Instead, it begins in the parking garage where Eddie Peak and Bryan Vessey are exchanging punches! The first five minutes are spent with no one in control as both men attempt to wear each other down. Vessey trips Peak with a double leg takedown on the pavement and mounts him, throwing more punches! The crowd cheers that move in the background but then the boos come as a black baseball bat is swung and hits Vessey in the back of the head. Nemesis tosses Vessey to the side and helps the Great White Shark to his feet. Peak runs Vessey into a pillar and then the crowd is absolutely stunned as Peak tosses Vessey through a glass door!</span></em></p><p><em><span style="font-family:'CENTURY GOTHIC';"> </span></em></p><p><em><span style="font-family:'CENTURY GOTHIC';"> Vessey lies on the floor with glass all around him, his body cut up. Joey Minnesota and Acid can be seen on the other side of that door as though they were waiting for this to happen. Stomps are put into place by all four men though they are careful of the glass. Acid used his speed in the beginning of the match to keep Taylor off-guard. Taylor was sent outside the ring and Acid came flying at him with a suicide dive! There is no doubting how much talent that Acid has. Back inside the ring, Taylor gets control and focuses on the mat game, keeping Acid grounded. But that doesn't last for too long. A little interference from Nemesis turns the tide in the favor of Acid. Acid drops Taylor with his own version of the Nemesis Arrow and then heads to the top turnbuckle -- Acid Rain Bomb! These two did battle in tag team action last Tuesday night and now they come together one on one here. This is another match with a lot of momentum shifts. During the middle of the match, Law tried to use his nightstick but Koshiro Ino blew some asian mist into his eyes! Law dropped the nightstick and flailed around in the ring. Ino went right on the attack and got a two count following a brainbuster. He set up Rick Law for the Kobra's Bite but Law was able to grab the ropes and get out before Ino could finish the hold. Law rakes the eyes of Ino and Ino staggers back, accidentally hitting the referee! Law sees it and grabs the nightstick. He swings -- and connects with the side of the head of Ino! Law sends the nightstick out of the ring and then picks up Ino. He whips him to the ropes -- Squad Car Slam! Law makes the cover as the referee crawls over: 1 -- Law grabs the tights -- 2 -- 3! Freddy Huggins stands up as he is in the room as well. Huggins turns and throws punches to Fonzarelli! Fonzarelli punches back! The two begin brawling and Laura jumps on the back of Fonzarelli! She's clawing at his eyes! Freddy steps back -- Huggins Kiss! The Superkick sends Fonzarelli falling out of the room and landing on the ground with Laura underneath him! Freddy looks down and laughs before pulling Fonzarelli to the side and checking on his sister. Scout was stuck in the ring as the face-in-peril for most of the bout as the Machines used frequent tags in and out to keep the fresh man in the ring. Scout is the more technically sound of the New Wave but both Machines are also very skilled on the mat. The turning point came when Brent Hill tried to lock a figure four on Scout but Scout managed to kick him off. Scout avoided a clothesline and was able to tag out to his partner. Guide came in with punches and dropkicks aplenty! Scout came in and we had all four men in the ring. Brent Hill was knocked out of the ring by Scout and the attention turned to John Anderson. The New Wave set up Anderson and hit the tag tower legdrop known as the Wave Of Mutilation! Guide made the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3! This match goes about like one would expect between these two with a lot of high flying and a lot of risk taking that sometimes pays off and sometimes not so much. Tornado was frustrated throughout the match as he just couldn't seem to put Benson away no matter what he did. The tide turned when Tornado went for the Star Maker but Benson moved out of the way! Benson fired away on Tornado and caught him with a good flying headscissors that sent Tornado flying! Johnson is slower to get to the ring than usual because of his knee issues but he manages to make it down and get inside the ring, facing off with Joey Minnesota.