The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown:

WWE Intercontinental Championship: 2014 Royal Rumble winner Dolph Ziggler © versus Jey Uso

The main event of tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown was announced earlier this week by a tweet sent out from the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle and will see Dolph Ziggler put his newly won WWE Intercontinental Championship on the line against Jey Uso. Dolph Ziggler has had probably the best few weeks of his career recently as two weeks ago he defeated twenty-nine other WWE Superstars to win the Royal Rumble match and will now go on to challenge for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the main event of Wrestlemania. Then, just this past week on SmackDown, Dolph Ziggler defeated both Ryback and Luke Harper in a Triple Threat match to win back his WWE Intercontinental Championship after losing it to Luke Harper a few weeks previously. Ziggler will be looking to pick up the all-important victory tonight to make his first title defence of his new reign and prove to the WWE Universe that he is not just a “Show Off”, but that he can back it up in the ring. Dolph Ziggler is certainly Cocky but with his victories over the past few weeks some members of the WWE Universe are beginning to find Ziggler’s arrogance somewhat justified.

Non-Title: WWE Tag Team Champions The Miz & Damien Sandow versus Trent Barreta & Yoshi Tatsu

In just a few weeks’ time at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View both the Miz and Damien Sandow, the reigning WWE Tag Team Champions, will join Luke Harper, CM Punk and Roman Reigns in challenging Kane for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship inside the Elimination Chamber. Before that, however, the Miz and Sandow, known by the WWE Universe as “MizDow”, will take on the team of Trent Barreta and Yoshi Tatsu in non-title action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown.

Ryback versus JTG

The “Big Guy” Ryback will be in action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown as he will take on JTG. Ryback failed to win the Intercontinental Championship once again tonight and will be hoping to get the win tonight to prove that he is deserving of another title opportunity.

Stardust versus Bo Dallas

Tonight on Friday Night SmackDown we will see Stardust in singles action for the very first time as the painted up Superstar will take on Bo Dallas. Stardust’s brother Goldust may well be looking on at ringside for this one.

R-Truth versus Konnor

R-Truth will face Konnor tonight on Friday Night SmackDown in a match that should see the WWE Universe in attendance firmly behind R-Truth as both Superstars look to get the win to impress the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle.

Bayley versus Nicole Matthews

Finally, Divas action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown will see Bayley take on Nicole Matthews. We learnt this past week on Monday Night RAW that at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View Audrey Marie will challenge Nikki Bella for the WWE Divas Championship.

Non-Title: WWE Tag Team Champions The Miz & Damien Sandow versus Trent Barreta & Yoshi Tatsu

WWE Friday Night SmackDown! (Live from Lowell Memorial Auditorium (MA), 2,800 in Attendance)

Pre-Show: Sasha Banks versus Tamina

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Sasha Banks defeated Tamina in 18:23 by pinfall with a Wheelbarrow Bulldog. Unfortunately this Divas match needed to be a lot shorter given who was involved with the WWE Universe yet to really connect with Sasha Banks despite her already having made several appearances on Friday Night SmackDown since she came up from NXT a few months ago. In a match that went the distance, Sasha Banks was able to pick up the all-important victory here.

Match Rating: E-

Pre-Show: Ted DiBiase and Braden Walker versus The Wyatt Family

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, The Wyatt Family defeated Money Most Wanted in 18:03 when Luke Harper defeated Braden Walker by pinfall with a Clothesline. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team of Josh Mathews, Joey Styles and Matt Striker took their positions at ringside prior to the beginning of this match which saw the team of Ted DiBiase and Braden Walker team up for the very first time, a pairing that was introduced to the WWE Universe as “Money Most Wanted”.

Match Rating: D

(Arn Anderson feels that the fans have become a little bored with Luke Harper and that perhaps a turn or a gimmick change would freshen him up and give him a boost.)

Pre-Show: Rey Mysterio versus Aiden English

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Rey Mysterio defeated Aiden English in 18:04 by pinfall with a 619 into a Frog Splash. John Bradshaw Layfield accompanied Aiden English to ringside.

