masterded Posted June 21, 2011 Author Share Posted June 21, 2011 Wednesday and Thursday I am working 3rd shift this week. That means it will most likely be Friday or Saturday that I get a chance to score the first episode. Seeing as I will be going to work about 20 minuets after it finishes (I dvr the show which helps me score it because I can rewind also mean I can't get it done before I have to go). I almost didn’t want to give any fight points based on it being only a slap, but it was enough to get him kicked off. I mean really it may have been the weakest hit in Challenge history. -Next season I will need to add points for inadvertently hurting people when you are being restrained. Points for being restrained. Points for restraining people. Points for an ambulance coming for you and you go to the hospital (negative if they give you the option and you take it). Points for an ambulance coming and you staying home (bonus if they give you the option and you refuse to go). I should have already had them in. Which brings me to the final note. - Next season if we get enough people I will not have my own team and instead just be a commissioner so that I can add rules as I see fit in the middle of a challenge, something I could never do as a participant (it would just feel wrong). I always felt (I think I told TakerNGN this) that the show should hire someone like Craig Jackson from VH1's I Love Money as the host. I do like how TJ treats The Challenge serious it adds a little extra to it. I mean bill Simmons is right The Challenge needs to be come America’s fifth sport. Also TJ also is a producer and is involved on the creative side, plus if it wasn’t for him being on Bill Simmons pod cast we may have never got a rivals based Challenge. I mean just after one episode I am more exited for a Challenge then I have ever been. Oh and just something I thought was funny based off a conversation from the last Fantasy Challenge. We had an elimination challenge with 4 girls and Paula was the best looking one. I don’t think that was something that we expected; even funnier that it may not be the last time it happens. Sorry Masterded I'd take Aneesa and Evelyn before Paula despite Evelyn's weird scrunched up face and, well, Aneesa being Aneesa. I just don't see anything attractive about Paula, at all. Jenn looked hot as always all episode though lol My favorite part of the entire episode is when Wes was trying to sweet talk Adam and Leroy stepped in with "I don't trust this motherf****." I mean the show is mostly the contestants getting drunk, having sex, and fighting. I am not sure how it can be taken totally serious. It is almost exactly like Big Brother just with more people and a lot less strategy. In regards to TJ, like I said I find him to be a bland host. Which might be exactly what this show needs to counter the big personalities that are on the show. I will say that he is not annoying and smarmy like Jeff Probst. So he has that in his favor. They took longer then fifteen minuets, which was the time limit. In the end only a few guy teams ended up not getting a -5 at the non-elimination challenge yesterday. You will pick three people and that will be your team for the week. You will need to have at least one person from each gender and can not have the exact same three as another person (first come first serve). Meaning someone can have A, B and C; another person have A, B, and D; and another can have A, C, and D. This way people who get eliminated quick can still have a chance of winning something. It can be it's own weekly thing, but I will also keep track of total points earned and number of times won.