</span></em></p><p><em><span style="font-family:'CENTURY GOTHIC';"> </span></em></p><p><em><span style="font-family:'CENTURY GOTHIC';"> The two men went nose-to-nose in the center of the ring as the bell sounded. Minnesota slapped RDJ and RDJ shoved Minnesota and then the match was on! The first ten minutes of the match was a strict brawl between the two competitors. This was almost a no-holds-barred street fight between the two both inside the ring and outside the ring. Miraculously, none of the men at ringside interfered in the match during this time. But around the ten minute mark, Minnesota got ahold of the referee and Nemesis struck RDJ in the knee with a clip of his shoulder. RDJ went down like a ton of bricks.</span></em></p><p><em><span style="font-family:'CENTURY GOTHIC';"> </span></em></p><p><em><span style="font-family:'CENTURY GOTHIC';"> The next ten minutes were spent with Minnesota in firm control over the situation and focused on that injured, hurt knee of RDJ's. The crowd booed every move that Minnesota used and tried using several chants to get RDJ back into the match. Minnesota wrapped a kneebar on RDJ in the center of the ring. RDJ struggled to get out of the hold. The pain on his face was rather obvious. He struggled to at least get to the ropes and he barely made it before he had to give up. But there might be permanent damage to that knee.</span></em></p><p><em><span style="font-family:'CENTURY GOTHIC';"> </span></em></p><p><em><span style="font-family:'CENTURY GOTHIC';"> At around the 21 minute mark, RDJ avoided a Minnesota Salute and that got him back into the game. He took down Minnesota with a thesz press and several punches. The crowd went absolutely wild! Nemesis and the others grew upset at ringside. Nemesis climbed on the apron and RDJ punched him off! Eddie Peak moved around looking for a weapon and Acid stood there for the moment, staring at RDJ. RDJ turned his attention back to Minnesota and ducked a clothesline -- Southern Justice! RDJ nails the Southern Justice on Minnesota out of nowhere! The first few minutes of the bout is spent feeling each other out. This leads to several easy shifts of momentum. It seems like every move that Rocky Golden brings out, Sam Keith has a counter for. But Keith is moreso known for his technical wrestling than Golden is. At around the nine minute mark, Keith really begins to cement in his control. He focuses on the back and on the neck of the TCW World Champion, keeping Golden grounded on the mat where everyone is the same size.</span></em></p><p><em><span style="font-family:'CENTURY GOTHIC';"> </span></em></p><p><em><span style="font-family:'CENTURY GOTHIC';"> At around the twelve minute mark, the Rocky chants start to get to Rocky Golden and he goes into a short comeback. He takes down Keith with a short-arm clothesline and then a body slam! He makes the sign for the Rack but Keith slithers off his shoulders before he gets him set. Keith shoves Golden into the turnbuckle where Golden goes over, nailing his forehead on the ring post beyond the turnbuckle! Keith takes him down with a Neutron Plex, a Head And Arm Suplex, and then moves in quickly -- Proton Lock! Within about thirty seconds, Golden's hand taps the mat several times! Both men lie on the mat damn near dead! Golden yanks his way to his feet using the ropes and he signals for the Rack! He turns to look at Sam Keith, walking over to the veteran. He lifts Keith up -- The Rack! He puts Keith in his version of the Human Torture Rack! Keith struggles for nearly two minutes before he finally has no choice but to give up! It has been exactly one month since I took over power here in TCW. Needless to say that ratings have been in flux since I took over. We had our low on week 3 when we hit a 5.06 in the tv ratings. We had our high on week 2 when we had a 5.26 rating. Everywhere else has been somewhere in the middle.</span></em></p><p><em><span style="font-family:'CENTURY GOTHIC';"> </span></em></p><p><em><span style="font-family:'CENTURY GOTHIC';">