Match Rating: D+

Friday Night SmackDown kicks off with the winner of the 2014 Royal Rumble match and the new WWE Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler making his way to the ring. Ziggler receives a mixed reception from the WWE Universe in attendance as he retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Ziggler says that just like Brock Lesnar before him, the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Kane has not made one appearance on Friday Night SmackDown since becoming the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Ziggler says that when he wins the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the main event of Wrestlemania he will not exclusively appear on Monday Night RAW and will not buckle to the demands of the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero, a woman that Ziggler has had many dealings with in the past. Ziggler then says that as for tonight, the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle has him defending his Intercontinental Championship in the main event against Jey Uso. Before Ziggler can say anything else, Jey Uso makes his way to the entrance-way with a microphone of his own in hand. Jey says that tonight he will beat Ziggler and become the new Intercontinental Champion. Ziggler replies that both Jey and his brother Jimmy are great tag team wrestlers, but that Ziggler is the best in the business one on one.

Rating: C-

Bayley versus Nicole Matthews

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Bayley defeated Nicole Matthews in 5:56 by pinfall. WWE Hall of Famer Ricky Steamboat accompanied Bayley to ringside for this match and offered vocal support throughout.

Match Rating: E

Following her victory Bayley celebrates in front of the WWE Universe whilst Nicole Matthews skulks to the back. Natalya and Hailey Hatred then come to the ring and join Bayley and Ricky Steamboat in celebration until Layla and Paige rush to the ring and throw Bayley out of the ring and then attack Natalya and Hailey until Ricky Steamboat separates the Divas.

Rating: E-

Non-Title: WWE Tag Team Champions The Miz & Damien Sandow versus Trent Barreta & Yoshi Tatsu

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, MizDow defeated Trent & Yoshi in 6:38 when The Miz defeated Trent Barreta by pinfall with a Skull Crushing Finale. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team note that both the Miz and Damien Sandow will join Luke Harper, Seth Rollins and CM Punk in challenging Kane for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship inside the Elimination Chamber later this month.

Match Rating: D

We cut backstage to find Jimmy Uso talking to his brother Jey. Jimmy tells Jey that he knows he can beat Dolph Ziggler later tonight to become the new Intercontinental Champion and that after that the Uso’s will go after the Miz and Damien Sandow and once again become WWE Tag Team Champions.

Rating: C-

Ryback versus JTG

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Ryback defeated JTG in 7:38 by pinfall with a Suplex Powerslam. The commentary team note that Ryback looks business as he looks to earn another shot at the Intercontinental Championship.

Match Rating: D+

Following a commercial break we cut backstage to find Ryback in the office of the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle demanding a shot at the Intercontinental Championship when the Wyatt Family of Luke Harper and Erick Rowan walk into the room and just stare at Hornswoggle and Ryback.

Rating: D-

Stardust versus Bo Dallas

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Stardust defeated Bo Dallas in 7:34 by pinfall with a Cross Rhodes. Dean Malenko accompanied Bo Dallas to ringside for this one but it was Stardust that got the win.

Match Rating: C-

We cut backstage to find the Wyatt Family of Luke Harper and Erick Rowan in a dark room and Rowan again has Aksana tied up. Harper tells Rowan he needs to focus on the Elimination Chamber and stop capturing girls with Rowan.

Rating: E

R-Truth versus Konnor

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, R-Truth defeated Konnor in 7:30 by pinfall with a What's Up? The commentary team note that both of these Superstars are looking to impress on the road to Wrestlemania.

Match Rating: D

We once again cut to the office of the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle where Kenneth Cameron is in the room. Cameron asks Hornswoggle why his former Ascension tag team partner Konnor is getting matches whilst Cameron is getting nothing.

Rating: E-

We cut to another backstage area to find one half of the WWE Tag Team Champions the Miz looking into a camera. Miz says that tonight he and Sandow beat Trent Barreta and Yoshi Tatsu but that the Miz is going to be the one to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber match.

Match Rating: D

WWE Intercontinental Championship: Royal Rumble winner Dolph Ziggler © versus Jey Uso

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Dolph Ziggler defeated Jey Uso in 14:13 by pinfall with a Zig Zag. Dolph Ziggler makes defence number 1 of his WWE Intercontinental title. Ziggler and Jey don’t seem to click as opponents and it made for an awkward bout.

Match Rating: C-

Post-Show: Big Show versus CJ Parker

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Big Show defeated CJ Parker in 13:15 by pinfall with a Choke Slam. The commentary team remained at ringside to watch this match.

