When Shane left WWE most people in the wrestling business wondered if he would come back to WWE or TNA nobody would've expected Shane to use his inherited dollars to bring WCW back to life, Following the release of Triple H following a pay dispute there was a massive falling out between Stephanie and Vince which led to Stephanie also leaving the WWE, Stephanie and Hunter both joined up with Shane in WCW.

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Rhino defeated Drew Hankinson in 9:16 by pinfall with a Gore.

Following the match Tony Atlas and Monty Brown come out, unbenounced to

Rhino, Brown had slid into the ring and lines up for the pounce and connects sending Rhino from one side of the ring to the other.

Ted DiBiase comes out and says that his new clients The Kings of Wrestling will be debuting next week against whoever the WCW Tag Team Champions are whether it be the team of Steiner & Bagwell or La Resistance to prove they are worthy of being WCW Tag Team Champions.

La Resistance © vs. Steiner & Bagwell

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, La Resistance defeated Steiner & Bagwell in 14:51 when Rob Conway defeated Scott Steiner by pinfall with an Au Revoir following a cheap shot by Grenier on Steiner. La Resistance make defence number 1 of their WCW Tag Team titles.

The match is over and The Kings of Wrestling enter the ring behind a celebrating La Resistance, Hero turns Conway round into a Hero’s Welcome and Castagnoli turns Grenier round into a Ricola Bomb, the Kings then grab one title each and stand over La Resistance holding the titles in the air as the crowd boos.

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Booker T defeated Antonio Banks and Matt Hardy in 15:46 when Booker T defeated Matt Hardy by pinfall after hitting the Book End. During the match we also had Amy Dumas accidentally hit Matt Hardy. Booker T makes defence number 1 of his WCW World title.
