Freddy Huggins vs. Sammy Bach vs. Aaron Andrews vs. Chance Fortune vs. Flying Jimmy Foxx vs. Fumihiro Ota

[Our opening contest features six of the top All Action division wrestlers. The mystery man was identified as the return of former five time TCW Cruiserweight Champion and former three time TCW Cruiserweight Tag Team Champion 'Super Ninja' Fumihiro Ota! Every single wrestler in this match is an up and coming wrestler with a bright future ahead of himself. All six men were in the ring at once and it was first pinfall or submission wins the match. The match saw some high risk moves, including a spectacular twisting somersault cross body by Flying Jimmy Foxx onto all five other competitors! By the end of the match, things looked like a train wreck with bodies all over the place. Laura Huggins made an attempt to interfere but she was stopped by the referee. This led to Sammy Bach slapping on the Bach On Your Back on Freddy Huggins! Within moments, he tapped out, giving Bach the big victory here on pay-per-view.]

Winner: Sammy Bach (Via Submission @ 7:44)

Loser Leaves TCW For One Month

Rick Law vs. Koshiro Ino

[A video played between the two matches, hyping up this contest between Rick Law and Koshiro Ino. In the match, both men were on their game here in a back and forth contest. Ino very nearly scored the pinfall following a Kobra's Bite, which is a roll inverted DDT. However at the two count, Law's foot went on the bottom rope to save him from the three count. Ino lost some momentum when a dropkick went awry and caught nothing but air. Law ducked into a corner and grabbed up his trusty nightstick. He raised it up but the referee saw it and grabbed it before he could hit Ino! The referee took it away and while the referee had his back turned, Law pulled out a pair of brass knuckles. Ino came over and got slugged in the face with the knucks! Ino went down like a ton of bricks and Law made the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3! Koshiro Ino will be leaving TCW for one month!]

Winner: Rick Law (Via Pinfall @ 11:53)

[As the crowd boos the referee's three count, we head backstage to the interview area. The area is set up with the TCW logo in the background and of course our resident interview Jasmine Saunders ready to talk.]

Jasmine Saunders

"Good evening ladies and gentlemen. This is Malice In Wonderland! And I am here with the TCW World Heavyweight Champion Rocky Golden. Rocky, tonight you take on not one man but two men in the form of Nemesis and Sam Keith. What kind of strategy do you take going into a match like this?"

Rocky Golden

"Both of these men are veterans, Jasmine. They are two men that I have to take very seriously. Sam Keith has been a thorn in my side since I won the TCW World title. He is an excellent wrestler and I know all about his Neutron Plex and Proton Lock. But he is not taking this title. What Nemesis lacks as a wrestler, he more than makes up for in his ability to fight. The Nemesis Arrow is a deadly finisher. But he is NOT taking this title. This title is remaining around my waist at the end of the night. Tonight everyone is going to see that TCW is going to be GOLDEN."

[Golden nods to Saunders and we head back to the ring.]

TCW All Action Title Match

Edd Stone defends vs. Timothy Hawk

[Our next match definitely exceeded most expectations as a wrestling contest. With two high flyers like Edd Stone and Timothy Hawk, the match was action packed and fast-paced. Stone struck early and often against Hawk and used Charlie Thatcher at ringside to help. Thatcher interfered several times to make sure the All Action champion retains his title. Stone nearly scores a three count with a Rana Sunset Flip Pinfall. He goes for the Party's Over but Hawk manages to punch out of that. Hawk gets a two count with a frog splash from the top turnbuckle. The end of the match comes off the heels of some outside interference by Charlie Thatcher. Stone goes for a pinfall with his foot on the chest of Hawk but Hawk shifts him around and rolls him up: 1 -- 2 -- 3! We have a brand new TCW All Action Champion!]

