediction battle at four matches apiece. D-Mack and cmdrsam now are on the board with one win, while Jingo takes the lead with back-to-back wins.

Prediction Standings:

1. Jingo

T-2. Dragonmack and cmdrsam

All three of our winners this month will receive the highly popular and bright green "Mainstream Mafia" T-Shirt, making them visible for a five-mile radius.

Once again, congrats guys for the tie/win. Anyone's free to predict for any future shows, including next month's March to Greatness.

I would like anyone who read this last show to tell me how they really felt about it like 1PWfan did last night.

Thanks in advance for your feedback. Glad to know I've got a few readers.

Meeting With "The Boss"

Shockwaves, Spending, and An Idea From The Big Apple

"So, we're not firing anybody this month, are we?"

Jake cut a deadly look at me, but then laughed it off.

"I guess not. Everyone keeps their jobs this month...even you."

"Guess I can stop holding my breath now. How we doing today?"

"Alright, I guess. I tell ya, though...we're having next month's show here."

"What, got the Bridgestone Arena booked? Or are we having another semi-outdoor show at LP Field?"

We were sitting in our new-ish offices in Downtown Nashville. It was great to get back home after that show in the Sunshine State. I can honestly say I'm not a big fan of Florida...

"...because I can't stand another show like the last one, when I was worried that the temporary roof would cave in or the cage wouldn't make it all the way down."

"Gotta live life on the edge, bro. But seriously...got the SportsPlex booked for March to Greatness."

Great. Now we're performing on a renovated ice rink. It's gonna be cold in there...just think about those guys who wear those short tights...or Krissy, Dharma, and Katie. But it is a nice facility, and it'll be cool being in Nashville. And the card looks VERY promising.

"Sounds good. Got the card for it already put up."

"Already?"

"Couldn't sleep last night. Had too many ideas on my mind. Needed some release."

"But you look fine."

"What can I say, you're shirt's keeping me awake."

He laughed and looked down at his personal Mainstream Mafia shirt. The bright green was causing traffic jams in the downtown areas, as drivers were getting distracted by towards our window.

"Gotta support our future stars, man. So, let me see it."

"First, I want you to see this. Got an idea from a booker named David Mack up in NYCW. Sort of a meet and greet session with the fans before the show. What do you think?"

Jake looked at the itinerary and smiled, nodding his head.

"Love it. Let's the the rest of the card."

I slid it across the table and reached for another sip of my gigantic gas-station Dr Pepper, (I'm not old enough to drink coffee yet.) I needed sleep, but Dad wanted me to call him and talk about the show sometime after lunch.

This business was rough, but rewarding. I wouldn't want to do anything else.

Alrighty then.

Just ran March to Greatness. Rating wise, it was our best show yet and got the "better than larger promotions' recent efforts" write-up by the fans. Biggest crowd, too. From a writing standpoint, I'm looking to shorten the match write-ups (I know they can get a little too lengthy...see "Four-Way Tag Team Elimination match, Saturday Night Special") and deliver a more compact yet detailed dynasty.

Keep predicting, fans.

"They're Gone, Luke."

"What do you mean by gone, Jake?"

"Outta here. Both of them. And Whisky's leaving as soon as he's done with his match Saturday night."

"But...why? And why didn't they talk to me?"

"Well, Riley thinks he'll get better by just sticking with MAW and learning from Rip. Turns out he just likes getting jobbed out by one company at a time. And Blackjack got real ticked after getting 'injured' at the Showdown. He knows the fans hate him, and I terminated him officially an hour ago."

"But the so-called injury was part of the plan...what happened to taking one for the team?"

"There's no team for him anymore, or Jack...after Saturday."

"No one wants them. They're bland workers, old, and the only reason we got them was to get some comeback heat from the fans. You know what? I'm GLAD they're leaving. Don't have to worry about them bringing down another match again."

"Are you keeping the same result for their match Saturday?"

"Of course I am! And he's going to go out with the fans hating him even more. Just leave, guys. The revival will go on without them. As for Riley, he's young. Rip needs to teach him a whole lot more."

"So Riley McManus is gone, and your top heel tag team. What are you gonna do now?"

"Making some calls, Jake. The Outlaws are gonna regret leaving us, mark my words."

It's time to expand and bring some more talent in. I stormed out of the office, fuming at the thought of Blackjack and Whisky. Where in the world were those two clowns going next? Now I've got to write an entire new ending to the tag match with Natural Storm.

No one's gonna cross the Sneers or SCCW, mark my words.

(OOC: Wow, it's taken me a long time to write this show...and I'm not even close to being completely done. But I did figure this was the perfect time to give the fans a little wake-up call.)

SCCW.com's March to Greatness Internet Exclusive

The video opens with Jake Sneer sitting behind a podium emblazoned with the SCCW logo. Sneer's classic smile is spread over his face as he begins to speak to what seems to be fans and wrestling press at this "conference" of sorts.

"As many of you may know, SCCW has lost a few wrestlers in the past month. While we wish them the best in their future, we can't beat ourselves up over this.

"That being said...SCCW would like to announce today the signings of two new stars.

