May Week 1 Preview - Championship Monday</div>

Last Monday on Raw WWF Champion, Stone Cold Steve Austin, decimated Jeff Hardy and left the young up and comer in a broken heap at the end of Raw. His brother Matt is seeking revenge and will get his shot this Monday on Raw when he challenges Stone Cold for the World Wrestling Federation Championship. Will there be a Hardy party in Milwaukee? Or will Stone Cold continue his quest to hurt anyone and everyone that gets in his way?

Speaking of Stone Cold; Thursday on Smackdown Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley was able to enact a plan where she got Austin and her husband Triple H to work together to take apart Kane. Are Austin & The Game actually on the same page? Or was their union a one time deal? Triple H will be in action when he goes one on one with Hardcore Holly.

Thursday on Smackdown Y2J announced he had reached his boiling point. He challenged WWF Commissioner William Regal's new ally, The Big Show, for a match on Raw and he has put his Intercontinental Championship on the line. Regal & Show are sure to have a plan - can Y2J survive and walk out champion?

Finally last week on Smackdown we learned that at Judgment Day WWF Tag Team Champions Edge & Christian will defend their championship against the APA but this week on Raw they will team with X-Pac & Justin Credible of X-Factor against APA & The Dudley Boyz in an 8 man tag team brawl.

Winner: Triple H Grade: 85 [After the match as Triple H leaves the ring Rikishi comes out from the crowd and gets into the ring. He starts to decimate Hardcore Holly and throws him outside the ring. Rikishi throws Holly into the ring steps and rolls him back inside and grabs a chair. He places the chair over Hardcore’s face and bounces off the ropes before delivering a leg drop onto the chair onto Hardcore Holly’s face. Rikishi raises his arms while standing above the fallen Holly.] Grade: 56</div></blockquote> We see Tazz & RVD talking in the locker room. RVD thanks him for continuing to have his back and Tazz says they are bros for life. They high five before leaving the locker room. RVD & Tazz will team up against The Radicalz…next. Grade: 60 -------------[Commercial Break]----------- Raw returns and there is chaos in the locker room area. Triple H is rolling around in pain as medical personnel check on him while he is screaming and holding his ribs. Just like Backlash Vince and Stephanie run in wondering what the hell happened. All Triple H can say between pained breath’s is “Taker”. Tazz is given a brain buster and Eddie flies off for the frog splash for the 3 count. Winners: The Radicalz Grade: 70 Following the match Kurt Angle, Eddie Guerrero & Dean Malenko triple team RVD & Tazz. They are left standing tall. Grade: 65</div></blockquote> [ JR & Paul start to hype the main event but the loud red and black sirens fill the air and the flashing WCW logo comes on. Shane appears from WCW Headquarters in Atlanta, GA and says that during this week’s WCW update we are excited to announce that WCW is making big waves. We are negotiating with a big television network about coming back to the air, we have signed referees and a brand new era in announcing for WCW. Big things are happening and the world will see the unveiling Shane O’Mac’s WCW very, very soon.] Grade: 71 -------------[Commercial Break]----------- [Lita is coming out of her locker room where she is met by Debra. Debra tells her that Steve has asked Debra to go to Lita and tell her this is their last chance to avoid the ending of Matt’s career tonight. Steve doesn’t care about Kane, he’s not afraid. But Matt should be because Steve does not make idle threats. Lita gets in her face and says Matt Hardy will not back down. "Tell your husband he has about an hour left as WWF Champion." She walks off with Debra glaring.] Grade: 55 JR & Paul are at the announce table. They announce that in addition to the WWF Tag Team Championship at Judgment Day, all three members of The Dudley Boyz will take on all three members of The X-Factor at Judgment Day in a tables match. Famine is shown as is destroyed cities. Big Show holds Jericho but Jericho kicks Regal in the face and delivers a back kick low to Big Show. Jericho grabs the knucks and nails Big Show in the head and covers him for the 3 count. Winner and still WWF Intercontinental Champion: Chris Jericho Grade: 80 Following the match Jericho is all over Regal and officials rush in to break it up. Regal back tracks with an awakened Show while Jericho is demanding him to come back in. Grade: 71</div></blockquote> [in the back Mr. McMahon storms into the Undertaker’s locker room. He demands to know what Taker is up to. Triple H has been taken to the hospital with some broken ribs. Taker says look old man as I told Triple H at Backlash I had nothing to do with it. I ain’t gonna lie I think its funny as hell that someone has set their sights on the game but it isn’t me. Vince tells him for his own sake – he better be telling the truth.] Grade: 86 [Matt Hardy kisses Lita and heads out of the locker room. He grabs a chair and blasts Matt right in the head. The ref calls for the bell. Winner by Disqualification: Matt Hardy - Grade: 79</div></blockquote> After the match Austin begins to beat the hell out of Matt with the chair just like last week. Kane runs out and he and Austin square off. Austin goes for the stunner but Kane gets out and goes for a chokeslam – Austin bails out and bails out of the ring. Kane checks on Matt Hardy as Austin back peddles – satisfied at his destruction – as Raw goes off the air. Grade: 86 Overall Show Grade: 78

