With a minute and a half to go Holster manages to get in close enough for a takedown Carvalho sees it coming and tries to move but Holscher takes him down. Ben Holscher fails to get past Carvalho's guard and settles for throwing a few weak looking punches. Holscher did enough to take the round.

Round 3;

This time not much more than a minute on the clock when Holscher manages to succesfully take his opponent down. Carvalho ends up seated, back against the cage and Holscher tries for a Guillotine choke ... Carvalho is caught and it's tight enough that he has to tap!

Winner Via Submission by Guillotine Choke after 2:05 in the 3rd and final round .. Ben 'The Teacher' Holscher! - (Average)

Heavyweight Division;

Gan 'The Giant' McGee vs 'The Ironman' Travis Fulton

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/McGeevsFulton.png

Round 1;

A little circling and then McGee faints to shoot causing Fulton to lower his hands and the Giant unleashes a mean Uppercut that Fulton barely manages to evade. When McGee does try for takedowns he is slow and Fulton manages to keep out of his range. A close 1st round with Travis Fulton possibly edging it by cage control.

Round 2;

McGee hits a stinging left jab and Fulton is already tiring .. Gan McGee is trying to press Fulton but the Ironman is keeping out of his range and they trade the odd few strikes, enough to see Mcgee take the round but both men are looking tired.

Round 3;

Strikes are exchanged but noone lands anything too solid, they end up grappling and the stronger McGee shoves Fulton up against the cage wll controlling him there .. Both fighters are gassing as McGee steps back to swing wild strikes at Fulton but they miss their mark. The round comes to a close and the fight is over.

Round over the fans are booing and Assadi did enough to take the round.

Round 2;

Assadi keeps clear of Bustamante's takedown attempts but does get in close enough to clinch and again he puts his opponent up against the cage controlling him for awhile until Bustamante gets free and shoots and takes Assadi down. Close round but Assadi may of taken it.

Round 3;

A very, very tired Assadi botches a takedown attempt but does manage to get Bustamante up against the cage controlling him there for over a minute .. Assadi tries to use hooks to take Bustamante down but the Brazilian stubbornly hangs in there, somehown though Assadi manages to take his back in the scramble ... But the time runs out and again we go to the Judges.

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/BradleyvsOgle.png

Round 1;

Ogle after hitting a solid kick to the body of Bradley tries for a takedown but only manages to eat a few stiff punches. Ogle really looks like he wants to wrestler with Bradley but he is managing to stay clar of his takedowns, Bradley goes for a takedown of his own but eats a Solid Right that rocks him .. Ogle is in Bradleys pocket and manages a solid left jab before time runs out on the first round. That has to go down as a 10-9 to Ogle.

Round 2;

Ogle is hitting some stiff kicks to the legs of Bradkley, he won't be able to take too many of those before they become an issue. After a clinch from a failed Bradley shoot Ogle is outwrestling Bradley and manages to hit a few strikes before backing his opponent up against the cage wall and throwing a few strikes, Bradley takes a huge right hand and his legs buckle ... Ogle is quick to react and is on the fallen Bradley raining down punches on him and the referee has no option but to stop the fight.

The Winner Via TKO in 3:45 of the 2nd round Andy Ogle! - (Good)

Heavyweight Division;

Cody Griffin vs Sean O'Haire

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/GriffinvsOHaire.png

A clinch sees O'Haire struggle to land anything of any substance and as soon as they break Griffin shoots takeing the too slowm to raect Sean O'Haire down and he onloands with some elbows but they are dealt with comfortably. O'Haire scrambles and manages to turtle Griffin up but can' land too manay strikes befvore Cody Griffin is back to his feet. Griffin lands a couple of decent strikes towards the end and definitely did enough to take the round.

Griffin comes out looking to take O'Haire down to the ground but the former Pro Wrestler manages to out muscle Griffin and push him up against the cage. Griffin manages to take control against the cage and trip O'Haire down. Griffin easily takes side control and then O'Haires back but he cannot flatten him looking for the Rewar Naked Choke .. O'Haire is battling exhaustion and Griffin gets what he was looking for .. The choke is in deep and Sean O'Haire has to tap.

The undefeated Rhadi Ferguson counters some early wild swings from Sinosic with a barrage of hard rights .. Sinosic is using his range advantage to keep Ferguson at bay. Sinosic spends alot of the round pinned against the cage. Ferguson should of taken the round.

Round 2;

Two hard rights from Ferguson at the start of the round .. As they grapple, Sinosic picks Ferguson up on his shoulder and wow he slams him down to the mat, Sinosic stays locked in guard .. Ferguson brings his legs up going for a traingle .. Sinosic is caught and it is deep .. Theres no way out Elvis Sinosic is forced to tap!

Falling into a messy clinch the 30lb heavier Tuchscherer outmuscles Puder up against the cage wall and soon hits a very hard elboy to the side of Puders head .. The referee brings them back into the center of the cage but not before Daniel Puder has taken alot of hits to the head. Puder tags Tuchscherer with some solid inside leg kicks causing him to limp .. Wham! Puder throws a right cross which lands perfectly and knocks Tuchscherer out cold!

The Winner Via Knock Out after 4:12 of the very first round Daniel Puder! - (Great)

The camera cuts to the crowd as Daniel Puder is getting ready for his interview and there is David 'Tank' Abbott a man Puder was supposed to fight back in February 11 but with both men training hard for their comebacks Daniel Puder had to pull out due to injury. According to Tank however it was because at a pre-fight press conference Daniel Puder realised Tank was in the best shape of his career. Puder was said to of jokingly replied "Tank in Shape!?"

OOC: I was mistaken i thought you could run 3 shows a month but it turns out it's only two (plus one TV) so i'll either go two shows a day (double the amount of fights to simulate a fight every week) or just leave it at an event every fortnight.