Applause rings out in the room and camera bulbs flash everywhere.

"The other day I was looking at totalextremewrestling.com and saw their big headline: 'Idaho Punisher Sells Out'. It seems that the big man had written a book that's become quite popular in this business. I bought one as soon as I could and read it from front to back. Punisher has written a wrestling classic...and you know how I love wrestling books.

Jake winks, hinting at his book that helped propel him to reopening SCCW and gaining nationwide popularity. He laughs with the crowd and begins to speak again.

"What most people don't know is that The Punisher wrestled here in SCCW back when Dad was in charge. He was teamed up with Rick Sanders as The Dallas Wrecking Crew. I always want to stick to our roots here at SCCW, but with opportunities for the future of wrestling.

"Naturally I'm not gonna just go out and sign every single SCCW alumnus out there...but I'm gonna get the big guys. That's why you saw Jesse and Whistler come back. That's why Wiley Coyote are our tag champs. But Steinway and Dynamite know now that they've got some old thorns back in their sides.

"Please give a warm SCCW welcome to our two newest signees: The Punisher and Rick Sanders!"

The two big men walk in to more applause and blinding lights from the press. The Punisher and Rick Sanders soak in the glory for a few moments before stepping to the microphone.

"It feels great to be here at SCCW. You know, after the book was published, I felt that I needed another big change in my career. And this is it. Fans, get ready for the Wrecking Crew to make an explosive comeback into SCCW!"

"I've been watching this revival for the past two months. You guys here with the wrestling news and such...pay attention. The Class is the future of wrestling. It's not like that mess they're putting out at SWF...it's tomorrow's superstars in hard-hitting traditional wrestling. Take notice, Richard Eisen. This is what the SWF is gonna wish they had in the near future."

"The revival is gonna take the wrestling world by storm, mark my words. Jake Sneer and his partners have got this company heading in the right direction...so get ready.

"As for our future opponents in the ring...pain will be very real to you very soon. The Wrecking Crew is coming back right where we left off."

"Steinway...Dynamite...hope you've enjoyed holding those new title belts. Because we're gonna snatch them right out. Ladies and gentlemen, meet the new tag team force in S-C-C-W!!!"

With that point, The Dallas Wrecking Crew walk off to more fanfare and photographs. Jake puts over the fact that March to Greatness is coming up very soon and the video ends with a graphic, headlining the Flash vs. Electricity matchup and the Corporation vs. Originals four match series.

March to Greatness

Official Card Preview

LIVE FROM THE CENTENNIAL SPORTSPLEX

Last month, The Showdown commenced. Champions were crowned and bad blood continued to flow throughout SCCW.

This month, SCCW comes to its hometown, Nashville, TN. The war between The Corporation and The SCCW Originals will rage on, and two new challengers will rise for two of the most prestigious belts in the business. Who will rise to the occasion? When will amazing happen next?

Welcome to the Revival.

Whisky Jack and Nelson Callum vs. Natural Storm

After last month's crushing blow to Blackjack Robbins by way of a table break, Whisky Jack finds a partner in an unlikely source: Nelson "The Dream" Callum. Callum, fresh off of a "stolen" win at the hands of Bulldozer Brandon Smith, seeks revenge against any good guy in the company.

"Good guys? There are no good guys in this business, pal," Callum was quoted as saying to one of our Internet Exclusive reporters. "Smith showed last week that anyone's gonna do anything to save their own tails. And I'm gonna show Howard and Rayne up at March to Greatness."

Will the rising tag team of Eddie Howard and D.C. Rayne wreck Callum's plans, or will the unorthodox team of "The Dream" and The Outlaw take over?

SCCW Southern Regional Championship Match:

Mainstream Hernandez © vs. Bulldozer Brandon Smith

After the infamous four-way win last month, BBS is in a prime position to get some championship gold. But Mainstream Hernandez stands in the way. Last month's amazing win over Ash Campbell gave Hernandez has propelled him to the very top. Which one of these young stars will take home the Southern Regional Championship?

Antonio Del Veccio vs. Dazzling Dave Diamond

Triple D suffered another loss at the hands of the hated Mr. Electricity last month, but looks to seek revenge this time around. Del Veccio's underhanded tactics gave him a title shot over Diamond in January, but to no avail. A tap out later and ADV's back at the bottom of the pile. Triple D doesn't forget their first meeting, though:

"I really just want to beat his sorry tail to the ground in Nashville. Low blows ain't a way to win a match, especially one for a title shot. You're messin' with the wrong dude, Antonio. I'm gonna love what's coming to you next."

Bad blood is boiling...who will win this grudge match?

SCCW Championship Match:

Scorpion Steve Flash © vs. Mr. Electricity

Beating Triple D and attacking ADV wasn't enough for Mr. Electricity last month. He set up a questionable title match between him and Steve Flash with SCCW officials, giving the despised grappler a title shot.

"It's nothing personal, Flash. I'm just better than you, and we'll be happy to prove that at the Marching to Greatness. What are you going to do when you get ELECTRIFIED?!?!?!?"

