uPw has announced the final card for uPw Crowning the Underground King...

- The opener will feature a feud that started on the first uPw event as Alistair Shuffle along with Donte Dunn will take on Cash Funk. Streetz says Cash Funk is done with that fool Alistair Shuffle after this match. Can Shuffle and Dunn get the victory in the final showdown? Or will Cash Funk have the last laugh?

- The semi-Main Event will see Nathaniel Ca$ino take on the lucha sensation Extraordinario Jr. Ca$ino is on a two match slide and is not happy about it. Will this be the match that he turns it around or will the lucha sensation get his biggest victory to date?

- The Main Event is where it's at this month, as uPw will crown its first champion as 'Hot Rod' Roderick Remus will take on Thomas Morgan. Will Remus prove to be the very best in uPw? Or will Thomas Morgan comes one step closer to building his legacy and add to just being trained by the Stone family? The man to lead uPw into the future will be decided, but who will it be?

uPw has also announced the signing of Kamikaze Christian Vars. He looks forward to joining the promotion and should be seen in a uPw ring very soon.

Not sure I have faith in Nathaniel after his last loss.

I think you would best be served with a heel as your champion. Plus Remus is much younger IIRC.

Cash Funk w/ Streetz vs. Donte Dunn and Alistair Shuffle

Hard one as Dunn could use the win after two losses, but I have no faith on Shuffle so I give the win to the proper team.

Nathaniel Ca$ino vs. Extraordinario Jr.

Extraordinario is better than the two guys Ca$ino just lost so I´d say that Ca$ino´s losing streak continues.

I like Morgan but it was a surprise to me that he got into finals and it would be another if he gets the belt here so I go with Remus.

uPw Crowning the Underground King

The Simmons Center

South West, United States

Attendance: 42

We join Remmington Remus and Phonse Lockett ringside and on the announce table in front of them lies the new uPw Championship Belt.

http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r231/haloed114/uPw%20Diary/uPwChampionship.jpg

Remmington- Welcome to uPw Crowning the Underground King and this is what these men were competing for the right to carry.

Phonse- Hey I thought it was the Quest for the Gold tournament? This is not gold.

Remmington- Right you are but no matter gold or silver, the man that walks out of here with it will be the champ. What a great moment it will be for either Roderick Remus or Thomas Morgan. Both men have worked hard and tonight, for one of them it will pay off.

Phonse- It’s going to be your brother tonight. No doubt in my mind.

Remmington- Is that the same mind that had no doubt in Nathaniel Ca$ino? Up first though we start off with a feud that dates back to Quest for the Gold I. Cash Funk will take on Donte Dunn and Alistair Shuffle.

Cash Funk w/ Streetz vs. Donte Dunn and Alistair Shuffle

Cash Funk show off that they work well as a team and continue to improve each time they team together. Cash Funk works over Donte Dunn for most of the match with Dunn getting some offense in. Every time he does though, Cash Funk quickly double team him to end all his momentum. Eventually Dunn overcomes both of Cash Funk and is able to get a tag into Alistair Shuffle. Shuffle is able to hit the Shuffle The Deck on Jazz Funk and he scores the surprise pinfall to give him and Donte Dunn the victory over Cash Funk!

Match Result: Donte Dunn and Alistair Shuffle win by pinfall in 13:38

Match Rating: E-

Remmington- Alistair Shuffle scores his first pinfall ever in uPw and gets the win for him and Donte Dunn. Wow!

Phonse- I can’t believe it! Cash Funk and Streetz have to be disgusted with losing to Shuffle!

A short video package plays highlighting ‘Hot Rod’ Roderick Remus’ and Thomas Morgan’s march through the Quest for the Gold Championship tournament. Highlights of the first round of matches with Remus beating Extraordinario Jr. and Morgan beating Mark Smart. To the second round with Morgan beating Nathaniel Ca$ino and Remus beating J.R. Rose. The video ends with the message, Only One Can Be Champion.

Nathaniel Ca$ino vs. Extraordinario Jr.

This match is the one that steals the show with the two young high flyers doing what they do best and that is put on a show in the air. Ca$ino looks genuinely frustrated with every near fall on Extraordinario Jr. and glares at Chad Brent numerous times. The men battle back and forth and trade near falls until Extraordinario Jr. hits the Siempre Peleando and gets the pinfall. It only adds frustration on top of what Ca$ino is already feeling.

Match Result: Extraordinario Jr. wins by pinfall in 13:38

Match Rating: D-

Remmington- Ca$ino loses his third match in a row and Extraordinario Jr. gets hits biggest victory in uPw yet. I may not care for Ca$ino but even I know he is better than this.

Phonse- Good thing I didn’t put my money on Ca$ino this time.