The numbers from QUAKE 1: The first Tremor

Att, 288.

Critical Rating: Decent

Commercial Rating: Decent

FoTN: Daniel Puder vs Chris Tuchscherer

KOoTN: Daniel Puder

SoTN: Ben Holscher

The only injury being reported coming out of QUAKE 1 is to Sean O'Haire who suffered a back injury and will miss around 6 months.

Total in Cage time for QUAKE 1: 73:49 (i intended for around 60 minutes of fight time per event so i may drop a fight for QUAKE 3).

In the cold light of day the news coming out of the QUAKE Martial Arts camp is that Tank Abbott vs Daniel Puder may actually take place in March.

QUAKE 2 will feature the promotions first Womens fights and two veteran fighters who hope to return to the Cage with a bang.

"Coming to you live via stream on the QUAKE website, our second event ...

QUAKE 2: The Second Tremor"

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/QUAKE_banner2.jpg

Womens Atomweight Division;

Yukiko Seki vs Lisa Jeanson

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/SekivsJeanson.png

"Yukiko Seki has fought some of Japans toughest fighters over the years and once went 3 years and 10 fights without a victory and had her first fight 8 years ago. Lisa Jeanson was an accomplished Kick Boxer and even dabbled in pro fights but then ot m,arried and went to college now she is back in the fight game and going into her third MMA fight"

Round 1;

A really bad round, an whole lot of nothing going on .. Seki stayed clear of Jeansons kicks and managed enough punches to probably take the round.

Round 2;

Yukiko Seki is hitting strikes to keep Jeanson from getting too close to her and a stiff one to Jeansons jaw rocks her head back .. Seki is using her superior boxing well and getting in some decent punches, 10-9 Seki.

Round 3;

Well Lisa Jeanson looked to be getting really psyched up between rounds just then, she knows she has to finish this now .. Jeanson is not letting Seki settle, she does though manage to hit back with a crisp punch after some wild punches from Jeanson. Jeanson is looking really tired but is controlling with her boxing right now as we go into the final minute .. A few crisp punches from Seki are keeping Jeanson at range.

The Judges score the Fight 30-27, 30-26 and 30-26 to the winner Via Unanimous Decision Yukiko Seki! - (Poor)

Super Heavyweight Division;

Rick Vardell vs 'The Big Cat' Tom Erikson

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/VardellvsErikson.png

"Rick Vardell is unbeaten since his first fight way back in 2002, he hasn't fought in 18 months though will ring rust play a part!? Tom Erikson is one of the pioneers of MMA fighting his first fight in 1996."

Round 1;

Erikson catches a Vardell kick attempt and takes him down. The Big Cat manages to pass guard into side control halfway through the round .. He rolls Vardell slightly .. But it's enough he has his back and is going for an Armbar from the back ... No. Rick Vardell has broke free and he rolls Erikson and is now in control himself .. Unable to mount Erikson Vardell sees the round out. It may not of been enought to win him the round though.

Round 2;

Back and forth grappling sees Erikson shoved back against the cage, but like a Cat he pounces and takes Vardell down. Erikson pounds away but the strikes are a little lackluster he looks exhausted .. Vardell pulls Erikson into full guard but the Big Cat goes for an Arm Triangle .. It looks tight .. But Rick Vardell gets free. Erikson gets mount but the time runs out. Erikson should of taken that round.

Round 3;

Rick Vardell comes out swinging but he looks out of gas .. A round of trading strikes from two very tired fighters ensues ... Erikson may of taken the round, lets go to the judges.

All 3 Judges score the fight 30-27 to the Winner Via Unanimous Decision 'The Big Cat' Tom Erikson! - (Average)

Middleweight Division;

Rikuhei Fuji vs Tomasz 'Gorilla' Drwal

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/FujiivsDrwal.png

"Fuji is a Japanese Wajyutsu fighter who fought for Team Japan in the M1 Challenge. His opponent Tomasz Drwal went 3-3 in the UFC through 07-10 before going back to some basic training in Poland and picking up a win in his homeland."

Round 1;

Drwal hits some great combinations forcing Fujii to cover up before shooting in and taking the Japanese fighter down with a single leg .. Drwal fires away on Fujii and he istaking some hard shots that are threatening to stop the fight .. But after hesitating for a second or so the referee decides Fujii isn't finished and Drwal adjusts his tactics going for an Americana but can't get it in. Drwal leans back and strikes away at Fujii again and he is taking some hard hits to the head, this time the referee has to stop it and the fight5 is over.

Winner Via TKO after 3:42 of the very first round Tomasz 'Gorilla' Drwal! - (Great)

Womens Welterweight Division;

Kaoru Ito vs Mia St. John

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/ItovsStJohn.png

"Kaoru Ito hasn't fought MMA since 2006but with Womens MMA getting very popular she has decided to step back into the Cage, Mia St. John is an accomplished Boxer going 47-12-2 with 18 wins by KO to her name she has been considered an underdog in most of her fights and loves proving people wrong and she attempt to do so again tonight .."

Round 1;

Ito falls for a feint and is completely exposed eating a barrage of big rights, she callapses to the ground and Mia St. John is pounding away ... The fight is over!

The Winner Via TKO after 25 seconds of the very first round Mia St. John! - (Good)

Heavyweight Division;

Ron 'H2O' Waterman vs Dan Evensen

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/WatermanvsEvensen.png

"The theme of the day is fighters returning to the Cage and Ron Waterman fits that bill, not fought for over 4 years but still trains and is in great shape, always ready to step back into the cage. Dan Evensons last fight was a victory at Bellator V, he went 0-2 in the UFC"

Round 1;

Waterman takes Evenson down early and hits a couple of knees to his ribs to loosen him up before going for an Arm Triangle .. It's tight and Dan Evensen taps.

