Condors
The Masked Avatar Starts from scratch For those familar with my dynasties will know i am not a storyteller. This is basically a nuts and bolts after action report that may give new players some ideas when booking a card. I try to give my thoughts on why I do things and what i want to achieve. I orginally was going to use a behind the scenes avatar but the Masked Avatar i think could be solid veteran to help rookies along and transition to a road agent. So i can help my guys along until that time and there is no need to use the editor and that always feels a little dirty to me. I create my own promotion American Wrestling Federation based in the Great Lakes Area. The product settings are Key Traditional Mainstream and Comedy with everything else set to none. The results: ...wrestlers are rated much more on popularity ...packaged with proper gimmick ...not like high risky gimmicks ...gimmicks to be simple ...will not get subtle gimmicks ...will expect to have storylines to follow ...will not like be keen on high risk matches ...will be put off by high risk angles ...is extremely favourable towards getting sponsorship ...will not be rocked by industry changes ...young lion system will not be taken into account The main reason for this is getting the sponsorship money we start with 10 popularity (8 importance) in the Great Lake area
Condors
Roster decisions the staff Samuel Curran and Mac Smith will be at the announcers table I go with David Poker as my Referee Curt O'Malley will be the road agent this is not the cheapest option but not the most expensive either i think these guys are solid and will not hurt me too much down the line. Reese Paige is a solid choice for a small promotion to be a road agent/colour comentator double duty. I have done a bunch of promotions with the Curran and Smith team and wanted to continue with that here. David Poker is 33 years old with a 60 skill he is the best of the younger group of guys Curran and Smith are a young team that could be together for a while with us. I like having a top heel and a top face to work from I also like going for unemployed guys. Fumihiro Ota and Clark Alexander would have been my choices but we are not big enough for them We settle for Ford Gumble and Kid Toma There are 3 guys who could have a huge future in front of them KC Glenn Ernest Youngman El Mitico jr there are 2 guys who may have trouble getting over but are solid K-Squared Riley McManus I need 4 more workers so i go with Bob Casey Cal Sanders Josh Jones Remmy Honeyman this guys are not bad workers but dont have charisma or start power these guys are the backbone to creating stars. our heels (gimmicks) 1-Kid Toma Biker 2-Masked Avatar old school heel 3-Bob Casey cowboy 4-Ernest Youngman Bad Ass 5-K-Squared old school heel 6-Cal Sanders lumberjack Faces 1-Ford Gumble old school face 2-KC Glenn hillbilly 3-Riley McManus blue collar 4-El Mitco jr old school face 5-Josh Jones fan favourite 6-Remmy Honeyman fan's own I create the AWF Heavyweight Title We need storylines with 35 heat Kid Toma and Ford Gumble is a gimmie Masked Avatar and Riley McManus is our other. Our most popular workers were used not sure we will generate enough heat

Right now our promotion is focusing on our big 8 faces: Alexander Clark Ford Gumble Riley McManus Regular Joe Heels: Fumihiro Ota Kid Toma Masked Avatar Bob Casey We should have no trouble reaching regional My only issue is i am not generating popularity like i would like to but if needed we can focus on that down the road. As it stands right now we can put on a decent card but the popularity gains are terrible. I want to protect Alexander, Ota, Toma and Gumble for now but there rub with the youth isn't doing a whole lot. We are gaining popularity and making money so that is good. I do want to create some of my own stars though. I thought Ernest Youngman may be able to talk his way up but the types of angles i am using don't seem to cut it for him. At some point down the line Ota will have to be replaced and i am not comfertable with putting in Masked Avatar or Bob Casey in his spot who are the next most over guys. Steel was picked up and not really in my plans but I have been building up Steel, Youngman, El Mitico and KC Glen and Steel has grown faster than all of them and if you asked me before i started their winning streaks, and angles with Samuel Curran I would have thought KC Glen would be leading the pack. Samuel Curran is our popularity giver. Mac Smith seems stuck at 38 popularity (nothing wrong with it but nothing to write home about) while Samuel just keeps growing and growing. Is it cheating to have our announcer to be involved in angles well i look at him more like a Vince McMahon type now. I am very relived that USPW didn't steal him and I am worried if another fed decides to. Although i will be in better shape than when i started it will take a couple years to get an annoucer to where he was and there is no knowing if they will be able to collect popularity like him.</p>

Condors
USPW steal my only ref David Poker to a written deal we bring in Chad Brent to replace him AWF: December 2015 managed to get show of the year AWF: Managed most improved company of the year SWF fall to cult and remove Peter Michaels as booker currently TCW and NOTBPW are the only national sized promotions AWF is at 66 importance in the Great Lakes region and 36 in Tristate we have almost 4 million in savings. We should hit cult this year. Added what will eventually become my B show Wednesday Warriors El Mitico jr signs a written deal with Ollie. I don't want to see him go he is my #3 worker behind KC Glenn and Greg Black. I decide to give Hellion an unmasking and go with a face turn and biker gimmick (it might work) El Mitico is still here for the monthly event. AWF: January 2016 attendance 10,866 Greg Black and Steel argue 96 Ford Gumble over Findlay O'Farraday72 Ernest Youngman over Greg Black 75 Justice Jolson looks menacing 98 Hell's Bouncer over KC Glenn 86 Anders Thunder looks menacing 100 Steel over El Mitico jr 74 (title match) Hellion destroys Steel 72 Final Rating 88 It will take us a little time to get Hellion's popularity up
