WWE - A Chaotic Future

WWE - A CHAOTIC FUTURE

After a sleeper hit in Wrestlemania 31, WWE seemed to do no wrong. Building a successful new face in Seth Rollins as WWE World Heavyweight Champion, along with having Daniel Bryan and John Cena carry the midcard titles to add more credibility did nothing but wonders for the company. Now, with a mere one week until Money In The Bank 2015, can the WWE keep its momentum going strong as it propels itself into A Chaotic Future?

(Background Info - This is my new dynasty. I'm basing this off of TEW 2013 but I do like to add my own fictionalized elements as well I'm going to write up full Raw shows, and I'll recap Smackdown. I don't have a divas division, so they're non-existent in this dynasty.)

STORYLINES

NEW HEIGHTS FOR THE WWE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION

After narrowly escaping with tainted victories against Randy Orton at both Extreme Rules and Payback, Seth Rollins finds himself with the odds stacked against him walking into Money In The Bank: he has to defend his WWE World Heavyweight Championship against five other men in a ladder match! Rollins will be joined by rival Randy Orton, Dolph Ziggler, Bray Wyatt, Big Show, and a surprise entrant yet to be named! Can he emerge still wielding the championship, or will one of his five potential challengers secure the gold?

THE TRUTH REIGNS ON THE UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP

Roman Reigns still believes he belongs at the top of the WWE's food chain, and he plans on proving it. He issued an open challenge to so-called 'top dog' John Cena a few weeks ago on Raw. Cena answered, and told Reigns that if he's all he's cracked up to be, he'll be able to take the title no problem at Money In The Bank. Can Reigns back up his claim, or will Cena prove why he holds the gold?

INTERCONTINENTAL TURMOIL

Daniel Bryan's done a hell of a job proving why he's the WWE Intercontinental champion, especially after defeating Bad News Barrett cleanly at Payback to secure the championship gold. But Sheamus refuses to let Bryan rest easy - attacking him and laying him out the following night on Raw. Sheamus has made it clear he's coming for the title, but Bryan is more than up to the challenge. Question is, can Bryan's heart combat Sheamus' brutal assault?

THE BULGARIAN BRUTE SEEKS TO SILENCE THE LUNATIC FRINGE

Dean Ambrose is a reckless human being, but agreeing to a match one-on-one with Rusev may be pure insanity. After Rusev went to attack John Cena after a match Cena had with Ambrose, Ambrose inserted himself into the picture and the two began trading blows. Ambrose managed to get one up on Rusev, throwing him out of the ring. Rusev didn't take kindly to that, bloodying Ambrose and leaving him to be carried out on a stretcher the following week. The match was set by Triple H, and now we can only wait in anticipation until these two meet one-on-one.

TAG TEAM TURMOIL TAUNTS THE HORIZON

Cesaro & Tyson Kidd are respectable champions, that much anyone can tell you. But they've made their fair share of enemies in both The Ascension and The Usos. Both teams wanted a shot at the titles, and after a match that ended in a double count-out, Stephanie McMahon decided that a triple threat tag team match for the titles at Money In The Bank was best for business, and we find it hard to disagree.

MR. MONEY IN THE BANK

The pay-per-view wouldn't be complete without the titular ladder match in addition to the stacked card. The odds have never been greater - secure the briefcase and have a near-guarantee that you'll be the next WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Who are the lucky contestants? Luke Harper, Stardust, Ryback, Erick Rowan, Neville, The Miz, Rob Van Dam, Damien Sandow, and Bad News Barrett!

Raw coming soon guys! Hope you enjoy!

Confirmed Matches:

The Ascension vs. Los Matadores

I love the Colon family, but the Matadores gimmick blows

Bray Wyatt vs. Dolph Ziggler

I can see this going either way, but I'll go with Wyatt

John Cena vs. Stardust

Cena has a huge match scheduled against Reigns

Goldust vs. Luke Harper

Goldy is one of my all time favorites but he has to tart slowing down at some point.

Ziggler’s attempt at a second Zigzag is what cost him, however - Wyatt had been playing possum, overselling Ziggler’s prior fameasser and allowing him to not only dodge Ziggler’s second Zigzag attempt, but put him in perfect position to score with a Sister Abigail. </span><span style="font-family:'Book Antiqua';"><span style="font-size:12px;">-Reports from last night's Raw indicate that the show was a solid hit, and a great go-home show for WWE Money In The Bank. The standout match without a doubt was the impromptu tag match (Daniel Bryan & Dean Ambrose vs. Sheamus & Rusev). Seeing as Orton/Show never happened, that match could be considered the main event, and it delivered and then some. Two simeltanious stories at play, and it was a sight to behold. Seth Rollins' promo was also a smash hit. While the ending segment wasn't a big surprise, we got a solid show here that capitalized on all the storylines heading into Money In The Bank.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Book Antiqua';"><span style="font-size:12px;"> </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Book Antiqua';"><span style="font-size:12px;">

