1.
Right, here's the deal. Was playing a PGHW only game until I got the idea one year in my game to join TCW. TCW right now is struggling with star-power having lost Wolf Hawkins to SWF and Eddie Peak, Jay Chord and Joshua Taylor to USPW. (They did get Nicky Champion though, that's pretty good)

The first thing I did was create a developmental promotion for TCW and hire a bunch of young stars who had potential and a few other very successful stars to fill out the roster.

I've also looked at the roster for TCW and decided to give DWN and Rudy Velasquez managers. DWN is being paired up with Hayley Buck (who's backstory will be that she was hired as an image consultant for him and then later turned into his girlfriend)

Rudy is a little more difficult. I've chosen Heather Braband to be his manager. I'm honestly not sure what the story behind pairing should be; I can't see them being in a relationship and Heather's not charismatic enough to handle a mic. So, if you have any ideas let me know.

I've also stolen some talent from 21CW, Adam Matravers and Leigh Burton. Adam will be getting an A.J Styles-esque push to the top. Any advice on how to book him?

I've even got a new stable coming up from developmental when the time is right, Waylon Walls, Raheed Stash, Harvey Robbenfield and Mutant will be paired up as 'The Nation'. They will also need a big feud to cement their place in TCW. But against who?

Lastly, I need plans for Hugh de Aske, Marc DuBois, Lug Phelan, Kip Keenan and Freddy Huggins (who is returning after a neck injury) for when they enter (or in the case of Freddy, re-enter) the main roster.

 2.
To me, Jinder was not exactly the best decision. If anything, he was the only decision.

Think about it-

Mojo Rawley- Not ready for the main title yet.

Luke Harper and Erick Rowan- Do you really want to see this feud continue?

Dolph Ziggler- Has a feud with Nakamura and his ship sailed three years ago.

Sami Zayn- As awesome as it would have been, it would be better saved for a heel champion.

Jinder, while you do have the issue with hotshotting; you do at least have the sense of something different. That and the fact that he is about to gain a stable of his own might be a sign that WWE might finally be ready to give him more than just scraps. (And despite what you think, Mahal wasn't always a jobber. He was actually pretty hot during his first few months in his first WWE run, and in NXT,)

 3. Once Orton's done with Mahal, Rusev should be the next person he faces. That, or Zayn. Whichever comes first.

Let's see how this plays out.

 5. Personally, the best part for me was when Braun Strowman got up. That's the moment that made me realize that he could and should be a world champion. You don't just get up from a ring collapse like that, you have to be superhuman to do so. In short, Braun Strowman for Universal Champion.
 6. That ring collapse. That freaking ring collapse. That is going to be idolized for years to come.
 7.
So RAW gets Wyatt, Ambrose and Miz and SmackDown gets Owens, Zayn and Charlotte?

That's...actually a pretty good trade.

 11. Is he the same guy who obsessively hated over Roman Reigns and drooled over Drew McIntyre before he left the WWE? If so, yes. That is the same iruleall15.

 13.
Boom. Jericho costs Owens the title. Called it right then and there.

Not really a horrible show, but not a great show either. Felt a lot like a RAW episode.

 14. TNA's going to die pretty soon anyway. Might as well watch it burn while it's still here.
 15.
Swagger was a good wrestler and did have some decent matches during his time, but this was a case of someone being too good to be true.

People thought he'd be the next Kurt Angle, but the problem was that Swagger was a hot mess on the mic and it didn't help that he had a terrible world title reign. His partnership with Zig-rrero felt random and out of place of all this.

I thought maybe his run with Zeb Coulter would finally make him interesting, but Swagger had to go ruin everything and get arrested for getting stoned. He never recovered after that debacle.

But yeah, he could have been a decent upper midcarder if given the chance; but all in all, Swagger was a case of expecting too much from someone not up to par.

On one hand, Jericho really held Kevin Owens back during his title reign; but on the other hand the way their friendship ended was so epic in structure and storytelling that I don't want their friendship to end.

In my mind that is still one of the best in the series just for the fact it has GM Mode. Honestly that is how I found this site as I was trying to find out if one of the releases of Smackdown Vs. Then I discovered TEW and I dove down the rabbit hole for many years....because it did a great job of replacing the itch of wanting to actually wrestle.

...I'm learning a lot about my fellow wrestling fans today. I have stopped watching the main shows because I feel like "Why should I torture myself if I'm not enjoying what I'm watching?" I don't have a subscription to the network because WWE in my eyes have not earned my money. I watch NXT via Hulu and I'm perfectly fine with that because there is no incentive for me to get a subscription.

