Has anyone ever done Troy Tornado as a superhero? I'm repackaging him as, yes, The Tornado, in lieu of anything else to do. If there's nothing else out there and someone would be able to throw a mask and a cape on him (I'm thinking blue) then that'd be awesome.

Anyway, here's that Shady K alt that Eisen-verse requested. The picture that I used for the mask was pretty much the same as the one that he gave me for inspiration, so all credit for the idea goes to him. In case you can't tell under the mask, the re-render is ewanite's.
