1. I'm actually really curious to see what Marbella would look like if she had the Stacey Keibler/Maryse treatment?
 2.

So almost out of nowhere Drew Gulak has turned into one of the favorite superstars. I was a fan of his wrestling since he joined WWE but his character work has been highly entertaining this past month.

I'm getting a Kermit the Frog vibe for Drew everytime I see him.

It is absolutely amazing. I hope he winds up sticking around for a long time, and maybe even becomes a manager one day. I have a feeling he'd be really good in that role.

 3.

Emma, Darren Young and Summer Rae released.

Really like Emma and Darren Young though Summer Rae is terrible.

Emma: The moment she injured herself early on her first trip back to the main roster, I knew it was over. Injury prone superstars almost never make it far in WWE. I'm not surprised and actually think she'll benefit from this.

Darren Young: Nice guy and all and a decent talent, but my god he was so generic on the mic.

Summer Rae: Don't remember a thing she did other than being Fandango's girlfriend.

WHO'S NEXT?

Do whatever you want during your breaks, but don't make it public with what could be interpreted as a mockery of the WWE top. You know how highly they value social media... It was a stupid move. Too bad for him, though. He had a good thing going. Maybe he just got too cocky to attempt things like this.

It is an absolute shame he did it too, he seemed like a really good writer. Didn't he come up with the Roman vs Braun feud and the List of Jericho?

Not because of him hanging out with the Bullet Club, but more how he acted on his own part.

 6.
Shane...

Kevin...

Sami...

It's...it's just not right.

 7. Starting a NJPW game for the hell of it; any advice on how I can make it work?
 8. I will say right now that I knew Brock was going to beat Braun. As dominant as he's been and as over as he is with the fans, it wasn't his time yet. Expect 2018 to be his year. On No Mercy: Good show overall, not quite on the level as GBAF or Elimination Chamber; but overall still a fun show with a lot of good matches. MOTN: Jason Jordan vs The Miz and 66% of the Shield vs She-saro.
 9. Overall thoughts on Battleground: Well, that could have gone better...but it could have gone a lot worse.
 10.
Maybe y'all can help me out a little.

I'm playing my very first 21CW game and I've just signed Marbella to a contact. I've given her the gimmick of a seductress.

The question is, who should be her client? I've already hinted at Luke Cool, but it seems a little too obvious. Any suggestions?

 11.

Shane McMahon was murdered in August 2019 at the age of 49, with several wrestlers accusing Paul Levesque and Stephanie McMahon of knowing about his potential death but letting it happen anyway. This was even said to be part of a plot to take over the company. As a result of this, several wrestlers such as A.J. Styles, John Cena, The Hardy Boys, Shinsuke Nakamura, Austin Aries, Chris Jericho, and Kevin Owens left the company either to start their own company, become a booker, or wrestle in other promotions.

Libertine Wrestling Federation formed in January 2022, but they had a terrible pool of wrestlers to choose from, resulting in the first few episodes being total dogcrap except for practically every angle involving the 23-year-old owner and head booker of the company, Josh Drake, a former race car driver from the WRA (his career along with the other drivers is detailed in a dynasty I made on Operation Sports.) who has an Atheist (Legitimate) gimmick. His angles were rated no lower than 95 and he is the only reason why LWF manages to survive. I plan on having a dynasty with this company later.

Unfortunately, Lucha Underground, along with pretty much half of the promotions that started the game closed down, going from 158 promotions to just 98 in 3 years.

...

Damn. That has GOT to be a rare event.

 12.

It sounds like he requested it.

I'm hoping we get answers soon, because from what it seems; Austin requested the release and it seemed to be on good terms.

So, I don't know.

In other news: Dixie Carter's going to be working with WWE, she'll be a part of the new Kurt Angle documentary they're working on.

Also, A.J Styles is the new United States champion; he beat Kevin Owens in a live show for the title.

 13. A'ight how do we all feel about Mr. Corbin being Money in the Bank's newest king?
 14.
So i'm thinking of making a stable akin to Evolution for SWF. I've already figured out who I want in it, The Crippler, Joey Morgan, Bret Starr and Spencer Spade.

I just have two questions;

1. What should I name the group? (I've already got a working name in 'Generations', but it sounds way too much like Evolution. I want something a little different)

And 2. How should I go about in debuting the stable?

 15.
So I figured i'd give out an update on the SWF game/diary.

I now have a clear path to Supreme Challenge, and I think I know where to go with it. Here are some of the plans i'm considering.

Nelson Callum- Hired by SWF, i'm considering giving a meteoric push akin to Kevin Owens/Brock Lesnar with a hint of CM Punk's 'Voice of the Voiceless' gimmick involved. Going to take part in a major feud that'll last beyond Supreme Challenge.

Eric Eisen- Working a gimmick akin to our current president Donald Trump, with a key difference; instead of him hating on immigrants or Mexicans, he is more concerned about a growing movement that he feels is 'killing' SWF. A vanilla movement let's say.

RIPW Callups- Spencer Spade has been called up from RIPW and i'm looking forward to giving him a major push in his own right, even considering putting him in a stable like WWE's Evolution. I also called up someone else (who for storyline purposes I won't reveal) and i'm having him go undefeated against superstars until Supreme Challenge.

Oh, and the pre-show for SWF's When Hell Freezes Over is already up so...if anyone's interested...yeah.

 16.

What the heck happened to Bayley? First she was squashed and she was ignored on Raw! Even during the womens match, Cole was like "Alexa deserves this by the way she treated Nia, Dana, Mickey!" They were all on screen but he also said Sasha, who wasnt! No mention of Bayley, not even her coming out to throw Alexa back in the ring to get whooped by Nia. Would have been nice to see her get some retribution after the loss at the PPV.

