TANOSHII - Dark Cartoony Lucha Fun (C-Verse)

The concept for TANOSHII were originally focused on promoting tag team matches, with an emphasis on the high-flying lucha libre style. The tag team idea was soon dropped, and instead replaced with the idea of one Grand Championship, and one Grand Tag Team Championship. It's weird and whacky characters give everything they have at every show because TANOSHII is a family. Each worker, working for his opponent and ally to ensure the best entertainment and most intense matches.

She is quickly undone when she fails to land a standing moonsault, allowing Kid San Juan to gain the upper hand.</p><p> </p><p> KSJ is giving Celeste a severe beatdown before he panders to the crowd with a bow and a middle finger!</p><p> </p><p> Celeste attempts to get back into the match but is once again the victim of some San Juan underhanded tactics as he rolls her up for a 2 count.</p><p> </p><p> After a few more minutes of offence and counters, Kid San Juan picks up the pinfall victory with a Moonsault Press.</p><p> </p><p> Match: <strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">E+</span></strong></p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Backstage Babau is beaten down by Coulrophobia! They slam him into a wall before Moroi comes to his partners aid, running off the Clown duo.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>JT:</strong> Babau looked seriously hurt there Smooth! How will he compete later on? This is a clear message from Coulrophobia that they are after the Grand Tag team titles!</p><p> </p><p> <strong>SC:</strong> And they are going to stop at nothing to get them JT. Looks like the Night Terrors may have to duck out of the match.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>JT:</strong> Well lets hope that doesn't happen because who will take their place? Will Coulrophobia be handed the titles due to forfeit? Before we find that out though we have our next match, and this one is going to be a Triple Threat!</p><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="39665" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><strong>Vendetta vs. The Tic vs. Phobia</strong><p> </p><p> Vendetta and Phobia begin the match double teaming The Tic, before Phobia tries to take down Vendetta. Vendetta turns into a dropkick from Phobia who goes for the quick pin but barely manages to get a 1 count.</p><p> </p><p> The Tic gets himself back into the ring and goes after Phobia, but is soon once again the victim of a double team by the Rudo's. This time it's Vendetta who turns on Phobia, choke slamming him into the turnbuckle. </p><p> </p><p> The Tic gets himself back into the match again, kicking away at Vendetta. He then hits Phobia with a Tic Leap, but Vendetta breaks up the pin at 2. Vendetta then hits The Tic with Anarchy in the USA for the win.</p><p> </p><p> Match: <strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">E</span></strong></p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> After the match, Phobia begins an assault on The Tic, enraged that he didn't get the pinfall himself. Vendetta leaves the ring as Ed Monton and some backstage officials try to pull Phobia away.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>JT:</strong> Phobia has lost it! Talk about a sore loser!</p><p> </p><p> <strong>SC:</strong> He didn't lose though Jerome, The Tic was pinned.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>JT:</strong> Well he didn't win either! Now on to our next match, and this is to determine our first Grand Tag Team Champions! Earlier we saw Babau get decimated backstage by Coulrophobia.</p><p> </p><p> <span style="color:#FF0000;"><strong>Pierrot:</strong></span> [speaking in Spanish] We came here to win titles. We came here to destroy dreams. We have already destroyed Dreams, or Night Terrors, so now just hand over those belts and we will be on our way.</p><p> </p><p> Morioi makes his way to the ring alone. Moroi & Pierrot start the match off, with The Night Terrors making frequent tags and hitting some insane double team moves.</p><p> </p><p> Pierrot eventually tags in Hellech after a low blow, not seen by the referee. Helelch takes control of Babau in the corner before hitting some of his signature moves on him.</p><p> </p><p> Babau finally gets to tag in Moroi after being double teamed by Coulrophobia. All 4 men are in the ring and it's chaos! We will make those who stand in our way suffer great pain and great regret.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>JT:</strong> What a match! And who is that shadowy figure? </p><p> </p><p> <strong>SC:</strong> Apparently we're finding out next month! Despite looking a bit dazed, NC webb once again managed to gain the momentum over his opponent.</p><p> </p><p> After some more back and forth counter attacking, Disturbed took advantage. He hit a running leg lariat followed by a standing moonsault for a 2 count.</p><p> </p><p> NC Webb pulled off the victory from out of nowhere with Charlottes Curse.</p><p> </p><p> Match: <span style="color:#FF0000;"><strong>E+</strong></span></p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> JT: Those guys gave everything they had to give in that match. Disturbed for my money should have won.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>SC:</strong> His lack of concentration cost him. NC Webb was always my favourite going into this match. And Smooth, we don't even know who The American Flash is going to be wrestling! I have given you, the fans, the greatest opportunity this evening in seeing my client defeat this cartoon character, The American Flash, and send his ass back to Toon Town with Roger and friends. Let me introduce to you... He gets a few 2 counts before The American Flash starts to fightback.</p><p> </p><p> The American Flash takes control midway through the match, hitting Dark with an array of high flying moves, before Karen Killer distracts the referee, allowing Dark to hit The American Flash with something. 1...2... The Amercan Flash kicks out! Calvin dark is livid!</p><p> </p><p> Dark continues the beatdown on The American Flash, however he attempts to go to the top rope and The American Flash gets his second wind! He headscissors Dark off the top turnbuckle! Karen Killer tries to get involved again but Allie James runs down and pulls her off the apron! The American Flash rides his wave of momentum, hitting the High Velocity Senton to pick up the win!</p><p> </p><p> <span style="color:#808000;"><strong>NEW GRAND CHAMPION OF TANOSHII</strong></span>: The American Flash</p><p> </p><p> Match: <strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">E+</span></strong></p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> <strong>JT:</strong> What a night! JT: Welcome Ladies & Gentlemen to Hail The Mushroom God!