One thing that bares mentioning is that I have been seeing Sam Keith hanging out more and more with Aaron Andrews. This is a relationship that I have definitely encouraged and the rumour mill is flying that Keith has declared Aaron Andrews under his wing within the company. Ace can definitely learn a lot from the veteran that can help propel him to the next level.</span></em></p><p><em><span style="font-family:'CENTURY GOTHIC';"> </span></em></p><p><em><span style="font-family:'CENTURY GOTHIC';">

As stated before, we have multiple new signings for our All Action division. Greg and Matthew Keith are two that will be competing both in the All Action division and the tag team division. [The show begins inside the V. Thompson Arena with 10,000 screaming fans on their feet. The cameras pan around the arena as Jason Azaria and Kyle Rhodes welcome everyone to TCW Presents Total Wrestling! The cheers from the crowd turn to boos as the curtains part and out walks Nemesis leading his Army down to the ring. There's Joey Minnesota, 'The Great White Shark' Eddie Peak and the TCW International Champion Acid! All four men step inside the ring and Nemesis is given a microphone.]

 

Nemesis

"So things did not go perfectly last Sunday evening but they went very, very good. Eddie Peak took Bryan Vessey and put him out of commission. Don't expect to see him back here in TCW any time soon. Then there's Joshua Taylor, who felt the Acid Rain Bomb and we have a brand new TCW International Champion in my man Acid. But Joey, Joey, Joey. You felt the Southern Justice and you were pinned by Ricky Dale Johnson. I don't take failure lightly so do not fail me again."

 

[There is a pause as the crowd boos and Joey Minnesota looks to be pleading with Nemesis.]

 

Nemesis

"Therefore, I have decided that I am going to send forth a man that won his contest last Sunday evening to win the TCW World Heavyweight title. Eddie Peak, you are to represent my Army in the destruction of Rocky Golden and TCW."

 

[Another pause as Eddie Peak begins rubbing his hands together. Nemesis raises his microphone up but he gets interrupted by the sound of music and another wrestler coming from the back.]

[The crowd goes absolutely wild at the presence of another man who win his match at Malice In Wonderland! Benny Benson high fives the crowd on his way down to ringside. He pauses at ringside and is given a microphone.]

 

Benny Benson

"Last Sunday night, Eddie Peak was not the only wrestler to win his match. I pinned Troy Tornado for the second time in a row. I think that I deserve the TCW World Heavyweight title shot at the War To Settle The Score."

 

[As soon as he utters that last sentence, he is interrupted by more music and some boos from the crowd. The curtains part to reveal]

[Wolf Hawkins! Wolf walks halfway down the ramp and stops, raising the microphone to his lips.]

"If anyone is going to get a TCW World Heavyweight title shot it is going to be me. No longer am I under the shadow of Tommy Cornell. I am my own man. Eddie Peak, Benny Benson, you are both below me and behind me in line for a shot at the title. It is the only singles title that I have not held here in TCW. And the Lone Wolf is going to receive that shot."

 

[Another pause as all three men are yelling at each other off-microphone. Then more music begins to play and all eyes turn to the top of the ramp.]

[Here is the man that lost to Rocky Golden last Sunday evening at TCW Malice In Wonderland! Here is Sam Keith! He stands at the top of the ramp with a microphone in hand.]

"Rocky Golden has messed with my family. He nearly injured my son. If anyone is going to get the pleasure of removing the World title from around his waist it's going to be me. And that is why I am going to be the one to face him one last time at The War To Settle The Score. This Score will be settled live and on pay-per-view."

 

[One more pause and more music being played. The crowd looks shocked at the sound of this music. They begin looking around as the spotlight shines around the building. The spotlight stops somewhere in the rafters to reveal the form of]

[Tommy Cornell! The TCW Owner is here in the V. Thompson Arena! He has not been seen since he saved Ricky Dale Johnson and was attacked and beaten down by Nemesis and his Army. Everyone looks up where Tommy Cornell is standing.]

 

Tommy Cornell

"Has everyone here missed me?"

 

[A cheer roars through the crowd. Obviously they did miss him!]

 

Tommy Cornell

"For those of you who do not know me, my name is Tommy Cornell. I am the Owner of TCW. I am the man who is straight edge. Nemesis, Eddie Peak, Sam Keith, Benny Benson, Wolf Hawkins, that means that I am better than each and every one of you. But I didn't come out here to tell you something that you already know. I came out here to settle this war of words you seem to be having. There is only one man who can make the decision on who faces Rocky Golden next and that man is me. But I am going to give each and every one of you a chance to do just that. Later on tonight, we are going to have a four way match to determine who is going to face Rocky Golden. I hope you can keep up your stamina."