Winner: Timothy Hawk (Via Pinfall @ 9:53; Timothy Hawk wins the TCW All Action title)

Match Rating: B-

Troy Tornado vs. Benny Benson

[A video plays, hyping the matchup between Troy Tornado and Benny Benson. The focus of the video is on the latest matchup where Tornado went crazy and assaulted Benson. This match sees both men have the advantage in a very open contest. Both men are solid all around wrestlers and several near falls happen throughout the contest on both sides. Tornado scores a near fall with a twisting neckbreaker that Benson barely gets a shoulder up after. Benson fights back and scores with a Northern Lights Suplex on Tornado for a two count. The crowd really gets behind Benson, cheering him on and chanting his name. Benson heads to the top rope and attempts to score with a Moonsault -- Tornado moves! Both men are slow to get to their feet. Tornado moves in a way that the referee cannot see and scores with a low blow on Benson! He rolls him up: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Troy Tornado (Via Pinfall @ 8:03)

Match Rating: B+

Match #5

TCW International Title Match

Joshua Taylor defends vs. Acid

[Another video between matches. This one shows Acid's debut here in TCW and the set up to his TCW International title match against Joshua Taylor. This was your classic mat wrestler against high flyer. Acid uses a fast-pace early on in the match but Taylor manages to ground Acid and he keeps him down on the mat. Taylor scores with a dropkick to the knee and then works Acid over with a heel hook leg grapevine. He is definitely making things more difficult for Acid to use those aerial tactics. Taylor goes for the figure four but Acid reverses it into a small package for a two count. Acid goes in control as the crowd boos. The DaVE member catches Taylor with a triple kick combo, sending him down to the mat. Acid heads to the top turnbuckle -- Acid Rain Bomb! He connects with the swandive senton bomb! Acid makes a cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3! DaVE wins the TCW International title!]

Winner: Acid (Via Pinfall @ 11:42; Acid wins the TCW International title)

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/JoeyMinnesota_alt1-11.jpg

[Next, we head backstage once again. The cameras are focused in on a face but things are blurry so the face cannot be made out. Slowly it is revealed to be the bloody visage of Joey Minnesota! Minnesota is laid out on the locker room floor and as medics and EMTs come by to check on him, he seems unresponsive. What is this going to do to the tag team match later on tonight?]

Match #6

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/EddiePeak.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/BryanVessey.jpg

First Blood Match

Eddie Peak vs. Bryan Vessey

[The fans here in Puerto Rico are definitely ready for some blood and they are going to see some here tonight! The First Blood match between Eddie Peak and Bryan Vessey means there are no disqualifications and no count outs! Both men take advantage of that rule as this match went outside the ring nearly at the start and rarely did they even come close to competing inside the ring. Peak catches Vessey with a throw down spinebuster outside the ring, leaving Vessey holding the back of his head. Peak mounts Vessey and begins punching away on him but he can't seem to get that one shot in that draws blood. After covering up, Vessey avoids a punch and takes control. He brings down Peak with a body slam and then the fight moves backstage.]

[Vessey begins setting up a table in the backstage area! He throws in a few kicks to the ribs of Peak as he sets it up and he lays Peak on the table but Peak fights back! Peak manages to reverse things and then sets up two tables! One on top of the other! He puts Vessey on top and then grabs a can of gasoline! He pours the gas on the bottom table and lights the bottom table on fire! Holy shit! Peak climbs some scaffolding and looks down at Bryan Vessey. He leaps -- Vessey rolls off the table -- CRASH! Peak goes through the two tables with a splash! Referees are quickly on the scene with fire extinguishers! But a hunk of table cut Peak open on the arm! The referee calls for the bell!]

Winner: Bryan Vessey (Via First Blood @ 11:25)

Match Rating: B+

[Bryan Vessey picks up an impressive win that has the crowd going absolutely wild. As Vessey's arm is raised, the rest of the DaVE members arrive on the scene and attack Vessey from behind! Acid locks Vessey in the Acidity Test as Eric Tyler and Nemesis fight off other wrestlers who try to make the save. Vessey is tapping over and over again! Finally Acid releases him and Eric Tyler helps Eddie Peak up and they all move away as officials check on Bryan Vessey.]

