<center><table width=50%><tr><td>Things were normal backstage this month. I wasn’t nearly as nervous as I was last month and I actually socialized. I entered the locker room and had to laugh as I walked past Frankie Perez and Steve Flash. They seemed like the best of friends as they went over some of their classical music favorites. It didn’t surprise me out of Steve, but Frankie likes classical music? That was a shocker. The fans outside looked amped up for a few solid hours of good wrestling and judging by the line we might even have to turn people away. I myself was getting pretty excited and couldn’t wait for the seven o’clock bell time.</td></tr></table>

It was another quiet month for us contract wise. I didn’t even really have much of anything else going on either. So I went to work compiling my notes about the industry for June 2010. Here’s what happened:

Recent News

- NOTBPW rose to National size.

- RAW rose to Cult size.

- Jeremy Stone took over the reins at NOTBPW when his father, Dan, retired from wrestling completely.

- Mark Griffin graduated from the House of Stone. He looks to be the perfect candidate to go far in the company.

- Christian Vars debuted this month as well. He uses his gymnastics background to perform insane high risk moves.

- Henry Lee suffered nerve damage in his neck during a match and will be out for six months.

- Preston Holt called it quits this month at the age of 66. He won the California Pro Wrestling Championship 4 times between 1975 and 1982.

- TCW signed a new deal with PPV Japan to take their shows into Japan.

Recent Contract News

- Giant Brody was called up to the SWF main roster from development.

- Ash Campbell was signed to a developmental deal by SWF and placed in RIPW.

- NYCW bolstered their roster by signing Sayeed Ali and Kirk Jameson.

- CZCW signed Sam Pratt, best known for his time as The Calamari Kid in SWF.

- In the Aussie world, Swoop McCarthy jumped ship from APW to RAW.

<center><table width=50%><tr><td>On the first Friday of July Jay and I met at my apartment to hold our monthly creative meeting. We were hot off the heels of our best show to date and we knew we needed to ride that momentum into July. We spent the first half hour or so just talking about life in general and then made a slow transition into business. I let him know first that I had sent out a feeler to a newly available worker that might be pricey, but could also be worth it. He was fresh off a tour of Japan and could really help our young guys and our product. We started off talking finances. June was a better month for us with a lower bill for talent and we ended up making $5700 this month compared to $2200 last month. I brought up the money goal that he had set for me and he cringed. I explained that with the rate we were making money it would take me way longer than the time period he had set to make that much money. He sort of brushed it off and said we’d talk about it later. I trusted him and we moved on to look at the economy and the industry. According to TotalExtremeWrestling.com the economy was rated at 65% strength compared to 68% in June and was still trending downward. The industry was rated at 70% strength compared to 67% in June and was still trending upward. I was still in love with these trends and looked forward to reaping the benefits when they came about.

Our next discussion was over long term plans. I told Jay that I had finally solidified my plans for the Heavyweight Title through the end of the year and laid it all out for him. He sat and listened intently as I went through major detail on some parts and minor details on others. When I was finished he asked some questions to clarify things. Finally after talking about it for an hour or so, he nodded and gave me the go. We then mulled over some other matches for our biggest show of the year, Revolution, but never got to really setting anything in stone. Talks then moved to more present matters, like the card for our upcoming show, Something To Prove. We already had one match announced with Frankie and Jack, but looked for an interesting way to fill out the rest of the show. I lobbied an idea and Jay went for it. Having accomplished all we needed, Jay left around 8:30 and I went to work designing the poster.

Tensions have built to the breaking point between these two men. Constant attacks from Jack Griffith have pushed Frankie Perez over the edge and he’s out for revenge. Will Griffith be successful in his quest to teach Frankie respect? Or will Frankie go two for two in his matches with Griffith?

Steve Flash vs. Aaron Fujita

While Steve Flash’s request for a rematch was denied last month, GM Katie Cameron has found a way to possibly give him his shot to regain the Heavyweight Title. Whoever wins this match will go on to face Fumihiro Ota for the title in the main event. Will Steve get his opportunity? Or will Aaron Fujita seize the chance to hold gold in MCW?

<center><table width=60%><tr><td>I sat in my apartment Monday night watching some stuff I had recorded on my DVR. I hadn’t really made any connections in Cedar Rapids since moving here, so this was my life at the moment. A lot of nights spent on my couch playing Call of Duty or watching TV. My phone startled me when it rang. I caught my breath and looked at the caller id to see a number I not only didn’t recognize, but couldn’t even understand. I pressed the ignore button and set the phone back down. I wasn’t in the mood to deal with any telemarketers tonight, despite the amount of fun I typically had with them when they called. Not thirty seconds later the same number called again and I went against my judgment to answer.