The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Monday Night RAW:

Non-Title: WWE World Heavyweight Champion Kane versus Seth Rollins

The main event of tonight’s edition of Monday Night RAW will see the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Kane take on Seth Rollins in non-title action. In just a few weeks at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View Kane will put his WWE World Heavyweight Championship on the line in an Elimination Chamber match against Seth Rollins, CM Punk, Luke Harper as well as the WWE Tag Team Champions the Miz and Damien Sandow. Kane will be looking to pick up the all-important victory over one of his Elimination Chamber challengers tonight to build momentum heading into his first title defence. Last week on RAW we saw Seth Rollins in the office of the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero proclaiming that he will win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber match. The WWE Universe also witnessed another confrontation between Kane and Brock Lesnar last week on RAW as Lesnar’s advocate Paul Heyman told Kane that as soon as Lesnar is healthy again he will be coming for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship that he was never beat for.

WWE United States Championship: Sheamus © versus Alexander Rusev versus Bray Wyatt

The WWE United States Championship will also be on the line tonight on Monday Night RAW in another Triple Threat match as the WWE United States Champion Sheamus will put his title on the line against both Alexander Rusev and Bray Wyatt. The Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero has forced Sheamus to put the title on the line in a Triple Threat match every week on RAW for the past five weeks and Rusev has been one of the challengers in all of those matches. Rusev will likely have the WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley in his corner once again tonight.

Santino Marella and Zack Ryder versus Jack Swagger and Tensai

Tag team action tonight on Monday Night RAW will see the “Team CoBro” pairing of Santino Marella and Zack Ryder in action against the team of Jack Swagger and Tensai. Both of these teams will be looking to get the win tonight to gain the attentions of both the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero as well as the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle and possibly earn a shot at the WWE Tag Team Championships.

CM Punk versus J Bronson

CM Punk will challenge for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the Elimination Chamber later this month but before that Punk will take on J Bronson tonight on Monday Night RAW in a match that should see the WWE Universe in attendance firmly behind Punk.

Pre-Show: Ayako Hamada versus Mia Yim

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Ayako Hamada defeated Mia Yim in 18:09 by pinfall with a Hamada Driver. Ayako Hamada picks up the all-important victory here in a match that went the distance.

Pre-Show: Brodus Clay and Alex Riley versus Heath Slater and Drew McIntyre

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Slater & McIntyre defeated Brodus & Riley in 18:22 when Heath Slater defeated Alex Riley by pinfall with an E Minor. Alex Riley seemed off his game tonight which led to the 3MB pairing of Slater and McIntyre focusing their offence on Riley for the majority of the match before they finally got the win after Slater pinned Riley following his E Minor signature manoeuvre.

Match Rating: D

Pre-Show: Chris Jericho versus Curt Hawkins

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Chris Jericho defeated Curt Hawkins in 18:27 by pinfall with a Lionsault. This match was too long given who was involved with the WWE Universe no longer showing much interest in Curt Hawkins.

Monday Night RAW kicks off with the masked WWE World Heavyweight Champion Kane making his way to the ring. Kane says that first of all he would like to address the winner of the Royal Rumble, Dolph Ziggler, about the comments he made this past week on Friday Night SmackDown. Kane says that if he wants to go and wreak havoc on Friday Night SmackDown he can do just that, but what is stopping Ziggler from coming to RAW and making comments about Kane to his face? Kane then says that he has been informed by the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero that he will take on Seth Rollins in tonight’s non-title main event. Kane says that he looks forward to beating Rollins in their first ever match before going on to the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber match where he will once again defeat Rollins as well as CM Punk, Luke Harper and the WWE Tag Team Champions the Miz and Damien Sandow to retain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Once again the bell tolls and the lights go out in the arena, reminding the WWE Universe of the Undertaker’s appearance at the Royal Rumble. When the lights come back on Seth Rollins is standing in the ring with Kane, and Rollins kicks Kane in the groin before laughing and standing over the fallen WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

Rating: C+

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Nikki Bella defeated Beth Phoenix in 6:59 by pinfall with a Twin Magic. Rating: E-

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Swagger & Tensai defeated Team CoBro in 6:59 when Jack Swagger defeated Santino Marella by submission with a Patriot Lock. We cut backstage to find the WWE United States Champion Sheamus about to leave the arena when Alexander Rusev and Michael Hayes approach him. <em>Following our first commercial break of the evening WWE Superstars airs the RAW Rebound which recaps this past week’s edition of Monday Night RAW. This week’s show began with the masked WWE World Heavyweight Champion Kane making his way to the ring. Kane received a decent ovation from the WWE Universe in attendance as he took a microphone from the ringside area and said that he would first like to comment on what Dolph Ziggler, the winner of the Royal Rumble match, said this past week on Friday Night SmackDown. Kane claimed that he can go and wreak havoc on Friday Night SmackDown whenever he wants to and that Ziggler knows where Kane is if he wants to say his comments to his face. Kane then went on to say that he had been informed by the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero that he would take on Seth Rollins in RAW’s non-title main event. Kane declared that he would defeat Rollins in their first ever match together before going on to the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber match in a few weeks and defeating Rollins, CM Punk, Luke Harper as well as the WWE Tag Team Champions The Miz and Damien Sandow to make the first defence of his WWE World Heavyweight Championship. The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown: </p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p>

