DGUSA/EVOLVE: The New Definition Of Professional Wrestling

Recommended Posts

This is just going to be a basic diary on DGUSA/EVOLVE of the current day. I had a previous diary based on WCW but ended very abruptly due to a glitch in my game. But I would appreciate if you followed this diary if you loved my previous diary. I added a Non-Aggresion Pact on ROH to make it very realistic. If I get any ROH talent it is due to their contract being up. Keep in mind I won't be posting any pictures. Thanks and I hope you enjoy

I would guess its because most of the roster isn't that great plus the lack of popularity.

What about match lengths too?

Idk because everything I did here in terms of road agent notes and match length I did the same with the previous event. But I'm going to move on from this and focus on the next 3 shows

Breaking News:

DGUSA/EVOLVE proudly announces the signing of TJ Wilson aka WWE's Tyson Kidd. His contract expired with the WWE and they didn't negotiate a contract extension. However, he will make his debut at EVOLVE 29.

And...

DGUSA/EVOLVE has signed Shiima Xion aka TNA's Zema Ion after his contract expired.

*Sorry Prediction Winners* I went ahead and booked the 3 WM shot events due to some wrestlers being unavailable to show due to commitments to NOAH, Dragon Gate, and NJPW. But I am compensating both winners if with Aldenvdk picking TJ Wilson's opponent at EVOLVE 29 and Destiny picking his opponent at Enter The Dragon.

I didn't put predictions on for Open The Ultimate Gate 2014 & Mercury Rising 2014 due to the fact if someone got inured at the EVOLVE 28 show and due to the fact if the title has changed hands I didn't want to spoil it since EVOLVE 28, Ultimate Gate, and Mercury Rising are 3 back to back days.

But I will post the results to those two shows in a while

Attendance: 6,671

Match 1: Gamma vs. Ryo Saito: This was a dull opener between two veterans that was supposed to work the crowd. The crowd was disappointed in this match. Ryo Saito pinned Gamma after a Double Cross in 9:39. Rating: D+

Match 2: Arik Cannon vs. Jon Davis: This match brought the crowd's mood even more down than it was previously. Arik Cannon pinned Jon Davis after a Total Anarchy in 8:21. Rating: D

Match 3: Shiima Xion vs. Zack Sabre, Jr.: This was a dull match between these two. Shiima Xion pinned Zack Sabre, Jr. in 11:16. Rating: C-

Match 4: Monster Express (Akira Tozawa, Rich Swann, Ricochet, & Uhaa Nation) vs. The Gentleman's Club (Chuck Taylor, Drew Gulak, Jake Manning, & Orange Cassidy): This was a stable war between Monster Express and The Gentleman's Club. This match was just all over the arena. It was truly a brawl. Akira Tozawa pinned Drew Gulak after a Ganki in 13:03. Rating: C

Match 5: John Morrison vs. Drake Younger: This was a really solid match between two individuals that both wrestling styles are completely different. Match 6: The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson) © vs. The Bravado Brothers (Harlem Bravado & Lancelot Bravado) for the Open The United Gate titles: This match was the rematch from Way Of The Ronin 2014.