“Hello?” I said.

“Aaron Fujita?” The voice on the other end struck me as familiar but I couldn’t quite place it.

“This is he,” I said. I didn’t get creeped out by much these days, but to say I was a little worried at this mysterious phone call would an understatement. The voice on the other end paused for a second and then finally spoke again.

“You book for Jay Fair, right?” He asked. I had gotten random phone calls like this before. It was becoming more and more common for wrestling marks to obtain phone numbers of people in the business. I didn’t mind too much since I had once been and hell, still was a mark myself.

“I am. I’m not doing any interviews or answering any questions tonight though. Sorry man.” I began to take the phone away from my ear to hang up but the gruff voice rang out once more.

“I’m not a mark calling for an interview. I’m an owner calling about a job opportunity,” he said. I pulled the phone back to my ear.

“Who is this?” I was annoyed and intrigued at the same time. The voice chuckled a bit on the other end and then spoke.

“Jeremy Stone, new owner of NOTBPW,” he said. “Got time to talk?”

The phone number made sense now; it was an international number. My stomach still dropped when I realized that Jeremy Stone had called me to talk about employment. I turned the TV off and sat straight up as if he were sitting right in front of me. I cleared my throat and spoke.

“Yeah, Jeremy, I’ve got time,” I said. “I’m not sure I understand though. What do you mean employment?”

Jeremy’s chuckle rang out again.

“Aaron, I’m sure you saw that Dad retired a couple of weeks back,” he said. “I’m in need of some extra talent on the roster.”

“You guys have made a lot of news the last few weeks,” I started. “Rising to National, Mr. Stone handing the company over to you and such.” I could almost envision him nodding on the other end.

“That’s right,” he agreed. “We’re in need of talent to fill out our roster. Young talent with a future in this business; guys like you Aaron.”

I took a deep breath. I couldn’t help but revert to my old days as a fan. Jeremy Stone had called ME and was asking me to work for him. I had to snap back to reality. I had a job.

“Working for NOTBPW sounds fantastic Jeremy,” I began. “But I’m enjoying my position as booker for MCW. It’s a dream come true for me and I think I’ve been doing a decent job.”

I took another deep breath. I couldn’t help but think that no matter how I turned him down it would sound disrespectful.

“You know I’m looking for a booker too, Aaron,” he stated. “And you’ve been doing better than decent. I’ve had my eye on you guys.”

Was Jeremy Stone really asking me to book for him? I was floored. I had no idea what to do. My morals were in a tail-spin. Should I remain loyal to Jay Fair or do what’s better for me and take this chance?

“You’re considering me for the job?” I asked.

“You and a few others,” Jeremy said. “No matter what I’d love to have you on my roster. What do you say about coming up to our TV show Wednesday night?”

My mind was all over the place. I had no idea what the right thing was to do. But the more I thought, the more I became complacent with giving Jeremy the time of day. Jay wouldn’t blame me for exploring this option, would he? It might have been getting caught up in the moment, but I made my decision.

“Sure,” I replied. “Where am I headed?”

Fast forward two days and there I was walking into the Sakatoon Bowl hours before NOTBPW’s TV show went live. I wasn’t sure what to expect so I left my bags in the car. I had called Jeremy when I parked and he was standing at the back entrance waiting for me when I walked up. He extended his hand and greeted me jubilantly.

“Good to see you Aaron,” he said.

I shook his hand and smiled.

“Thanks for having me,” I said. “This is all kind of surreal for me.”

Jeremy laughed and patted me on the back as he led me inside.

“You’ve done the job for TCW and SWF haven’t you? You’ve got some experience working big crowds.” He was stating rather than asking.

“Well yeah,” I said. “But I’ve never been to Canada even on vacation.”

We both laughed as I made crossing the Canadian border seem like making the first trans-Atlantic flght.

“You have nothing to worry about tonight,” he stated. “Tonight is purely business. I’ll cover your travel expenses but you won’t be working tonight. This visit is all about business.”

I was relieved. My moral roller coaster had been tearing my stomach up the entire way here. I was still under contract with Jay and didn’t want to wrong him. Jeremy led me around the backstage area, around some corners and finally to small little business area. He pointed to an office door and allowed me to enter first. I took the seat he offered, alongside the window looking out. He took his seat behind the desk and grabbed a few notes from elsewhere on the desk. For being an office for whoever was in charge of whatever event may be taking place at the arena, this was nice. I admired the photography on the wall as Jeremy prepared his things.

