Yeah but I can try can't I can try maybe you should have me as a roadagent I'll start picking some of your matches. MAW World Title Elimination Chamber Match (C) Mario Heroic vs. American Machine vs. Tribal Warrior vs. Samoan Machine I'm assuming you aren't gonna let this one be picked by a road agent. Samoan Machine is your man he is a god among wrestlers and even if I didn't hate Mario Heroic there is no way he could hold a candle to Samoan Machine. After this you should haave the war of the machines Samoan Machine vs American Machine. Also hire a good Japanese guy an good british guy and a good canadian guy and have them all be Machine. John Greed & Nevada Nuclear vs. American Elemental & Mainstream Hernandez I think the heels should take this one and I think the road agent might as well "Shooter" Sean Deeley vs. Kentucky Bill I'd pick Deeley but the road agent might go bill cause I'm not sure on Deeley's overness MAW Traditional Title Match (C) Al Coleman vs. Phoenix III Colemna can't lose isince he just one and he's more over then Phoenix so even if the road agent choses I'm betting it will be Coleman Elimination Match Joss Thompson vs. Leroy vs. Kashmir Singh vs. Adam Matravers Matravers is the best of the bunch but if not him then the roadagent might pick Singh

Results: MAW The Taste of Steel
Segment 1: (C) Joss Thompson is in the ring before his match talking to the crowd. Joss Thompson: “My name’s Joss Thompson, I'm an American guy who wrestled in Britain for the last couple of years and now I'm back in my home country. I hope to make an impact here in MAW by making my way to the top and becoming MAW Champion.” vsvsvs Elimination Match: Joss Thompson vs. Leroy vs. Kashmir Singh vs. Adam Matravers (D) Adam Matravers won this match with a mile high moonsault on Leroy. The order of elimination was first Kashmir Singh, then Joss Thompson and finally Leroy. Winner: Adam Matravers Segment 2: (C-) Al Coleman: “Gosh I wish Mean Jean was still here. I wanted him to see me with a title around my waist. His eyes would drop out! When I first came here in MAW after my first match he came to me and said. I know you’ll never win a title on your own. But if you stay by my side and do the things I tell you to do, you’ll sure be one half of the tag team champions one day. Young and dumb as I was back in the day, I accepted his offer of helping him. And it didn’t lead to us winning the tag team titles, but to Mean Jean winning the MAW World Title! He walked away with all the honor. Now here I am with a title belt around my waist. So, Mean Jean if you’re here, which you probably aren’t, take a good look at it.” MAW Traditional Title Match: (C) Al Coleman vs. Phoenix III (D) Coleman retained his title. He had a little more difficulties than last month but still made Phoenix III tap. Winner: Al Coleman Segment 3: (C-) Sean Deeley comes out with some kind of a rifle in his hand aiming at Kentucky Bill who is already in the ring. Deeley clicks two times and yells Bang! Bang! and starts laughing. Bill looked terrified. Deeley won after a belly-to-belly suplex. Winner: Sean Deeley Segment 4: (C-) Sean Deeley: “You just got shot … by the shooter. Bang! Ba..” Samoan Machine’s music hits and he comes out. Samoan Machine: “What a stupid catchphrase is that! Come on… who the hell yells bang bang in a wrestling ring. And I didn’t see you shoot anything, so good old Billy isn’t shot. Make sure you bring your best game with you next month, as your facing me! Whether I become champion or not.” vs John Greed & Nevada Nuclear vs. American Elemental & Mainstream Hernandez (C-) American Elemental and Mainstream Hernandez won the match after American Elemental hit an Ode to Elemental on John Greed and made the pinfall. Winner: American Elemental & Mainstream Hernandez Segment 5: (C-) Nevada Nuclear is leaving the arena while Greed is still in the ring. He asks for a microphone. John Greed: “Woh woh woh! Where do you think you’re going? You need to pay me first! I thought we had a deal?” Nevada Nuclear: “I ain’t giving you no money! It’s your fault I lost this match, you didn’t get the job done. The deal was no victory… no money.” John Greed: “I didn’t hear you say that! You promised me money, I want it or else I will make you pay in another way in two months!” Nevada Nuclear: “Fine! Make me pay! Or give it a try at least.” Segment 6: (C-) Rip Chord: “Ladies and Gentlemen, all rise for the four time USPW Tag Team Champion … Tribal Warrior!” vsvsvs MAW World Title Elimination Chamber Match (C) (C) Mario Heroic vs. American Machine vs. Tribal Warrior vs. Samoan Machine Mario Heroic retained his title in what was quite a difficult match for him. from WrestlingNews.com
June 2010 Hirings and Firings:

Travis Century has left DAVE due to contract expiry. Century has held multiple championships in DAVE, he is a two time DAVE Brass Knuckles Champion and a one time DAVE Tag Team Champion with Guide as Seek and Destroy. Not bad for a 47 year old. DAVE has signed a replacement in former TCW wrestler Eric Tyler. Tyler has already worked for DAVE in the past before signing with TCW. In TCW he has held the TCW World Tag Team Titles twice with Ricky Dale Johnson as "The Heavy Smokers".