Remmington- It’s almost time for the main event and finding out who will become the first uPw Champion. First though we have a couple of pretaped comments from the two competitors in the upcoming match.

Phonse- Great, more whining from Thomas Morgan than.

The scene shifts to what appears to be the locker room area of The Simmons Center. We see ‘Hot Rod’ Roderick Remus standing in front of the wall along with Willow by his side. He has a smug grin on his face and confidence is thick in the air.

‘Hot Rod’- Can you feel it? Can you feel it in the air? That wonderful feeling of victory. Not only victory but being a champion. That is what’s in the air tonight along with the whispers that it will be ‘Hot Rod’ Roderick Remus as the champion. Why me? I am simply the best wrestler in uPw, not just uPw, but the entire region. Validation is coming tonight as I beat Thomas Morgan and carry the uPw Championship belt home with me.

Remus pauses as Willow gazes at him and gives him a nod.

‘Hot Rod’- Thomas Morgan wants to build a legacy? Well Thomas, I invite you to become just a footnote in the legacy that I am building for myself. That’s all you have a hope to become at this point Morgan. You’ve done absolutely nothing in all your years wrestling and once the uPw Championship is around my waist. Well it won’t be going anywhere and you will have no shot at wearing it. Tonight not only will I be the ‘Hot Rod’ of uPw but I will be the champion of uPw! And when I become champ, I suggest uPw management find me some real competition, because I don’t see anyone on the roster that can give me a run for my money.

The scene changes to the same gym that we first saw Thomas Morgan in during Quest for the Gold I. This time he stands in the center of the ring.

Morgan- So at uPw Crowning the Underground King I face off with perhaps the c0ckiest member of Underground Pro Wrestling in a match to decide who becomes the first champion of uPw. I’ve already made it clear that my goal is to win the uPw Championship and help build uPw into something special. That is my goal and at Crowning the Underground King I plan on doing just that. Thomas Morgan, first ever uPw Champion has a great ring to it. Of course the overly arrogant and c0cky Roderick Remus stands in the way. I’ll give him credit, he’s a talented kid. But that’s all he is, a kid. I have the experience, I have the knowledge, and I have all the tools to beat him. I have the ability to make him tap out and become the first ever uPw Champion.

Morgan pauses and stares thoughtfully off into space before snapping out of it and continuing.

Morgan- I’ve said it before, I owe becoming something more to the Stone’s, but really I owe it to myself just as much. I’ve worked too hard and toiled away around the Great White north to walk away from this business I love without ever accomplishing something. Something more than just being a graduate of the House of Stone. The chance is here before me now, and I plan on making the most of it. This is for the Stones, uPw, and of course myself and victory shall be mine.

The match starts kind of slow with the two men feeling each other out to see what the other has in store for the other. That quickly changes when Roderick tries to show Morgan how well he can grapple, but Morgan takes him to school. Remus realizing he made a mistake shifts gears to what brought him to the game in the first place, his speed and ability to take to the air. Morgan isn’t near as quick as Remus but the veteran shows how much he’s learned over the years and begins to counter the Remus offensive. The match goes back and forth like this for much of the contest. Morgan seems on the verge of victory has he’s seemingly worn out the youngster and goes for the kill with the STF. Remus must sense it and uses his quickness to quickly escape. He is equally as quick hitting the surprised Morgan with a Super Kick that looks to put Morgan down cold. The pin is all but academic and Roderick Remus is the first Underground Pro Wrestling Champion.

Match Result: Roderick Remus wins by pinfall in 16:14 and wins the uPw Championship

Remmington- Roderick has done it! ‘Hot Rod’ Roderick Remus is the uPw Champion. What a great moment for our family. Congratulations brother. And before you say anything Phonse, we are out of time. Here comes the Underground!

uPw is proud to announce the final card for uPw Here Comes the Underground...

- uPw has also decided this show will be going to an hour and a half instead of just an hour. This change is only for this show so far.

- In the opener of Here Comes the Underground, newcomer Kamikaze Christian Vars will face off with J.R. Rose. Rose is coming off a loss to Roderick Remus in the Quest for the Gold tournament and Vars is just starting out. Does Vars have what it takes to walk into uPw and upset the founder of the promotion or will J.R. Rose get the win?

- Nathaniel Ca$ino returns to try to break his losing streak. This month he will face Amazing Fire Fly. Amazing Fire Fly is still embroiled in the Bug Wars but a victory against Ca$ino would mean a lot to the young masked wrestler. A victory by Ca$ino may mean even more but another loss could mean the most. Will Ca$ino finally get a victory or will Amazing Fire Fly score a big victory?