<strong>WWE Intercontinental Championship: Royal Rumble winner Dolph Ziggler © versus Mark Henry</strong></p><p>

The main event of tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown was announced earlier this week vi a tweet sent out from the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle and will see Dolph Ziggler, the winner of the 2014 Royal Rumble match, put his WWE Intercontinental Championship on the line against Mark Henry. As the winner of the Royal Rumble, Dolph Ziggler will challenge for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the main event of Wrestlemania and this past week on Monday Night RAW the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion, the masked Kane, had some comments to make towards the WWE Universe regarding Ziggler. Kane said that if Ziggler wants to say anything to Kane, he can always go to RAW and say them to his face. Ziggler will have to put both Wrestlemania and the WWE World Heavyweight Championship to the back of his mind tonight as he looks to pick up the all-important victory over Mark Henry and make what would be the second successful defence of the WWE Intercontinental Championship since Ziggler won the title two weeks ago after his first title defence against Jey Uso last week on SmackDown.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>WWE Tag Team Championships: The Miz and Damien Sandow © versus The Uso’s</strong></p><p>

The Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle has also made a huge WWE Tag Team Championships match tonight on Friday Night SmackDown as the Miz and Damien Sandow will put their titles on the line against former WWE Tag Team Champions Jimmy and Jey Uso. The Miz and Damien Sandow will join CM Punk, Seth Rollins and Luke Harper in challenging Kane in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber match later this month.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Stardust versus Wade Barrett</strong></p><p>

The unusual Stardust will also be in action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown as he will take on the returning Wade Barrett, who is competing on SmackDown for the first time since last month’s Royal Rumble match.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>R-Truth versus Byron Saxton</strong></p><p>

R-Truth will face Byron Saxton tonight on Friday Night SmackDown with both Superstars looking to pick up the win to impress the WWE Universe in attendance as well as the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Christian versus Camacho</strong></p><p>

The former World Champion Christian will also be in action tonight as he will take on the Hispanic Superstar Camacho in a match that should see the WWE Universe in attendance firmly in support of Christian.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Bayley versus Rain</strong></p><p>

Finally, Divas action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown will see Bayley take on Rain. This past week on Monday Night RAW following a victory from the Divas Champion Nikki Bella, Rain and Audrey Marie attacked the Bella Twins from behind.</p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>WWE Friday Night SmackDown! (Live from Greenwood Civic Center (SC), 4,547 in Attendance)</strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Pre-Show: Kelly Kelly versus Nicole Matthews</strong></p><p>

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Nicole Matthews defeated Kelly Kelly in 18:24 by pinfall with a Vancouver Manouver. Unfortunately Kelly Kelly and Nicole Matthews don’t seem to click as opponents, and it made for an awkward bout. The lack of chemistry between the former WWE Divas Champion Kelly and her opponent tonight Nicole Matthews meant that the WWE Universe failed to really connect with this Divas match that went the distance. Nevertheless, the match ended with Nicole Matthews picking up the all-important victory.</p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: E-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Pre-Show: Ted DiBiase and Braden Walker versus The Wyatt Family</strong></p><p>

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, The Wyatt Family defeated Money Most Wanted in 17:43 when Luke Harper defeated Braden Walker by pinfall with a Clothesline. Braden Walker was really off his game tonight as he and Ted DiBiase were once again introduced to the WWE Universe as “Money Most Wanted”. Walker being off his game led to Harper and Rowan focusing their offence on Walker for the majority of the match before Harper finally put him away with a Clothesline.</p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: D</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Pre-Show: Rey Mysterio versus Rene Dupree</strong></p><p>