Flash declined to respond, only saying that he's gonna let his in-ring work do the talking. With the title in hand and a personal vow to crush Mr. Electricity, what will Flash do? Defend or surrender his prize?

The New Sneer Corporation vs. The SCCW Originals:

The cage match at the Showdown brought two things to play: 1.) The return of Jesse Christian and Whistler to SCCW. 2.) An all-out war between the two stables.

A four match series has been set, who is going to rise above?

Ash Campbell vs. Elijah Harris

Davis Wayne Newton and Greg Gauge vs. Wiley Coyote © in a rematch for the SCCW Tag Team Championships

Luke Sneer vs. Whistler

Matthew Keith vs. Jesse Christian

On Saturday night, the Revival will roll into Nashville. Be there when wrestling history will be made once again at SCCW, the newest and most intense promotion in the US today.

Tickets are still on sale at the Centennial SportsPlex box office and online at SCCW.com. While at the site, be sure to watch replays of The Great Southern Showdown and visit our shop page.

Welcome back to real wrestling and SCCW.

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Fans lined up for hours to get their merchandise signed by some of their favorite SCCW workers, like Jake Sneer (for his famous book) and Mainstream Hernandez (for his insanely popular and eye-popping Mainstream Mafia shirts). The New Sneer Corporation had their own mini-section, as Matthew Keith and Luke Sneer represented the stable well to the delight of the crowd. The two newest members of the SCCW roster were favorites as well: Jesse Christian joked with the fans before the show, while Whistler held a Best Flag contest…with the winning flag being signed and carried by Whistler himself during the show. <span style="font-family:Verdana;"><em>An interesting start to tonight’s show: the highly popular new SCCW theme song doesn’t come on, but the SportsPlex blacks out right at 7:00 PM. The crowd chillingly calms down and a deep voice comes over the arena.<O></em></span></p><p> </p><p>

<em><span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span></em><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><strong><em>“Last month, the Showdown came to town. <em><strong><span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span></strong></em><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><em>The crowd explodes along with blinding pyros from the turnbuckles and stage. <span style="font-family:Verdana;"><O></span></p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#4169E1;">“Natural Storm knocked Whisky’s partner, Blackjack Robbins, out of action during a thunderous table slam last month at the Showdown. <span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#8B0000;">“Also at the Showdown last month we had Nelson Callum storm out of the ring as Bulldozer Brandon Smith won a four-way ‘friendly’ off of a Callum finisher. </p></div><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;">Whisky Jack enters the ring first to thunderous disappointment from the fans. He starts to walk down the ramp but turns around, realizing that his new partner Callum isn’t beside him. He runs back up the ramp and into the entrance, staying there for a few seconds before storming out again, shaking his head. Jack sneers and slides into the ring with the fans continuing their anti-applause. Then the lights go out as spotlights hit center stage, illuminating “The Dream”. Refusing to enter with Jack, Callum struts down the ring. He arrogantly spins around in the ring, milking the now angry reactions from the crowd. The Storm enter next with their fan-favorite manager Katie Cameron, hyping up the fans. Flipping into the ring at the same time, Rayne and Howard have a huge wave of momentum going for them entering this one.<O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Early on Callum and Jack have disagreements, yelling at each other over their match strategy. Rayne and Howard use that to their advantage, wearing down the two with impressive tag-team chemistry. On the other end, irritating hot tags just fuel the fire as Jack and “The Dream” are all over the place. </span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;">Near the seven minute mark, Callum executes another weasel type hot tag, ticking off Jack to the point where he can’t take it anymore. The crowd continues to boo Jack as he begrudgingly slips out of the ring and goes towards the announcing desk. He slams his hand against the table and tells Jake Sneer quite loudly that he is done with this company and that he and Blackjack are finished here at SCCW.<O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Callum doesn’t seem to care as he continues to go after Rayne and Howard, slowly turning the tide in the match. He builds up too much momentum for the Storm as he hits a Honey Trap perfectly and secures a now handicap upset over the rising duo of Howard and Rayne.<O></span></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

And I’m gonna let him know good and well before this match that friendships don’t matter here in this six-sided ring. Especially in title matches. So get ready for 100% out of my client tonight. <span style="font-family:Verdana;">The crowd gives a warm welcome to the aging “Soul Man” to start this one. The elder statesman of the SCCW still has some good entrance moves for his age, and the crowd seems to have his back in this one. Boy, was he gonna need it. Ash Campbell hits the ring next with a grit and fury down deep in his soul, upset that he couldn’t pull it off against Mainstream Hernandez. Totally ignoring the crowd on the way down, Campbell rolls into the ring with no flair or drama and asks referee Michael Bull to call for the bell.<O></span></p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong><span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span></strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p>