- The semi-main event will feature Thomas Morgan coming off a valiant effort in the match that crowned the first uPw Champion, facing the unpredictable luchador, DeCipher. This may be the first time Morgan has faced someone like DeCipher but the veteran will undoubtedly be ready for DeCipher's unique style. Will Morgan get the win and get off to a positive start on his quest to win the uPw Championship or will DeCipher derail Morgan's path.

- The Main Event is still a mystery. The only thing for sure is uPw Champion, 'Hot Rod' Roderick Remus will defend his title. Remus has challenged uPw management to find a opponent worthy of facing Roderick as he feels no one left in uPw is in the same class. uPw Management has taken Roderick up on the challenge and uPw Commissioner Reese Paige has promised that Roderick's jaw will hit the floor when she introduces Remus' opponent just before the match is scheduled to kick off. Can Roderick successfully defend the belt against a mystery opponent or has Roderick's mouth gotten him in trouble? Who will the mystery opponent be and will it change uPw's Main Event scene for the foreseeable future?

Kamikaze Christian Vars vs. J.R. Rose

Rose got into second roud of the tournament so I´d assume that he is close to the top right now and with heel champ he is likely to challenge for the title at some point.

Amazing Fire Fly vs. Nathaniel Ca$ino

Ca$ino´s loosing streak seems to become a story and in that case it will continue here.

DeCipher vs. Thomas Morgan

Morgan did get into finals so I assume he gets a bounce back win here over another solid guy.

May as well piggyback onto Zergon's choices here, as I agree with his picks and his reasons. But mainly just chiming in here, to say that I like what you've got going here and I'm going to jump on board.

Good to have you on board Tigerkinney! You were one of my very few followers for my last diary, nice to have you back reading. Thanks to all that continue to read and predict.

Plan on having the show up tomorrow evening. Thanks again guys.

Sunday Week 4, August 2010

http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r231/haloed114/uPw%20Diary/upw.jpg

uPw Here Comes the Underground

The Simmons Center

South West, United States

Attendance: 54

We join the uPw announce team of Remmington Remus and Phonse Lockett at ringside.

Remmington- Welcome to uPw Here Comes the Underground. Last month we crowned our first ever uPw Champion, ‘Hot Rod’ Roderick Remus and tonight he is set to make his first title defense. We just don’t know who he’s facing yet. We’ve been promised Reese Paige will make the announcement moments before our main event takes place.

Phonse- Doesn’t matter who it is. Remus will walk away with the win. No doubt about it. No way he loses the belt tonight.

Remmington- Although I’m not exactly thrilled with the ego my brother has been displaying, I hope you are right, Phonse. Later we will apparently have a wrestler making his debut and in the opener tonight, Kamikaze Christian Vars will be making his debut tonight against uPw founder, J.R. Rose. It may just be our most exciting opener yet. So let’s get right to it.

Kamikaze Christian Vars vs. J.R. Rose

http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r231/haloed114/uPw%20Diary/KamikazeChristianVars.jpg vs. http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r231/haloed114/uPw%20Diary/JRRose.jpg

The crowd was treated to an excellent opener from a promotion the size of uPw. The match is pretty much a back and forth contest with both men getting in an equal amount of offense. Vars lives up to the Kamikaze part of his name as he executes a couple of crazy dives to the outside of the ring. Rose proves to be the better wrestler tonight though and puts Vars away with The Thorn and the pinfall.

Match Result: J.R. Rose wins by pinfall in 13:17

Match Rating: D-

Remmington- Awesome opener for Here Comes The Underground. You can expect action like that uPw every month. I understand before we go to our next match, something happened backstage earlier in the day.

We shift to the gloomy backstage of the Simmons Center and see Alistair Shuffle and Donte Dunn having an animated discussion. They start to laugh about something when Nathaniel Ca$ino walks into the scene. Dunn and Shuffle fall silent.

Ca$ino- Ah, falling silent with me approaching huh? That means you were talking about me!

Shuffle shakes his head and walks away from the scene. Ca$ino looks on in disgust as Shuffle leaves and than turns his attention to Dunn.

Ca$ino- So what was that about?

Dunn- It was nothing.

Ca$ino- I don’t believe you. Tell me the truth, Dunn! Or else!

Dunn smirks- Or else what? You’re going to lose to me?

Ca$ino- What!?!

Dunn- Nothing. Truth is a bunch of back here have a little bet going on, on how long it is until you actually win a match again.

Ca$ino- You guys are betting on me? On me? That’s riduculous. I’m the Gambling Man around here! Who started it Dunn?

Dunn- Sorry, I don’t know for sure. I just know it wasn’t me.

Ca$ino- You better be telling the truth, because I’m going to find out who’s bold enough to running bets around here without me knowing. Plus it’s about my losing streak! Someone is going to get hurt.