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Rey Mysterio defeated René Duprée in 17:48 by pinfall with a 619 into the West Coast Pop. Mysterio and Dupree have great chemistry as opponents and it showed in their performances.</p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: C</strong></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<em>Friday Night SmackDown kicks off with the WWE Intercontinental Champion and the 2014 Royal Rumble winner Dolph Ziggler making his way to the ring to a mixed reaction from the WWE Universe in attendance. Ziggler retrieves a microphone from the ringside area and says that as announced on Twitter earlier this week by the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle, he will put his Intercontinental Championship on the line against Mark Henry in tonight’s main event. However, Ziggler says that right now he would like to address the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Kane. This past week on Monday Night RAW the masked Kane said that if Ziggler has anything to say to him, he can go to RAW and say it to his face. Ziggler says that it is difficult to look at anyone’s face when they are wearing a mask, and that doesn’t mean that he wants Kane to take the mask off again and see his hideous face. Ziggler says that the reality of the situation is that he is going to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the main event of Wrestlemania and that it doesn’t matter who the WWE World Heavyweight Champion is going into that match. Mark Henry then comes to the entrance-way with a microphone of his own and says that Ziggler should not be worrying about Wrestlemania and should be focusing on his title defence against Henry tonight.</em></p><p>

<strong>Rating: C-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Bayley versus Rain</strong></p><p>

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Bayley defeated Rain in 6:58 by pinfall. The WWE Hall of Famer Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat once again accompanied Bayley to ringside for this match.</p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: E</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<em>Following her victory Bayley celebrates in front of the WWE Universe with Ricky Steamboat whilst Rain skulks off to the back. Tamina and Maxine then come to the entrance-way and Maxine has a microphone. She says that her and Tamina are better than all of the other Divas in the locker-room, including Bayley, Natalya and Alexa Bliss.</em></p><p>

<strong>Rating: E</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>WWE Tag Team Championships: The Miz and Damien Sandow © versus The Uso’s</strong></p><p>

In a match that had some good action and average heat, The Uso's defeated MizDow in 8:03 when Jey Uso defeated Damien Sandow by pinfall with an Alley-Us. The Uso's win the WWE Tag Team titles. The Miz kept doing a lot of poses similar to the Heart Break Kid Shawn Michaels during this match and whilst posing on the apron in this fashion Damien Sandow got distracted which led to the Uso’s hitting a double team maneuver to win the match and the WWE Tag Team Championships.</p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: C-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<em>We cut backstage to find Ryback in the office of the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle. Ryback is acting like a Ring Announcer and keeps saying over again “your winner and the new Intercontinental Champion, Ryback”. The Wyatt Family of Luke Harper and Erick Rowan then enter the room and just stare at Ryback and Hornswoggle who look confused.</em></p><p>

<strong>Rating: E+</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<em>We cut backstage to find Alexa Bliss in discussion with Road Dogg, with Alexa telling Road Dogg that she idolized him as a child. Mark Henry then walks into the scene and asks Alexa if she wants to go on a date later tonight after he wins the Intercontinental title and Alexa smiles and says she’ll think about it.</em></p><p>

<strong>Rating: D-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<em>We cut to another backstage area to once again find the Wyatt Family of Luke Harper and Erick Rowan in a dark room with Aksana tied up to a chair. Harper tells Rowan that he needs to stop doing this, and that Harper needs to focus on the Elimination Chamber match.</em></p><p>

<strong>Rating: E</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Stardust versus Wade Barrett</strong></p><p>

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Wade Barrett defeated Stardust in 8:23 by pinfall with The Wasteland. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team of Josh Mathews, Joey Styles and Matt Striker note that Barrett looks aggressive tonight.</p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: C-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<em>We cut backstage to find Alberto Del Rio when his former personal ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez approaches him and tells Del Rio that he’s back now and he wants his old job back. Del Rio tells Ricardo that he wants nothing to do with him.</em></p><p>

<strong>Rating: E</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<em>We once again cut to the office of the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle where Fandango is pleading with Hornswoggle to give him more opportunities to tango on SmackDown.</em></p><p>

<strong>Rating: D-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>R-Truth versus Byron Saxton</strong></p><p>

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, R-Truth defeated Byron Saxton in 6:37 by pinfall with a Corkscrew Scissors Kick. Saxton’s tag team partner Percy Watson accompanied him to ringside.</p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: D</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<em>We cut backstage to find the Miz looking into a camera and he says that he and Damien Sandow may have lost the WWE Tag Team Championships to Jimmy and Jey Uso tonight, but that the Miz will win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber match.</em></p><p>

<strong>Rating: D+</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Christian versus Camacho</strong></p><p>

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Christian defeated Camacho in 7:02 by submission. The commentary team note that Christian needs to keep picking up wins on the road to Wrestlemania.</p><p>

