See to me thats always been the case though until around 1996. The WWF always had a fantastic undercard and the guys you had mentioned have been in one form or another a part of the WWF's undercard for half a decade in most cases.

92 in my opinion is much worse for WCW than 93. In 93 you had Sting, Vader, Steamboat, you still had Windham, Jake Roberts, Rick Rude, The British Bulldog later that year. I agree the undercard is less popular and I'm certainly not saying that the WCW was anywhere near the WWF who where riding nearly a ten year high as the brand name associated with pro wrestling. I'm just saying that I see no difference in WCW's popularity from 1990 on through. Guyst like Steve Austin and Brian Pillman where still there and atleast somewhat popular.

Again I'm not trying to compare them to the WWF because they are clearly a distant number 2 but the truth is they are no smaller in 93 than they are in 91 and everything from ppv buyrates to attendance figures show no difference. In fact in 1993 WCW doesn't lose money for the first year in its life span.

I just think they should be rated a bit higher than cult because they do have enough top level names to support it. Sting, Vader, Steamboat, Rude, Jake Roberts, Dustin Rhodes, Barry Windham, Steve Austin, Brian Pillman.

Just my opinion though its really splitting atoms because pro wrestling across the board was just brutally bad at this point and time.

One thing I wanted to add is that the DDT is listed as a Secondary Finisher. While that might be true for today, back then, nobody got up from a Jake Roberts DDT. What Secondary Finisher does is that when that's the only move in the move set, it won't be used in the match write up. Granted, we can write it in, but still. I think Ric Flair was assigned a Figure Four that was a Secondary Finisher, and Randy Savage had a Flying Elbow Drop that was a Secondary Finisher as well.

I'm with you. Bret Hart never has the sharp shooter written up unless its a submission match.

I can't find Damien Demento. I was looking for him in my game. Maybe he debuts later but if he does, it's a little late in my opinion.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Damien_Demento

Was just doing research watching the 1993 Royal Rumble. Says he joined WWF in 1992 so maybe he'll debut later but was on the independent circuit before then. Not a huge deal but... <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Uber finishers are finishers reserved for special occasions, like Kobashi's Burning Hammer which he's done like three times. I also include things like an Angle Slam off the top rope as uber finishers since they're ever done in big matches.

I think the Kobashi/Burning Hammer situation is entirely why the feature was added though.

Do they only happen in certain matches or is it random?

I believe they happen in "big matches."

I've made a lot of changes so far and added Damien Demento. Not to mention Fifi the maid!

Not sure how Demento wasn't in there, but that's cool. I've redone all the movesets for all active workers in WWF/WCW and then a bunch of others, but I'll probably release a version before I'm done updating all of them. Had to delete all moves and movesets and start from scratch.

I've also changed my naming system for some workers. I've changed Mick Foley to Cactus Jack, Mark Callaway to The Undertaker, Great Kokina to Yokozuna, etc. It makes them easier to find. I've installed alter egos for them in case they go elsewhere to work.

If it wasn't for recognizing some of the people in pictures I wouldn't have know who they were. I would import Demento into my game but i'm lazy now, so only later :p

By now, plans are that in 1992, the Rumble winner is going to be Sting and the KOTR winner is going to be Chris Jericho. But plans are made to be broken, let's see, i'm still in September '91.