</em></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Book Antiqua';"><span style="font-size:12px;">

-WWE also may have dropped a few hints about where we're going with future storylines: Randy Orton/Bray Wyatt, Stardust/John Cena, and Roman Reigns/Seth Rollins seem to be where the company is headed.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Book Antiqua';"><span style="font-size:12px;"> </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Book Antiqua';"><span style="font-size:12px;">

-Rumors circulating through the locker room indicate we may soon see a major shift in Cesaro. Records indicate the company is ready to get behind him again, and he may have a major babyface turn, followed up by a huge rise through the roster. This is purely speculation at this point, but it comes from a very reliable source.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Book Antiqua';"><span style="font-size:12px;"> </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family:'Book Antiqua';"><span style="font-size:12px;">

<span style="font-family:Verdana;"><strong>HAS JOHN CENA FOUND THE BEST SPOT ON THE CARD?</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:Verdana;">

Cena appears to be thriving in his midcard role, putting over younger talent whilst simultaneously using his drawing power and brand to make both the midcard and the US Championship feel main-event like. After his program with Reigns (who headlined Wrestlemania and is also making the championship and midcard feel big), one can only wonder if WWE will keep him here after the success he's found.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:Verdana;">

</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"><strong>WHO'S WALKING OUT WITH THE MONEY IN THE BANK BRIEFCASE?</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:Verdana;">

WWE have done a great job at making an ambiguous MITB title match Sunday. Several of the stars have momentum, and could be concievable winners. A lot of insiders are betting on Brock Lesnar being the 'surprise entrant' and walking out with the briefcase, and cashing in later in the night. While it's plausable, WWE also may give the rub to one of their younger stars with the briefcase. Among those who could be realistic winners are Ryback, Damien Sandow, and Bad News Barrett (who is said to be hand-picked by Triple H to be called up to the main event soon). It's a guessing game for sure, but if we had to lay our money on someone, we're betting on Ryback.</span></p></div><p></p><p></p>

Cena

Ambrose

Cesaro/Kidd

RVD (how does this work in game?)

Sheamus, I'm hoping

Pre-Show: New Day by a little.

I'm impressed you're attempting this presentation style. It's great, but it'll be difficult for you to upkeep, I think.

Keep up the good work. :)

<p>For the 9-man ladder match, I wish I had a better solution but I'll end up doing a 6-man ladder match with 3 interference/distractions. I wish it allowed more men to be in the battle.</p><p> </p><p>

Thanks for the predictions guys, MITB will be up soon! I appreciate all you reading so far!</p>

<p>That first RAW was good and I like the overall direction you're going in too. As Kijar said, good luck keeping that format up. <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

<em>Can't see anything else happening, or a reason to take the belt off Rollins tbh. I think the mystery man could be Brock Lesnar, but him returning in a 6-man ladder match doesn't fit his character for me.</em></p><p> </p><p>

JOHN CENA © VS. <strong>ROMAN REIGNS</strong></p><p>

<em>I sense some heel vibes, which is the right move to take. As much as I think Cena being US Champ makes sense in real life, in a TEW setting, there's very little reason for him to hold it.</em></p><p> </p><p>

DEAN AMBROSE VS. <strong>RUSEV (W/ LANA)</strong></p><p>

<em>I love Dean Ambrose, I really do. But at the same time, I love Rusev. Could go either way, but I'll back Rusev just because Ambrose got the W on RAW.</em></p><p> </p><p>

DANIEL BRYAN © VS. <strong>SHEAMUS</strong></p><p>

<em>Same logic as Cena's match. I feel like there's no reason for Bryan to be IC Champion. I would move him up to feud with Rollins alongside Cena or something, that could make some interesting matches.</em></p><p> </p><p>