“I’m glad you made the trip up, Aaron,” he thanked me.

“Never hurts to listen does it?” I said.

Jeremy and I both chuckled as he filed through his papers. I had been racking my brain trying to figure out who his other candidates were. I knew his brother, Dan Jr. was always rumored to be the future booker, which is why I was a little leery of the situation. One family problem had finally just been solved with Dan and Edd making up. I didn’t want to be the wedge that drove two brothers apart.

“So here’s the deal,” Jeremy started. “I’m in need of a booker. I know everyone assumes I’d give it to my brother, but honestly he’s interested in just working every night. He knows what he’s doing, but his interest is meh at best.”

“I feel the burden of booking and main eventing in MCW,” I laughed. “I can’t imagine what that would feel like here.”

Jeremy nodded.

“Now I want to make things clear,” Jeremy said seriously. “In no way am I in desperation mode right now. NOTBPW is making huge waves and we’re riding a lot of momentum right now. Our shows haven’t lost a bit of quality in the month I’ve been the temporary booker.”

I nodded, understanding his position.

“I figured I could kill two birds with one stone. If I could hire a young upcoming talent to both wrestle and book, I’d have the best of both worlds,” he said.

I was trying really hard to stay focused on Jeremy, but the commotion outside the window in my peripheral view was a tad distracting. Jeremy hadn’t picked up on it yet. Never had any show I’d been involved in looked this busy backstage. There were wrestlers, referees, assistants and caterers all over the place.

“You’ve got to do business right, too,” I said. “If you can save a bit of money by getting two people to do one job, it’s a plus.”

I think Jeremy liked my understanding of his thought process.

“I’m not saying you’d be a superstar right off the bat though,” he stated for clarity. “You’d still have to climb the ranks; starting out doing the job.”

I’m not opposed to laying down for the big stars of the industry, but in reality, I was happy being a huge part in MCW’s success.

“Oh absolutely,” I agreed.

Finally my head snapped towards the window as I saw two young men pass the window that I recognized. It was hard for me to keep my attention on Jeremy now. I think he was catching on too.

“I’m willing to offer you $4000 a month,” he said. “But I can’t cover travel or relocation just yet.”

It was a huge pay increase but the lack of travel costs or relocation would leave me making less than what I was now I estimated. It was then that my interest had dropped. I didn’t want to jump to the big time. In my heart I knew that I wanted to take a company to the top; from the beginning. MCW was my place to be and I knew that now. My attention kept looking out the window, trying to see the two young men.

“I hate to do this to you, Jeremy,” I began. “I just don’t know if this is the right move for me. I’m making my own waves with MCW and would love to take them to new heights. I really appreciate you asking me here today, but I’m just not sure that deal would be worth it to me.”

Jeremy seemed a little annoyed but understanding at the same time. He nodded.

“I’m sorry I can’t offer you more,” he stated. “I decided to go top of the line with my first offer. I didn’t want to jerk you around. I’m not like Richard Eisen. No hard feelings Aaron.”

Jeremy stood and I was relieved. I also stood and peered back out the window.

“Want to go meet some of the guys?” Jeremy offered.

I accepted the offer, because let’s face it, I was still a mark at heart and would love to meet some of NOTBPW’s stars. We exited the office and made our way just a short distance into an area where a lot of the talent was gathered. Jeremy led me over to a small group of guys that included his brother Dan, Johnny Bloodstone and Sean McFly. He introduced me and they all greeted me with generous comments about the stuff MCW had been doing. I was thrilled to find out I had the attention of these superstars. They each commented on different aspects of our shows thus far, proving that they weren’t just blowing smoke. My eyes peered across Johhny’s shoulder and I saw another small group of young guys; including the two I had recognized. Jeremy could see my attention wandering and ended the meeting with his biggest stars.

“Looking at your boys over there?” he asked.

I nodded as we began to head their direction. I was confused to say the least. We approached Harrison Hash, Erik Strong and two of my guys, Jacob Jett and Greg Gauge. I said hello to Harrison and Erik who broke off to go over some stuff with Jeremy. That left Jacob and Greg there with me. The whole bustling backstage scene disappeared and we were there talking as if we were standing in the meeting room of Hunter’s Town Hall that was our locker room.

“Fancy seeing you guys here,” I said. “Jeremy bring you guys in for a tryout?”