Winner Via Submission by way of an Arm Triangle after 2:07 of the very first round Ron 'H2O' Waterman! - (Great)

Co-Main Event: Featherwieght Division;

Bao Quach vs Joe 'Daddy' Stevenson

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/QuachvsStevenson.png

Quach has been fighting MMA since 2001 and has a great record, including a draw against legendary Japanese fighter Hatsu Hioki. TUF 2 winner Joe Stevenson was recently released from the UFC after 5 fights and even lost his recent fight back at Lightweight after a bad weight cut, but he has taken a little time away and now he is aiming to break the bad streak."

Round 1;

A couple fo exchanges but nothing of note in the early going, Joe Stevenson lifts up Bao Quach and slams him onto his back. Stevensons ground game was better than Quach's and he took the round controlling his opponent.

Round 2;

Quach outwrestles Stevenson this round and as they grapple he back him up against the cage .. They exchange control a few times switching each others backs against the cage .. Quach hits a couple of good strikes as the round comes to an end, Stevenson looks like he is tiring. Bao Quach took that round.

Round 3;

A crazy Spinning Back Fist from Bao Quach sees Stevenson step back but a little unsteady and Quach then follows up with a Takedown attempt .. It's good and Stevenson pulls guard. Quach is throwing weak looking strikes as he catches his breath and works out some tactics while Stevenson attempts for a Triangle from the bottom but it was too ambitious. Eventually the referee stands them back up and a very, very tired Joe Stevenson sees the round out with little else happening.

All 3 Judges Score the Fight 29-28 to the Winner Via Unanimous Decision Bao Quach! - (Very Poor)

Main Event: Lightweight Division;

Tyson Griffin vs Dennis 'Superman' Hallman

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/GriffinvsHallman.png

"Tyson Griffin has returned to Lightweight for this fight, since his release from the UFC after going 1-4 in his last 5 fights, he looks to return to winning ways here. His opponent Dennis Hallman needs little introduction an MMA Legend having fought in the Cage since 1996 with 67 fights to his namehe has only lost 3 fights since 2005 a very accomplished Fighter."

Round 1;

Griffin comes forward striking but Hallman goes stright for a takedown and he has Griffin down even though he tried to counter it with a choke attempt. A wrestling battle on the ground with Hallman just coming out on top and took a close round 10-9.

Round 2;

Griffin comes out looking for a takedown and as they end up in a messy clinch he comes close almost lifting Hallman onto his shoulder and then again with a double leg but Hallman sprawls well and Griffin ends up turtled up .. Hallman rolls Griffin from the turtled position and gets side control. Not a very impressive round and Hallman just did enough.

Round 3;

Griffin is again looking for an early takedown but it is Hallman that gets it and Griffin is breathing very hard now. With under a minute to go the referee stands them back to their feet with Hallman controlling the fight on the ground but not getting ever close to finishing it. Griffin is looking tio strike with Hallman now as the clock runs down but he is desperate and Hallman takes him down with seconds on the clock .. Fight over.

The Judges score the Fight 30-27, 29-28 and 30-27 to the Winner Via Unanimous Decision Dennis 'Superman' Hallman! - (Abysmal)

Brent Cooper attempted to make it into the TUF house for season 11 but fell at the first hurdle. His opponant Andy Olugun is a Pro Boxer, Kickboxer and actor in Japan where he nhas done most of his fighting to date.

Round 1;

A couple of exchanges go nowhere, then countering a wayward left jab with a barrage of big rights Brent Cooper sends Andy Ologun crashing to the ground ... But the blows keep on landing... The referee stops the match.

Adrienne Seiber is a Chicago Police officer as well as an MMA fighter. Danielle West is coming off of the controversial loss to Rin Nakai a fight where everything was stacked against her (she was ruled unable to use chokes or knees) and she was even told that even if she knocked Nakai out it would be ruled a draw, we have no such nonsense here in QUAKE.

Round 1;

In a Muay Thai clinch West is controlling Seiber hitting a few good elbows. West just missed Seiber with a Spinning Roundhouse kick. End of the round, 10-9 West.

Round 2;

Danielle West wrestles Seiber up against the cage and hits a short, sharp right uppercut, knocking her opponant down. West mounts Seiber and goes for an Americana but Seiber battles her off .. West attempt to gain side control but Seiber prevents her and a scramble ensues .. Danielle West takes Adrienne Seiber's back from the scramble and gets hooks in before unleashing with strikes...The referee has seen enough, Seiber is taking a beating and the fight is stopped.

"Winner Via TKO after 3:37 of the second round: Danielle 'The Honey Badger' West! - (Good)

Welterweight Division;

Charlie Brennerman was released by the UFC after going 4-4 with the promotion losing his last two fights. Abner Lloveras was a member of Team Spain in the M1 Challege he went 5-2 in the Russian promotion.

Round 1;

Right off the bell Brenneman hits a flurry of punches .. A wrestling match ensues with both men trying to get the upper hand and take the other down ... Neither man manages a takedown and other than the odd strike from Brennerman there was little action (other than multiple failed takedown attempts) 10-9 Brennerman.

Round 2;

The wrestling continues until... Lloveras is stopped by a good sprawl, and is pulled down to the ground in a loose front facelock until he is on his knees. Andy Lloveras is looking tired .. Brennerman takes side control and fires off a few strikes immediately. Brennerman seems happy to stay in control and fire off a few strikes while all the time Lloveras is trying to sweep. 10-9 Brennerman.

