1.
I'm sick and tired of people in the IWC thinking they know how to book a wrestling show, when I haven't seen the proof that they can.

And then when they see something that they don't like, they start to complain about it; and if someone starts to disagree, they get all tough and try to argue.

It's a waste of time, it's annoying, it's arrogant as hell, but more importantly it does a disservice to those who actually have booked a wrestling show whether for real or on their TEW diaries.

Look at any TEW diary from the beginning to the most recent game, these people have been writing about wrestling for years; and the majority of them have been fantastic. Do these people know everything about wrestling? No, they don't. And they don't pretend that they do.

If you think you can do better than WWE, NJPW, LU or any of the promotions out there; then prove it. Turn on your TEW game and start coming up with a diary, this is your moment to shine; show me that you can make a good wrestling show.

Because this thinking, honestly, is what is going to kill the wrestling business and that sickens me. That's what grinds my gears right there.

 2.
Ok, this is something that has really be bothering me for a while now and needs to be said.

Everyone likes to think that they know what they want from wrestling. From those big promotions such as WWE, NXT and NJPW; to those smaller companies like ROH, TNA, LU; we the IWC have made it our livelihood trying to explain what wrestling should be. The problem now is, we've grown so big and so arrogant that a good majority of us think that our way is the best way and no other way can work or is 'problematic'.

For instance; someone wants well booked stories with relatable characters and a clear face/heel vibe, others want a grey/grey feel in their stories, someone else wants wrestlers who have impressive work rate to get bigger pushes, another wants big beefy men fighting for the title. Some like younger newer stars, some like older more seasoned veterans; charismatic but weak in the ring, bland but puts on daily MotNs.

In short, people in the IWC and in the wrestling business think they know what wrestling should be; but honestly, they don't. We don't. No one knows what the best wrestling is, of those promotions over the years; only two have come the closest. NJPW and WWE, and I'm pretty sure even they weren't confident that their plans for success would work out in the slightest.

Listen, I'm not going to defend everything WWE does; I think there are some stars that could use some better booking and there are some feuds I don't think should or have a reason to exist. But if you really are unhappy with the way WWE is being run, you have two choices; suck it up and hope things get better, or boycott the company. This means unsubscribing to the WWE network, not watching RAW or SmackDown; no PPVs, no merchandise, no NXT, not even WrestleMania. But let's be honest, there's no way that's ever going to happen unless if a lot of people came together and did so.

You want to make a change in wrestling? You make it happen. Stop complaining, and start doing something to fix the problem. Because unless if you don't, then i'm sorry to say it; but you're a part of the problem.

Fans don't treat the new guys with the same reverence they treated Goldberg. TV ratings sag when part-timers aren't around, supposed main event matches get bumped to the midcard and replaced with Sasha and Charlotte headlining, the show loses energy and nothing matters because the new guys lack the personality to get their stories over.

I agree that there comes a point when you really need to roll with a new guy but how can you guarantee the fans won't flip on him like they did Roman Reigns? WWE gave us a new guy and we rejected him en masse. Why should they dare to try again, especially right now when business is very good?

Plus, logic, WWE is a business. Every push is a business decision and is considered with mind not heart. Vince probably really wants to do all-conqueroring babyface Sami Zayn overcoming the vicious asshole tyrant Roman Reigns - but unless the metrics line up, it would be business suicide to run that story.

Here's my opinion on the whole matter; if a new guy is getting good responses from the crowd and you trust that he can be given a larger role, then go for it. Build him up to a more prominent role and see what happens.

I mean, look what happened last year with Slater; he started the year off as a complete jobber, then when he had his free agent story and eventually became tag team champion. That's one example of WWE deciding to put their faith on a star and seeing what happens.

But at the end of the day, WWE is a business. They do what they do want and that's their right. We can say whatever we want, but unless something drastic changes, this is the status quo; and we're stuck with it.

(Also, saying WWE is falling into WCW territory sounds a little exaggerated to me, especially considering how bad WCW got during it's last years. Just saying)

Jack Bruce is well into time decline, and 8 years past his prime. I am sticking with the initial storyline with The Crippler, probably through the first 2 PPVs. Hoping that by the second match I will have The Crippler's popularity up enough to have him win the blow off. After that, I am hoping to have him pass the torch at Supreme Challenge in a retirement match to a new figurehead.

Any ideas for something for him to do in the mean time? Afterwards I may move him to commentary, as he has some skill in that regard.

He never went into decline for any of my SWF games, but in the case of he does; I'd put him either on commentary or in a managerial role.

 5. Is Samoa Joe going to be using the Uranage as his finisher from now on? Cause if so, that'd be cool. (Looks pretty sick from the way he does it)

Eventually he's going to have to crack.

On an unrelated note, i'm watching some old promos from when Swagger was with Coulter; regardless of political belief, you have to admit; that was some of Swagger's best work. Shame that he had to ruin his career.