CARD: MAW Holiday Hell
Samoan Machine vs. "Shooter" Sean Deeley Last week Samoan Machine got sick of Sean Deeley beating everyone and saying his stupid catchphrase. He thus challenged the guy to a match, which will take place at Holiday Hell. Will the former MAW World Champion end Sean Deeley's winning streak or will Deeley defeat yet another big name here in MAW. American Machine vs. Tribal Warrior Two of the guys who lost in the elimination chamber match go at it against each other. They're both fairly new in MAW and need to build up a fanbase here in the Mid Atlantic. There are lots of fans to be won in this match! It might be crucial for their future here. Mainstream Hernandez vs. Phoenix III Two of our high flying based wrestlers are going one on one. The Mexican star Phoenix III is the former cruiserweight champion, as you know. Mainstream Hernandez has yet to win a title in his young career. This match might point out who gets the next shot at the MAW Traditional Title. Adam Matravers vs. Leroy Last month in the opening four way elimination match, these were the last two guys in the ring. Matravers came out on top that time. Leroy gets a chance at undoing that result by defeating Adam Matravers at Holiday Hell. Can he do it or will Matravers show that he is truly better than Leroy?
Rating prediction: C / C- (hope for a C) / D / D (or E)

Samoan Machine vs. "Shooter" Sean Deeley The buck (or winning strak as the case may be) stops here American Machine vs. Tribal Warrior A good win over Tribal WArrior will boost Machine a bit. I say tag American With Samoan and have them be American and Samoan Machine the ultimate tag team. Mainstream Hernandez vs. Phoenix III I want Phoneix III to win but if this is gonna point the way to the next contender for the MAW Trad title I'm gonna have to go Hernandez who I don't like that much Adam Matravers vs. Leroy Matravers is the man always was and always will be

Little known fact about Joss Thompson - he's American! Although even I pushed him as an upstart Brit, as he's never made it in America. Hope he'd perfected the accent. Anyway, hope Mario is just keeping the title warm until Samoan Machine gets a shot at it.

He looks British and I looked at his overness (which is good in Britain) so I assumed he was British... should've checked his nationality ;)

He will face the winner of the following match next month to decide who is the #1 Contender for the MAW World Title.” Segment 4: (D) Samoan Machine gets attacked in the back by Sean Deeley while making his way to the ring. Sean Deeley on the other hand, defeated Samoan Machine after a vicious and cheap attack before the match started. This is actually a match between two guys who don't deserve to be here. But we'll see who's the better cheater. Samoan Machine vs. American Machine These guys have a lot in common. They're both machines, they both have a country in their name and they both lost their match last month. MAW Traditional Title Match (C) Al Coleman vs. Mainstream Hernandez Hernandez defeated Phoenix III last month to get his spot in this match. Cards: Mid Atlantic Wrestling Week
Last month, Rip Chord said it were four days, but after seeing that we have a healthy budget, we decided to go for five days! All five days are based on our "King of the Mid Atlantic" tournament. The winner will get a MAW World Title shot at the next show. The second price is a MAW Traditional Title shot, also scheduled for the show after the final. The pairings were totally random and decided by fate. There were eight names in one bowl and eight in the other. We took one out of each bowl and that's the match. Here are the schedules:
Day 1 Match #1: Mainstream Hernandez vs. Al Coleman Match #2: Tribal Warrior vs. John Greed Match #3: "Shooter" Sean Deeley vs. Leroy Match #4: Mario Heroic vs. Kentucky Bill

Day 2 Match #5: American Elemental vs. Adam Matravers Match #6: Samoan Machine vs. Kashmir Singh Match #7: Nevada Nuclear vs. Phoenix III Match #8: American Machine vs. Joss Thompson

Day 3 Quarter Final #1: Winner Match #1 vs. Winner Match #2 Quarter Final #2: Winner Match #3 vs. Winner Match #4 Quarter Final #3: Winner Match #5 vs. Winner Match #6 Quarter Final #4: Winner Match #7 vs. Winner Match #8

Day 4 Losers' Semi Final #1: Loser Quarter Final #1 vs. Loser Quarter Final #3 Losers' Semi Final #2: Loser Quarter Final #2 vs. Loser Quarter Final #4 Semi Final #1: Winner Quarter Final #1 vs. Winner Quarter Final #2 Semi Final #2: Winner Quarter Final #3 vs. Winner Quarter Final #4

Day 5 Match for 7th Place: Loser Losers' Semi Final #1 vs. Loser Losers' Semi Final #2 Match for 5th Place: Winner Losers' Semi Final #1 vs. Winner Losers' Semi Final #2 Match for 3rd Place: Loser Semi Final #1 vs. Loser Semi Final #2 Final: Winner Semi Final #1 vs. Winner Semi Final #2 King of the Mid Atlantic: Winner Final

Man... that took some thinkwork. I gave every guy a number (Main Eventers and Upper Midcarders 1 to 8 and Midcarders, Lower Midcarders and Openers 9 to 16) then let a random number generator do the work for me. The road agent (Rip Chord) will pick the win, so don't blame me if Heroic wins this, Apu :p BTW: I understand if you don't predict on this one, cause of the lenght of the tourney :)