Kofi Kingston hit a low blow on Kallisto behind the ref’s back towards the end of the match, but Goldust tagged himself in and began brawling with Kingston. At this point, Big E and Xavier Woods took out Sin Cara on the outside, and while Goldust was distracted with checking on Kalisto, Kingston nailed a Trouble In Paradise and secured the victory. 8:41 <strong>C-</strong></p><p> </p><p> The New Day stands united after the match, with <strong><em>“New Day Sucks!”</em></strong> chants reigning over them, though they no longer look offended by them. BAD NEWS BARRETT</span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:14px;"> </span></strong></p><p> This match was frantic, with a lot of high spots and shocking moments. Within two minutes of the opening bell, most of the men were on the outside scurrying for ladders. Neville launched himself from the top rope into a somerset flip onto a group of Barrett, RVD, and Sandow, taking them all out. Harper then followed suit, taking all the same men, plus Neville, out. Rowan and Miz brawled in the ring, trading blows until Ryback took them both out with a double clothesline. Neville managed to set a ladder up in-ring and scaled it quickly, but Rowan knocked it over, sending Neville crashing to the outside. Miz threw Stardust into the steps, and then performed a Skull Crushing Finale onto them. RVD and Sandow brawled on top of a ladder, until RVD knocked Sandow off. Instead of going for the briefcase, however, RVD hit a Five Star Frog Splash from the top of the ladder onto Sandow! <strong><em>(“Holy Shit!” Chants)</em></strong> Ryback then clears the ring, throwing men left and right from it until he comes face-to-face with Luke Harper. The two big men begin brawling, trading blows, until Erick Rowan clotheslines them both! Chaos ensues throughout the middle of the match, until two ladders are set up below the briefcase. Stardust, Neville, RVD, and Barrett ascend the ladders! The four brawl until Stardust dropkicks Neville off, sending both of them crashing to the ground! Ryback gets into the ring and pulls both Barrett and RVD off - Ryback hits a Meathook on RVD! Barrett smashes Ryback with a ladder, and then hits a Bull Hammer! Barrett ascends the ladder, but Neville’s right back at it, and the two trade blows! Everyone else is down! Neville scores with a BIG right hand, but Barrett counters with a Bull Hammer on top of the ladder! Neville falls! Barrett secures the briefcase! Barrett has won! 20:41 <strong>B-</strong></p><p> </p><p> --</p><p> </p><p> We transition to a shot of the announce table.</p><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="39663" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Michael Cole</span></strong>: My God! Rusev got the early advantage, using his power to suplex Ambrose and then carelessly toss him to the outside. Rusev went to work immediately after, keeping control by spearing Ambrose through a barricade and then throwing him into the steel steps. Rusev broke the count and went back to work on Ambrose, throwing him across the announce table. Rusev eventually got Ambrose back into the ring and went for the Accolade, but Ambrose countered and hit a dropkick, sending Rusev into the ropes. Ambrose began taking it to Rusev with a Lou Thesz press, followed with a Dirty Deeds attempt, but Rusev counters and immediately goes back to taking it to Ambrose. Ambrose manages to counter a clothesline, and hits an STO! 2 count! Knee strike from Ambrose, who is starting to build some momentum! Lana jumps onto the apron and screams at Ambrose, who turns and begins trash talking back to her. Rusev shoves Ambrose into Lana, who falls to the outside! Rusev then delivers a powerful kick to Ambrose! 1-2-3! Rusev brings home the victory! 12:43 <strong>A-</strong></p><p> </p><p> Following the match, Rusev goes to the outside to help Lana up, but she ends up storming away in anger. JBL comments that Lana may not have appreciated Rusev sacrificing her to get the win.</p><p> </p><p> --</p><p> </p><p> In the training room, we see Neville being treated by a doctor. Let’s Go Reigns!”</em></strong> chants. It was a very even match between the two, with both men playing off each other’s strengths and weaknesses. At one point, Reigns impressively reversed a Five Knuckle Shuffle into a roll-up that he transitioned through into a Spear from off the ropes. Both men clotheslined each other towards the end of the match, and were down until the count of 9 when they managed to make it back to their feet. Reigns went for another Spear, but Cena managed to jump over him, and then caught Reigns on the rebound, scoring with an Attitude Adjustment! 1-2-3! John Cena retains! 10:43 <strong>B-</strong></p><p> </p><p> Following the match, a replay shows that Reigns’ foot made contact with the rope at the 2 count, but the ref didn’t see it. Rollins retrieves a ladder from outside and hands it to Big Show, but Orton tackles him on the outside. Big Show and Rollins try to keep anyone from scaling the ladder for the remainder of the match, but at one point Ziggler leaped from the top rope to a ladder in the middle of the ring, and had a finger on the belts until Rollins dropkicked the ladder, sending Ziggler crashing to the outside of the ring. Bray Wyatt managed to take out everyone by swinging a ladder around, and then delivered a Sister Abigail to Big Show onto the ladder. Wyatt cleared the ring for a bit, until Ziggler tackled him to the outside. Rollins and Show seized the opportunity to set the ladder back up, and as the ring was cleared, Rollins scurried up. Suddenly, J&J Security and Kane rush out to the ring, prompting Lesnar to drop down and take out J&J with a double clothesline! The numbers game takes advantage, however, and Kane, Wyatt, Big Show, and Rollins all manage to take Lesnar out, ending with Big Show delivering TWO KO punches just to level Lesnar. Rollins climbs up the ladder, but Orton re-enters the ring and climbs up the ladder!