Amazing Fire Fly vs. Nathaniel Ca$ino

Ca$ino looks even madder than he did last month. He starts hot, beating Amazing Fire Fly into the mat. In fact, Ca$ino seems to dominate for most of the match. Fortunately for Fire Fly it’s the end of the match that matters and he is able to hit Ca$ino with the Sky High Fire Fly and get the pinfall. Ca$ino is irate at the result and Fire Fly bails from the ring before Ca$ino can try to get revenge for the loss.

Match Result: Amazing Fire Fly wins by pinfall in 13:18

Match Rating: E

Remmington- Well, Nathaniel Ca$ino’s losing streak continues with the loss to Amazing Fire Fly. I wonder who started these bets about Ca$ino and his losing streak though?

Phonse- I have no idea, but I’m happy we only saw on bug tonight. Maybe the Bug Wars are over?

Remmington- That I doubt. Up next, Thomas Morgan takes on the unpredictable luchador, DeCipher! Morgan tries to get back on track after coming up short in winning the uPw Championship.

Phonse- Man, I thought Morgan got the hint and went back to Canada.

Before the match Thomas Morgan comes out to the ring with a microphone in hand. He gets a solid response from the crowd with his appearance.

Morgan- Thank you. Last month I was unable to win the uPw Championship and lost to Roderick Remus. I admit for that night he was the better wrestler but I will not admit that he is better than me. I still have every intention of holding the uPw Championship and will start at the bottom and work my way up if I have to. It doesn’t matter, the uPw Championship will be mine. No matter who I have to go through to get it, I will. Tonight my journey to the championship starts with DeCipher. He’s a solid wrestler no doubt, but tonight I make him victory number one on my way back to the top. Roderick, I know you have a surprise tonight, and I wouldn’t take it lightly, but don’t forget about me.

It’s a solid match between the two with DeCipher’s unpredictable nature seems to throw off Morgan at times throughout the match. Morgan adjusts to DeCipher a little faster each time and soon gains the upper hand in the match. Morgan hits a Northern Lights Suplex to get the win.

Match Result: Thomas Morgan wins by pinfall in 15:50

Match Rating: E

Remmington- Thomas Morgan gets the win and ‘Hot Rod’ Roderick Remus will certainly have to keep an eye on Morgan.

Phonse- Come on Remmy, have some faith in your brother. Morgan couldn’t beat him last month and he isn’t going to beat him anytime soon or ever for that matter.

Remmington- Never say never, Phonse, it’s good advice. We are mere moments away from finding out who the new uPw signing and opponent for ‘Hot Rod’ Roderick Remus is.

Phonse- Good, I’m tired of waiting!

Reese Paige makes here way out to the ring to no reaction from the crowd. She climbs into the ring with a microphone in hands and a big smile on her face.

Reese- First, thanks to all of you who’s come out tonight to see uPw in action. Second, I have to congratulate the uPw Champion, Roderick Remus, on winning the title. Lastly its absurd to think there is no one in uPw to challenge you for that belt. Truth is, J.R. Rose, Thomas Morgan, Extraordinario Jr., and a couple of others are perfect opponents for you and could beat you any night. Tonight however, we took your challenge to heart and went outside of uPw to find your opponent. And that opponent…

The crowd is really into this one as Elemental and Remus start trading moves. It goes back and forth for the first couple of minutes and then American Elemental takes over the match. Remus uses some underhanded tactics to regain the advantage later on in the match. The finish sees Elemental setting up to finish off Remus, but Willow trips up Elemental. This allows Remus to hit a superkick and get the pinfall on the debuting Elemental.

uPw is proud to announce uPw Remembrance 2010 and here is the rundown...

- uPw will be going back to its one hour format for Remembrance 2010 with 3 matches.

- In the opener, Amazing Fire Fly coming off his victory over Nathaniel Ca$ino will face the unpredictable luchador, DeCipher. DeCipher lost last month and will be looking for the victory. Can Amazing Fire Fly overcome the unpredictable nature of DeCipher? Will The Infestation make an appearance?

- Thomas Morgan will take on the uPw founder, J.R. Rose in a match that is full of mutual respect. Both men would love a victory and maybe be the next challenger for the uPw Champion. Who will be victorious and impress uPw management and make their presence known to the Champ?

- The Main Event will feature 'Hot Rod' Roderick Remus defending his uPw Championship against lucha sensation, Extraordinario Jr. Extraordinario Jr. has been impressive so far and looks to win his first Championship. Remus is coming off an impressive victory even with help over American Elemental at Here Comes the Underground. No doubt that his confidence has to be soaring, will he successfully defend the uPw Championship for the second straight month?

Amazing Fire Fly vs. DeCipher

I believe that DeCipher gets his first win here but not without help as The Infestation interferenses and costs Fire Fly his match in order to continue that bug war storyline.