 

SC: Who the hell is this Mushroom God? Show should be called All Take A Knee & Kiss The Ass of Smooth C!

 

JT: Er... ok then. Tonight we have a great show just for you. At the end, we'll be announcing the winner of our "Result Fallout" competition in which our fans can send us their predictions for the next event.

 

Match 1 - 4 Corners

 

Charity Sweet vs. Kid San Juan vs. Disturbed vs. Brimstone

 

The crowd were behind Charity in this match, but hated seeing Brimstone, and let him know throughout this match. Kid San Juan got heat all throughout with his underhanded tactics. The end came when Charity hit Kid San Juan with a Sugar Smack and got the 3 count as Brimstone & Disturbed fought outside the ring.

 

Rating - E

 

JT: What a Match! Charity pulling off the big upset victory.

 

SC: Women shouldn't be fighting the men. The guys looked to hold back from really taking her out of the game. She got lucky.

 

JT: I had you down as being a lot of things, but sexist wasn't one of them. Wait, why is Karen Killer out here?

 

Karen Killer: Last month we bore witness to an injustice like no other when that cartoon super hero wannabe, The American Flash, stole Calvin Darks championship from him. Now I know he has some how managed to duck out of a rematch this month, but let this be known, American Flash, if you have the balls and are half the "hero" you claim to be, then you'll grant The Sadistic one a rematch next month, or there will be an innocent victim suffering because of you're cowardice.

 

JT: Strong words from Karen there on behalf of Calvin Dark. Will American Flash accept?

 

SC: Of course he won't. It's a well known fact that American Flash fears the Dark!

 

Match 2

 

The Tic & Aguila Azul Celeste vs. Vendetta & Phobia

 

The crowd really hate Vendetta and didn't hide it. They were behind the team of Tic & Celeste who worked pretty well together as a team. The match finished when Phobia walked out on his partner allowing The Tic to roll him up for the pinfall following Celeste hitting the Aguila Press.

 

Rating: E-

 

JT: What was all that about between Phobia & Vendetta?

 

SC: Quite simply put, Phobia is a coward and Vendetta carried the team for the whole match. Phobia will be in Vendettas sights!

 

JT: Any way, a great victory for Tic & Celeste. Oh what the hell does this guy want!? He's not scheduled for an interview!

 

NC Webb: Ladies and gentlemen. My name is NC Webb, and for those who don't know it, I am bad to the very core. Tonight I take my place, atop the mountain, when I beat The American Flash and take away the TANOSHII Grand Championship. And when I do, I will be walking away with the belt, and there's nothing anyone can do about that.

The American Flash: NC Webb, I have listened to you. I have watched you. Later tonight, I'm going to beat you and send you packing from TANOSHII! You, my friend, will be taking nothing away with you.

 

Oh and whilst I am out here, Karen Killer, let me address your attempts to manipulate a situation into your favour. I accept your challenge, I do not like having my "balls" questioned, but it does lead to a question of my own, where are Calvin Darks balls, having a women come talk for him? I shall see you both next month, when i finish the job I started.

 

NC Webb: Sorry to disappoint both you and Calvin Dark, Flash, but you will be defending nothing at next months event because you will be recovering from the worst beating of your life... if I allow you to live through our match!