[As Bryan Vessey gets checked on by officials, we head to the interview area once again with the TCW logo in the background. Of course standing front and center in the interview area is our resident interviewer Jasmine Saunders.]

Jasmine Saunders

"Good evening ladies and gentlemen! What a match! Speaking of great matches, I am standing here with another of the participants in the main event Sam Keith. Sam, we heard from Rocky Golden earlier on his strategy. What are your thoughts heading into the main event tonight?"

Sam Keith

"Jasmine, I have been around this business for a very long time. I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly of this business but I am still here. I am here because I have the will and the desire to win. Victory is the most important thing to me and I think I proved that last Tuesday night when I took out both Nemesis AND Rocky Golden. I am a thinking man's wrestler. I hold no fear when it comes to the wrestling mat. But Rocky and Nemesis should have some fear. Remember, if you fear only one thing in this entire world: FEAR THE PROTON LOCK!"

[Keith brushes some lint off his suit and looks very serious into the camera as we head back to the ring.]

TCW World Tag Team Titles Match

The New Wave defend vs. The Machines

[Our tag team title contest is yet another back and forth match with two veteran teams. All four men have the ability in brawling and on the mat. One of the differences in this match is Guide's ability to fly through the air with the greatest of ease. The Machines go out to regroup at one point and Guide scores with a running plancha dive on both of them outside the ring! Back inside the ring, Scout plays a little face-in-peril in the match but the crowd gets into the New Wave member. He is able to kick John Anderson into the corner when Anderson goes for a boston crab. Scout makes it over and tags in Guide. Guide comes in with dropkicks for both Anderson and Brent Hill! The action picks up quickly and Anderson is sent out of the ring by Scout. Scout comes in and sets up Brent Hill -- Wave Of Mutilation! The tag tower legdrop connects! Guide moves in to the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3! A successful defense for The New Wave!]

Winners: The New Wave (Via Pinfall @ 12:01; The New Wave retain the TCW World Tag Team titles)

Match Rating: B

The Syndicate vs. Freedom Fighters

[A video plays between the two matches showing the history of the Syndicate and their battle with the group known as Freedom Fighters. We are down to two men on both sides and that is what we come down to tonight. the crowd is on their feet for the entrance of Ricky Dale Johnson but Joey Minnesota is a no-show. After the injuries he suffered earlier tonight, RDJ is going to have to go on his own against Tommy Cornell and Wolf Hawkins.]

[RDJ tries to end the match quickly against both Cornell and Hawkins. He comes in quickly and scores several near falls but eventually Cornell and Hawkins take control. The Syndicate, with control, simply dominate RDJ inside the ring. It comes to the point where it looks like they are almost toying with him. They use quick, frequent tags to keep a fresh man in the ring, while RDJ seems very much alone. Then a huge pop moves through the crowd as Joey Minnesota comes out from the back! He's wearing a large bandage on his forehead and he's limping but he's moving as fast as he can and gets up in the corner! He yells for RDJ, trying to support his partner. RDJ manages to fight back and leaps for his partner but Cornell stops him at the last moment! Minnesota paces back and forth on the apron, chanting and trying to get RDJ into the match. RDJ fights back again and this time he makes it to the corner and gets the tag!]

[The crowd goes absolutely wild! Joey Minnesota bounces off the ropes and then throws punches to both Tommy Cornell and Wolf Hawkins! Minnesota hooks Cornell -- head and arm suplex! Then he goes after Hawkins -- hanging vertical suplex! The crowd goes absolutely wild! RDJ comes back in the ring and goes after Hawkins! Minnesota goes back to work on Cornell! Minnesota sets him up -- Empire Spiral -- NO! He takes an elbow to the head. His bandage falls off and he is bleeding like a stuck pig! Minnesota reaches toward Cornell and then begins stumbling. He shakes his head a few times, obviously woozy. Minnesota drops to his knees and Cornell swoops in behind him -- Guilt Trip! He locks in that reverse judo choke and drops to the mat with it. The referee checks on Minnesota and then calls for the bell. This one is over!]