<strong>Match Rating: C-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<em>We cut backstage to find Damien Sandow almost inconsolable after losing the WWE Tag Team Championships earlier tonight. Sandow says that all that is left to do is for him to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber match.</em></p><p>

<strong>Rating: C-</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<em>The new WWE Tag Team Champions Jimmy and Jey Uso approach Damien Sandow and say that both Sandow and the Miz think that they will win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber match, but that what would happen if it comes down to Sandow and the Miz? Sandow looks worried at this scenario.</em></p><p>

<strong>Rating: D</strong></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>WWE Intercontinental Championship: Royal Rumble winner Dolph Ziggler © versus Mark Henry</strong></p><p>

The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Monday Night RAW:

Non-Title: WWE World Heavyweight Champion Kane versus Heath Slater

The main event of tonight’s edition of Monday Night RAW will see the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Kane take on one third of the three man band known as 3MB, Heath Slater. This Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View Kane will put his WWE World Heavyweight Championship on the line in an Elimination Chamber match against the challengers CM Punk, Seth Rollins, the Miz, Damien Sandow and Luke Harper. However, before Kane’s title defence this Sunday the masked WWE World Heavyweight Champion must focus on picking up the all-important victory against Heath Slater in tonight’s non-title main event. This past week on Friday Night SmackDown the WWE Intercontinental Champion and winner of the 2014 Royal Rumble match Dolph Ziggler made more comments about Kane to the WWE Universe, claiming that even if he could say something to Kane’s face he would not want to look at something that Ziggler called “hideous”. With the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar also repeatedly telling Kane that he wants his title back, Kane has a lot on his plate but will still need to focus on the opponent that the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero has given him tonight, Heath Slater.

WWE United States Championship: Sheamus © versus Alexander Rusev versus Brodus Clay

Also tonight on Monday Night RAW the WWE United States Championship will once again be defended in a Triple Threat match as Sheamus will put his title on the line against both Alexander Rusev and Brodus Clay. Last week on RAW Rusev was accompanied to the ring by Michael Hayes, who later told Sheamus that he would be taking care of Rusev’s affairs from now on and that Rusev will still not stop coming after the United States Championship.

Number One Contenders Match: Xavier Woods & Richie Steamboat versus Jack Swagger & Tensai

A number one contenders match for the WWE Tag Team Championships will be held tonight on Monday Night RAW with the team of Xavier Woods and Richie Steamboat taking on the duo of Jack Swagger and Tensai with the winners going on to challenge the new WWE Tag Team Champions Jimmy and Jey Uso for the titles this Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View. The Uso’s won the titles for the second time this past week on Friday Night SmackDown.

CM Punk versus Judas Devlin

This Sunday CM Punk will join Seth Rollins, the Miz, Damien Sandow and Luke Harper in challenging Kane for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship inside the Elimination Chamber but before that Punk will take on Judas Devlin tonight on Monday Night RAW.

Chris Jericho versus Randy Orton

Two former World Champions will go head to head tonight on Monday Night RAW as Chris Jericho will take on Randy Orton with both Superstars looking to impress the WWE Universe as well as the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero.

Non-Title: WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella versus Sexy Star

Finally, Divas action tonight on Monday Night RAW will see the WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella take on Sexy Star in a non-title match just six days before she puts her title on the line against Audrey Marie this Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View.

WWE Monday Night RAW (Live from Greenwood Civic Center (SC) 4,505 in Attendance)

Pre-Show: Becky Lynch versus Mia Yim

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Becky Lynch defeated Mia Yim in 17:37 by pinfall with a Hard Knox. Becky Lynch was visibly tiring towards the end of this Divas match that went the distance with her Oriental opponent Mia Yim clearly having the superior physical conditioning in this match. Becky Lynch has made several appearances on Monday Night RAW since being called up from NXT but is now competing in longer matches than she was in the NXT Arena. Nevertheless, despite being tired, Becky Lynch was still able to pick up the all-important victory here.

Match Rating: E-

Pre-Show: Santino Marella and Zack Ryder versus Roman Reigns and William Regal

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Reigns & Regal defeated Team CoBro in 18:07 when Roman Reigns defeated Santino Marella by pinfall. The Monday Night RAW commentary team of Michael Cole, Jim Ross and Jerry “The King” Lawler took their positions at ringside prior to this tag team match which saw the former WWE Tag Team Champions Reigns and Regal get the win over the “Team CoBro” pairing of Santino and Ryder.