</p></div><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;">The familiar New Sneer Corporation hard rock piece accompanies the tag team of Gauge and Newton to the ring, and the two have a new stride and confidence in their steps after “defeating” Coyote and Steinway last month. Now full-fledged members of the most dominant force in the company, the two arrogant youngsters are good…and they know it. Newton and Gauge take no time in drawing some cheap heat from the crowd by mocking signs and attitudes of the fans. <O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Their shenanigans would come to an abrupt end, however. <O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Without any music or fanfare, the tag team of Dynamite and Steinway rush down the ramp and clock Gauge and Newton in the back of the head with their title belts. Then, tossing the belts to a shocked Michael Bull, they drag Newton into the ring and leave Gauge sprawled out on the ground. Steinway becomes the first legal man and the match is officially on.</span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;">Wiley Coyote take advantage of their underhanded tactics early, justified somehow by the disrespect the younger two showed them and their titles at the Showdown. The two use teamwork and tag team moves to paste both Corporation members throughout the ring, showing their dominance for the first ten minutes of the match. <O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">But Gauge and Newton finally got over the slump and got right to work on the veteran tag team. Both of them use submission moves during their final stays in the ring to wear down their opponents: Gauge’s Proton Lock rope broken by Steinway, Newton’s STF amazingly squirmed out of by Dynamite. But overconfidence killed these two young cats, as the match took a sudden turn one more time at the fifteen minute mark. <O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Gauge’s new move, the Son of Sam Slam, rattled Coyote into the mat and seemed to have shut the door. But it wasn’t over. Newton calls for the tag, and, after some intense mental deliberation, Gauge slaps the hand of Newton. Instead of going for another deadly STF, Newton climbs up the turnbuckle, calling for an Atomic Leg Drop. The young blue chipper didn’t go for the high-risk move right away, however, and it cost him. The c0cky gloating period on the turnbuckle gave Coyote enough time to recover. Newton completely whiffs at the Leg Drop after a roll away from Dynamite, who gets an out-of-the-blue quick roll up.<O></span></p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#8B0000;">“1…2…3…YES!”</span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">A miracle comeback title retain for the duo of Wiley Coyote evens up the score for the series.<O></span></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

</p></div><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;">The roar of the engine and the classic look of leather fills the entrance ramp as the “Most Beautiful Duo in Wrestling”, Bulldozer Brandon Smith and manager Dharma Gregg, enters the SportsPlex again. With a mile-wide smile and a prepared look on his face, Smith hops into the six sides of SCCW. Seems like Gregg’s talks have helped him a lot. And if the fans weren’t on their feet for Smith, then they were soon after. Mainstream hits the SportsPlex to extreme pop and thunderous support. The electric green of the Mainstream Mafia is splattered throughout the crowd, and Hernandez salutes them all before nodding at his opponent. Head ref Michael Bull receives Mainstream’s belt and thrusts it heavenward. The match is on!</span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;">Slams and stiff strikes were thrown all around from the bell in this one, and no side really took control for most of this match. Both of these guys have support in their corners, though…Smith from Dharma and Hernandez from the Mafia. These guys weren’t fighting like it was a “friendly” though, as both were going at their “friend” with pure disregard for each other’s well-being.<O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">At the thirteen minute mark, it was apparent that Dharma was irritated that her client hadn’t won yet. She stood on the ring side and yelled at Smith very loudly, quoted as saying “Just finish him already!” So he tried. The crowd cringed as Hernandez missed a Super Kick, quickly reversing it into an Inverted Piledriver. He was done.<O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#8B0000;">“1…2…no! He kicked out! I don’t believe it!”</span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#4169E1;">“Two and a half, my brother! Get him, Mainstream!”</span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Smith, Gregg, the crowd, and the entire state of Tennessee were stunned at the kick out. Dharma called out to Bull, asking him if he was completely sure about the call. He assured her that it was, and she angrily spat right in the face of him. Bull becomes enraged about this and is about to do something about it when he hears a loud ruckus from the fan base. <O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">He turns around to find Hernandez airborne, hitting what he called a “Pontiac to Home”, an insane flying cross-body. It sets up a quick roll up, and delivers the Southern Regional belt direct to Mainstream and the Mafia.<O></span></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#4169E1;">“And remember, Diamond lost his title shot to ADV himself back in January after plenty of low blows and Italian DDTs. </p></div><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;">The roadhouse riffs of DDD’s entrance music gets the crowd on their feet for this one. The brawling Texan has an intimidating demeanor about him as he runs down the ramp, eager to get some good, ol’-fashioned revenge on Del Veccio. And speak of the devil, he enters next. ADV eyes the crowd, who has seemed to wander from their semi-support after his respectful loss last month to the Scorpion. He doesn’t take the noise with much liking, and he immediately stares down Diamond in the middle of the ring. As soon as the bell rings, Del Veccio leaps into action.<O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">The low blow delivered by ADV didn’t bring Diamond down too far, though, and this match turns into an all-out brawl quickly. Diamond puts ADV in a quick headlock and pummels the young talent in the face, busting Del Veccio open. The sight of his own blood trickling onto the mat seems to light a fire under him, and Del Veccio powers out of it and unleashes his fury. Twenty seconds later (and seven minutes into the match), Del Veccio goes for the cover.<O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">But Diamond refuses to lose. An amazing kick out by the grizzled fan-favorite and we’re back at it again. <O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">At the nine minute mark, Diamond connects with a flying knee into the bloodied ADV’s nose. He’s stunned in the middle of the ring, in perfect position for Diamond’s Dazzle Driver. He plants Del Veccio into the mat and covers him for the victory.<O></span></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span></p><div style="text-align:center;"><p></p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><strong>Winner: Dazzling Dave Diamond by pinfall via Dazzle Driver at 9:20<O></strong></span></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