Winners: The Syndicate (Via Submission @ 18:35)

TCW World Heavyweight Title Match

Rocky Golden defends vs. Sam Keith vs. Nemesis

[Our main event match this evening is preceded by a video showing the history first between Rocky Golden and Sam Keith and now Nemesis gets involved. And this leads to the main event match this evening for the TCW World Heavyweight title. All three men will be in the ring. Victory can occur via pinfall, submission or disqualification. If victory occurs via DQ, then Rocky Golden keeps the belt.]

[Rocky Golden and Sam Keith are the first to come out and they begin fighting in the center of the ring. Both men are adept at brawling and it shows in the first few minutes of the match. Keith manages to bring Golden down to the mat, though, and that is where he has the advantage. He manages a couple of near falls with cradles and roll ups but Golden continues to kick out. Nemesis enters the ring after about ten minutes of action. Nemesis goes after both Golden and Keith, not caring who he hits. Golden is knocked out of the ring and Nemesis and Keith do battle. Again, they are slightly evenly matched in brawling but Keith brings him down to the mat. Keith hooks Nemesis with a single leg boston crab. Nemesis shakes his head and refuses to submit. Rocky Golden enters the ring after a couple of minutes of the hold and grabs Sam Keith by the head -- tosses him outside the ring! Golden turns back to Nemesis and makes the cover:]

[...1...

...2...

...Kickout!]

[The match continues with the brawling styles of Golden and Nemesis inside the ring for the next few minutes. Neither man is looking to give this one up and it shows with all the hard hits that either man takes. Sam Keith enters the ring and motions toward Golden. He and Nemesis hit Golden with several double team moves, drilling Golden into the mat with a double brainbuster. Keith sees Nemesis celebrating and makes a quick cover: 1 -- 2 -- Kickout! Nemesis turns back just in time to see the kickout and goes after Sam Keith! Nemesis hooks Keith -- Nemesis Arrow! He connects with the Nemesis Arrow! Nemesis crawls over and makes the cover:]

[...1...

...2...

...???]

[Keith doesn't kick out but the referee's hand doesn't make it down for the three count! Rocky Golden has grabbed the referee's wrist and is keeping him from making the three count! Keith finally kicks out but all three men are definitely winded. Golden pushes to his feet and grabs Nemesis, tossing him out of the ring! Golden looks down to Sam Keith and pulls him up -- go-behind -- German Suplex! Golden continues to hook the waist and pops his hips -- German Suplex! One more for the Rocky Road! -- German Suplex! Golden hits the Rocky Road on Sam Keith! Both men lie on the mat, trying to catch their breath. Golden slowly turns over and slides his arm over the chest of Sam Keith.]

[...1...

...2...

...Broken Up By Nemesis!]

[Nemesis broke up the pinfall attempt with a flying elbowdrop! Nemesis gets to his feet and looks down at Rocky Golden. He hooks the TCW World Heavyweight Champion -- Nemesis Arrow! He connects but falls to the mat as well. All three men are lying on the mat and barely moving. Nemesis slowly turns over and he makes the cover on Rocky Golden.]

[...1...

...2...

...3!]

Winner: Nemesis (Via Pinfall @ 30:49; Nemesis wins the TCW World Heavyweight title)

Match Rating: B

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/EricTyler.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/Acid.jpg

[We have a brand new TCW World Heavyweight Champion! Nemesis can barely move but he gets his arm raised and out comes Eric Tyler and Acid! Obviously, Eddie Peak is still too injured to come out. But the DaVE contingent enters the ring with Eric Tyler, the TCW Commissioner, holding the TCW World Heavyweight title belt! Tyler hands the belt to Nemesis and helps him to his feet. Eric Tyler holds Nemesis up on one side and Acid is on the other side. Nemesis raises the title belt to mostly boos from the crowd. Though there is a small DaVE chant that rings throughout the night. The show ends with the DaVE group standing tall tonight with two of TCW's titles and a sign shown in the background: 'It's a Work!']