Thomas Morgan vs. J.R. Rose

You seem to be building Morgan up and Rose is user character so he might as well but someone else over though admittably he seems to be more skilled than Morgan at least he got better match out from DeCipher.

All for much the same reasons as Zergon put, perhaps if there were matches...predictions would vary a little more, but I guess you're going with short (1 hour) shows (with your roster rotating in and out) at the moment to save money and stay afloat.

Actually soon I should be able to go to longer shows and get more of the roster involved. Stay tuned. And yeah, I went to an hour show again because Here Comes the Underground proved to be expensive and I lost some money that month. The American Elemental signing the biggest reason but I was surprised I had a chance to bring him in so I took it.

Sunday Week 4, September 2001

uPw Remembrance

The Simmons Center

South West, United States

Attendance: 56

We join the commentating duo of Remmington Remus and Phonse Lockett at ringside in the familiar Simmons Center.

Remmington- Welcome to uPw Remembrance. Tonight ‘Hot Rod’ Roderick Remus will defend the uPw Championship for the second time after fending off the surprise debut from American Elemental last month. Tonight he faces the lucha sensation Extraordinario Jr.

Phonse- Another easy victory for the ‘Hot Rod’ of uPw. Than who’s left to face him?

Remmington- Also tonight, uPw founder J.R. Rose will take on Thomas Morgan with the winner potentially moving into position to challenge for the uPw Championship. First we start off with another lucha as the unpredictable DeCipher takes on Amazing Fire Fly in a bout that will undoubtedly be a high flying contest.

Amazing Fire Fly vs. DeCipher

http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r231/haloed114/uPw%20Diary/AmazingFireFly.jpg vs. http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r231/haloed114/uPw%20Diary/DeCipher.jpg

It’s a fairly exciting match between the masked wrestlers as they go back and forth with neither seemingly having the upper hand. Late in the match, Fire Fly appears to have DeCipher on the ropes and this is when Mega Mite hits ringside. This causes a distraction that allows DeCipher to blindside Amazing Fire Fly and hit the Codebreaker to get the win.

Match Result: DeCipher wins by pinfall in 12:29

Match Rating: E+

Remmington- It appears the Bug Wars continue as Mega Mite costs Amazing Fire Fly the match against DeCipher.

Phonse- Here I thought we would have another bug free show. Guess I was wrong.

From the backs walks uPw Founder, J.R. Rose with a microphone in hand. The crowd cheers his arrival as he steps into the ring.

Rose- Thomas Morgan, the man that was trained by the legendary Stones. When I started looking for talent for Underground Pro Wrestling, Thomas Morgan was one of the names at the top of the list for me to bring in. Why? It’s simple, I believe he still has a lot to offer and we have yet to see the best of Thomas Morgan in the ring. I believe he can be a leader, an ambassador for uPw. I believe his best is yet to come and I thought seeing it happen in Underground Pro Wrestling would be great. That’s why I invited him here, to help uPw grow into a giant. To do that we need the talent to give its all and I believe Thomas Morgan is that type of person. Now tonight, I face Thomas Morgan, and let it be known although I respect you Morgan and believe in you. I am not going to roll over for you here tonight; you have to earn your way through uPw. If you want to beat me, you’ll have to work for it. Let’s see what you really have tonight, Morgan, because I’m ready to rock. Are you?

Segment Rating: E

Remmington- Strong words from our founder. Let’s see who the better man is tonight.

Thomas Morgan vs. J.R. Rose

http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r231/haloed114/uPw%20Diary/ThomasMorgan.jpg vs. http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r231/haloed114/uPw%20Diary/JRRose.jpg

Thomas Morgan and J.R. Rose put on a match that probably is only topped at this point by Remus vs. Elemental at last month’s event. The respect the men have for one another is evident as each continues to match move for move and each nod their approval at one another throughout. The crowd is kind of dead with unfortunate as both men work their tails off. Rose goes for The Thorn but Morgan escapes and locks Rose in the STF and J.R. Rose taps out, giving Thomas Morgan the victory. Rose raise Morgan’s hand in victory at the conclusion of the match.

Match Result: Thomas Morgan wins by submission in 13:48

Match Rating: D

Remmington- Excellent match between the two men and Thomas Morgan comes out on top. One can only think that Thomas Morgan has got to have his eyes on a rematch for the uPw Championship real soon.

Phonse- He doesn’t deserve to be in the same ring with Roderick Remus.

Remmington- Speaking of Roderick Remus, here comes the Champ with Willow and it looks like he may have something to say.

That seems to be the case as Remus stands in the middle of the ring with a microphone in hand.