</p></div><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;">After the match, Del Veccio jumps Diamond, blindsiding him to the dismay of the crowd. Stomps to the head of Diamond don’t necessarily do the trick, however.<O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Del Veccio gets an insane look on his face as he reaches for the pocket of his pants. He pulls out certified underworld material: brass knuckles. Repeated sickening pops to the forehead of a dizzied Diamond bust him open, and Del Veccio slams his head onto the ground as he walks away to a choir of boos.<O></span></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

</p></div><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;">With the score tied, Luke Sneer enters the SportsPlex with a must-win attitude and a gritty sneer formed across his lips. He pays no attention to the crowd, zoning them out as he climbs into the ring. And just when we thought it was going to be an emotionless entrance from the leader, Sneer climbs up a turnbuckle and thumps his chest. </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><strong>“I AM NUMBER ONE!!!”</strong></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> he screams to the crowd. The crowd prepares to launch a flurry of boos when…<O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Whistler enters with a hearty yell and an age old spring in his step. Sneer flashes an evil grin and turns around towards his proud opponent. With the fan-friendly tri-star look of the Tennessee state flag, the crowd goes wild for their legend. Whistler leapfrogs into the ring (showing that age hasn’t wore him down a whole lot) and salutes the fans before Bull calls for the bell.<O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Match number three started with an even distribution of offense, Sneer trying to focus on Whistler’s torso but the old hero fighting back with impressive, charisma-filled moves. When the clock hit the twelve minute mark, neither side had a single advantage and the crowd was on the edge of their seats.<O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Sneer was determined to break through, though. While Angelle distracted Bull, who was already tired of managers in general, Jake Irish-whipped Whistler out of the ring and onto the hard floor below. Out of the eyesight of Bull, Luke took a nearby clipboard off of the announcing desk and smacked Whistler with it. The clip hits Whistler in the eye, dooming him for the rest of the match. <O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Luke flips Whistler back into the ring and starts to use a bunch of boxing-type fakes and movement. Whistler can’t see what’s coming and just tries to fight back. Swings and misses are all Whistler can do, and Luke finally nails the coffin. <O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#8B0000;">“Up goes Whistler…Super Backdrop Suplex!” </span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><O></span></p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Sneer puts his foot across Whistler’s chest for an arrogant pin. Three seconds later, The Corporation ties it up.</span></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

</p></div><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;">Mr. SCCW enters the ring first to the delight of every fan in the place. The heavyweight face enters to an array of pyros and pop, staring in awe of the signage and size of the crowd at the Centennial SportsPlex. Christian psyches himself up at the start of the ramp and charges in full speed, sliding into the six-sided ring with authority. Then it’s Matthew Keith’s time to roll. The right hand man of Luke Sneer and the Corporation struts into the ring, pointing at Christian with a disgusted look on his face. Keith shakes his head and looks around the crowd with an attitude like “Who’s this clown?” Keith slips into the ring and does the cutthroat motion towards Christian.<O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">That little gesture earned Keith a flying tackle from Christian as soon as the bell rang. Breathless and reeling back, Keith gets tormented by powerful flying fists from Christian. This eventually wears out Christian to the point where Keith can get a quick dirty move in, a eye poke to DDT. Consider this match even again, and the two go after each other with passion and impressive blows for the next few minutes. </span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;">The tide turns at the eleven minute mark with Keith executing his brother’s newly-debuted move, the Son of Sam Slam, to perfection. This sets up a killer Proton Lock for Keith, and Christian is in deep trouble.<O></span></p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span></p><p>

