Another Cornelverse Draft???

The Mexican Draft was a historic event in Cornelverse wrestling. While none of us can ever see TCW and SWF doing something like that, could we see something more regional?

 

PSW, FCW, and MAW have some working agreements, would it be conceivable to see those three companies participating in some sort of draft? The trade with The Ring Generals and Grandmaster Phunk (NYCW and PSW) could have been a way to test the waters.

 

Maybe the European or UK promotions have one (maybe to compete with 21CW).

 

Hell, how would an Australian draft work? I would think that RAW wouldn't participate due to the TV Network owning them, but if a third independent owner started a group with DIW and APW, a draft could make a compelling story (Swoop McCarthy working DIW style matches).

 

I also envision NOTBPW plssibly being vulnerable to a draft with the other Canadian promotions. Vibert would be able to pick some of his own guys instead of using who CGC had when he came in, and with his booking expertise, guys like Davis Wayne Newton could become starts very quickly.

But if I remember it was because all of the workers in Mexico somehow became free from contracts.