Comment: <em>I agree with Rob4590. This one will likely be draw in order to set up another three way match.</em></p>

However, as we move forward, I hope that things will come into play a little more as this is part of a long-term storyline right now and just one piece of the puzzle. So I definitely hope you'll keep 'tuning in.'</p>

TCW PRESENTS TOTAL WRESTLING!

Tuesday Week 1 February 2010

Location: Louisiana Auditorium (South East)

Attendance: 9,729

Overall Rating: B

TV Rating: 5.30

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/RockyGolden_alt31.jpg

[Our first show following the first pay-per-view of the year begins with the former TCW World Champion Rocky Golden walking down to the ring as announcers Mitch Naess and Sara Silver discuss his loss to Nemesis last Sunday evening. Golden gets on the microphone and talks about how things did not turn out Golden last Sunday night but he is looking for that to change. He gets the fans excited when he proclaims that at the end of this month there is going to be a war to settle the score when he uses his rematch clause to take back the TCW World title from the man who beat him last Sunday: Nemesis! The crowd roars and then boos when more music begins to play.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/SamKeithalt-11.jpg

[Sam Keith walks out to boos from the crowd. Of course, he is the other third of the three way main event at TCW Malice In Wonderland. Keith walks into the ring and looks Golden face-to-face. He also has a microphone and explains that HE wants a match with Nemesis at TCW The War To Settle The Score. He further explains that he is not the one who was pinned last Sunday night so that is further proof that he should get the title shot and not Golden. Eventually, the two agree to a one on one match tonight here on TCW Presents Total Wrestling to determine who will get the title shot at TCW The War To Settle The Score. Keith ends the segment telling Golden to fear the Proton Lock.]

Match #1

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/TommyCornellALT1.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/ClarkAlexanderALT1.jpg

Tommy Cornell vs. Clark Alexander

[This match is very much better than it should or could have been for all intents and purposes. Both men put in a very good effort in a back and forth style encounter that lasts a little over five minutes. Alexander scores a near fall on Cornell when he catches him with a lifting reverse DDT! Cornell comes back and catches Alexander with the Rough Ride, a slingshot suplex turned into a face crusher. Cornell makes the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Tommy Cornell (Via Pinfall @ 5:24)

Match Rating: B

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/FreddyHuggins.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/EddStone_alt4.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/LauraCatherineHuggins.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/CharlieThatcher1.jpg

[We head backstage to show the Canadian Animals along with their respective managers/bodyguards: Laura Huggins and Charlie Thatcher. Freddy Huggins and Edd Stone argue about their respective losses last Sunday and who had it worse. A shoving match ensues but Laura and Thatcher step in. They convince Stone and Freddy to work together tonight as they have a shot at facing The New Wave for the TCW World Tag Team titles!]

Match #2

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/AmericanBuffaloALT1.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/FloydGoldworthy.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/FlyingJimmyFoxx.jpg

American Buffalo vs. Flying Jimmy Foxx

[Flying Jimmy Foxx is a bit of a crowd favorite as he comes down to the ring and dances inside but American Buffalo is no laughing mood. Though Floyd Goldworthy is laughing at ringside as American Buffalo absolutely destroys Foxx inside the ring. Buffalo catches Foxx with several knee lifts and then raises him up in a bear hug before slamming him down. Buffalo begins stalking Foxx in the ring, waiting for Foxx to get up. When he does, Buffalo raises him on his shoulder and begins bouncing on the turnbuckles -- The Stampede connects! American Buffalo makes the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: American Buffalo (Via Pinfall @ 5:13)

Match Rating: C-

Match #3

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/Acid.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/BennyBenson1.jpg

Non Title

Acid vs. Benny Benson

[This is TCW and we are wrestling! So we go from one wrestling match to another as we have some high flying action between the TCW International Champion Acid and the skilled Benny Benson. Both of these two men have been going in opposite directions, though, and that continues here tonight. Troy Tornado comes down to ringside, providing a big distraction for Benny Benson as Benson is in control. When Tornado distracts the referee as well, Acid catches Benson with a low blow. Acid hits Benson with multiple kicks when bringing him back up and then heads for the turnbuckles -- Acid Rain Bomb! The Swandive Senton Bomb connects! Acid makes the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Acid (Via Pinfall @ 4:49)