 

[Tommy turns and walks off. What an announcement! What a main event here tonight! What a return of the TCW Owner!]

[Our opening contest here on TCW Presents Total Wrestling is a fast-paced match. Ota uses his martial arts training to keep Sammy Bach off-guard. Ota catches Bach with a kick to the back of the head and gets an early two count. Bach slips back and starts to pick up the pace. He takes over at around the 12 minute mark and he doesn't look back. Bach takes down Ota with the Bodylock Reverse Sleeper that he calls the Bach On Your Back! Within moments, Ota is tapping out!]

 

Winner: Sammy Bach (Via Submission @ 14:43)

[As Sammy Bach celebrates his win here tonight, he is attacked from behind! It's Wolf Hawkins! Last Sunday, Bach had a few choice words for Hawkins and now Hawkins has a few choice fists for Bach! Bach begins firing back, though! Both men exchange blows in the center of the ring as officials come down to seperate the two! Bach and Hawkins are really ready for a fight!]

[The ring is set up with a mirror with a bunch of hearts on it and a couple of loveseats. Seated on one of the loveseats is TCW's very own Dr. Love Danny Fonzarelli! The crowd cheers as Danny lounges there for a moment with the microphone in hand.]

"Hey TCW fans! This is your very own Dr. Love Danny Fonzarelli and you are watching the Dr. Love Show! Originally I thought that maybe I could get that very delicious Laura Huggins on the show but it turns out that she is busy this evening. But she did send two men in her place. So, let's welcome to the show the TCW All Action Champion Edd Stone and his bodyguard Charlie Thatcher!

 

[The crowd boos immediately at the mention of Stone and Thatcher. The curtains part]

[and out they walk! The crowd boos even louder as the 24 Hour Party Animal raises the TCW All Action title into the air. Thatcher is stoic as he walks just behind Stone. They enter the ring and Fonzarelli motions toward the opposite love seat.]

"Have a seat on the love seat, gentlemen!"

 

[Edd Stone looks toward Fonzarelli and then nods to Thatcher and they both sit down.]

 

Danny Fonzarelli

"Last Sunday night, Edd Stone, you impressed even Dr. Love. You beat both members of the L.A. Connection. But you didn't do it without help from your boyfriend there."

 

Edd Stone

"He is my bodyguard, nothing more. The 24 Hour Party Animal only parties with the women."

 

Danny Fonzarelli

"Women like Laura Huggins? Tell me, what does a man have to do in order to just buy her a drink, Stone?"

 

Edd Stone

"Why don't you ask her? Despite what you think, she is here tonight."

[Danny is about to say something but he is stopped by the presence of the arguing Huggins family members. The brother and sister duo are having a little sibling rivalry as they enter the ring. Fonzarelli's smile grows wider as he looks Laura up and down.]

 

Danny Fonzarelli

"Now THAT is more like it! The Dr. Love Show just got a little hotter with the presence of the always entertaining Laura..."

 

[Fonzarelli doesn't get to finish. Instead, he gets nailed with a Huggins Kiss by Freddy Huggins. Laura pushes her brother, stating that she can fight her own battles. Edd Stone and Charlie Thatcher rise from their seats. The two members of the on-again, off-again team known as the Canadian Animals look to each other and nod. Then Edd and Charlie exit the ring. Freddy grabs Laura by the hand and yanks her out of the ring as Danny Fonzarelli looks on from the ring, pulling himself up and then dropping back to his knees. Danny and Laura meet eyes for a moment before Laura is drawn behind the curtain.]

