The blackjack game

I don't get it, or rather I suck way to bad at it, if I hold they beat me, if I keep going i go over, even with the special moves I'm losing, if i get 20 they get 21

 

if I try to play a card after 12 its always a 10 it seems

 

 

Is it meant to be this hard?

 

Is there bad results for not doing it cause I've just wasted like all my money mutiple times, we are talking some where in the millions odds are

You don't have to use it, no.

 

That said, the game isn't "fixed", it's standard blackjack \ pontoon; if you're doing that badly at it then either you're extremely unlucky or your strategies could use work, as just basic probability should ensure that you get a good hand a fair amount of the time.
