bignate26
This might be a stupid question but what would be the best stats to give workers who work in a local sized company? Thanks to anyone that can help me.
Greg McNeish
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that you should give them low stats.... Or are you meaning what skills should they have, and which ones should be at zero?
bignate26
I was wanting to know the overall stats on how high they should be, but also what stats they need and which ones they don't need would help me out also. Thank you for your help Greg.
Linsolv
Open up your database, and find Ben Williams. Note his stats. Then, find Ant-Man. Note his stats. I'd say that in between those 2 would be about right.
scorpion
If you are adding workers you can use the "Quick add" option. It lets you detail what kind of worker you want and then creates the ratings from that. You can then alter them as you like. But this, better than any of us would tell you which rating are needed and which aren't.
Remianen
Open up your database, and find Ben Williams. Note his stats. Then, find Ant-Man. Note his stats. I'd say that in between those 2 would be about right. Nah, that's operating under a false assumption (that of, 'if they're working for a local company, they must be bad workers). Williams is an enhancement talent...and that's it. No matter what promotion he works for, that's his likely push. Ant-Man might be a little closer but there are tons of workers who are decent in the ring but don't have the star quality to power a big push. Start at Regional. Using the aforementioned Quick Add, go with 5 or 6 as far as skills are concerned. Switch it up a bit if you're trying to create specific types of workers (spot monkeys, cruisers, juniors, etc). Look at the rosters of regional promotions and try to gauge from there (ha! See what I did there? ).