Roderick Remus- I told uPw that no matter who they found I would beat them. They didn’t believe me and I showed them last month when I beat the American Elemental, that it doesn’t matter who I face. I will win because I am simply the best wrestler around these parts. I’m not sure how much longer I have to keep telling everybody just how good I am before they believe me, but I’ll keep saying it as long as I have to. It’s time I think people just need to accept the truth. Tonight I face Extra Jr. and I already beat him once. Make tonight twice and he better never step foot in the ring with me again because he doesn’t deserve it.

Remus draws some boos.

Roderick Remus- Jealousy boos. I know it and you know it. Now I see Thomas Morgan won tonight. Congratulations are in order, but he still isn’t close to being in my league. That’s why I have a surprise opponent for you next month Morgan. Beat him and maybe, just maybe you’ll get your shot at this belt I wear. That’s if I’m feeling generous of course. Tonight I take care of business and defend this belt and next month I get to sit back and watch Morgan get beat! Now Extra Jr. get out here so I can get back to more important matters.

The crowd was into this match as one would assume they are already looking forward to someone taking the belt from Remus. The crowd also is treated to a solid match, not as good as the previous match but good nonetheless. Remus plays the c0cky heel well and shows up Extraordinario Jr. whenever he can. Extraordinario Jr. gets in some solid offense as well but its Remus catching Extraordinario Jr. with a super kick that leads to the pinfall and another successful title defense.

Match Result: ‘Hot Rod’ Roderick Remus wins by pinfall in 16:15

uPw is now being recognized as a small promotion after this last event. It's a big moment for a young promotion.

*****

uPw has also announced the final card for uPw Disorder and Disarray and here is the rundown on the event...

- It has also been said a new Commissioner for uPw will be on the way soon and will also be taking over road agent duties for the next show. Who could this be? uPw management is said to be excited to have this wrestling veteran on board.

- The opener will feature another chapter in the Bugs Wars as The Infestation will take on The Amazing!. Which side will win this chapter and will it be enough to put an end to the Bug Wars once and for all?

- Nathaniel Ca$ino has made open challenge to the individual responsible for betting on his losing streak to face him in the ring. Who is it? When the person is revealed with Ca$ino be able to beat him in the ring? Or will the streak stay intact?

- The two lucha stars on the uPw roster will clash as lucha sensation, Extraordinario Jr. will take on the unpredictable lucha, DeCipher. Which of these two luchadors will prove to be the best lucha in uPw?

- 'Hot Rod' Roderick Remus has told Thomas Morgan he has a surprise opponent for Morgan at Disorder and Disarray. Who will this surprise be and will Thomas Morgan be able to overcome this obstacle on his quest to get a shot at the uPw Championship?

- The Main Event will feature American Elemental taking on uPw founder J.R. Rose. Elemental is looking for his first uPw win, will this be it? Or will J.R. Rose be able to get the win and show that he should be in the hunt for the uPw Championship?

First of all congrats on rising to small size

The Infestation vs. The Amazing!

The Amazing are Ant-Man and Fire Fly right?... They're actually the better team, but I don't think this feud is done yet, so the Infestation cheat their way to a win.

Nathaniel Ca$ino vs. ???

Ca$ino's recent bad luck continues.

DeCipher vs. Extraordinario Jr.

Extraordinario has been in some big matches, without really winning all that much, whilst DeCipher got a win at the last show, but against a fellow mid-carder. I think the guy who has been valiantly losing in the upper-card goes over here.

Thomas Morgan vs. ???

I can see the obstacle being some kind of comparative monster type for an Indy fed, and I see him being enough of an obstacle for Morgan to be unable to overcome.

American Elemental vs. J.R. Rose

AE came in as a huge deal, but lost his first match even if that was for the title...he'll get his first win here as I see the booker-man being the type who puts the 'stars' over.

The Infestation vs. The Amazing!

I agree with Tigerkinney about this feud continuing for some time still but I still give this one to the better team.

Nathaniel Ca$ino vs. ???

Mystery man is always a good choice

DeCipher vs. Extraordinario Jr.

With heel champ Extraordinario Jr. could probably do more with a win here.

Thomas Morgan vs. ???

Remus doesn´t have a match here so he might well interfere hera and that together to mystery man is enough for me to go against Morgan.

American Elemental vs. J.R. Rose

Coin flip but I usually expect user avatars to put other´s over

Sunday Week 4, October 2010

uPw Disorder and Disarray

The Simmons Center

South West, United States

Attendance: 53

We join Remmington Remus and Phonse Lockett ringside at what has been known as the home of uPw in its young history, The Simmons Center. It’s dimly lit as always but a lot more uPw logos appear.

Remmington- Welcome to uPw Disorder and Disarray. Tonight the champion, ‘Hot Rod’ Roderick Remus has a surprise opponent for Thomas Morgan. It should be interesting to see who my brother has brought in.