May Week 1 Preview - Will Kane Get Hold of Stone Cold?</div>

Last Monday on Raw, Stone Cold Steve Austin, followed through on his threat to destroy Matt Hardy during their WWF Championship match despite warnings of repercussions from The Undertaker & specifically Austin's challenger at Judgment Day..Kane. When Raw went off the air Hardy was injured, Austin was smug and Kane was incensed. Kane & The Rattlesnake will be in the building this week. What will happen Thursday on Smackdown?

Monday on Raw Triple H was again attacked and his ribs were once more injured. The only word coming from The Game was "Taker". Is The Undertaker responsible for the two attacks on Triple H? We hope to find out some more on Smackdown.

Also what will be the fall out from Chris Jericho defeating The Big Show Monday on Raw? Commissioner Regal promises a blockbuster announcement.

Finally the Hardcore Title is on the line when Albert defends against Al Snow this Thursday on Smackdown!

The room is lit by a fire and as the camera pans closer we see its Kane sitting there but we only see the glow of the fire. As the camera pans over Kane’s shoulder we can see he is slowly feeding candid pictures of Stone Cold Steve Austin into the fire. Pictures of Austin at home, at the grocery store, at the airport. He picks them up one by one and looks at them for a moment before putting them into the fire and does this over and over. We then cut to a locker room where on a monitor we can see the same scene but Stone Cold Steve Austin and Debra are watching Kane do this. Austin looks scared to death as the scene ends.]Grade: 85 Cut to the normal Smackdown Opening Video package and pyro as we are coming to you from the Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. Where tonight in a blockbuster main event that was just announced: WWF Commissioner William Regal will try to exact revenge for Triple H when he goes one on one with The Undertaker. Winner and still WWF Hardcore Champion: Albert Grade: 57</div></blockquote> [in the back Stone Cold walks into Mr. McMahon’s office. Vince asks how he is doing? Austin says that he has been a fighting champion ever since winning the WWF Championship at Wrestlemania but, and “I ain’t proud to admit this, that brutal match against Matt Hardy Monday has be a bit worn out”. Vince says it was one for the ages and that since the WWF’s long term investment is in Stone Cold’s well being Vince is going to give him a break. “Steve you have the night off.” They shake hands and Austin walks out.] Grade: 82 In the back Chris Jericho is heading to the ring. What does Y2J have to say? We’ll find out next. Grade: 77 -------------[Commercial Break]----------- [We see a “During the Break” vignette where Stone Cold and Debra are seen walking very fast to their car with their bags. Nobody wants to see you here in the WWF. You besmirch the very legacy of the Intercontinental Championship with your continued low class life. And you besmirch this company by being a representative of it. You want me one more time at Judgment Day? Fine but this company is not big enough for the both of us. So I am making this match with one caveat – The winner of our match at Judgment Day is the Intercontinental Champion. The loser? Well he is simply gone from the World Wrestling Federation. Jericho, you miserable little toe rag, you have just over two weeks left before I take your title – and your career. [Regal smiles evily with Jericho a little in shock].</div></blockquote> Grade: 71 [in the back Lita is stretching. She will go one on one with Ivory Next.] Grade: 62 -------------[Commercial Break]----------- We come back and Cole and Tazz put over the shocking announcement from a few moments ago. Chris Jericho will defend his WWF Intercontinental Championship against William Regal at Judgment Day and the loser leaves the WWF. Grade: 64 [in the back Stephanie McMahon Helmsley and Jazz is with Lillian Garcia. Lillian takes us back to Raw to show Jazz attacking Trish at WWF New York. We are told that Trish is not here tonight. Stephanie says that as long as Trish is standing then this won’t ever be over. Trish embarrassed the McMahon family. She used my father for stardom and for money. Trish is a slut and Jazz will do whatever she has to do until the day that Trish Stratus’ career is over. Winner: Lita Grade: 60 Following the match Ivory attacks Lita and Chyna runs out to save Lita chasing off Ivory. The women’s champion and Lita hug. Tazz says this is between Rob Van Dam and Kurt but he will continue to have his friend’s back. Triple H starts working on Undertaker’s round while Regal orders the referees to stand back. <ul><li>Some more Developmental contracts for potential divas have been signed. No word on who they are as of this post. </li><li> The WWF has reached an agreement with ESPN International to expand WWF Raw is War into Japan. The deal is said to be a 5 year deal. Raw will air Saturday Night’s in a late evening time slot. ESPN International is a big sports network that broadcasts all around Japan. WWF is said to be thrilled at the agreement (which will see ESPN International front 30% of the production costs for Raw) as the WWF has been trying to get a television rights distribution for Raw into the country for some time. </li><li>Negotiations are on going for the WCW television show. We are told that no deal is done yet with TNN for the WCW show but that the WWF and TNN are "very close to a deal". </li><li>WWF is said to be thrilled with the ratings for this week’s Raw and Smackdown (both were up almost 2 points domestically - the best since before Wrestlemania X-Seven) as well as the agreement with ESPN International. </li></ul>