Greg and Jacob looked at each other.

“Have you checked your voicemail in the last 24 hours?” Jacob asked.

“I’ve been having reception problems,” I stated. “This is a nice little surprise meeting you guys here.”

Again, Jacob and Greg looked at each other, nervously this time.

“This is awkward,” Greg said.

“What?” I asked.

Jacob took a deep breath and looked to me.

“We called you to request a meeting before we left last night,” he said.

I still wasn’t getting it.

“Jeremy offered us contracts,” Greg stated.

I chuckled a bit. I still didn’t understand why this was awkward. I was excited and happy for them.

“You guys didn’t need to request a meeting with me for that,” I said. “You could have just told me at the next show. I’m elated for you guys.”

They both looked at each other again and then back to me.

“Aaron, they run every Wednesday here,” Jacob said. “We won’t be able to make Something to Prove.”

I nodded. That was okay, I hadn’t booked them yet, so it wasn’t a big change. They’d have work next month though. Then it hit me. My elated look disappeared and was replaced by a somber one. They saw the change and began their apologies.

“We didn’t want to tell you this way,” Greg said. “We had no idea you were going to be here.”

“He didn’t ink us to written contracts because of the working agreement you guys have,” Jacob said.

I understood now. They didn’t have to say it.

“MCW is the low end of the totem pole, right?” I asked.

They both nodded and apologized again. I was happy for these guys, but disappointed in losing two of my future stars. We talked for another ten minutes and then parted ways. I wanted to talk to some more of the guys and begin thinking about replacements for these guys on my roster. I couldn’t blame them for saying goodbye to our tiny little promotion, but I had so many great plans that could have involved them. Alas, I guess why the motto of the independent booker is

<center><table width=50%><tr><td>I had filled the two spots on the roster left open by Jacob Jett and Greg Gauge leaving and even brought in one more young talent. I wasn’t sure if we’d stick with the extra man on the roster, but I figured it wasn’t hurting anything at the moment. I brought all three in for this show and they’d all debut tonight. I was hoping good things for them and knew that they could produce given the chance.

I came up to Central City a week earlier to take measurements of the building’s doors. I had announced a cage match while forgetting one important thing; we didn’t know if it would fit in. I measured and calculated and re-measured a dozen times and finally found a way to get the panels for the steel cage into the building. I called up a bunch of my friends from back home and asked them to come out to give us a hand with the erection and tear down of the cage during the show and they all jumped on it. I knew it would be awkward putting the cage up in the middle of the show, and then tearing it down before the main event, but I figured this would be a prime time for the concessions and merchandize tables. All of us had our normal good time in the locker room leading up to bell time and before we knew it, seven o’clock was upon us.</td></tr></table>

In the month of July I had no contracts to renew but I did bring three new guys in. I signed Kirk Jameson, Angel de Mexico and Jared Johnson to pay per appearance contracts. I was hoping the three of them would do well with us. I had also contacted Acid, who was fresh off of a Japanese tour. We talked for a brief period of time before he politely explained that he wouldn’t allow me to make him an offer. He said that a promotion our size wasn’t big enough for him and wouldn’t be able to pay him what he’d require. It was a disappointment, but I respected his decision. Aside from that, nothing else was going on around our parts. Here are the notes I compiled about the month of July.

Recent News

- WEXXV rose to Regional size and PGHW rose to National size.

- As stated previously, Dan Stone Jr. took over as head booker in NOTBPW.

- Devastating Don debuted this month. He is a large superheavyweight and relies on generic big man moves to get by in the ring. There won’t be a shortage of bearhugs or big splashes when this guy is wrestling.

- Cameron Jones graduated the Mid Atlantic Boot Camp and signed a PPA deal with MAW. He is properly seasoned and looks like he could be the next pet project of Rip Chord.

- Spencer Spade graduated from the Supreme Wrestling Academy. He may be one of the best prospects to enter the business in the last decade and looks like he could be a major star down the road.

- Dan stone left the business this month. At the age of 66 he leaves a legacy behind in NOTBPW. In his wrestling career he captured CWF National Championship 3 times from 1974 to 1985, the APWF Heavyweight Title 3 times from 1971 to 1973 and the AAFW Championship once in 1969.

- 36 year old Japanese star Eisaku Hoshino died tragically while doing yard work at his home. Eye witness reports state he slipped on a ladder while trimming a tree and fell into the wood chipper that he had rented.

- Liberty and Danny Jillefski have become friends in USPW.