Phonse- How do you know it’s not someone already in uPw?

Remmington- Well, Roderick doesn’t really respect anybody on the roster already, so he definitely went outside of it to find the opponent. Speaking of surprises, we expect to find out just who is the one placing bets on Nathaniel Ca$ino losing streak.

Phonse- I hope Ca$ino kicks his a…

Remmington- Whoa there Phonse, we’re not allowed to say such things. On top of everything tonight we are expecting one great match in the Main Event as uPw founder J.R. Rose will take on American Elemental. First we join another chapter of the Bug Wars.

Phonse- Anything but that please!

The Infestation vs. The Amazing!

http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r231/haloed114/uPw%20Diary/UltraFlea_alt.jpg & http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r231/haloed114/uPw%20Diary/MegaMite_alt.jpg vs. http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r231/haloed114/uPw%20Diary/Ant-Man_alt5.jpg & http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r231/haloed114/uPw%20Diary/AmazingFireFly.jpg

It’s a solid match to open the show but nothing special really and the crowd isn’t in to it much at all. Mega Mite and Ultra Flea work over Ant-Man for most of the match until the hot tag to Amazing Fire Fly. Fire Fly takes it to the heel duo for awhile but numbers catch up with Fire Fly as well. The ending sees Ant-Man hitting the Antidote on Mega Mite to get the pinfall and a victory in the Bug Wars.

Match Result: The Amazing! win by pinfall in 8:45

Match Rating: E+

Phonse- Please tell me that was the final victory in the Bug Wars.

Remmington- I would be surprised if it is. Here comes Nathaniel Ca$ino to the ring and it looks like he’s waiting for the mystery gambler.

Out from the back steps…..

Remmington- Mark Smart! What!

http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r231/haloed114/uPw%20Diary/MarkSmart.jpg

…onto the stage with a microphone in hand.

Mark Smart- It was I Nathaniel that started the pool on your losing streak because let’s face it. You are too concerned with gambling and you just don’t focus enough on wrestling. Plus I knew a guy like you would get worse the more frustrated you got. You are always talking about easy money and I figured out that this would be. They don’t call me the “Insider” for nothing after all. Now I’m sure you want to take me out because of this and I get that. That’s why I’ll wrestle you tonight, plus I really don’t think you can beat me anyway and that just means more money for me. So let’s see just how much longer you can keep losing shall we.

Segment Rating: E-

Smart runs to the ring and Ca$ino meets him head on…

Nathaniel Ca$ino vs. Mark Smart

http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r231/haloed114/uPw%20Diary/NathanielCaino.jpg vs. http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r231/haloed114/uPw%20Diary/MarkSmart.jpg

The two who aren’t known for it, brawl around the ring for the better part of the first half to the match. The brawling is not the best but it’s understandable due to the animosity between the two men. It shifts to the men going to their comfort zone with both men using their speed and aerial offense. Smart gains the upper hand and Ca$ino grows frustrated. He rolls to the outside of the ring and grabs a chair. He brings it back into the ring and clocks Smart over the head and Chad Brent calls for the bell, giving Smart the victory by DQ.

Match Result: Mark Smart wins by disqualification in 11:10

Match Rating: E+

Remmington- The losing streak continues but this one was self inflicted and can’t eat at Ca$ino the same way as the other losses have. In fact I bet he feels a bit better after that wicked chair shot. Up next uPw’s resident luchadors are in action.

DeCipher vs. Extraordinario Jr.

http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r231/haloed114/uPw%20Diary/DeCipher.jpg vs. http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r231/haloed114/uPw%20Diary/Extraordinario.jpg

The two luchadors try to steal the show with an exciting back and forth match. Unfortunately for them the crowd still hasn’t really taken to the two but they do get into it as the match wears on. The crowd gets behind Extraordinario Jr. and DeCipher does a solid job of getting the crowd to despise him. The finish sees DeCipher go down to the Siempre Peleando from Extraordinario Jr.

Match Result: Extraordinario Jr. wins by pinfall in 12:52

Match Rating: D

Remmington- A really good match between the two men from Mexico. We are moments away from finding out who ‘Hot Rod’ Roderick Remus has handpicked to face Thomas Morgan here tonight.

Thomas Morgan walks out from the back and heads for the ring and it looks like he has something to say. He gets passed the house microphone and he addresses the crowd before him.