The Keith Twins vs. The L.A. Connection

 

[The L.A. Connection did battle with each other just a few days ago at Malice In Wonderland and now they are in tag team action here tonight against the Keith Twins. The Keith Twins showed some good tag team work, while the L.A. Connection looked sluggish to begin with. During the match, Matthew went for a Proton Lock on Chance Fortune but Aaron Andrews broke that up before the hold could be put on. When Andrews was tagged in later on, he went right to both Keith Twins with punches and dropkicks. Andrews climbed the turnbuckles and waited for Greg Keith to rise up -- Flying Cross Body! Andrews turns it into a pinfall: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

[As the L.A. Connection celebrate this victory, we head backstage where Jasmine Saunders is standing by with the man who is still the TCW World Heavyweight Champion Rocky Golden.]

"Rocky, first of all, congratulations on your victory last Sunday evening against Sam Keith."

 

Rocky Golden

"Thank you, Jasmine. Sam Keith is a tough competitor and I didn't beat him alone. In fact it took not only me but the millions...and millions of my fans worldwide watching and chanting my name."

 

[The 'Rocky' chant grows within the crowd as Golden flashes a smile and a nod of acknowledgement.]

 

Jasmine Saunders

"But this leads into this month's pay-per-view. This is The War To Settle The Score. You will face one of four men at the end of the month defending your TCW World Heavyweight title. Do you have any preference on who you are going to face?"

 

Rocky Golden

"Jasmine, it doesn't matter who steps into the ring with Rocky. It doesn't matter whether it's Eddie Peak, Sam Keith, Wolf Hawkins, Benny Benson, Benny Young, Young Frankenstein or Frankenstein's Bride that steps inside the ring. At the end of tonight, at the end of the pay-per-view and at the end of the day I am always going to be Golden."

 

[Rocky walks off and Jasmine shrugs as we head back to the ring.]

[brendan Idol? Brendan gets a small response from the crowd as he walks down toward and into the ring. This is not going to be for the faint of heart. Much to...no one's surprise, Buffalo tears right through Brendan Idol. He sends him hard into the corner and hits him with a splash there before bringing him all the way down with clubbing forearm shots. A minute or two later and Buffalo has Brendan Idol up on his shoulder. He runs forward -- Running Powerslam known as The Stampede! Buffalo makes the cover with his hands pressed palm-down on Idol's chest: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

[We head backstage once again as Floyd Goldworthy joins American Buffalo inside the ring. Within the set-up interview area, Jasmine Saunders stands with Tommy Cornell.]

 

Jasmine Saunders

"Good evening ladies and gentlemen, Jasmine Saunders here alongside the owner of TCW Tommy Cornell. First of all, Mr. Cornell, it's good to have you back here."

 

Tommy Cornell

"Thank you, Jasmine. Please call me Tommy."

 

Jasmine Saunders

"Alright...Tommy. Earlier tonight we saw you make a four way match for the number one contendership spot against Rocky Golden at The War To Settle The Score. But you didn't place yourself in that match. Is there any reason for that?"

 

Tommy Cornell

"It's simple, Jasmine. I have other plans for the pay-per-view. At The War To Settle The Score, not only will Rocky Golden be defending the TCW World Title against the winner of tonight's 4 way match but there is also going to be a tag team encounter. It will be me and Ricky Dale Johnson facing off with Joey Minnesota...and Nemesis!"

 

Jasmine Saunders

"WOW! What a tag team match that should be!"

 

Tommy Cornell

"Nemesis is going to learn that he's not messing with a young rookie anymore. He is messing with Rough Justice Tommy Cornell. I am a man who is straight edge. And Nemesis live and on pay-per-view you're going to learn that it means I am better than you!"

 

[Tommy walks off as we head to a different area backstage.]

[This area happens to be in one of the locker rooms where Rick Law is facing off with Koshiro Ino! Ino is throwing some kicks to keep Law back. Law has his trusty nightstick in his right hand, using to deflect the kicks. Law knocks a kick down and throws a punch, staggering Ino! Law begins using that nightstick on Ino, eventually moving behind him and choking him with it! The crowd boos in the background! Law is bringing Ino down to the ground until security runs in to break things up and we head back to the ring.]