May Week 2 Preview - Linda's "Earth Shattering" Announcement

Monday's Raw could be a game changer for sports-entertainment. That is what Linda McMahon told WWF.com this weekend when she alerted us that she will personally be in attendance at the Nassau Coliseum in New York for this Monday's Raw is War. Ms. McMahon has promised to address her husband, WWF Owner Mr. McMahon, and the entire sports entertainment world. What does Linda have to say? Don't miss this potential earth shattering appearance.

Monday's Raw promises to be a big night not just because of Linda's appearance but also because of our main event. By order of Mr. McMahon the main event of Raw will be a six man tag team match pitting WWF Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Game Triple H & WWF Commissioner William Regal against The Brothers of Destruction Undertaker & Kane and the Intercontinental Champion Chris Jericho. With all six men about to square off in 13 days at Judgment Day in singles matches what will happen when they collide on Raw?

Also on Raw we will have the Women's Championship defended in a triple threat match when Women's Champion Chyna goes against Jazz & Molly Holly. Trish Stratus has promised to be in attendance - will she get her hands on Jazz? Can Chyna walk out champion?

Last week Rikishi made his return to the WWF and put it on notice when he took out Hardcore Holly. This week Rikishi returns to the ring when he goes one on one with Crash Holly. Does Crash even have a chance in this match up?