 9. Trust me, a Goldberg in today's wrestling world would bomb big time. Times change, seasons fly. People don't want just a star with a great look and a few big moves; they want the full package. Although, if I'm being honest...Roman Reigns is (slightly) better than Goldberg. And now to go build the bomb shelter to save myself from the millions of people I've just upset by making that statement.
 10. If Wyatt doesn't win the title come EC, you might just get your wish.
 11. Yeah, that's basically it in a nutshell. They've learned the art of fake-outs. Started at WrestleMania 31, don't think it's going to stop anytime soon.
 12. Ok, there's something about the Rumble last night that I've kind of realized. WWE might have had no choice but to put Roman in. You know how all those surprise entrances were being considered for the Rumble? Well let's see... Omega: Said his contract would not be up in time for said event. Angle: Said he wouldn't be in it. Balor: Was still recovering from his injury, so he's out of the question. HHH: Did that last year, not worth doing again. Rollins: Already worked Takeover, and considered what happened there; it's clear he wasn't going to attack someone from behind and steal their spot. Joe: I'm not exactly sure why Samoa Joe didn't enter the Royal Rumble; but even if he had debuted in the Rumble, why would you waste him on a match that he wouldn't win anyway? Now yes, you can argue and say Styles entered the Rumble and he didn't win and you'd be right. But here's the thing, up to that point; Styles hadn't stepped foot in a WWE ring. This was historic, and WWE played it as such; Samoa Joe has been in WWE's developmental system for around two years at this point and has pretty much massacred everyone in his path. IMO, with such a killer aura; wasting his big debut on a match he has little chance of winning would be a bad move on WWE's part. Especially considering how much he's accomplished in NXT. Now that I think of it, why does there NEED to be a surprise entrance?: Yes, it's fun to bring back old friends from years back and it's a fun way to pop the crowd, but that's just it; their surprise entrances. They exist to surprise the audience. It's clear their not going to win, and that's ok. They do their job and leave. That's not to say there shouldn't be a surprise entrant, I myself would have liked to see a surprise entrant in the rumble; however, I can't say it really hurts the match either. So back on the case of Roman Reigns, I think the WWE were planning on having someone big come in at no. 30 and clean house; only to be eliminated at the last moment by Randy Orton, but once they heard that Omega, Angle and Balor were out of the question; they had to pull a magic trick out of their sleeves and fast. And IMO? I think it worked out better than it should have. Think about it, you could put anyone else eliminating The Undertaker in this year's Rumble would have easily been booed out by the audience; but at this point, Roman Reigns is reaching X-Pac levels of hatred; so you know he's going to be massacred no matter what happens which makes the moment all the more intense to watch. In short; It's Booking 101 at it's finest, Wrestler eliminates legend, people don't like it, the wrestler beats everyone up, then some other wrestler takes him out of nowhere and wins. But in the case of Roman Reigns, the fact that he's so hated by the WWE Universe makes the moment even more powerful than it had every right to be.

And when Orton won I just raised an eyebrow, like really? No offense to Randy, but him in the mainevent of WM? In 2017? *Head scratch*

I was honestly a little shocked about Reigns being thirty. I didn't even think he'd be in this year's Royal Rumble, very ballsy move. I'm guessing they did it to kick-start the Reigns-Taker match at WrestleMania.

As for Orton, I think this might actually end up being a brilliant booking path going forward if Wyatt ends up winning the WWE championship at EC. We'll see later down the road, but I wouldn't be shocked if this was the case.

EDIT: I just now realized that Kane wasn't even in the Royal Rumble.

I'm as shocked as you are.

The whole "here comes super Roman!!! " for the second year in a row sucked all the joy out of that for me though.

Again, kudos for the crowd for letting Vince know exactly what they thought of that booking.

I'll say this much, at least this time around it served a purpose. He eliminated The Undertaker in his hometown, That to me sounds like a feud is on the horizon.

I will also admit that I would like to see a darker side of Reigns myself, and I'm hoping that with this that we can finally see something resembling that. (Who knows, maybe he turns heel. That's something we've been waiting for)

Please? I DUN WANNANOTHER CENA/ORTON BOREFEEEEEST ;_;

I'm imagining that's the case, that might explain why Randy won the Royal Rumble.

 16.
RANDY ORTON EVERYONE!

Did not see him winning. I knew he'd play a big role in this year's Rumble, but I didn't think he'd win.

Awesome ending to a fun as hell Royal Rumble.

 17.
...Are they building up to Sami Zayn winning the Royal Rumble?

I'm asking because it feels like it to me.

 19.
Planning on making a new stable akin to the NWO. (Without the many additions that came after)

Braun Strowman, Cody Hall (developmental guy who has improved significantly during the last few months) Kevin Owens are all going to be a part of it; Kevin Nash will also take part as their mentor. (He's currently managing Strowman)

Just a few things I need to go over with you guys. What should I name the stable (NWO is too obvious for me) and more importantly, how should I debut the stable?

But New York's pretty progressive too.

I think your best bet is to move to a swing state and help turn them blue in time for the mid term elections, such as Florida, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Ohio.

But if you really are planning to leave America, I won't stop you. (I would recommend checking out Norway, arguably the greatest modern democracy right now as reported by the EIU)

Update: Unrelated note, but today has been terrible for me. Had a stomach ache that persisted for three hours before puking in the trash can and later getting dirreha. Mom thinks it's the food I had at Chili's yesterday. 22.
The website started going insane for a little moment there, so I tried to refresh the page. Actually made it worse, eventually I decided to try another tab. And like that, it worked like normal again.

Not really a grind-gearing, but just really weird...

 23.
Well, this certainly has been an interesting week for the wrestling world.

I mean, in one week's time we've seen...

Jimmy Snuka pass away..

RAW put on their best wrestling show in a little while...

Mickie James return to the WWE...

Kurt Angle enter the Hall of Fame...

And another enter the presidency...(You know who by this point)

All we need now is for James Ellsworth to enter the Royal Rumble and this week will become an early candidate for most exciting week in wrestling for 2017.

That'd set up a tag match at some point, which could add some excitement to both storylines (plus serve as one heck of a match!).

Hmm, I was thinking of Kurt Angle just to give him at least one more accolade to his accomplishments, but I think your idea better.

On a side note, Cesaro and Angle's feud is actually face vs face. They are fighting to see who really is the best wrestler in WWE.