 

JT: Strong words form both competitors! If The American Flash wins, he has agreed to defend the belt next month against Calvin Dark.

 

SC: He's got to get through NC Webb first, and that won't be easy!

 

 

Pierrot & Hellech make their way to the ring along with a weird guy in smudged face paint carrying a demonic looking doll who we learn is called "Senseless".

 

Senseless: For those who don't know us, we are called Senseless. Voices of the forgotten, the unheard and the ignored. We are the soul of darkness in this world of the damned. Last week we made a promise to take someone's soul with us. So who will our first victim be?

 

Match 3: - Open Challenge

 

Senseless vs. El Mitico

 

A short match that saw Senseless dismantle his opponent in under 2 minutes following a move he calls The Carousel.

 

Rating: E

 

Senseless: We are the forgotten, we are the Senseless, we are the children nobody else wanted, our very own Twisted Family.

 

JT: That was just plain creepy. Who the hell is this guy?

 

SC: I've no idea, but he's a damn freak!

 

JT: Well whoever he is, Coulrophobia seem to believe in his hype. This makes for a dangerous combination.

 

SC: Talking of Coulrophobia, they are still in the ring with Senseless standing outside the ring... is he talking to that doll? He's out there JT! I'm not sure he's someone we should be getting near.

 

Match 4 - Grand Tag Team Championship

 

The Night Terrors © vs. Coulrophobia

 

In a decent match that really had the crowds attention, The Night Terrors retained their titles following a disqualification when Senseless got involved in the match, assaulting Babau on the outside before hitting Moroi with a metal pipe. The Twisted Family beatdown on the Night Terrors, leaving them in the ring, but taking their title belts with them!

 

Rating: E+

 

JT: They aren't the champions! They've stolen The Night Terrors belts!

 

SC: Well these things will happen if you don't keep a watchful eye on your property.

 

Match 5

 

Calvin Dark vs. The Outlaw

 

A very open match that had the crowd booing Calvin Dark all the way through. Karen Killer of course got herself involved, causing a distraction that allowed Calvin Dark to hit The Outlaw with a pipe for the pinfall. After the match, Calvin & Karen celebrate in the ring.

 

Rating: E-

 

JT: It's time for our main event of the night!

 

SC: That's right, we're going to see that fraud The American Flash get what's coming to him. NC Webb is leaving as our new Grand Champion!

 

JT: That has yet to be seen.

 

Main Event - Grand Champion of TANOSHII

 

The American Flash © vs. NC Webb

 

In a good match that had the crowd chanting for American Fusion and booing the underhanded tactics of NC Webb. Calvin Dark and Karen Killer made their way back out and sat at commentary. The American Flash retained his title when he hit the High Velocity Senton for the pinfall victory.

 

Ratin: D-

 

After the match, Calvin Dark jumped into the ring and attacked American Flash. He held up the Grand Champion of TANOSHII belt with one foot on the fallen Amercan Flash's chest as the show fades to black.

JT: Ladies & Gentlemen, welcome to Mission Unlikely! We've got a stacked line up of action tonight in which vengeance will be sought, and alliances will be formed. My name for those who don't know is Jerome Turner, and alongside me tonight is the ever modest Smooth C.

 

SC: Packed, stacked and about to be unleashed on the world! Tonight is going to see the final piece of Calvin Darks rise to dominance when he takes that Grand Cahmpionship away from the American Fraud!

 

JT: Let's go down to ringside for our first match of the night.

 

Match 1

 

Charity Sweet vs. Kid San Juan

 

The crowd were behind Charity, although they at times lost interest when she was being beaten down. Kid San Juan tried to play to the crowd with heelish tactics but they just didn't care too much for him. Charity Sweet picked up the win with a pinfall.

 

Rating - E+

 

JT: The crowd don't seem to like KSJ. Wait a minute... looks liek we have company.

 

Karen Killer: Behold! The most twisted, evil man to ever step foot between the ropes, Calvin Dark! Tonight, we will see the demise of the American Fraud, and witness the birth of destruction and violence when this supernatural phenom stands with the Grand Championship of TANOSHII wrapped firmly around his waste.

 

Karen Killer is interupted by the music of American Flash.

 

American Flash: I apologise for the interuption but I was stood back there listening to you talk nonsense and half truths. It is true, Calvin Dark is twisted. It is also true that he is one evil son of a gun. I do however take issue with you lying to the children in the crowd by claiming Calvin Dark will be leaving with my title. That my dear, misguided, Karen is horse spit.