I'm critical of WWE because I want the product to grow with me. They were a perfect fit for me in the Attitude Era because they catered to my age demographic. Even the Ruthless Aggression Era they seemed to grow and mature. (I did hate Hunter's Reign of Terror don't get me wrong there) But right when the Chris Benoit tragedy happened and they did that big knee jerk reaction to go PG is when I personally started having qualms about the product.

I understand from a business stand point of why they did what they did. The media was constantly attacking them because of what Benoit did and I get it. I took a long step back away from wrestling at that time.

I started watching again occasionally right before CM Punk's "Pipebomb" because I noticed that guys like Punk and Bryan were getting a lot of TV time and I was really enjoying their matches. When the "Pipebomb" did in fact happen I really did think that WWE was finally starting to shed that PG coat of paint and was catering to fans like me again. (Again don't get me wrong I don't need a constant barrage of hardcore matches and T and A to keep me appeased. I just need story telling to be cohesive and not talking to me like I'm 8 years old)

I was loving WWE at that point and was all in but then RAW changed to 3 hours. It is funny how they bumped an hour on the show and then forget how to book properly anymore. There booking became so inconsistent it started to drive me crazy. I still grinded it out until Punk walked out (I was actually at his last RAW in Dayton, OH where he wrestled Billy Gunn). After that it was like WWE chased off half the reason I watched the show (The other half was Daniel Bryan).

I stopped watching after 2 weeks of Punk leaving and didn't pick the product back up until almost a year later (If you are wondering I did miss out on the whole Daniel Bryan wrestlemania thing). I occasionally watched but Daniel Bryan was mostly what made me kept coming back.

Every time WWE would do something right in cohesive story telling I praised them but it was like the very next week they would mess it all up again.....then Roman Reigns happened. While at one point I did like a lot of aspects about Roman. He could easily put on good matches with decent opponents but the fact that WWE kept trying to script him was blatantly obvious.

When the guy is given free rope to go out there he is very witty you just never seen that come across on TV. It wasn't that Roman was terrible it was how WWE was choosing to handle him that was driving me crazy. They were never playing to his strengths and trying to "create" the next John Cena instead of just letting him be Roman Reigns.

I really really tried for 2 years to look past it but when they just smothered the TV with bad and shoddy booking centered around him I just couldn't digest it anymore. I love Kevin Owens, Sammy Zayne, Finn Balor, New Day and Cesaro and attempted to watch RAW for them but I couldn't stomach WWE's vision of Roman Reigns.

Then I thought well I can escape it by just watching Smackdown....then they keep showing vignettes of stories with Roman involved in them and PPVs where he is still the focus. NXT was the only true escape so that is where I've been as a fan ever since.

Eh, it wasn't all you. I was just frustrated over things that I clearly cannot control. I guess you were the unknowing straw that broke the camel's back.

We all have different feelings on how WWE should be run, my problem was that I felt that some were a little more vocal than others. But at the end of the day, it's all a part of the IWC circle of life.

The point is; we're allowed to have differing opinions on the product of WWE. I personally think WWE's in a decent position, (especially considering the success of SmackDown and NXT as of late) you may not think so and that's alright. I just don't like it when people claim that they know how to improve things or how to write out a certain idea when I just haven't seen the proof.

I guess it's probably because I like to see things from a more optimistic point of view and wait before I judge something that I got a little heated. I'm just glad you didn't take this the wrong way.

(Oh, and uh; Teddy's going in the HoF if anyone's interested: http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2692769-teddy-long-to-be-inducted-into-wwe-hall-of-fame-class-of-2017)

Complaining about certain aspects you don't like is fine, but if you have nothing positive to say about what you're watching, whether it be WWE or TNA or Game of Thrones or whatever, you probably shouldn't waste your time watching it.

That said, this is a forum populated by people who play a wrestling booking simulator, so I think a certain level of nit-picking and second-guessing of storylines, character development, creative decisions, etc. is to be expected. And honestly, I think the complaints and criticism are generally mild and reasonable here, especially in comparison to some other corners of the web.

Personally; I think we're among the more level-headed wrestling discussion groups out there. Alongside Whatculture, Cageside Seats and Wrestling With Wregret.

Yeah, I agree with you; if you don't like certain aspects of a show, fine; that's your opinion. But if there's literally nothing about it you like? Then maybe you should find something else to watch.

I also apologize if I came off as a little too assertive and/or quick to judge during my little soap-box moment, I just get sick of people claiming that they can do something when I haven't seen any proof of it.

 24. I like you already. Great beginning to what should be an interesting diary. Good luck!