Joey Minnesota vs. Joshua Taylor

 

[Joey Minnesota is definitely looking to prove himself this evening after he lost last Sunday night to Ricky Dale Johnson. We are told that RDJ is not in the building this evening. Joshua Taylor also has something to prove this evening as he lost his TCW International title to Acid, who is in Joey Minnesota's corner for this match along with Nemesis and Eddie Peak. The decks definitely look stacked against Joshua Taylor in this bout.

 

The match itself has a lot of focus on mat wrestling as each man goes hold for counterhold in the early goings. Minnesota shows that he can go on the ground with someone as technically sound as Joshua Taylor and this is a surprise for many of the fans. Minnesota focuses on the knee of Taylor throughout the match, keeping Taylor at a disadvantage at all times that he can do so. He brought Taylor's knee to the post and rammed it against the post with the crowd booing the entire time. He distracted the official as Acid came over and rammed Taylor's knee to the post again! The crowd was absolutely livid at the interference! Minnesota brought Taylor to the center of the ring and locked on a figure 4 leglock! The crowd chanted, trying to get Taylor to reverse the hold. Taylor struggled with it, shaking his head as he refuses to submit. After about thirty seconds in the figure 4, Taylor manages to reverse the hold! Minnesota cries out in pain and breaks the hold itself.

 

Both men are slow to get to their feet. Taylor is at an obvious disadvantage with one knee really hurting. Taylor ducks a punch and throws one of his own! He is sticking and moving, ducking and punching! The crowd really gets into it with chants of 'Josh-u-a!, Josh-u-a!' Taylor steps in and brings Minnesota to the mat locking on a crossface! He wrenches the hold in and Minnesota raises a hand. He could be tapping out here tonight ladies and gentlemen! Nemesis climbs on the apron, drawing the attention of referee Sam Sparrow. Acid climbs to the top turnbuckle, perched and ready to leap -- the referee turns and sees him! The referee steps in between Acid and the crossface held by Taylor! Nemesis makes a motion and Acid drops down to the apron. Minnesota manages to get to his feet where Taylor lifts him in a back suplex position but Taylor's knee gives out! Minnesota falls on top of him but gets back up slowly. He pulls up Taylor and lifts him into his own back suplex. But this time it's different. This time Minnesota turns and whips his arm around Taylor's chest, jamming him down with a spike slam! It's the Empire Spiral! As Nemesis and Acid leave the apron, Minnesota makes the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

 

Winner: Joey Minnesota (Via Pinfall @ 20:57)

[The ring is flooded with the other three members of Nemesis's Army. They lay Joshua Taylor out in the center of the ring as Acid climbs the turnbuckles. Acid leaps -- Acid Rain Bomb! The Acid Rain Bomb connects! Taylor's body shudders and then falls still again. Acid steps in and locks on the Death Lock STF known as the Acidity Test! Referee Sam Sparrow tries to step in but he gets taken down with a forearm shot to the back by Eddie Peak. Peak pulls the referee in and then lifts him up -- Crucifix Powerbomb known as the Peak Of Perfection on the referee! Acid releases the Acidity Test and Eddie Peak stands in the center of the ring. He's ready for the number one contender match!]

Eddie Peak vs. Benny Benson vs. Wolf Hawkins vs. Sam Keith

 

[Nemesis, Joey Minnesota and Acid leave the ring but remain at ringside as they wait for the final match to begin. Officials come down and help Joshua Taylor to the backstage area as Benny Benson makes his way out. Benson is the lone man in the match that the fans can really get behind. Benson comes down to the ring and slides inside. He avoids a punch and bounces off the ropes -- leaping clothesline brings Peak down to the mat! Benson bounces off the ropes again and catches Peak with a flying headscissors! Peak goes flying into the corner. Benson charges at him and climbs up beginning to deliver punches! The crowd counts along from one to ten! Benson pulls Peak out and drops him with a Northern Lights Suplex with a bridge: 1 -- 2 -- Broken Up By Wolf Hawkins! Where in the world did he come from?