- RAW signed a pay per view deal with Premier Pay AUS-TV.

- TCW signed Danny Jillefski to a written contract.

- NOTBPW went on a signing spree to fill out their roster following their rise in size. Rhino Umaga, Art Lawson, Ryan Powell, Sarah Marie York, Jacob Jett, Greg Gauge, Eric Tyler and Jerome Turner all signed deals with the Canadian company.

- SWF signed Hollywood Bret Starr to a developmental deal and sent him to RIPW.

- Marshall Dillon was brought up to the SWF main roster.

- Steven Parker signed a PPA deal with 4C.

- CZCW signed Champaign Lover and El Diablo

- Alex Braun signed with USPW.

- Rip Chord released another worker into the world when he allowed the contract of Cameron Vessey to expire.

- Shane Nelson captured the CGC Canadian Title when he defeated Joey Poison. Joey held the title for nine months.

- Lauren Easter defeated Kristabel Plum to end her eleven month reign as NOTBPW Women’s Champion.

- Bart Biggz captured his first SWF North American Title when he defeated Brandon James to end his ten month reign as champion.

- Joe Sexy came calling for Biggz immediately and started his second stint as SWF North American Champion after defeating Biggz in only his second title defense.

- Harry Allen became a three time TCW All Action Champion when he defeated Edd Stone.

Jay and I met at his apartment on the third of August for our creative meeting. We exchanged pleasantries and spoke of our lives outside of MCW. There wasn’t much to talk about. I was still adjusting to the new location and hadn’t started going out to meet new people yet. I did take the time to talk to Jay about a personal endeavor. I had been approached by numerous men since moving to Cedar Rapids, asking how they could get into the business. I had given it a lot of thought and finally gave in to self indulgence; I was a damn fine wrestler. I knew that opening a school associated with the company would be absurd for our size. The cost of operating the school officially would suck the profits away from us. Jay listened with great intent and I laid my plan out. I was going to hold my own class, starting small at first, with a class of five. I had already contacted Hunter’s Town Hall and confirmed that I could use the building twice a week aside from when we’d run the shows. The class schedule would consist of two three hour sessions a week and a six hour session the day of our show. Jay was worried about the costs and I reassured him that I was taking care of the costs. He seemed a little dumbfounded and I simply told him that I could afford it. We also decided that there would be a loose and unofficial relationship between MCW and my class that In had dubbed The Vortex School of Pro Wrestling. Jay laughed when I told him the name, but give me a break, I’m a weather guy.

After that was out of the way we moved on to our main objective; business. I started out by giving Jay a copy of the financial report. We looked it over and enjoyed the $5800 profit that was reported at the bottom of the page. We were beginning to roll out new company t-shirts, DVDs and posters so merchandise sales were good this month. Next we looked towards the state of the economy and the industry. The economy was rated at 62% strength compared to 65% last month and still on the decline. The industry on the other hand was still rising at 73% strength compared to 70% in July. We moved on to discuss the creative plans for the future. We quickly decided on a second big match for Revolution, which left two members of our roster that would work each other by process of elimination. It sounds like a rough way to come up with an idea, but these two guys would still do good things. Jay and I quickly realized that we had more set for our big show than we had initially thought. We moved on to more immediate plans and the proper ways to sow the seeds for the matches we had planned. It was kind of funny how things worked out. One of our big matches was going to have major build up, another would have medium build up and the third wouldn’t have much at all. Alas, we had our event planned and I went to work designing the poster after Jay left.

I've been fiddling around with the show off and on, but haven't really made a ton of progress. My girlfriend just left and I feel a bit better. <center><table width=50%><tr><td>It was as relaxing of a day before the show as I was used to. My class met for their 6 hour session for the first time. This was only the fifth time we had met so we were still doing basic bumps. It was just physically draining “yelling” at these guys and showing them the proper techniques over and over again. Six hours of bumping in the ring was bad enough, but I still had to wrestle that night too. The class ended at 4 P.M. and I “invited” the students to help set up the chairs and run the gimmick tables. They were in the back and got to experience the backstage atmosphere for the first time. Steve Flash was in rare form, keeping everyone entertained with some hilarious road stories including one about The Stomper, a McDonalds and a lifetime ban. I’ll spare the man his dignity by not repeating the details, but it was a funny story. Before we knew it the bell time was upon us and we all got ready to go to work.</td></tr></table>

<center><table width=55%><tr><td>I did have two contracts to deal with this month; one of major importance and one of medium importance. I re-signed Fumihiro Ota for a small increase in pay, securing him to our company for at least another year. I also re-signed Davis Ditterich, whom I think could end up being a fantastic play-by-play guy in time. Other than that, I concentrated most of my time in August to my class and was happy that the first five guys were doing well. I took some time to go through the happenings of August and here’s what I jotted down. Oh, one side note; I fought the urge to call up Tommy Cornell and poke a little fun. I finally caught today that he’s been holding his Saturday Night Showcase TV show on Mondays. Silly Brit.