</p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#8B0000;">“The world’s most feared submission, the Proton Lock! Will Christian tap?”</span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">The lock drains Christian and he can’t get anywhere near the ropes. It looks to be over and he lifts his hand to submit, but then from out of nowhere, a chant rises from the crowd.<O></span></p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;">“S-C-C-W! S-C-C-W! S-C-C-W!”<O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">With the crowd behind him, Christian gets up enough energy to power out of the move. The crowd goes ballistic and Keith can’t believe it. Christian leans up against the ropes, slouched down. Keith becomes enraged at this turn of events and charges at him for a Big Boot. Jesse rolls out of the way, causing Keith to trip up in the ropes. This momentary trap gives Christian a perfect opportunity for a finisher. <O></span></p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span></p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">What we see is an absolute gag reel. Mr. Electricity has seemed to have spent all night working on a highlight video of his career, mainly just totally bogus matches from his FCW days. There seems to have been one of him picking up Puerto Rican Power, but the camera cuts before a slam can unfold, meaning he could’ve just been hugging his boss. The video finally ends with a shot of Scorpion Steve Flash laying lifeless in the middle of the ring, and then a quick view of </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#FF8C00;">Mr. Electricity</span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> (horribly edited to “look” like he did it). He seems stunned that the crowd hasn’t reacted the way he wanted to, so he grudgingly climbs into the ring. </span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"><O></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#FF8C00;">“Ladies and gentlemen, show proper respect to you future SCCW Champion…m-“</span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">He’s cut off by the entrance music of the real SCCW Champion, Scorpion Steve Flash. The crowd goes wild for their champion, and the chants of “Flash! Flash! Flash!” ring out. </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#0000FF;">Flash</span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> seems pleased and holds his classic bat over his head for effect. <O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#0000FF;">“I told all of you what I was going to do to Electricity tonight, right? Do you want to reconsider, sir?”</span></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"><O></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#FF8C00;">“Never, you pathetically painted freak.”</span></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;">Now it’s on. Flash sprints down the ramp, bat in hand, ready to pound the arrogant challenger into the ground. Mr. Electricity slides out of the ring and over the barricade, into the crowd. Flash gets into the ring, flips the title belt to Bull, and calls for the bell himself. Mr. Electricity then edges into the ring and the match officially begins. <O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Flash charges after him and Mr. Electricity, on both knees, begs for mercy. Flash pulls back a second and Electricity takes advantage, delivering a cheap shot and starting an all-out beatdown on the Scorpion. How bad was the dominating period? Well, when Flash finally shakes Mr. Electricity enough to get up, we had just passed the nine minute mark. <O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">But Flash refused to get taken down like that. With the crowd chanting for him and building rage inside, Flash strikes back. Stiff blows and a few submission moves later, Mr. Electricity was wore out and Flash was ready to deliver the kill shot.<O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#8B0000;">“Snap DDT! The Flash Bang!”</span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#4169E1;">“What a move, Jake!!!”</span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#8B0000;">“Here’s the one, two…NO WAY!”</span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#4169E1;">“He got the rope break!”</span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Mr. Electricity got a tip of the ropes and Bull had to break up the pin. Flash can’t believe it, and starts back to work. But this time, Electricity has a few tricks of his own back. He crawls back over to his original corner and grabs his sparkling robe. With an evil grin on his face, he flips the battery pack on and turns a knob inside. The lights go insanely bright, twice as before, and Electricity tosses it over his head, covering Flash’s head. <O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Blinded and disoriented, Flash pulls the costume off of his head. But he can’t see Electricity coming for his finisher. <O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#8B0000;">“Spins Flash around, leaps up! Right on the head with the devastating Cal-Cutter!”</span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#4169E1;">“He can’t, he can’t!”</span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Mr. Electricity goes for the pinfall…<O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">…but our own Ernie Turner jumps over the ropes, heading to break up the pin. Fearing the worst, Mr. Electricity gets up and goes after “The Slick Pimp Daddy”. Turner then slips back under the bottom rope and back towards the announcing desk. Electricity, enraged, screams at Turner from the middle of the ring. Big mistake.<O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#8B0000;">“Flash reaches under, he’s gonna pin him!”</span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#4169E1;">“Mission accomplished, partner.”</span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><span style="color:#8B0000;">“Out of nowhere…one, two, three…Flash retains! I don’t believe it!”</span></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Flash takes advantage of the chaos and keeps his SCCW Championship. Electricity is stunned, then flies towards the desk to get back at Turner. But Turner leaps up and runs through the crowd, away from Electricity’s wrath.<O></span></p><p> </p><p>

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"></O></span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">During the chase, Bull hands Flash his title back and he cradles it, still messed up from the costume incident. But with the crowd occupied with Electricity and Turner, he just goes back up the ramp to end the madness.<O></span></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

(OOC: Hey, my 100th post.)

March to Greatness saw three predictors, and, once again, Jingo wins. This marks three in a row for him, and he takes a good lead over the rest of the pack. Dragonmack and bgbuff fell short a bit, with 3 correct matches to Jingo's 4.

Congrats, Jingo for another impressive performance. For the win, you will recieve a Dallas Wrecking Crew prize pack: The Punisher's book 25 Years of Punishment, a DVD highlight package of the Crew's best matches from their classic SCCW days, and you'll get an all-expense paid trip to Civil War and be the team's honorary manager for their first match in the SCCW Revival Era.

Prediction Standings:

1. Jingo

T-2. Dragonmack and cmdrsam

A "Meeting With the Boss" post is coming up shortly, and the card for Civil War...thanks for continuing to follow this amateur attempt at a dynasty.

"Meeting With the Boss"

Sunday, Week 3, March 2010

"Greetings From the Top"

Most of the time I meet with Jake professionally on the Monday after our show, but since we were in our base city, Nashville, we got to turn in earlier Saturday night. The office was absolutely quiet when I walked in, as my brother was practicing doing donuts on his new wheelchair.

"Enjoying yourself?"

"Yes sir."

He didn't even look up at me, just kept on with his business. He's an oddball, for sure. But, hey, aren't we all?

"Thought you might want some good news today."

"Sure thing."

Still practicing the quick spin, almost on one wheel.

"Ok, then...well, we finally did it. Just got some preliminary financial figures. We're gonna make a solid profit this month."