Round 3;

An exchange of strikes and Charlie Brennerman is getting very tired, and they continue their wrestling battle. Brennerman powers Lloveras up against the cage wall and pins him there working him over with smalle punches to his body for roughly 30 seconds... Lloveras proves he isn't a push over and takes control for himself turning things around so that Brennerman is against the cage. Lloveras fires off some hard strikes including one right against the cheek of Brennerman clearly stinging him. A grapple and Brennerman takes control and they head back into the center of the cage with him trying to take Lloveras down but the time runs out on the round and the fight... Possibly 10-9 Brennerman.

"The Judges score the fight 30-27, 30-27 and 30-27 to the Winner Via Unanimous Decision: Charlie 'The Spaniard' Brenneman! - (Average)

Ilir Latifi has fought most of his fights in Eastern Europe and Sweden he is most well known for the fight in which the ring broke against Blagoi Ivanov in his first fight. Chuck Liddell considered Sam Hoger the best fighter on TUF 1 but was released for the UFC after a 2 fight losing streak. He is currently on a 4 fight winning streak though and hopes this can continue.

Round 1;

Into the second half of the round Ilir Latifi completes a takedown and Hoger is on his back and pulls half guard. Latifi passes guard easily and takes side control... Going for an Armbar Latifi takes it in his second attempt and Sam Hoger is forced to tap!

Hecht was recently released from the UFC after going 1-2 in the promotion, Hecht has only lost once in the US (as he pointed out recently). Chris Cope got to the Semi-Finals of the UFC's TUF season 13.

Round 1;

Cope blocks a trip takedown attempt from Hecht after the ended up clinching following missed strikes from each ... Hecht drops to the ground and tries to pull Cope down to him .. And he does bringing his legs up and attempting to lock Cope into a triangle choke... Cope defends well and gets to his feet ... Cope manages to stay clear of Hecht's takedown attempts and the round comes to a close - 10-9 Cope.

Round 2;

A counter sweet kick to Hechts ribs is the best strike of a great striking battle. 10-9 Cope.

Round 3;

Chris Cope continues to better Hechts attempts for a takedown and counters with some sweet strikes. Including a few stinging leg kicks and a kicks to the chest and ribs. Another takedown attempt from Jake Hecht is met with a right hand from Chris Cope that catches Hecht flush and he is rocked! Hecht in desperation catches Copes leg but recieves a strike just abover his left eye .. Followed by a hard kick tio the ribs .. Hecht goes for another takedown but Cope backs off and gets a flurry of rights instead .. Jake Hecht pulls Cope into a clinch right as the round and fight finishes.

Round 1;

QUAKE 4: The Fourth Tremor

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/QUAKE_banner2.jpg

Womens Featherweight.

Kate Aroa (3-0) vs (4-1) Yana Kunitskaya

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/QUAKE4-AroavsKunitskaya.jpg

Kate Aroa is one of New Zealand's top up and coming MMA female fighters. She took part in the World BJJ Championships 2010 competitiojn in California and is back in America for this fight putting her undefeated record on the line against Yana Kunitskaya who scored a great upset victory over Cindy Dandois catapulting her this Sambo artist to the top end of the 145lb rankings.

Round 1;

Both fighters appear happy to exchange strikes up until Kate Aroa see's an opportunity and goes for a takedown, putting Kunitskaya down into guard. Not a very good round and the fans are booing the competitors. 10-9 Aroa.

Round 2;

Kunitskaya slips past a Aroa left jab and hits two hard lefts .. Has the strikes are exchanged Kunitskaya hits a barrage of hard lefts. Aroa fails in a takedown attempt but she does power Kunitskaya up against the cage, but she doesn't have control for long and Kunitskaya powers Aroa down to the ground .. 10-9 Kunitskaya.

Round 3;

A left high kick from Kunitskaya connects .. Kate Aroa didn't get her hands up in time to block it and is knocked out cold!

"The Winner Via Knock Out after 19 seconds of the third and final round: Yana Kunitskaya! - (Good)

Welterweight.

'Nitrane' Julian Lane (4-0) vs (2-0) Andy Kappas

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/QUAKE4-LanevsKappas.jpg

Julian Lane came up short on the latest UFC TUF event and will now do battle with Submission expert Andy Kappas.

Round 1;

Kappas manages to surprise Lane who wanted to keep the fight standing and hits him with a couple of good strikes .. Lane then shoots in but Kappas shows his superior wrestling and manages to no only prevent the takedown but wrestles Lane down and gets side control .. Kappas eventually lets Lane back to his feet which proved to be a mistake as Lane hit a few good strikes before the round came to ma close. 10-9 Kappas.

Round 2;

The fighters stay on their feet and exchange some good strikes .. It's time for a war!!! Lane avoids a jab and scores with a barrage of big right hands, forcing Kappas back. A good round that probably saw Lane even things up 10-9.

Round 3;

Kappas controls Lane in the clinch and controlling things he takes Lanes back .. Andy Kappas is puonding away on Julian Lane as the round is brought to a close.

"All 3 Judges score the fight 29-28 to the winner Via Unanimous Decision: Andy Kappas! - (Average).

Womens Welterweight (146-160lbs).

'Sugar Free' Kim Couture (3-7) vs (2-3) Charmaine 'Not So Sweet' Tweet

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/QUAKE4-CouturevsTweet.jpg

After a controversial late stoppage in Kim's last fight she is back in the Cage and ready to prove her doubters wrong after a 4 fight losing streak, she is coming into this fight 15lbs heavier than her usual 135lbs and faces a woman who stands 4 inches taller in Tweet, Tweet made her MMA debut against a certain Ronda Roussey losing by 'you guessed it Armbar'

Round 1;

Kim started well avoiding Tweet's punches and kick attempts, she failed to make a takedown attempt count after catching Tweets leg and then took a right hook hard to the face almost putting her down! Kim caught Tweet with some decent counter strikes but Tweet probably took a close round 10-9.

