Wednesday of Week 1 in January I was informed that Sam Strong would be retiring. I changed my booking plans on the fly; originally, there was going to be an out and out power struggle between Strong, trying to keep to Tradition and Patel and the network trying to bring the company into the 21st Century. Strong's retirement changed that quite rapidly, but I've managed to change my plans on the fly.</p><p> </p><p> Strong/Bruce was something I had hoped I could do eventually, but not so quickly. That's another thing that changed when Strong announced he was going to retire.</p><p> </p><p> This are, I suggest, going to get a little ironic in some areas from now on.</p>