My guess is that she got in some trouble with someone high up in the back and she's paying the price for it.

Or maybe WWE saw the writing in the wall and decided to just walk away before it got worse.

It's for the best personally. Let her rest, then have her come back when the time is right.

 17.

I watched it live and it was great (minus Bayley's burial)

Every match, minus the Women's Title match, was pretty good. Even Kalisto vs Apollo was good in the pre show.

I'm pretty upset at the way Bayley was treated in this feud with Alexa Bliss though. She got beat down in the weeks before the PPV, and then didn't get her revenge at the PPV. Just took a bunch of cane shots and laid down for 3.

And who saw Joe's win coming? I guess a hoss battle will be entertaining. Not a chance they put the belt on Joe though, Brock is going to take him to Suplex City.

The way Alexa and Bayley's match went felt like WWE decided to say 'abandon ship!', and really; I don't think they had much of a choice. Between the universally panned This is Your Life segment and the five minute matchup they had; this feud did them no favors.

I think what needs to happen to Bayley now is that she needs to go on a 'road to redemption' esque storyline, have her come out saying that saying what happened at Extreme Rules was not the real her and that she lost something on her way to the WWE and have her go on a mission to find said thing.

Every other match was really good though. I did not see Samoa Joe coming from a mile. It felt way to early to pull this off, but i'm glad that they did. A matchup like this sounds amazing and hopefully it gets built up as a battle between two hosses.

Overall, this was a great show. (minus the women's title match) I'd say this takes Elimination Chamber's place as the best PPV of 2017 for WWE for me.

 18.
Ok, this technically can't count as an actual game thing; more diary than game, but I feel the urge to say this.

I've taken Brandon James and Ana Garcia's characters to heart.

What do I mean by this? Let me explain.

Ana Garcia- Has the gimmick of a 'Diva'. Which, ok? A little contradictory considering her place in the SWF ranks, but whatever. What do I do with her? Turn her into the biggest bitch possible without turning her heel. The result is absolutely hilarious.

Brandon James- Basically he's now the bastard-son of Mr. Kennedy and The Rock. References himself in third person, has microphones coming down to him on his command, an ego the size of Jupiter and maybe even the Milky Way; I think it's safe to say i'm going to enjoy writing this guy.

I'm also happy with how The Crippler is turning out, I even gave context as to why he became The Crippler in the first place. I'd spoil more, but I won't.

All i'll say is that if you're morbidly curious, I urge you to check the diary out. (It's got Barry Bowen in it!)

 19.

Barry's Log:

January 1st, 2016

Whelp; The contract's been signed, the paper work's been taken care of, it's official. I'm the new booker of SWF.

I guess this shouldn't have come to as much of a shock, I am a SWF veteran after all; former two time SWF champion and took part in some of SWF's best angles. It's thank to me Christian Faith was able to extend his career a few couple of years, and because of me; Jack Bruce began his rise to become the biggest wrestler SWF, hell, the entire world had seen in modern times. In recent years, I've retired and taken a backstage job taking care of all the matches.

Simply put, when you're as old as I am, it gets harder to do the things you used to do. Funny story, when I was like thirty or so I used to be able to do a shooting star press. No, I'm serious; I actually did one back in CGC back when ol' George ran the show. No chance that I could pull it off now, if I did; I'm pretty sure I'd either crack my skull open or end up in a wheelchair for the rest of my life.

But then, I start to ask myself? Why me? I've never run a wrestling promotion before, much less book a show. Maybe Richie got drunk off his ass again and decided to spit out some names, maybe the job was originally going to Eric or Jerry or even Phillip. (Enforcer Roberts for those not in the know) But no, he picked me...and boy did he choose a wonderful time to pick me.

To put it bluntly, things in SWF aren't so hot right now. In fact, they've actually kind of sucked. Don't get me wrong, the boys out in the back are trying their damnest out there and I'm sure Jerry meant well; but outside of Lobster Warrior's turn to the dark side and Gilmore and Rogue's rivalry, it's been a pretty rough year for the company. Especially in terms in ratings. And don't even get me started on the Black Wednesday Betrayal, I had to personally restrain Richard from strangling everyone. It's probably one of the reasons Peter (Michaels) got the axe, you can argue whether or not it was justified; but when he left, it was a pretty sad day for us in the locker-room.

And so, here I am; sitting in my office, looking at the roster, seeing what I have to work with and what I can do to make sure we don't have a repeat of last year.

Hold on tight, because the Runaway Train is rolling out of the station...

Join Barry Bowen as he maneuvers through life as the SWF booker in

SWF: Rolling Out of the Station.

Link: http://www.greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?p=2234741#post2234741

 21.
#Jindermania is running wild brother!

This is easily the greatest turn-around for any wrestler I've ever seen. The fact that even WWE mentioned that it was hell freezing over makes it even more amazing.

I sincerely hope Jinder goes on to shock the world and have a long and successful reign with the title, and I mean it.

 22. Why do I get the feeling they only called it this because the person who made the song died recently? (At least, I think he did)
 23. After tonight, I think I can officially say i'm sold on a Jinder Mahal title run. Even if it is just transitional.
 24. Singh seems to be a really popular name in India. The Great Khali's real name is Dalip Singh, Jinder Mahal has Singh as a middle name, Tiger Ali Singh has Singh both in his ring name and his real name. That being said, it's actually a bit of a change in pace for WWE. If I recall correctly, Ranjin Singh was the last person to have that as a last name. They've actually done a pretty good job resisting 'Singh' otherwise. I don't take it as McMahon or WWE being racist, I take it as they realize Singh is a popular name in India and decide to use it to their advantage.