Round 2;

Kim spent most of the round trying to avoid Tweet's strikes - Poor Round that Tweet surely won 10-9.

Round 3;

A couple of exchanges of strikes but Tweet spent most of the round chasing Kim Couture. I'd say 10-9 Tweet.

"The Judges score the fight 29-28 Tweet, 29-28 Couture and and 30-27 Tweet...

So the Winner Via Split Decision: Charmaine 'Not so Sweet' Tweet! - (Poor).

Welterweight.

Andy 'Danger Zone' Branson (6-0) vs (12-4) Daniel 'Ninja' Roberts

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/QUAKE4-BransonvsRoberts.jpg

Undefeated Muay Thai fighter Andy Branson takes on Daniel Roberts who was recently released from the UFC after a 3 fight losing streak.

Round 1;

An errant jab from Branson sets Roberts up to counter-strike with some big left hands. Roberts follows up hi9s strikes with a takedown as we move into the second half of the round .. Roberts gains side control easily and lands a couple of strong knees. 10-9 Roberts.

Round 2;

Roberts hits a couple of good strikes and follows up by wrapping his legs around the waist of Branson and pulls him to the ground .. He reaches his legs higher and locks in the Guillotine .. Branson taps and his unbeaten record is no more!

" The Winner Via Submission by way of a Guillotine after 2:50 of the second round: Daniel 'Ninja' Roberts! - (Average).

Co-Main - Middleweight.

Dragan 'Gagi' Tesanovic (8-2) vs (10-1) Trey 'That Just Happened' Houston

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/QUAKE4-TesanovicvsHouston.jpg

Tesanovic has only fought once before in the United States in Bellator on the losing end of a Decision against Mike Bernhard, tonight in his QUAKE debut he faces 2 time Bellator fighter Trey Houston.

Round 1;

Tesanovic counters with a clever combination ending with a right hook. Houston shoots and takes Tesanovic down with his back up against the cage .. Houston pounds away but Tesanovic did enought to prevent too much damage before walking up the cage wall and using good control to prevent Houston sending him back to the ground. A good round that really got the fans going, Houston just edges it 10-9, very close round.

Round 2;

Houston shoots in but ends up turtled up by great sprawl from Tesanovic who unleashes with some good strikes. The kicks are mounting and Houstion cannot take too manay more of those .. Houston catches one of Tesanovic's leg kicks and hits a left jab. 10-9 Tesanovic.

Round 3;

Houston shoots in early but good sprawl from Tesanovic sees him turtled up and Tesanovic rolls him into side control ... But he lets him up soon after preferring to stand .. Houston really wants to wrestle with Tesanovic who is starrting to tire. Houston ends up turtled up after a takedown attempt and Tesanovic lands clean punches to the side of Houstons head and he his taking some powerful shots .. The referee steps in with seconds on the clock .. Fight over!

"The Winner Via TKO after 4:50 of the third and final round: Dragan 'Gagi' Tesanovic! - (Great)

Main Event - Heavyweight.

'King' Cole Konrad (9-0) vs (29-7-1NC) Tim 'The Maine-iac' Sylvia

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/QUAKE4-KonradvsSylvia.jpg

After winning 7 fights in his debut year in MMA Cole Konrad went on to fight twice more before deciding to retire .. But now just like QUAKE CEO Daniel Puder he is back inside the Cage, and he faces veteran Fighter Tim Sylvia who went 9-3 in the UFC before his career took a bit of a nosedive ... Now both fighters have something too prove.

Round 1;

Sylvia starts quickly and hits two hard rights countering a Konrad left jab .. Konrad is hurt .. He backs off after almost going down fgrom that last shot. Konrad ducks a head kick attempt that surely would have ended the fight, it looks like he has shaken off the cobwebs. Konrad takes to wrestling with Sylvia and backs the big man up against the cage .. Konrad uppercuts Sylvia, before hitting strikes keeping him against the cage for well over a minute. 10-9 Konrad.

Round 2;

Again Cole Konrad outwrestles Sylvia up against the cage .. Konrad scores with an Elbow hitting Sylvia hard. Pressed up against the cage Konrad catches Sylvia with an Elbow to the face. Sylvia struggles with Konrad and takes control turning things around and putting Konrad up against the Cage .. Sylvia is tiring but manages to hit some strikes before getting pulled into a clinch ... The round didn't feature much action but Konrad ends it in control with Sylvia pushed up against the Cage. 10-9 Konrad.

Round 3;

Tim Sylvia is really getting tired and Konrad controls Sylvia up against the Cage .. Konrad smothers Sylvia against the Cage while nailing him with short strikes to the body for over a minute .. Sylvia turns things around so that he is in the dominant position .. Sylvia tries to throw an elbow but Konrad pulls the clinch in tight preventing Sylvia from releasing his arm .. Both fighters look completely out of gas. A left jab misses the mark and allows Sylvia to counter with a great hook, knocking Konrad out instantly!

"The Winner Via Knock Out after 3:12 of the third and final round: Tim 'The Maine-iac' Sylvia! - (Awful)

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/QUAKE5-LongacrevsVistante_zps24b85e0a.jpg

Thomas Longacre is a Kickboxer and former competitor on Chuck Norris' World Combat League, where he represented the Oklahoma Destroyers tonight he makes his QUAKE debut against a man more famous for chasing down a robber in his native Hawaii than for his fight career, but he hopes that will change tonight.

Round 1;

Vistante is trying to counter Lonacre's kicks with strikes and although he lands a few he also takes a few bad kicks to the legs. - 10-9 Longacre.

Round 2;

Vistante's attempts to grapple are going nowhere and it is Longacre's kicks that are making the difference in this fight. Johnavan Vistante is limping. Bit of a poor round, hard to call a winner but Vistante maybe edged it.