Match Rating: B

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/TCW.jpg

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/RickyDaleJohnson.jpg

[The crowd is definitely not happy about that last match but things change when the texan 'RDJ' Ricky Dale Johnson comes out and heads to the ring. He has a microphone, of course, and he begins with apologizing to the fans for not taking care of business at Malice In Wonderland. He says that Joey Minnesota is not in the best of conditions after the backstage assault that was made by The Syndicate before the match began! Then he calls Tommy Cornell out to the ring. He moves over into a corner and says he's going to wait until Cornell comes out and faces him.]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/TommyCornellALT1.jpg

[it takes a few minutes but eventually the TCW Owner Tommy Cornell walks to the ring dressed in a suit and freshly showered, as is shown by his wet hair. He tells RDJ that he has a lot going on as owner of TCW, including this whole DaVE thing that has crept up within his company. But RDJ interrupts, saying that he wants things to be settled between the two of them. He wants one final match, The War To Settle The Score. After a short back and forth between the two men, it is agreed. They will fight inside a roofed steel cage that is double pad-locked at the end of the month!]

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/TCW.jpg

Match #4

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/TroyTornado_alt11.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/JoshuaTaylor.jpg

Troy Tornado vs. Joshua Taylor

[The fans boo and jeer Troy Tornado when he comes down to the ring, especially after his assault earlier on Benny Benson. Tornado reaches out and rips apart a sign that is held up reading: 'Troy, Tommy is the real 'Star Maker!'' Joshua Taylor is strong in the technical background and focuses on that during this match. Taylor catches Tornado with a capture suplex and scores a two count on him. Things look to be going good for the former TCW International Champion when Acid comes down to ringside. Acid raises the belt, drawing the attention and ire of Taylor. The distraction allows Tornado to strike Taylor with the Star Maker, a high velocity Flying Forearm! Tornado makes the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Troy Tornado (Via Pinfall @ 8:03)

Match Rating: B

[We head backstage and into the office of the TCW Commissioner: Eric Tyler. Tyler has the TCW World title sitting on his desk at the moment but there are two others within the room: Sammy Bach and Karen Killer. Bach talks about his major victory last Sunday in the six person match. He feels that this victory has made him the #1 contender to the TCW All Action title. Eric Tyler shrugs and agrees to give him a match against Timothy Hawk at The War To Settle The Score, saying that right now it's a low priority for him anyway. Bach talks about making the title famous.]

Match #5

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/JoelBryantALT1.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/RobertOxford.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/ChanceFortuneALT1.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/AaronAndrews11.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/FreddyHuggins.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/EddStone_alt4.jpg w/ http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/LauraCatherineHuggins.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/CharlieThatcher1.jpg

#1 Contenders Match

The Tag Team Specialists vs. The L.A. Connection vs. The Canadian Animals

[Our next match is the #1 contenders match to determine who will challenge The New Wave at The War To Settle The Score. The match begins strong with all six men battling it out. The Canadian Animals are sent to the floor as The L.A. Connection and The Tag Team Specialists go back and forth inside the ring. The fact that The Canadian Animals have some help on the outside, though, definitely changes things. The match lasts less than ten minutes and the ending sees some interference by Charlie Thatcher on Aaron Andrews. 'Ace' catches a big boot to the skull by Thatcher and then the Party's Over by Edd Stone! Stone makes the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3! The Canadian Animals are your new number one contenders!]

