smartman Posted August 13, 2011 Share Posted August 13, 2011 Yes, you have to pay them the entire length of the contract all at once. Also, they will very likely be unwilling to re-sign with you for at least a year (it's 6 months or so for a PPA btw) plus possibly developing a negative relationship with you meaning they will never re-sign with you.
