Another exciting week of Enter the Dragon Combat action kicks off this week with a debut in the Hydra Division as Christy Higgins steps into the ring for the first time, taking on current points leader Catherine Quine. Will Higgins be able to hand Quine her first loss, or will Quine continue her undefeated streak?

The next match is a bigger deal than its card position indicates as the only two active and undefeated Combatants go at it with only one able to continue his streak. Josh Jones' techincal skills have been fantastic as he's displayed them in wins over Blue Phantom and Devyn Reynaud, but will they be enough to knock off EDC's tag team specialist Frankie Boy? Frankie got his first win teaming with Reynaud 2 weeks ago, and last week he was the chosen ally of "The Supreme Star" Spencer Spade. Which of these two will go on undefeated?

Speaking of The Supreme Star, he's in action in the co-main event, as he takes on last week's debut, Blue Phantom. Spade has expressed that with his real target, "The Samoan Wild Kid" Toma, out injured, he is going to defeat anyone else on the roster in the meantime, so that when Toma returns, he can't help but give Spade a rematch. Will Phantom be able to score a huge upset or will Spade's wave of domination begin here?

And in the main event, "Adrenaline Rush" Teddy Powell continues his quest to prove that he deserves a spot in the big leagues as he takes on TCW trained Elliot Thomas. Neither of these men currently has any points, and with a double blank slate, this could set the tone for both young men's next few matches. Who will pick up the 2 points and the huge momentum swing?

Prediction Quick Picks

Catherine Quine (6 Points) vs. Christy Higgens (Debut)

Frankie Boy (4 Points) vs. Josh Jones (4 Points)

"The Supreme Star" Spencer Spade (9 Points) vs. Blue Phantom (-1 Point)

"Adrenaline Rush" Teddy Powell (0 Points) vs. "The Classic Cruiserweight" Elliot Thomas (0 Points)

The show opens with newcomer "Fly Boy" Donnie J in the ring. He discusses his time in TCW and CZCW as some of the greatest times in his life, but says that he's here to prove that he's the best, period and even if that means starting late, well he's just gonna have to make up for lost time. To the ring comes Love Machine and he's not happy. He says that just because someone got hurt doesn't mean that some hot shot should come in and get to have a shot. If Donnie J wants to show that he's here to win it, then next week in the main event, he can prove it against the man that puts asses in the seats and panties on the floor, the Love Machine.

[3-0; 6 Points] [0-0; Debut]

Despite Christy's skill and high flying skill, this match is all Catherine Quine as the veteran's know-how keeps the youngster on her toes and her Florida Upswing (Pele Kick) is dodged and a perfect Cat's Cradle finishes the match, as Quine continues to dominate the Hydra Division.

Winner: Catherine Quine

Both of these men brought different styles to the match, though Jones was able to match the flying skill of Frankie Boy. This led to Jones gaining control and controlling Frankie on the mat with a variety of neck and arm holds, trying to set up his Canadian Crossface, but Frankie Boy shocked everyone when he caught Jones by the hair and snapped him down backfirst across the knee with the Dirt Nap (Mat Backbreaker) for the three count!

Winner: Frankie Boy

[5-1; 9 Points] [0-1; -1 Points]

This match was entirely a squash as Spade closed the gap early between the two, preventing Phantom from getting up speed and room to begin flying, quickly falling to the Supreme Stunner.

Winner: "The Supreme Star" Spencer Spade

Powell came out fierce in this match-up, with something to prove against "The Classic Cruiserweight". Overmatched in most aspects of this match up, Thomas tried to attack the knee of Powell, taking him down with a low dropkick and using a Boston Crab to try to do as much early damage as possibile, but Powell got to the ropes and shocked Thomas as he cracked a Superkick across his jaw, then dragged him up and planted him with not one, but two Motion Censor Reverse STOs.

Winner: "Adrenaline Rush" Teddy Powell

The final Enter the Dragon Combat tv episode of January features a pair of huge matches including the first triple threat match in EDC history, which will kick off the show and will be in the Hydra Division. "Baby Blue" Kinuye Mushashibo will face off against "The Franchise" Brooke Tyler and high flier Christy Higgins. Will the Japanese training of Kinuye be enough to pull out the win, will it be the technical prowess of 2nd generation star Brooke or the aerial attack of Christy that warrants the three count?

The Winner of a Triple Threat Match will score 2 points and the Combatant who takes the fall will lose 1. The Combatant not involved in the decision will not gain or lose points.

In the second match of the night, the struggling TCW School of Wrestling graduate faces off against the talented House of Stone graduate Devyn Reynaud. Reynaud fell to Josh Jones in his EDC debut, but has yet to lose in 2014. Will Blackfire pick up a huge win and break his losing streak or will Reynaud continue on his winning ways?

In the co-main event, "The Supreme Star" Spencer Spade faces what could be his biggest challenge yet in the only undefeated original active Combatant, Frankie Boy. Frankie and Spade teammed up two weeks ago in the main event so we can be sure that they both know each other's style very well, but will the training of Spade be enough to halt the momentum of the Coastal Resort graduate?

And in the main event, a match spurred on by their argument last week, the talented and arrogant Love Machine faces off against newcomer "Fly Boy" Donnie J. Donnie J picked up a win over Angel de Mexico in his debut and looks to continue on his winning ways while Love Machine hasn't been seen since his disheartening loss to Spencer Spade 2 weeks ago. Will the Californian be able to get back on track or will the "Fly Boy" pick up his second win and begin heading towards the top of Enter the Dragon Combat?

Prediction Quick Picks

"The Franchise" Brooke Tyler (2 Points) vs. "Baby Blue" Kinuye Mushashibo (-2 Points) vs. Christy Higgins (-1 Point)

Blackfire (-4 Points) vs. Devyn Reynaud (3 Points)

Frankie Boy (6 Points) vs. "The Supreme Star" Spencer Spade (11 Points)