He demands to know why he is being put into a match where Kane is involved tonight when Kane wants to burn Austin alive? Before Vince can answer Triple H storms in demanding to know why he is being forced to team with Austin someone he still doesn’t trust. Triple H then realizes Austin is there and the two come face to face. Vince finally loses his cool and tells them that this match is set. That he has bigger problems than their squabbling tonight so get out. Austin and Triple H look furious but storm out and Vince just buries his face in his head.] Grade: 86 [The Raw opening video plays and we cut to the pyro and the crowd comes alive at the Nassau Coliseum where tonight WWF CEO Linda McMahon will be on hand to address Mr. McMahon and the entire WWF. Winner: The Big Show Grade: 66 [Following the match Edge and Christian throw Bradshaw out of the ring and do a Con-Chair-To to Farrooq and mock Bradshaw who is checking on his partner. ] Grade: 68</div></blockquote> [in the back Mr. McMahon asks a kid in a headset “has she arrived yet?” The kid tells him that Linda McMahon has not yet entered the building. Vince goes back into his office.] Grade: 81 JR & Paul put over that Linda McMahon will address Mr. McMahon tonight Grade: 72 -------------[Commercial Break]----------- Raw returns and we see a sunlit empty playground which cuts to the image of a nuclear explosion and then returning to the playground that has been destroyed. The following words are shown ‘And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the Earth: blood and fire and pillars of smoke. The Sun shall be turned into darkness, and the Moon into blood’ – The End is Near”. Grade: 81 [JR & Paul take us back to last Monday on Raw where Rikishi decimated Hardcore Holly and to Smackdown where Rikishi threatened the entire WWF. ] Grade: 60 <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="37912" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Crash Holly vs Rikishi This match is never close. Crash tries to throw some punches but Rikishi just laughs it off throws Crash into the turnbuckles, runs and slams himself butt first into Crash. As he stumbles out Rikishi hits a side kick to the head and picks up Crash and does a Death Valley Driver for the easy 3 count. Winner: Rikishi Grade: 63 [Following the match Rikishi goes to attack crash when the sound of a car crash hits and Uniondale New York comes alive as the hometown boy, Mick Foley, makes his first appearance since Wrestlemania. Foley says he is glad to be here at the Nassau Coliseum and though he originally planned to use this opportunity to plug his new book, Foley is Good – on sale now, instead he is going to use this time to ask what has happened to you Rikishi? You and I go way back but this bitter attitude…that’s not the man that’s been my friend for a decade. You blame people for your injury and losing your shot to ascend to the main event? So you take it out on the Hollys who had nothing to do with it? Why? Rikishi refuses to answer him which makes Foley get in his face. He says that Rikishi used to be an honorable man and somewhere inside that man still exists. Why is he doing this? Rikishi won’t answer and so Foley slaps him in the face and screams “Answer me”. Instead Rikishi headbutts Foley and then is on him attacking Mick. He throws Mick outside the ring and into the steps and then side kicks Foley in the head. Mick lifts Mick up in a Samoan Drop and delivers it backwards onto the announce table. Foley writhes around in pain while Rikishi stares down emotionless before walking away as officials rush to check on the injured Hardcore Legend.] Grade: 79</div></blockquote> -------------[Commercial Break]----------- Raw returns and JR & Heyman sitting at a destroyed table take us back to what just transpired when Rikishi send Foley through the table. They take us to “during the break” where we see Foley helped up by WWF doctors and referees and walking with assistance out of the arena. JR & Heyman wonder just how far this new Rikishi will go. Grade: 80 [in the back we see William Regal walk into Mr. McMahon’s office. Vince is with Stephanie and Regal tells him that Linda McMahon has arrived. Vince says “good” and asks if the presents are in her locker room. Regal tells him that the new diamond necklace, the 3 dozen roses and two boxes of chocolates are indeed in there. As Regal walks out Stephanie asks why is he going through all of this trouble for her. Vince says Linda is trying to take his money and his company from him. If these gifts make her happy and protect his assets then he will give her what she wants. Vince looks a little desperate as he tells Stephanie this and Stephanie simply shakes her head and walks out of his office.] Grade: 77 <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="37912" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Bubba Ray, D-Von & Spike come out. For several weeks now X-Factor have made it their mission to be a thorn in the Dudley Boyz side but they made a fatal mistake. Because no one knows tables better than Bubba Ray, D-Von & Spike. Want proof? Here ya go: a video airs of some Dudley’s table moments in WWF as well as some ECW footage. Bubba promises that all three members of X-Factor will feel wood at Judgment Day. Grade: 58</div></blockquote> In the back we see Chyna and Lita high fiving. Chyna will defend her WWF Women’s Title….Next. Grade: 68 -------------[Commercial Break]----------- [We come back and JR & Heyman announce that they have just learned that at Judgment Day Lita & Trish Stratus with Chyna in their corner will team against Jazz & Ivory with Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley in their corner. Winner and still WWF Women's Champion: Chyna Grade: 59 After the match Lita & Trish Stratus come out from the back and attack Jazz and Stephanie from behind. Stephanie runs toward the ring to get away from Trish and she is met by Chyna who holds her while Trish finally gets her hands on Stephanie. Ivory jumps from the crowd though and pulls Stephanie out and they escape over the barricade with Lita, Chyna & Trish looking on. Grade: 69 </div></blockquote> [in the back Kurt Angle is interviewed by Michael Cole. He tells Cole that he has demanded and has been granted a match at Judgment Day with Rob Van Dam because he simply cannot take the idea of RVD having beaten him at Backlash. Kurt Angle is the best wrestler in the world today and Rob winning has driven him to the point of near madness. Kurt will not let that slide. He cannot let that slide. At Judgment Day RVD will tap out or he will have his ankle broken. Either works for Kurt because Angle always gets his wa….Angle is jumped by RVD and the two brawl in the interview area. Rob has a chair and throws it at Angle’s head who ducks and runs off. RVD fumes and calls Angle a coward. ] Grade: 75 We go back to Smackdown where William Regal announced that he and Jericho will meet one on one at Judgment Day with the IC title and someone’s WWF career on the line. The announcers put over the six man main event tonight. Grade: 72 -------------[Commercial Break]----------- [Raw returns and Vince hears a knock on the door. A nervous assistant is there and has a box. He tells Vince he was told to give this to Mr. McMahon. Vince takes the box inside and opens it. Inside are the flowers, the candy and the necklace. It is clear that Linda returned these items and is not falling for Vince’s scheme. He tells them that he is the WWF Champion which means he is the captain of this ship. He is the one with the most to lose at Judgment Day so tonight they will do it his way. Regal and Triple H just need to follow his lead and together they will put Kane, the Undertaker and Jericho down. Triple H has this “yeah right” look on his face while Regal nods at Austin in intense agreement. They keep trying to out do each other. Finally the finish comes with Regal in the ring being beaten down by the babyfaces. Austin and HHH are arguing on the apron in the corner, talking trash to each other and right when Regal needs the hot tag, they drop down to argue more. Regal is standing there like shocked that they forgot about him and he turns around and is chokeslammed by Kane for the 3 count. Winners: The Undertaker, Kane & Chris Jericho - Grade: 86 Following the match Austin and Triple H are in each others faces yelling that the other was the cause of the loss. Regal, red faced and furious, gets in between them yelling back and trying to separate them. Jericho, Taker & Kane stand on the stage smiling smugly at the scene. I have filed for divorce not just because of the wrongs that my husband has done to me but for the wrongs he has done to others with the most important being our son, Shane. Throughout his life Shane has idolized his father which is natural as most boys want to become their fathers. Shane has searched time and again for Vince’s pride and respect which, I believe, is why Shane bought WCW. You see he wanted to be just like Vince so he did what Vince McMahon would do and that is to seize an opportunity to strike out on his own. As a mother, I am proud of him for that. He tried to sue us so that we could never see the light of day. But that has all ended and it is thanks to my mother. You see she realizes that unlike it’s past, WCW – the new WCW, isn’t trying to kill the WWF. We simply want to exist. We simply want to show the world that we have the best talent, the hottest women, and the most exciting product that will revolutionize the wrestling world. All we want is the opportunity to show it. But the fact is I am not a billionaire like my father and the WWF is. I cant compete with my dad’s money so to bring WCW back I had to go elsewhere. I had to go to my mom. Linda McMahon, the business woman, realizes the value in WCW existing – not to kill the WWF – but to grow the industry. The Deal for WCW Nitro and the Plan for WCW Going Forward