Round 3;

An attempted body kick misses, giving Vistante the opportunity to counter with an enormous right hook, Longacre is out before he hits the deck!

With 6 Amatuer wins under her belt (3 TKO, 1 Sub) alot of fight fans have been patiently waiting Lalani Malley-Mancao's move to Pro, and tonight she makes the jump and faces a top Brazilian who has only lost to 1 woman highly rated Vanessa Porto (all 3 losses).

Round 1;

Thats the opening bell ... An attempted body kick from Aguiar right from the getgo misses and Mancao fires back with a right handed bomb that kocks Aguiar clean out! Wow that is the fastest K.O in QUAKE's short History and one of the fastest in all of Mixed Martial Arts!!

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/QUAKE5-HyattvsCalderwood_zps3cc38e4b.jpg

The most well known Australian Female MMA Fighter makes her QUAKE Debut in a match that was supposed to happen at Invicta 4 but was called off due to injury but now she faces Joanne Calderwood the girl who got into Muay Thai by accident when she was 13, after her younger brother had no one to go with, she stepped in.

Round 1;

After both fighters fail to take advantage in strikes they end up clinched and Bec Hyatt manages to over power Joanne Calderwood pinning her up against the Cage wall and hitting a few solid knees to the thighs and hips .. Then follows up with a short uppercut and left jab right on the cheek of Calderwood. Hyatt gets the Muay Thai clinch and Calderwood could be in trouble .. Hyatt lands a vicious elbow to the side of Calderwoods head .. Calderwood just manages to get free as the timne runs out in the first. Hayatt 10-9.

Round 2;

Both fighters are swinging but not alot of damage is being taken .. A spinning Back fist from Calderwood is the best of the early action. Bec Hyatt gets clipped with a right hand and falls to the ground while trying to back-pedal! Calderwood knows this is a golden opportunity, and quickly pounces on Hyatt looking to finish her off by raining down punches. But Calderwood cannot put Bec away and gets pulled into half guard. Bec Hyatt is looking very tired now but survives the round. 10-9 Calderwood.

Round 3;

Calderwood waits out a flurry of wild swings and hits a solid kick to the gut of Hyatt. Calderwood ends up controlling Hyatt in a Muay Thai clinch hitting a couple of good hard elbows, but Hyatt manages to get free of the clinch but with a minute left she takes a hard kick to the legs ... Time is up on the fight.

"The Judges score the Fight 29-28, 29-28, 29-28 to the Winner Via Unanimous Decision: Joanne 'JoJo' Calderwood! - (Great)

Lightweight Division;

Jared 'Crazy Legs' Carlsten (3-0) vs (3-0) Christian Uflacker

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/QUAKE5-CarlstenvsUflacker_zpsef81d7d2.jpg

10th Planet Jiu Jitsu practitioner Jared Carlsten lost out on making it into the TUF house for TUF:Live, losing by Submission, tonight he faces Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt under Carlos Gracie Jr, Christian Uflacker.

Round 1;

Most of the first four minutes are spent on the ground after a takedown by Uflacker, but it was Carlsten who did the most from the bottom landing plenty of head shots before the referee stood them back up. Carlsten was mostly waiting for Uflacker to make the first move and play off his counter, so 10-9 Uflacker.

Round 2;

Uflacker controls Carlsten against the Cage wall but the fight never looked like being finished ... 10-9 Uflacker.

Round 3;

Carlsten see's a body kick coming and hits several right hands to the body and face .. Uflacker dodges a big right and hits a flurry of his own. Uflacker is trying to grapple with Carlsten but with Uflacker getting the upper hand grappling most of the fight Carlsten decideds to keep clear .. One last takedown attempt from Uflacker and thats the end of the round and the fight.

"The Judges Score the Fight 30-27, 30-27, 30-27 to the Winner Via Unanimous Decision: Christian Uflacker! - (Very Poor)

Womens Flyweight Division;

Jessica Branco (0-0) vs (1-3-1NC) Jessica 'Ragin' Rakoczy

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/QUAKE5-BrancovsRakoczy_zps15660675.jpghttp://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/QUAKE5-BrancovsRakoczy_zps15660675.jpg

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fighter Jessica Branco is making her long awaited transition into MMA tonight and facing the returning Jessica Rakoczy a former Boxer who was banned after a failed drugs test and has only recently got back into MMA.

Round 1;

A flying knee strike from Rakoczy is set up by a perfect feint, and momentarily puts Branco on wobbly legs. Surprising after her leaping kick failed so spectaculy in the early seconds. Strangely other than a series of lefts right near the end it was Branco that landed more punches than the Boxer Rakoczy that round. 10-9 Rakoczy though.

Round 2;

Rakoczy hits a series of lefts in the early going, advancing she counters a left jab with a barrage of hard punches .. Branco slips past a spinning back fist and lands a jab to the cheek. From the pocket Rakoczy lands a series of rights .. Backing off, Branco stumbles and almost goes down ... I think she is hurt .. A dangerous flying knee strike from Rakoczy hits Branco, sending her crashing down to the ground! Razoczy doesn't have time to capitalise though, as Branco recovers her wits quickly .. Branco refuses to have anything to do with Branco on the ground and waves for her to stand. Branco liked that hesitation and as soon as she is back on her feet feints a couple of jabs and shoots in easily taking Rakoczy down. Rakoczy just about defends well enough and the round comes to a close .. 10-9 Rakoczy.

Round 3;

Branco is looking to take Rakoczy down quickly this round but she is just about managing to keep clear .. Rakoczy hits another flying knee but this time Branco somehow stays firmly on her feet .. Following with a nice jab. Rakoczy's movement is enough to keep the fight standing and she seems to be happy to see this round out.

