The ramifications of this could indeed be tremendous, and I can't wait to see what you do with it. In other news of the show, I was surprised by the other title change but it should fit pretty well. As far as the US title goes, as soon as I saw the new spinner belt, I knew I had made a good call on the winner, so I could almost say that one was somewhat telegraphed. But you did a great job of not telegraphing the ending whatsoever, and as such it was a pleasant shock that has me wanting more.... so give! Beej basically said everything that I wanted to...this was just an amazing show with one of the best twists that I have ever seen, RKO. Anyway, I never saw that cash in coming, but it makes all the sense in the world. This seems to lay the groundwork for an Edge vs. Christian match at Mania, which would "totally reek of awesomeness!" About the only saving grace is that I was always a Muhammed Hassan fan (said no one ever)!! Okay, seriously though... My thoughts: Overall, I think you may already know this, the show was awesome!!! Top to bottom, as you said to ca and I, it kicks the crap out of Armageddon in real life that year. The under card had matches I cared about throughout!! The Rhyno/Show vs Lords of the Ring match was possibly the only 'meh' match. But I need to try to remember that Show is 32 and Rhyno is only 29 at this point so they're not as stale as they are in real life. (side note, Rhyno is awesome in NXT and can't wait for him to fight Corbin. But all he does is 30 second match with Gore Gore Gore, so he's a little stale!) Hardcore Holly winning the TV Title is awesome in my opinion. He never really got the credit he deserved for his long WWE run in the form of a Title run. 6-time Hardcore Champ, and 3-time WWE Tag Champ is not a lot in 16 years! So props to you for giving him the strap. I thought his feud with Lesnar in real life was great, and he can hang with anyone in a well written feud in my opinion, so good luck to you with him The best thing that could happen to Lloyd after that loss to Hassan is a lengthy spell on the sidelines. Maybe even 6 months! Then he comes back as a massively over babyface when Hassan has been dominating the Smackdown roster for ages. Upon his return, he's suddenly this amazing submission wrestler and beats Hassan via tap out!!! Or... He could demand a re-match for the dodgy finish... I'd buy that! Cena and Undertaker scored straightforward, but well written wins Then the Main Event happened... Going in, I just couldn't call it! I thought Eddie was the front runner. But then Angle is Angle. And Lesnar is a beast! Then JBL could be ready to explode onto the Main Event scene... And then there's Rene Dupree! Never sure how far you're going to go with him!!! So to see Edge win... was a shock to me... despite how well he's done lately. I was delighted for him winning his first Title, and when you posted the results I thought it's over (genius move there)! Then when Lesnar blasted him from behind I was like: "Ah no! You a*****e!!! Ruined his moment!!!" Then it hit me what might be going on... But no... Christian's a 'Raw Guy'!!! He can't can he?! Awesome!! So many twists in that final match, and the write-up of the post-match stuff! Superb show buddy from what has to be my favourite diary on the boards right now!!!