Obviously this week is the biggest week for WCW since the purchase of the company by the WWF six weeks ago. Here are all the details as we have them currently:

<ul><li>We are told the agreement to air WCW Nitro came about late last week with Viacom (who owns TNN) but that both sides were working under the assumption that a deal would be finalized for a month or so. </li><li>WWF initially considered calling the show something other than Nitro but they eventually felt that the brand name, while it might be a little damaged in some people’s eyes, can be rehabilitated and has strong resonance with advertisers and viewers. </li><li>WCW Nitro will tape on Wednesday nights and will air Saturday nights at 10pm on TNN. This contract for the show is lasting roughly 60 weeks (so a year and 2 months or so). The WWF owns the show and if it is successful they will shop it around to other markets internationally in the fall. </li><li>The WWF has already cleared out the 2nd and 3rd floors of WWF Headquarters in Stamford, CT for the various production staff, creative staff, assistants, executives and other office personnel who have been hired or have been assigned to WCW. WCW is going to be run as a separate corporate entity of WWFE, Inc. Had the deal not materialized for a television right’s deal then the WWF might have simply gone ahead with a storyline that would’ve led to WCW getting either Raw or Smackdown as their show. Now that is not necessary. </li><li>Some of WCW’s former production staff have already been hired. The WWF is also going outside the company for more production staff. Most of the backstage personnel needed to staff WCW is already under contract and a creative team headed by (for now at least) Shane McMahon serving in the Vince McMahon role is already starting to meet to plot out WCW stories. </li><li>Though Kevin Dunn, who is WWF’s Executive Producer, will have the official title of Executive Producer of WCW Programming we are told it will fall to Dave Sahadi (who is responsible for the fantastic video promos for most of the WWF’s ppvs and television shows as well as other production duties) to head up the day to day running of WCW’s Production Team. Monday Night on Raw Linda McMahon promised a "blockbuster announcement" and she did not disappoint. At the conclusion of Raw the CEO brought out her son, WCW Owner Shane McMahon, and announced that the WWF had waived its exclusivity agreement with Viacom and WCW Nitro will premiere next month on TNN much to the shock and dismay of Mr. McMahon. She also announced that Shane McMahon is allowed to return to the WWF arenas. Will we see the WCW Owner on Smackdown? How will Mr. McMahon answer this shocking development.

Monday on Raw Triple H and WWF Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin's tentative alliance crumbled in the main event of Raw leaving WWF Commissioner William Regal to suffer at the hands of Kane, The Undertaker & Chris Jericho. Thursday on Smackdown the Commissioner is promising to address Stone Cold and The Game. What will happen?

Judgment Day is in 10 days and the WWF Tag Team Titles will be on the line but before then Edge & Christian will have to defend their titles this week on Smackdown against The Brothers of Destruction. Can Edge & Christian make it to Judgment Day as Tag Team Champions?