Thomas Morgan- Tonight, our champion has promised me a surprise opponent. To me that sounds like a man that doesn’t want to face me. Instead he’s throwing someone in my way. That’s ok though. It doesn’t really matter who walks out here in a few moments. I will beat them and then I have my sights squarely on facing Remus for the uPw Championship. First though, I’ve contacted someone about coming in to face Remus. Much like what is going down here with me tonight. Next month, I want the same to happen to Roderick. I have a surprise opponent for him. Why, you may ask. It’s simple, I’m absolutely sure whoever walks down that aisle tonight will have the back of our champ. I feel it’s in my interest to add someone to watch my back. So Remus get ready for your surprise and I’m ready for mine so let’s see it already!

The person that walks through the curtain is Willow. She turns and points to the entrance as…

KC Glenn!

http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r231/haloed114/uPw%20Diary/KCGlenn.jpg

… Steps out with a grin on his face. As the newcomer to wrestling in general makes his wrestling debut for uPw.

Thomas Morgan vs. KC Glenn w/ Willow

http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r231/haloed114/uPw%20Diary/ThomasMorgan.jpg vs. http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r231/haloed114/uPw%20Diary/KCGlenn.jpg w/ http://i145.photobucket.com/albums/r231/haloed114/uPw%20Diary/Willow.jpg

The crowd was behind Morgan solidly out of the respect they were developing for him but also for the facts almost nobody had any idea who KC Glenn was. That changed quickly as Glenn stood toe to toe with Morgan and traded move after move. Both men showed off their chain wrestling ability and it was a very even match throughout. Glenn being young still gets suckered in by Morgan and Morgan slaps on the STF. Glenn is unable to escape or get to the ropes and taps out.

Match Result: Thomas Morgan wins by submission in 12:44

Match Rating: D+

Remmington- Thomas Morgan gets by the debuting KC Glenn. Willow doesn’t look happy at ringside but I’m sure Roderick and Willow won’t be kicking this guy to the curb. He looked really good out there. Next month, apparently ‘Hot Rod’ Roderick Remus will face a mystery opponent handpicked by Thomas Morgan.

Phonse- Why should he though?

Remmington- To be a fighting champ.

Phonse- All that could get him is being referred to as the ‘Former uPw Champion’.

Remmington- It certainly could but I don’t expect my brother to back down from a challenge.

We shift to backstage of the Simmons Center to a video taped earlier in the day. Standing on the scene is American Elemental.

American Elemental- Hey this is the American Elemental and tonight I face the man responsible for all of us being here tonight, J.R. Rose. I have nothing but the utmost respect for J.R. I’ve seen him in the ring and I’ve been impressed. I’ve talked to him backstage and I’ve been impressed. Tonight it’s the American Elemental that will be doing the impressing when I get my first uPw victory and work my way back to facing off for the uPw Championship.

The crowd was into this one from the moment American Elemental walked out from the back. The action is fast and furious as the two men hit exciting move after exciting move. It’s a match that looks like it could go either way and at any time. Rose gets close when he surprises Elemental with a roll up and even the crowd believes Rose might have got the win right here. But no, Elemental kicks out in the nick of time. Its Elemental hitting the Inferno Splash on J.R. Rose that get American Elemental the pinfall victory.

uPw is proud to announce the final card for uPw Dreams We Conceive and here is the rundown on the show...

- Alistair Shuffle returns to the ring after he hasn't been seen for awhile and he will take on the unpredictable lucha, DeCipher. Can Alistair hang with the luchador or will DeCipher send Alistair home with a loss in a battle of Canada vs. Mexico.

- Streetz has been unhappy that his team of Cash Funk have not been on uPw events lately and has demanded a match. His wish has been granted by the still unknown uPw Commissioner. To up the stakes the uPw Commissioner has seen fit to introduce the uPw Tag Team Titles and will put the teams of Cash Funk, The Infestation, and The Amazing! in a match to determine the first Tag Team champions. Will Streetz bravado for his team pay off with championship silver? Or will one of the teams embroiled in the Bug Wars walk away with the titles?

- In somewhat of a dream match up, two masked wrestlers will meet, as lucha sensation, Extraordinario Jr. will take on masked American sensation, American Elemental. Which of these masked stars will shine brighter in front of the uPw fans?

- In the semi Main Event, still fresh to uPw, KC Glenn will look to avenge his first loss by taking on J.R. Rose. It seems 'Hot Rod' Roderick Remus has taken KC under his wing and both men have each others back as well as Willow in their corner. Will KC get his first wrestling victory against J.R. Rose? Or will it be back to the drawing board for KC?

- The Main Event will feature 'Hot Rod' Roderick Remus taking on a opponent handpicked by Thomas Morgan. Initially a surprise, Morgan has made it known that California Love Machine will be the one coming in to face Remus. Apparently CLM has taken exception to Roderick's claims to being the best wrestler around these parts and plans to prove Remus wrong. The uPw Championship will be up for grabs. Will this be the end of Roderick's reign as champ or will his reign of dominance continue with another victory?