Winners: The Canadian Animals (Via Pinfall @ 8:48)

Match Rating: C+

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/TCW.jpg

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/Nemesis1.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/EricTyler.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/EddiePeak.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/Acid.jpg

[Next up, the crowd begins to boo as the members of DaVE walk out from the back. We have the TCW World Heavyweight Champion Nemesis leading the charge with Eric Tyler, Eddie Peak and TCW International Champion Acid walking in the rear. There is a small contingent of DaVE faithful fans beginning a small 'DaVE' chant as these four men stand in the ring. Nemesis gets on the microphone and immediately turns on the fans. He talks about how the fans all have chanted 'DaVE' at events around the world and now that he is here, now that he is taking over the second largest promotion in the country, he is getting booed? Well, screw the fans. He didn't do this for them anyway. He says that his group has taken the next step in their quest for domination of TCW and his quest for revenge on Tommy Cornell. And, soon enough, TCW will fall at his feet, will fall at the feet of the extreme.]

Match #6

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/JohnAndersonALT31.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/BryanVessey.jpg

John Anderson vs. Bryan Vessey

[Our semi main event is a good one that shows some classic back and forth technical wrestling. Several near falls are made early on by both men as each tries to out-wrestle the other. These two men show pretty good chemistry inside the ring as well, almost like they were made to wrestle each other. Vessey gets a near fall on Anderson following a Vessey Line. Anderson fights back and uses a northern lights suplex for a two count. The match builds toward a major conclusion when Vessey finally manages to drop Anderson with a Vessey Plex, a spinning version of the Explosion Suplex! Vessey makes the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Bryan Vessey (Via Pinfall @ 16:31)

Match Rating: B+

Match #7

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/SamKeithalt-11.jpg vs. http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/RockyGolden_alt31.jpg

#1 Contenders Match

Sam Keith vs. Rocky Golden

[Our main event for the evening and a match that will determine just who will step into the ring with Nemesis for the TCW World Heavyweight title at The War To Settle The Score. The match is one that is focused on brawling between the 26 year old Rocky Golden and the 49 year old Sam Keith. Throughout the match, the veteran Keith goes for the Proton Lock but Golden manages to either grab the ropes or break the hold before it can be completely locked on. Keith focuses his attack on the back and the knees of Golden. The veteran catches Golden with a Neutron Plex and instead of going for the Proton Lock, he makes a cover: 1 -- 2 -- Kickout! At this point, the DaVE contingent comes down to the ring.]

[The crowd boos the arrival of Nemesis, Eric Tyler, Eddie Peak and Acid but they all surround ringside like lumberjacks. Whenever someone is tossed from the ring, usually Golden, the DaVE group distracts the referee on the opposite side and attacks. They are willing to attack both Golden and Keith, though, as shown by when Keith tries to escape from a rally by Golden and he gets sent head-first into the guardrail and then the ring post before being sent back into the ring. Golden leaps out of the ring and attacks Eddie Peak, specifically as he was the one that assaulted Sam Keith. Golden sends Peak into the guardrail and then climbs back into the ring. Golden ducks a clothesline by Keith and grabs him around the waist -- German Suplex! That's one! He pops his hips and gets up -- German Suplex number two! He rolls his hips slowly and uses his strength to get to his feet -- Rocky Road! He connects with the third German Suplex and crawls over, making the cover: 1 -- 2 -- 3!]

Winner: Rocky Golden (Via Pinfall @ 18:48)

Match Rating: B

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/Nemesis1.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/EricTyler.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/EddiePeak.jpghttp://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/shawkes/TCW/Acid.jpg

[Rocky Golden with a huge victory here tonight! He will be taking on Nemesis at The War To Settle The Score. Speaking of Nemesis, the TCW World Champion enters the ring and clocks Golden with the TCW World Heavyweight title belt! Golden is knocked down in the center of the ring as Eddie Peak, Eric Tyler and Acid enter to stand with their leader. Then they turn on Golden like a pack of wild dogs, stomping on him. Peak moves to set up Golden for the Peak Of Perfection but Golden gets pulled back down! What in the world?!?! It's Sam Keith! Keith pulled Golden down before Eddie Peak could hit him with his finisher! Keith pulls Golden out of the ring with him quickly and helps him through the crowd as the DaVE group looks on angrily from inside the ring. Sam Keith and Rocky Golden look up toward the men in the ring as the show comes to a close. Are those people really cheering for Sam Keith?]
