RIP Skandar Akbar

Recommended Posts

Just received word that Texas wrestling legend General Skandar Akbar died. Anyone who knows anything about the territorial days of wrestling knows that Akbar was truly one of the best managers ever leading Devastation Incorporated and countless others to gold.

Akbar also had his own professional wrestling school TPWA which produced Texas talents such as "The Essence of Excellence" Robert Evans, "Solid Gold" Gregory Symonds, The Monster Bash and Spoiler 2000.

Had the privelage of being the same locker room with Akbar on multiple occasions... was truly a good man. Godspeed Akbar.

RIP
