If I offer a player and setup recruiting, then switch for CPU to handle recruiting and sim the month, the CPU will offer someone else but now 2 players will have offers when there is only 1 available scholarship. It says 2/1 scholarships offered. I've always went to previous save when I did this by accident so I never simmed ahead to see if it would let me sign both even though I have 1 scholly.