"The Judges Score the Fight 30-27, 30-27, 30-27 to the Winner Via Unanimous Decision: Jessica 'Ragin' Rakoczy! - (Average)

Co-Main - Heavyweight Division;

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/QUAKE5-KharitonovvsBroughton_zps94a2d547.jpg

Sergei Kharitonov is probably the highest Ranked fighter in QUAKE, with most experts believing him to be just outside the top 10. Recently released from UFC after a 1-2 record in the company Rob Broughton is a former Cage Rage Heavyweight Champion and won a 1 night Tournament back in January 2010 that saw him beat James Thompson and Oli Thompson on the way to winning the 8-man contest.

Round 1;

Broughton gets in close trying to turn it into a Wrestling match but strikes from Kharitonov sees him off... Kharitonov slips past a left jab and fires back with a series of big punches, putting Broughton on the ground! Broughtong shakes it off quickly but on the ground Kharitonov gets mount and goes straight for an Americana ... It's locked in, deep enough that Broughton has to tap out!

"Winner Via Submission by Americana after 2:55 of the very first round: Sergei Kharitonov! - (Great)

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/QUAKE5-YvelvsMarshall_zpsc0f737a6.jpg

In the past the bad boy of MMA Gilbert Yvel as struggled to keep his cool, hitting referees and failing to get fight licenses as a result but he's cleaned up his act and tonight he has a huge opportunity in the QUAKE main event against Eliot Marshall, originally Marshall retired after being cut from the UFC but management here at QUAKE have persuaded the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt to return to the Cage.

Round 1;

Yvel counters a right kick to the body by hitting a couple of hard right hands.. Marshall is on wobbly legs but just manages to avoid a quick strike from Yvel. Marshall gets a clinch on the second attempt and hits a vicious knee to the body. Yvel got rocked. Yevl is trying to get free but from the clinch, Yvel gets hit with a brutal knee to the body. 10-9 Marshall.

Round 2;

Marshall misses with a crazy spinning back fist .. But as Yvel comes back in close he pulls him into a Muay Thai clinch and blasts Yvel with a powerful knee to the cheek! Yvel is Knocked Out!!

Middleweight Division;

Zouhere el Assadi (6-0) vs (9-1) 'Iron' Mike Wiatko

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/QUAKE6-elAssadivsWiatko.jpg

el Assadi becomes the first fighter to fight for a second time in the QUAKE Cage, after his victory over Murilo Bustamante at QUAKE 1 he tonight faces Mike Wiatko who is widely considered the best Middleweight out of Belgium .. France versus Belgium who wins!?

Round 1;

El Assadi is trying for a takedown but Wiatko is able to defend well and hits back with counters whenever el Assadi misses his target. A close round, 10-9 Wiatko.

Round 2;

Wiatko is really putting power behind his leg kicks and el Assadi surely cannot take much more of those .. Wiatko counters with a right hand that catches el Assadi flush, rocking him. Mike Wiatko misses a vicious looking right uppercut by inches, well dodged by el Assadi .. El Assadi shoots in with seconds on the clock ... And he gets it, he has taken the tired looking Mike Wiatko down right at the buzzer ... But i doubt it did what he was hoping i think Wiatko takes this very exciting round 10-9.

Round 3;

el Assadi manages a takedown early this time with almost 4 minutes of the fight left he has Wiatko down, but is in half guard. Mike Wiatko was verey comfortable holding el Assadi in half guard and clung on until the referee stood them back up with 30 seconds left on the clock. Time runs out .. 10-9 el Assadi.

"The Judges score the fight 29-28, 29-28, 29-28 to the Winner Via Unanimous Decision: 'Iron' Mike Wiatko! - (Decent)

Welterweight Division;

Sotaro Yamada (8-5-1) vs (5-0) Ben 'The Teacher' Holscher

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/QUAKE6-YamadavsHolscher.jpg

Another fight with a fighter making his second appearance in the QUAKE Cage with Ben Holscher coming off a Submission victory also at QUAKE 1 over Bruno Carvalho. Tonight he faces Sotaro Yamada who has spent most of his fight career in Pancrase fighting at 160lbs he takes this fight at 170lbs but his future may well prove to be at 155lbs, i guess this could be a decider ...

Round 1;

Ben Holscher gets an early takedown inside the first minute trying to rain down blows on Yamada he just catches his gloves, doing verey little (if any) damage .. With a minute to go Holscher gets into a mount position having solid control over his opponant now .. He's landing alot of strikes .. Thats it, Sotaro Yamada wasn't intelligently defending himself the fight is over!

"The Winner Via TKO after 4:29 of the very first round: Ben 'The Teacher' Holscher! - (Decent)

Womens Bantamweight Division;

'Diablita' Mayra Arce (3-0) vs (2-0) Holly 'Hottie' Holm

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/QUAKE6-ArcevsHolm.jpg

Having all of her 3 fights in Mexico the undefeated Mayra Arce puts her record on the line against fellow undefeated fighter Holly Holm, Holm is also considered one of the greatest Boxers of all time winning over 19 world titles.

Round 1;

Arce uses her wrestling advantage to control Holm back up against the cage wall but Holm is strong and she reverses things almost immediately planting Arce against the cage and stepping back to strike .. Holm catches Arce with a head kick, knocking her off her feet. Holm moves in quickly to pound on Arce but her opponant recovers quickly and manages to pull half guard ... The fighters end up scrambling on the ground after the both fail in Submission attempts and neither takes control and they end up on their feet once again. Mayra Arce shoots in .. And gets caught with a left, and she is momentarily wobbly .. Thats the end though, and what an exciting round. 10-9 Holm.