Recent News

- TCW rose to be classified as Global. I’m sure a mess of new contracts are going to follow.

- Remmy Honeyman entered the wrestling scene today. He is very dependable, able to make any opponent look good. His downfall is his lack of charisma, but he should never be short of work.

- Buzz Reid debuted this month as well. He plays a Georgian enforcer type and uses his big size to brawl his way through matches.

- Morgan Malone graduated from the 4C Combat Academy. He’s well rounded and could go on to do great things given a chance.

- Elijah Harris, a former one time holder of the SCCW Championship back in 1999, retired from active competition this month at the age of 47.

- Travis Century retired at the age of 47. He held the NYCW Tri-State Regional Title in 2005 and the WEXXV Blood Brothers Titles with Larry Wood in 2009.

- Matthew Keith let it slip during a TV interview that he and Eddie Peak don’t get along, based on the fact that Peak thinks Sam is the only reason Matthew got a TCW contract.

- NOTBPW signed a new deal with Canada On-Air to debut their new show, SuperTV.

- Elijah Harris may have retired from competition, but he’s not leaving the business. He opened the Harris Dojo and plans to train the next generation of superstars.

- As expected, TCW signed a slew of new workers. They included Danny Jillefski, Des Davids, Fox Mask, Jack Griffith and Jez McArthuer.

- Mitch Naess signed a pay per appearance deal with USPW.

- The Natural signed with CGC on a pay per appearance deal.

- Jean Cattley signed a pay per appearance deal with RIPW.

- Casey Valentine parted ways with MAW when his contract expired. This was unexpected and I hope that I can provide him a decent enough place to work.

<center><table width=55%><tr><td>I was elated that the September creative meeting was at my apartment. I had heard that traffic was backed up for numerous reasons and Jay had to come across town in it. When he got to my place, he wasn’t in the best of spirits, but once we sat down and started talking about business, his mind drifted from the road and got into the game. We spoke first about the first month of my class. Things were progressing well with the five guys that had signed up. None of them seemed to be slow at learning and none were whining about the punishment. We had gotten over the basic bumps and were finally starting to get into the meat of how to put a wrestling match together. I had actually written up a syllabus for the class and Jay was impressed with all the aspects of wrestling I was going to try to cover. We spoke of a timetable for the class and I let him know the full course would last about a year, but I thought the kids would have enough to start working come January. Time would tell though.

We transitioned into MCW business and the first thing we looked at was our financial report for August. Merchandise sales were down a bit, but we were still able to turn a $3400 profit. Jay was happy with the performance and told me to keep up the good work. As usual, we moved onto the economy and the business next. The economy was rated at 59% strength compared to 62% the previous month and was still trending downward. The industry on the other hand had seemed to have peaked for the time being at 74% strength and had slowly begun its own downward trend. It was still fairly strong now, but it could pose problems in the future. We discussed the potential repercussions of both the economy and the industry tanking, but eventually decided we’d cross that bridge when we came to it. Next up was our creative plans. Our three big matches for Revolution were in place and the seeds would be planted this month. With nothing to talk about for the future, we started planning the exact card for our September event, Ground Zero. I mentioned bringing in some talent from other promotions using our talent trades and Jay agreed. We tossed ideas around for an hour or so and finally settled on a card. Jay left around 8 P.M. and I went to work drawing up the poster in Photoshop.

What a LONG weekend. Sorry for the inactivity as of late. I came home from work Thursday and intended to take an hour nap, get up and get the show posted before The Dark Knight Rises. I ended up sleeping for three and a half hours. When I woke up, my nephew asked me to take him fishing, so that took up the rest of the night before the movie. Fast forward to 5 AM after an epic movie, destroying a whole mess of food at Denny's and the longest 40 minute car ride home, I collapsed into bed and slept for 5 hours. I've been working and trying to catch up on sleep since. The good news is the show is written. The bad news is I'm way too tired to code it tonight. Coding only takes a half hour or so, so the show will be up tomorrow morning! Thanks for hanging in there guys!