Finally he looks up, and the insane grin was plastered on his face.

"Awesome. That'll teach them."

"Teach who?"

He nodded at his open laptop on his desk. I leaned over to see what this was all about, and I saw the SWF logo at the top of the screen. There it was, a personal e-mail from Richard Eisen.

This can't be good.

Sneer:

Pretty underhanded move earlier this month with Rick and the Punisher. Putting up your workers to deliver low blows to my company? Get real, Sneer.

I know what you're doing. You're tight with your dad, of course. Being the head booker of USPW, that laughfest we're at war with, your little "revival" joke is building off of Shane's success. And I know about that deal you've got with USPW and Sam Strong. Let me tell you something, kid. You're messing with the wrong people.

You could attack Tommy and TCW and they probably wouldn't care. Heck, you could've attacked USPW and they would've cowered in fear. They hate controversy, because their senior citizen-filled roster would all have heart attacks over it.

But you're messing with the kings of professional wrestling. SWF. We've taken control of the entire world.

And who are you? Some hick promotion that didn't last earlier and now is trying to make a comeback? Sure, some rednecks loved you guys back when Shane ran it, and they've come back.

I'll honestly be surprised if you make money off of that backwater company. You'll be out of business in less than two years. The old-school storytelling isn't gonna work anymore, boy.

You've got some of the best prospects in the business working for you. Somehow you've brainwashed them into working at SCCW, when they should be working for me.

But we don't need them. We're not gonna touch Mainstream or Davis (he already bombed for us a few years back) or the Keith kids. We're gonna continue to crush everyone in the world with who we've got. And Nero's got a good crop of talent up in Rhode Island...that's the future here.

I know what you're up to...trying to help USPW take us down. It's not gonna work, Jake. We're gonna crush them and you before you know it. So keep lying to yourselves and talking guys into helping you.

Nothing will change on top in this business. Ever. Keep your mouths shut and just silently fade into mediocrity. And tell Sam everything I've told you.

-Richard Eisen

Supreme Wrestling Federation

Wow. I really didn't expect this. Now I know why Jake was being so quiet.

"I don't understand, Luke. I mean, yeah, we're tight with Sam and Dad at USPW. But we're doing this not to help them, but grow ourselves. This area needs a wrestling promotion to stay here. USPW's gonna have to grow to other areas soon...and we're gonna have to pick up their slack by giving great shows to the South. That's why we're here."

"And we're making money. We just finished one of the best small company shows this area's seen in a long time, and we've got some great future prospects loving to work here."

"And Rick and The Punisher just did that all on their own! I didn't know they were gonna blast SWF like that. Not saying I didn't agree with what they said. Wasn't gonna interrupt them with the crowd loving every word they said. But it wasn't puppeteering. They just spoke their minds."

"We know the truth, Jake. Let Richard talk. Obviously he's not too worried about us, he's got the #1 wrestling promotion in the world. Now, it might be awful wrestling they put on, but they're still at the top.

"But the world's changing, and Richard won't be on top for long."

"Yeah. We're just gonna roll the way we have been doing. No matter what Eisen says."

"Exactly. Now I've gotta place a call to Sam and Dad. The war's about to heat up, and we've somehow got caught in it, bro."

SCCW Civil War

Official Card Preview

At March to Greatness, history was made. Just as simple as that: history.

Scorpion Steve Flash retained his SCCW Championship in a chaotic finish that sent shockwaves throughout the company.

The New Sneer Corporation and The SCCW Originals TIED in a four match series for company supremacy. Owner Jake Sneer called for a five-on-five elimination bout for the title of top team in SCCW and free title shots to every member of the winning crew.

Mainstream Hernandez hit an impossible comeback move on the changed Bulldozer Brandon Smith to retain his Southern Regional Championship. BBS's manager Dharma Gregg disrespected head ref Michael Bull, causing more problems for the "Most Beautiful People in Wrestling".

Dazzling Dave Diamond finally got his first win in SCCW, but paid for it dearly. Brass knuckles from Antonio Del Veccio was the price.

The Tennessee Outlaws walked out on the company completely, saying that they couldn't take the Revival.

Nelson "The Dream" Callum defeated Natural Storm in an impromptu handicap match. The new rebellious Callum has shocked everyone with his actions...what's next for "The Dream"?

These battles and skirmishes are all leading up to this:

THE CIVIL WAR.

Mobile, Alabama LIVE: SCCW rolls to the heart of Dixie to prepare for one of the biggest battles in the history of wrestling. No titles on the line, just pure grudge matches.

The Revival's about to take a nasty turn...

Eddie Howard vs. Nelson "The Dream" Callum

Callum's Honey Trap on Howard sealed a win for the unpredictable young star. In Howard's first match without D.C. Rayne, can he get some sweet revenge on the heartthrob of SCCW?

"I can't really say what I feel about Callum right now," Howard says. "No doubt he's a great competitor in the ring, but he's too brash and confuses the snot out of me. In this company, you're either a good guy or not. He's stuck between the two, and he's seriously ticking off some folks. First it was Brandon Smith, then Whisky Jack and Blackjack Robbins. All I can say is that I'll be soooo ready to take him on, one-on-one, and try to knock some sense into him."