Round 2;

Arce takes a couple of early hard punches and decides to try to take things to the ground, but she is caught with a left cross, and sent momentarily wobbly. Holly Holm avoids another takedown but she doesn't look like she has alot left in the tank. Moving forward, Holm counters a left jab with a couple of shots to the body and a nice uppercut. Holm still tries to press forward even though she is battling physical tiredness ... A mistake, Mayra Arce catches the advancing Holm by surprise with a takedown .. Arce has just enough time to get side control but that is all .. Great round though. Holm 10-9 just.

Round 3;

Mayra Arce is trying to turn things into a wrestling match realising she is better on the ground and manages a takedown at the second attempt. Holm is catching all Arce's strikes on her gloves taking little to no damage. Arce takes side control and locks in an Arm Triangle ... Holly Holm is struggling but she is battling away and thats... No she is free, she looks to be on the verge of exhaustion but she is free with 30 seconds on the clock ... Armbar .. Mayra Arce goes for the armbar, Molly Holm thought she was safe after the Arm Triangle but that is it she taps.

"The Winner Via Submission by way of an Armbar after 4:57 seconds of the third and final round: Mayra Arce! - (Fantastic)

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/QUAKE6-SevernvsFulton.jpg

Two men who need little introductions, Travis Fulton truly is an Ironman fighting whenever and against whoever he can and tonight this is fight 5 between Dan Severn and Travis Fulton. Dan Severn holds 3 wins already over Fulton with 1 fight a draw, rumours are abound that Dan Severn wanted one more fight in this his 20th calendar year of being an MMA Fighter.

Round 1;

Dan Severn makes his intentions clear from the first minute .. He wants to get into a Wrestling match and halfway through the round he strikes, taking Fulton down and passing into side control with ease ... Travis Fulton tries to escape but all he ends up doing his giving away his back. Dan Severn unloads with right hands, and Fulton is struggling to cope... Fulton has had enough punishment and clearly can't see a way out, he taps!

"The Winner Via Technical Submission by a Tap out to Strikes after 3:23 of the very first round: Dan 'The Beast' Severn! - (Good)

Light Heavyweight Division;

Having struggled to at Welterweight and even Middleweight in the UFC Anthony Johnson looks much better at 205lbs and Light Heavyweight, tonight he makes his QUAKE Debut against hot prospect Rhadi Ferguson who has competed in JUdo at the 2004 Olympics, inaddition to Judo Rhadi is also a Black Belt in BJJand has competed in numerous Submission grappling tournaments, but this is his biggest test in MMA.

Round 1;

A right hand clips Ferguson as he steps in...and he slumps to the ground, out cold!

"The Winner Via Knock Out after 53 seconds of the very first round: Anthony 'Rumble' Johnson! - (Good)

http://i386.photobucket.com/albums/oo302/brettney1980/WMMA/Real%20World%20MMA/QUAKE6-StratfordvsJenkins.jpg

Taylor Stratford is an highly rated Amateur fighter turning pro tonight, she went 9-1 in the Amatuer ranks her only loss to Current UFC Womens Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey, she makes her debut tonight against a tough opponant in Adrienna Jenkins who has gone long stretches of her career undefeated but is currently suffering on a 3 fight losing streak that she vows to end .. Tonight.

Round 1;

Stratford lands a solid left jab right at the start causing Jenkins to back off imediately putting her on the backfoot.. Stratford catches a weak right kick to the legs and uses it to go for a takedown, and gets it. Jenkins has to pull guard... Jenkins secures an arm from the bottom and snares Stratford in a Triangle .. It's locked in deep, Stratford is in a world of trouble ... Stratford pulls her opponent up whilst in the Triangle...and powerbombs her! That certainly broke the hold, Jenkins is down and stunned. Stratford mounts Jenkins but here strikes do very little damage. Stratford attempts to set up an armbar from the mount .. Showing good defense, Jenkins stacks up Stratford to defend the armbar, and eventually works to get side control. The end of the round is approaching as Jenkins get side control .. Jenkins is pounding away and Stratford is in trouble ... Thats it, the referee has seen enough!

Notes from a Fight-Maker, inside Jackie Kallen's notebook.

QUAKE 6 was our best event yet, we had some amazing fights. The event started a little slowly with two perfectly acceptable Undercard fights then came the third fight between Mayra Arce and Womens Boxing GOAT Holly Holm, the fight started exciting us from the very first bell with Holms excellent striking she won the first two rounds but Arce never gave up showing great heart and an excellent all-round skillset she battled back taking Holly down and subbed her at the second time of asking with just seconds left on the clock .. Fight of the Night and the best QUAKE Fight yet. Well done girls. Dan Severn stepped up next and proved he can still go beating Ironman Travis Fulton in their fifth fight and the expected announcement of Severns retirement was premature and he has recently confirmed that he will at least one more time inside the QUAKE Cage his next fight will possibly be against Tank Abbott. The two MMA Pioneers fought once before way back in 1995 at UFC Ultimate Ultimate in the Semi Final of that Torunament where Severn won by Decision. Two quick flash K.O's were on the card with Anthony Rumble Johnson proving he is suited to Light Heavyweight by KOing Rhadi Ferguson and Daniel Puder won the grudge fight against Tank. In the co-main event great prospect Taylor Stratford made her MMA debut by almost Subbing Adrienne Jenkins but experience won through and Jenkins managed to snatch the TKO victory after some nasty Ground 'n' Pound. For those who watched the event you heard the announcement and saw the 16 competitors who will compete in our very special QUAKE Challengers Series where we will be training these Olympics Medalists to fight in Mixed Martial Arts, we have 4 Boxers, 4 Taekwondo Fighters, 4 Wrestlers and 4 Judoka's for 20 weeks they will train and eventually make the transition into MMA. The 1 hour shows will be ready to watch on our Youtube channel and website from every Friday (the first one this week, March, week 2). Good luck guys and welcome to QUAKE and Mixed Martial Arts.