Match Rating: C

Pre-Show: Rob Van Dam versus John Cena

Match Rating: C+

Monday Night RAW kicks off with the masked WWE World Heavyweight Champion Kane making his way to the ring to a largely positive reaction from the WWE Universe in attendance. Once in the ring Kane retrieves a microphone from the ringside area and says that he would first like to address the comments that the WWE Intercontinental Champion and 2014 Royal Rumble winner Dolph Ziggler made this past week on Friday Night SmackDown. Kane says that his face may be hideous, but that unlike Dolph Ziggler he’s never cared about being pretty or attractive. Kane says that his actions are what defines him, and that those actions will see him defeat CM Punk, Seth Rollins, Luke Harper, the Miz and Damien Sandow this Sunday to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber match and then go on to defeat Dolph Ziggler and once again retain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the main event of Wrestlemania. Kane then says that the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero has put him in tonight’s non-title main event against one third of the three man band known as 3MB, Heath Slater. Suddenly, the lights once again go out in the arena and when they come back on a masked druid-like figure is seen walking to the ring. However, unlike two weeks ago Kane can smell a rat and once the druid enters the ring Kane removes the hood to find Heath Slater, who receives a Chokeslam for his troubles.

Rating: D

Non-Title: WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella versus Sexy Star

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Nikki Bella defeated Sexy Star in 6:32 by pinfall with a Bella Buster. Michael Cole feels that Nikki will struggle in her title defence against Audrey Marie this Sunday, whilst Lawler feels that Audrey Marie hasn’t achieved anything yet in the WWE.

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Swagger & Tensai defeated Woods & Steamboat in 6:46 when Jack Swagger defeated Xavier Woods by pinfall with a Swagger Bomb. Michael Cole notes that by virtue of their win Swagger and Tensai will now challenge the Uso’s for the WWE Tag Team Championships this Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View, and Lawler says he is excited for the title match.

Match Rating: C-

We cut backstage to find the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Kane sitting in a dark room when Heath Slater walks into the room and says that he only dressed up like a druid earlier because Seth Rollins told him to.

Rating: D-

WWE United States Championship: Sheamus © versus Alexander Rusev versus Brodus Clay

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Sheamus defeated Alexander Rusev and Brodus Clay in 7:39 when Sheamus defeated Alexander Rusev by pinfall with a Brogue Kick. Sheamus makes defence number 12 of his WWE United States title. Michael Hayes once again accompanied Rusev to the ring.

Match Rating: D

(Billy Kidman would seriously consider either turning Alexander Rusev or trying a new gimmick as he has become a stale character and needs a shake-up.)

Following a commercial break we cut backstage to find Michael Hayes comforting Alexander Rusev following another loss, and informing him that he has got him a one on one title match with Sheamus this Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View. Seth Rollins then walks into the room and tells Rusev and Hayes that after he wins the WWE World Heavyweight Championship this Sunday he may need a bodyguard, and Hayes says that they will think about it.

Rating: D+

CM Punk versus Judas Devlin

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, CM Punk defeated Judas Devlin in 7:16 by pinfall with a Welcome to Chicago.... The commentary team note that Punk will compete in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber match this Sunday.

Match Rating: C+

Paul Heyman comes to the ring along with his client, Brock Lesnar. Heyman says that Lesnar is ready to return to in-ring action and wants an opponent for this Sunday, and asks who is brave enough to step in the ring with the “Beast”. Dean Ambrose then comes to the entrance-way and accepts the challenge for a match this Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View.

Rating: C

Chris Jericho versus Randy Orton

In a bout that featured great action and a good crowd, Randy Orton defeated Chris Jericho in 10:58 by pinfall with an RKO. The commentary team note that both of these Superstars need to pick up wins if they want to be part of Wrestlemania.

Match Rating: B

We cut backstage to find Seth Rollins in the office of the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero and Rollins says that the plans are all in place and that this Sunday he will win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber match.

This is a rematch of last week’s Superstars main event when the then WWE Tag Team Champions Miz and Sandow, known to large portions of the WWE Universe as “MizDow”, defeated Clay and Riley. WWE Superstars (Live from Du Burns Arena (MD), 650 in Attendance)

Pre-Show: Bayley versus Layla

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Bayley defeated Layla in 17:51 by submission. The WWE Hall of Famer Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat once again accompanied Bayley to ringside for this Divas match that went the distance. Ricky Steamboat offered plenty of vocal support from ringside as Bayley took on the former Divas Champion Layla and the support of Ricky Steamboat may have ultimately been what led to Bayley picking up the all-important victory here after forcing Layla to tap out.

