I've tried everything that I've read here but it's still freezing at 81% every time. I'm running Windows 7 64 bit.

What do I do?

Assuming you read this:

Make sure there aren't any other programs running while you do the install. This typically happens when another program has the file that is trying to be accessed "Locked". Instant Messaging and Microsoft Office products are the most frequent culprits.

The next thing is to make sure you right click and choose to run the install as "Administrator" (not just with the administrator account, as Windows does not give programs administrative permissions by default, even when launched by someone logged into the administrator account).

If that doesn't work, boot the computer into safe mode with networking support and try running the install. This should disable whatever program is preventing access to the files.

Hope this helps

I've tried everything Arlie said and I just did both of those things. No luck. I dunno what the problem is. Guess I'll have to try on another computer sometime.