 

Wherever Hawkins came from, he just saved his title opportunity! It's first pinfall or submission only here tonight! Hawkins grabs Peak and tosses him from the ring before turning his attention to Benson. The next few minutes have Hawkins working over Benson to boos from the crowd. Hawkins locks on a full nelson! The crowd begins shouting 'Benny, Benny, Benny!' Eddie Peak is pulled up by the rest of Nemesis's Army but he gets taken down by a clothesline! It's Sam Keith! The last member of the match has arrived! Keith rams peak into the ring post and then enters the ring! He pulls Hawkins off Benson and punches are thrown by those two! Hawkins starts to get control and a clothesline sends both men over the top rope to the floor! At that area, Eddie Peak is starting to recover. All three men are moving to their feet -- Somersault Plancha by Benny Benson! All four men go down outside the ring!

 

The crowd is absolutely loving the action here! Things start to slow down for the next ten minutes as the wrestlers pair off with Eddie Peak battling Sam Keith outside the ring and Wolf Hawkins is with Benny Benson inside the ring. The crowd cheers when Sammy Bach comes down to the ringside area looking toward Nemesis, Joey Minnesota and Acid. But he slams the mat cheering on Benny Benson! Benson begins having some control inside the ring following a distraction by the presence of Sammy Bach! Benson bounces off the ropes -- Shockwave From Next Year! Benson hit his version of the Running Enzuigiri Kick! Hawkins hits the mat hard and Benson makes a quick cover: 1 -- 2 -- Yanked out of the ring by Sam Keith! What a save! The crowd boos this move but the match continues!

 

During the course of the match, all four men have each battled with each other with a little distraction and interference by Sammy Bach, Nemesis, Acid and Joey Minnesota. At around the twenty five minute mark, Keith and Hawkins are knocked outside the ring, leaving only Eddie Peak and Benny Benson inside the ring. Benson looks set up to hit another Shockwave From Next Year! He bounces off the ropes -- tripped by Troy Tornado! The crowd boos but the referee missed the trip! [This is one of those things that I really dislike about this business. The professional wrestling business, since it's inception, has been a haven for addictive personalities. Some of these personalities have become more private and some of them more public. It is a reason why the drug testing policies within this company are in place. We need to catch those who are doing things in private before they become public, before they become known by the world and bring this company down around our ears.]

 

[This morning, Tommy Cornell came to me with results from our drug test last evening. We run random drug tests with various members of the roster following every show. Last evening one of the names on the list was Bryan Vessey. Vessey has not been seen on the show since the last pay-per-view and the assault by Eddie Peak and the rest of Nemesis's Army. This was planned but the drug test results were not planned. Tommy told me that it is my job to deal with it. I took it and listened to what he had to say but it doesn't mean that I agreed with him or that I liked what he had to say. He is the owner of TCW. This should be his job. Not mine. But it can be easier to keep my mouth shut sometimes.]

 

[This afternoon I met with the man in question: Bryan Vessey. I explained the results of the drug test and I told him straight out that Tommy Cornell wanted me to fire him. In fact, Tommy told me during our meeting to fire him. Vessey started getting angry, moving the papers about on my desk and yelling while I sat back and listened to him yell. Then after a few moments he sat down. He went silent for about three minutes and then tears came to his eyes. He poured his heart out to me. He explained how he originally got into steroids and how he would avoid the drug tests here until now. He rubbed his eyes and shook his head again and again. He asked me for another chance. He asked me not to fire him. He promised me that he would get clean. I told him that I would see what I could do. I told him I would talk to Tommy.]

 

[My next meeting with Tommy was that evening. Tommy asked me if I gave Bryan Vessey his walking papers and I told him that I hadn't. I told him that Bryan promised me he'd get clean. I told him that I believed Bryan. I spent the next hour getting a lecture from Tommy Cornell about how this is his company, not mine. About how I don't run things, he does. I was silent and I took the lecture, giving the appropriate answers no matter how angry I was getting. At least maybe he would allow me to keep my job after this.]