Match Rating: E+

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Team Gorgeous defeated Money Most Wanted in 17:43 when Tyler Breeze defeated Ted DiBiase by pinfall with an Implant DDT. In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Evan Bourne defeated Troy McClain in 18:05 by pinfall with a Here It Is Driver. Unfortunately this match was far too long given who was involved with the WWE Universe showing no interest whatsoever in Troy McClain.

Following our first commercial break of the evening WWE Superstars airs the RAW Rebound which recaps events from this past week’s edition of Monday Night RAW. This week’s show began with the masked WWE World Heavyweight Champion Kane making his way to the ring to a decent ovation from the WWE Universe in attendance and taking a microphone from the ringside area. Kane then addressed the comments that the WWE Intercontinental Champion and 2014 Royal Rumble winner Dolph Ziggler made this past week on Friday Night SmackDown when he said that even if he could talk to Kane’s face, he would not want to look at such a hideous thing. Kane said that he has never cared about being pretty and that his actions will do the talking this Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View when he puts his WWE World Heavyweight Championship on the line in an Elimination Chamber match against Seth Rollins, CM Punk, Luke Harper, the Miz and Damien Sandow. Kane said that before that, however, he had been informed by the Monday Night RAW Managing Supervisor Vickie Guerrero that he would face one third of the three man band known as 3MB, Heath Slater, in RAW’s non-title main event. Kane warned the other 3MB members to not get involved in RAW’s main event before the lights went out and a druid-like figure once again walked to the ring. Once in the ring though, Kane took the hood off of the figure to reveal Heath Slater who quickly received a Chokeslam for his troubles. Later on in the evening Slater told Kane backstage that he only dressed up as a druid because Seth Rollins told him to.

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, MizDow defeated Brodus & Riley in 13:04 when The Miz defeated Brodus Clay by pinfall with a Skull Crushing Finale. The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown:

WWE Intercontinental Title: Royal Rumble winner Dolph Ziggler © vs. Ryback vs. Wade Barrett

The main event of tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown was announced earlier this week via a tweet sent out from the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle and will see the winner of the 2014 Royal Rumble match Dolph Ziggler put his WWE Intercontinental Championship on the line in a Triple Threat match against Ryback and Wade Barrett. Dolph Ziggler has made some comments to the WWE Universe recently regarding the masked WWE World Heavyweight Champion Kane, saying that when Ziggler wins the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the main event of Wrestlemania he will be sure to show up on SmackDown as well as Monday Night RAW, to which Kane responded that Ziggler should make those comments to his face. This led to Ziggler calling Kane hideous. Ziggler won the Intercontinental Championship for the third time three weeks ago on SmackDown when he defeated the former Champion Luke Harper as well as Ryback in a Triple Threat match and since then has made two successful title defences, the first of those two weeks ago against Jey Uso and the second just last week against Mark Henry. However, Ziggler will have a tough test ahead of him tonight as both Ryback and Wade Barrett look to pick up the all-important victory and leave with the WWE Intercontinental Championship.

Non-Title: WWE Tag Team Champions The Uso’s versus The Miz and Damien Sandow

Last week on Friday Night SmackDown Jimmy and Jey Uso defeated the Miz and Damien Sandow to become the new WWE Tag Team Champions for the second time and tonight the Uso’s will take on the Miz and Sandow once again in a non-title match. This past week on Monday Night RAW saw Jack Swagger and Tensai win a Number One Contenders match and will challenge for the WWE Tag Team Championships this Sunday at the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View whilst the Miz and Sandow will both compete in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Elimination Chamber match.

Braden Walker versus Luke Harper

This Sunday Luke Harper will join Seth Rollins, CM Punk, the Miz and Damien Sandow in challenging Kane for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in an Elimination Chamber match but before then Luke Harper will take on Braden Walker tonight on Friday Night SmackDown.

R-Truth versus Fandango

Two dancing Superstars will go head to head tonight on Friday Night SmackDown as R-Truth will take on Fandango with both Superstars looking to impress the WWE Universe as well as the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Hornswoggle.

Rey Mysterio versus Epico

Rey Mysterio will be in action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown as he will take on Epico who may have his tag team partner Primo as well as the small man dressed in a bull costume, El Torito, accompanying him to ringside.

Kelly Kelly versus Rain

Finally, Divas action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown will see Kelly Kelly take on Rain. All eyes in the Divas division will be on the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View this Sunday when Audrey Marie will challenge Nikki Bella for the WWE Divas Championship.
