The TNA wrestling roster is scheduled to undergo a massive expansion, therefore, it wont be released until after the expansion takes place. This is scheduled to be sometime after the first edition of TNA iMPACT!

Of course, with expansion, comes downsizing. Eric Bischoff, Hulk Hogan, Vince Russo, and others' contracts are in question by Vince Snyder.

Also to note, TNA wrestling's owner is now looking for a developmental promotion to increase the abilities of its lesser workers.

As of today, TNA would like to acknowledge the release of Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff, and Vince Russo. We wish them the best in their future endeavors.

Dixie Carter released her own contract upon the change in ownership as well.

International Wrestling Syndicate have became the developmental promotion of TNA wrestling! The partnership is set to be stellar, the two companies working north/south of eachother's borders.

Approximately 33 contracts offers have been sent out. Vince Snyder has great interest in the Independent scene of today. Most workers that have been offered contracts are expected to be sent down to IWS for improvement.

TNA iMPACT! Thursday Week 1, October. Live on SpikeTV from the Coleman Coliseum. 15,316 fans in Attendance

Pre-Show:

In a match that had some good action but non-existent crowd heat, Full Blooded Italians (Guido Maritato & Tony Luke) defeated London Brawling (Magnus & Desmond Wolfe w/Chelsea) in 7:01 when Guido Maritato defeated Magnus by pinfall with the Sicilian Slice. (D+)

Guido Maritato has now switched to a Full Blooded Italian gimmick. It has gotten an initial C+ rating. Desmond Wolfe and Chelsea are a very poor combination, they do not click at all. The announcing quality lifted the match. The colour commentary gave the match a boost. Guido Maritato came out of the match looking good. Tony Luke is improving in Technical skills. Magnus is improving in Flying skills.

The show opens with the entrance of Total Nonstop Action: Wrestling's new owner, Vince Snyder in the ring. The kid was pretty good on the microphone:

"Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to TNA iMPACT! TNA needed a new leader, and I was the one chosen. Do not be fooled by my size, for what I lack in size, and age, I make up for in... everything else! I'm so excited to be here, the leader of my favorite Wrestling promotion, Total Nonstop Action! I'm sure most of you don't know me, and some of you are disappointed after the decision of Dixie Carter. But, I promise to bring you the best of wrestling every week! More wrestlers are expected to be in the company, and in our new younger sister company, International Wrestling Syndicate. Check them out whenever you can.

Tonight, we've got a huge show ready for all of you. A tournament to decide the new TNA World Heavyweight Champion will begin, with two of the first round matches. Starting up next, when Jeff Hardy takes on Kevin Nash!"

Vince continued for about ten minutes, talking about his improvements for the show, and the fans started to get bored, but were excited with the match announcements. (D-)

This segment brought the crowd's mood down.

After a commercial break, Jeff Hardy cut a backstage interview to hype his match against Kevin Nash. He put over the fact that the World Heavyweight title would be his. (C+)

In a bout that had a good crowd and good action, Jeff Hardy defeated Kevin Nash in 16:43 by pinfall with a Whisper in the Wind. (C+)

Kevin Nash was exhausted by the end. Kevin Nash is improving in Technical skills.

A commercial break was followed by a segment hyping the upcoming elimination match between Jay Lethal, Shannon Moore, Amazing Red, and Kiyoshi for the X-Division Championship. (D-)

In a match that had some good action but non-existent crowd heat, Shannon Moore defeated Jay Lethal, Amazing Red and Kiyoshi in 12:50; the order of elimination was Amazing Red first, then Kiyoshi, and finally Jay Lethal. ©

The announcing quality lifted the match. The colour commentary gave the match a boost. Amazing Red is improving in Technical skills. After the match, Shannon Moore decided he wasn't ready for the X-Division Championship. Instead, he gave it back to Jay Lethal, and said he would meet him at a later date for the belt.

A break was followed by a video hyping TNA Knockouts Champion, Angelina Love. (D-)

In a match that had some good action but non-existent crowd heat, Tara defeated Angelina Love, Taylor Wilde, Madison Rayne, Velvet Sky and Hamada in 8:12 when Tara defeated Hamada by pinfall. Tara wins the TNA Knockout title. (C-)

Hamada was really off her game tonight. The announcing quality lifted the match. The colour commentary gave the match a boost. Angelina Love is improving in Rumble skills. Taylor Wilde is improving in Technical skills. Madison Rayne is improving in Performance skills. Velvet Sky is improving in Technical skills. Velvet Sky is improving in Flying skills. Velvet Sky is improving in Performance skills.

A graphic was shown, hyping Douglas Williams vs Stevie Richards after the break. (D-)

In an extremely short match, Stevie Richards defeated Douglas Williams in 4:41 by pinfall with a Stevie Kick. (C-)

The announcing quality lifted the match. The colour commentary gave the match a boost. Stevie Richards is improving in Flying skills. Stevie Richards is improving in Performance skills.

Richards is celebrating his win, but Fortune's music hits. Richards looks at the ramp, and motions for them to bring it on. Suddenly, from behind, come AJ Styles, Beer Money, and Matt Morgan. They beat Stevie down. EV 2.0 are called to the ring after Beer Money hit the DWI on Richards. Tommy Dreamer, Sabu, and Rhino come down to the ring. Sabu has a barbed wire 2x4, Dreamer has a chair, and Rhino has a wooden stick. They run down and brawl with Fortune. Styles flees the ring, allowing Sabu and Rhino to beat down Beer Money, and Dreamer to beat down Morgan. Styles slips around the other side of the ring, and springboards in with a splash, taking everyone down. (D+)

AJ Styles looked good. Sabu was underwhelming.

The show cuts to commercial.

Abyss was in the ring, and he cut a very exceptional promo to hype his tournament match against Mr. Anderson. (C+)

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Mr. Anderson defeated Abyss in 15:02 by pinfall with a Mic Check. ©

This took away from Abyss' momentum. The colour commentary gave this match a boost.

The show closed.

Post-Show:

n a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Jeff Jarrett defeated Eric Young in 8:38 by pinfall. (D+)

Overall Show Rating: D+

This show might've actually hurt our popularity overall. More storylines are needed, and more angles are needed.

On the note of colour as I apparently have good eyes (according to an optician) and it find it a had on the straining side especially when I read the first show.

Interesting start though, some nice additions to the roster

Also is this on KYR mod?

just curious-- any particular reason why you're using yellow font color?

(still gonna be reading, though :))

Right, right, to both of you. I figured that TNA's colors should've been Orange.... but, I just changed it to Blue. Hope that is pleasing to your taste.

And, yeah, its on the KYR mod.

It means that new talent will be brought in, and old talent will be taken out.

News: Based on company shift, this week's edition of TNA iMPACT! has been canceled. It will return next week.

No it doesn't. Expand is to increase in numbers. Downsize is to decrease in numbers. Therefore it's impossible to do both.