Bulldozer Brandon Smith vs. Mr. Electricity

This will be a battle between two bitter workers denied of a title last month. Smith lost the Southern Regional Championship last month to Mainstream Hernandez off of an out-of-nowhere comeback. Mr. Electricity got distracted by color commentator Ernie Turner, and Scorpion Steve Flash took advantage, retaining the SCCW Championship.

The hated Mr. Electricity will be full of anger in this one, and the seemingly changed Smith will look for a comeback. What role will Dharma Gregg, who has been sternly warned by head referee Michael Bull, play in this one? And what about "The Slick Pimp Daddy" and Mr. Electricity?

Don't miss this matchup of hardened talents.

Antonio Del Veccio vs. Dazzling Dave Diamond

Fans watched in horror last month when their beloved rebel hero, Dazzling Dave Diamond, took repeated blows from the mob boss Antonio Del Veccio, complete with brass knuckles.

And their preceding match wasn't nice, either.

Busting open ADV wide open, Dazzling Dave Diamond got his first SCCW win with a sick Dazzle Driver. Del Veccio commented after the attack last week to our backstage reporter Honey Golightly, and this is what he had to say:

"First off, the whole thing was just purely business, Diamond. Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth, busted forehead for a busted forehead...you get the picture. Payback is the name of the game. And now it's time for some in-ring retribution, my friends."

Diamond, still bandaged up after the attack last month, will still compete this month at the Civil War. Bad blood has never flowed so much in the six sides of SCCW. Who will win this battle?

Champions vs. Comebacks:

Scorpion Steve Flash and Mainstream Hernandez vs. The Dallas Wrecking Crew

After a historic press conference confirmed the return of The Punisher and Rick Sanders, SCCW.com has been buzzing with new traffic. The Wrecking Crew announced their plans for the SCCW Tag Team Championships, and will begin their road to gold here.

It will be a heck of a challenge, though. SCCW Champion Scorpion Steve Flash and Southern Regional Champion Mainstream Hernandez, both rolling off of successful title defenses at March to Greatness, will be their first tag team competitors.

Before the giant battle of stables, it will be the Champions of SCCW versus the Comebacks. Can The Dallas Wrecking Crew return to where they left off at SCCW, or will the champions of the company continue on their wave of success?

5 vs. 5 Elimination Match

The New Sneer Corporation vs. The SCCW Originals

Ash Campbell crushed "The Soul Man" Elijah Harris.

Wiley Coyote got some sweet revenge and retained their tag titles over Davis Wayne Newton and Greg Gauge.

Luke Sneer gave Whistler some eye damage and suplexed his way to a victory.

Jesse Christian sacked Matthew Keith twice for a win.

Jake Sneer shook the foundation of the company by announcing an all-title shot elimination bout between the two warring stables.

And now it's here. The moment we've been waiting for since Christian and Whistler returned at the steel cage match against Luke and Matthew. The two teams will collide.

Two competitors will enter the ring first. When one is eliminated, a team member will replace him until all are gone. There will be no interference from team members, ensuring that the most talented team will win.

Your main battle of The Civil War is this. Which team will come out victorious and take control of SCCW?

Destination: Mobile Civic Center.

Event: SCCW Civil War 2010.

Commence the chaos.

Eddie Howard vs. Nelson "The Dream" Callum

Neither really seems to be going anywhere anytime soon, so i will go with the guy who is predominantly a singles wrestler

Bulldozer Brandon Smith vs. Mr. Electricity

fun fact: these two make a great broadway showtune gimmick tag team, or so I have heard. But BBS still wins

Antonio Del Veccio vs. Dazzling Dave Diamond

Antonio is mediocre no matter where he is

Scorpion Steve Flash and Mainstream Hernandez vs. The Dallas Wrecking Crew (The Punisher and Rick Sanders)

The Punisher is too tired to compete after a marathon book signing

5 vs. 5 Elimination Match

The New Sneer Corporation (Luke Sneer, Matthew Keith, Ash Campbell, Greg Gauge, and Davis Wayne Newton) vs. The SCCW Originals (Jesse Christian, Whistler, Wiley Steinway, Coyote Dynamite, and Elijah Harris)

Even Ash campbell isn't enough to sink the New Sneer Corp in the SCCW version of War Games

Whistler's Flag is the old revolutionary war one with the coiled snake that reads 'Don't Tread on Me'

I am sad to announce that this dynasty project of mine will be on an indefinite hiatus.

The rest of this month and June are jammed with events that I will be out of town for and will not be able to continue this.

I would like to be able to come back sometime in a few months and keep this thing going, if there is still interest.

But right now I hardly have any time to write shows, so this is goodbye for now.

I hope to see the few that have followed this come back again soon, or continue to support me in any possible future dynasties I will do.

So long for now and thank you everyone: Dragonmack, Jingo, MichiganHero, cmdrsam, bgbuff, and any others that have replied to A Family Tradition.