 

Calvin Dark: TONIGHT FLASH... I END YOU!

 

JT: Well it looks as though American Flash means business!

 

SC: That fraud is going to get what he deserves. Calvin is leaving here tonight with that belt, so you better just get used to it JT.

 

Match 2

 

The Outlaw vs. Brimstone

 

The crowd really didn't get into this match despite The Outlaws best efforts. Brimstone looked like he didn't want to be out there. The Outlaw eventually won the match via DQ when Karen Killer attempted to distract the referee and Brimstone used a foreign object, which the referee spotted.

 

Rating: F+

 

JT: What is Brimstone doing? He is going to go nowhere trying to take shortcuts like that to victory.

 

SC: You gonna be the one to tell him that?

 

JT: I think I'll pass on that.

 

SC: That's what I thought.

 

Match 3

 

The Tic & Celeste vs. Acid II & Vendetta

 

The crowd were really behind Tic & Celeste, and Vendetta had the crowd hating his antics. Acid II almost won the match for his team, however the referee was still busy arguing with Vendetta who had tried to interfere. Acid II got in his partners face and was pushed into a roll up by The Tic for the pinfall victory! Vendetta then assaulted Acid II before grabbing hold of the official. The Tic and Celeste saved the ref from a beating and Vendetta escaped through the crowd

 

Rating: E.

 

JT: What is Vendettas problem?!

 

SC: Acid II just wasn't up to Vendettas level, he knows it and that's why he got hung out by his partner.

 

JT: Vendetta is an ass.

 

A video begins to play on the "Mini-Tron" of a long abandoned fairground.

 

Senseless: Sticks and stones may break our bones, but we will torture and kill you! We are the forgotten and shunned, we are societies sick little jokes. Lives lost to a world that hated us, a world that didn't understand us, a world of hypocrisy and corruption. Now we return to wreak a special kind of Havoc on all who represent what we want to destory. Night Terrors - you're next.

 

Match 4

 

NC Webb vs. Disturbed

 

The crowd seemed to be into the match, which was an excellent back and forth affair. NC Webb picked up the win when the disgrntled Vendetta came back out and attacked Disturbed (with the referee knocked down at the time). NC webb covered for the 3 count before he and Vendetta began beating down Disturbed.

 

Rating: D

 

JT: Vendetta had no business being down here. What does he have against Disturbed?

 

SC: The same thing we all do. He sucks.

 

JT: That's your opinion, and I can see tonight you're in an asshole kind of a mood so we'll leave it there because now comes time for a twisted Hardcore Match!

 

Match 5 - Twisted Hardcore 6 Man Tornado

 

The Twisted Family (Senseless, Hellech & Pierrot) vs. The Night Terrors & Deadly Deadshot

 

In a very good match that had a lot of action, The Twisted Family picked up the victory when Hellech pinned Deadly Deadshot following an assault with a circus hammer. Senseless spent a while during the match arguing with "The Doll" he brings with him. During the match the lights went out for what seemed like no reason (guess someone needs to pay the electricity bill).

 

Rating: E+

 

JT: I'm just going to go out and say it. These guys are freaks! Absolutely deranged, psychotic freaks!

 

SC: For once I agree with you! I would not want to cross these guys on a dark night! Hey JT, do you know what time it is now?

 

JT: What time is it Smooth C?

 

SC: It's time for Calvin Dark to finally take what should have been his in the first place! It's Main Event time!

 

Main Event - Grand Champion of TANOSHII Match

 

Calvin Dark w/ Karen Killer vs. The American Flash ©

 

The crowd were behind The American Flash throughout the match. A good solid match that saw several attempts by Dark & Killer to cheat their way to victory, however it back fired when The American Flash whipped Calvin Dark into Karen Killer who was on the apron before hitting him with a DDT followed by the High Velocity Senton for the pinfall victory. After the match Primal Rage came out to the stage and stared down at The American Flash before turning around and walking out.

 

Rating: E+

 

JT: Did you see who that was!? That was Primal Rage! What is he doing turning up in TANOSHII!?

 

SC: Well whatever it is JT, it can't be good for The American Flash!

TANOSHII NEWS

 

TANOSHII and Brimstone have parted ways. Brimstone is wished well in his future endeavors and one day he may return to the company but for now, he seeks opportunities elsewhere.

 

Senseless picked uo an injury at Mission Unlikely and will hopefully be ready by our next show. It is a minor shoulder injury which will keep him out for around 2 weeks.

 

Our Next show will be titled "Not Another Wrestling Movie"