Results: Mid Atlantic Wrestling Week

Day 1 vs Match #1: Mainstream Hernandez vs. Al Coleman (D) This was a rematch from last month. It was not as good as the previous one. This time Mainstream Hernandez won after hitting the apparition #14. Winner: Mainstream Hernandez vs Match #2: Tribal Warrior vs. John Greed (C-) A mix of style here as the Tribal Warrior is a hard hitting brawler while Greed is a not so powerfull luchadore. The Tribal Warrior showed that strenght overcomes speed. He won by pinfall after hitting the Head Hunter Special. Winner: Tribal Warrior vs Match #3: "Shooter" Sean Deeley vs. Leroy (C-) Sean Deeley had no problems whatsoever and made Leroy tap out pretty soon. Winner: "Shooter" Sean Deeley vs Match #4: Mario Heroic vs. Kentucky Bill (C) In this match, Heroic shows why he is the MAW World Champion. He delivered a solid main event match and won with ease. The crowd applauded after the match. Bill sold the moves well. Winner: Mario Heroic Final Rating: C- Attendance: 285

Day 2 vs Match #5: American Elemental vs. Adam Matravers (C) This was one of the two matches that the crowd came for. And it lived up to their expectations. It was full of high flying action and both guys are loved by the fans. It was a close match too, but Adam Matravers finally won after a mile high moonsault. Winner: Adam Matravers vs Match #6: Samoan Machine vs. Kashmir Singh (C) A match with Samoan Machine in is at least as exciting as American Elemental vs. Adam Matravers, no matter who his opponent is. He easily won but still let Singh show the talent he has. Winner: Samoan Machine vs Match #7: Nevada Nuclear vs. Phoenix III (D) A match which had good wrestling in it but it lacked the heat the previous matches had. Both guys are still building their fan base and thus the crowd didn't really care. Nuclear won after a Mushroom Cloud. Winner: Nevada Nuclear vs Match #8: American Machine vs. Joss Thompson (E) This match had the same problem as it's predecessor. American Machine won this close match after hitting the Jackhammer on Thompson. Winner: American Machine Final Rating: C- Attendance: 246

There was only one surprise in this match for me, Adam Matravers winning his match as the autopusher pushes him as an opener (the lowest rank in my promotion) while American Elemental is an Upper Midcarder! Nevada Nuclear was a slight surprise as well, but not that big as the autopusher made him an upper midcarder, while Phoenix III is a lower midcarder. In these matches you can also see which workers truly are main eventers (except for the new guys as they have to build up their overness / momentum a bit before they deliver). Samoan Machine, Mario Heroic, Matravers and Am. Elemental have shown that they are very reliable performers! I also give credit to Kentucky Bill and Kashmir Singh for not blowing the match up. Deeley, Greed and Tribal were as expected decent. Day 3 and Day 4 will prolly be up tomorrow or so...

Day 3 vs Quarter Final #1: Mainstream Hernandez vs. Tribal Warrior (C-) A decent match, once again the Tribal Warrior fights a wrestler lighter and less powerfull than him. He has quite an easy victory here. Winner: Tribal Warrior vs Quarter Final #2: "Shooter" Sean Deeley vs. Mario Heroic (C) A great match. Both men looked very strong. Heroic was slightly better and won after the Hero Attack. Winner: Mario Heroic vs Quarter Final #3: Adam Matravers vs. Samoan Machine (C) This was a demonstration of all different types of wrestling. These guys can fight any style and it showed in the match quality. Surprisingly Adam Matravers pulled off the victory after a breaking the Unbreakable Sleeper and hitting the Mile High Moonsault shortly after. Winner: Adam Matravers vs Quarter Final #4: Nevada Nuclear vs. American Machine (D) This match was the weakest one of the night. Due to the lack of crowd involvement. American Machine clearly won after a jackhammer. Winner: American Machine Final Rating: C Attendance: 532

Day 4 vs Losers' Semi Final #1: Mainstream Hernandez vs. Samoan Machine (C) A good match, but Samoan Machine was clearly the better man. Hernandez didn't look weak either however. Samoan won after a Samoan Driver. Winner: Samoan Machine vs Losers' Semi Final #2: "Shooter" Sean Deeley vs. Nevada Nuclear (C-) The shooter clearly had the better gun today. He lightly dominated this match, all-in-all without having any difficulties. He won after a belly-to-belly suplex. Winner: "Shooter" Sean Deeley vs Semi Final #1: Tribal Warrior vs. Mario Heroic (C+) These guys showed why they are in the quarter finals. The action went back and forth. The champ got nailed with the Head Hunter Special and didn't manage to kick out. Tribal Warrior is going to the finals! Winner: Tribal Warrior vs Semi Final #2: Adam Matravers vs American Machine (C-) A decent match. Matravers once again won the match. He seems to be the revelation of the tournament. The fans are really digging him now. He will have the most crowd support in the final. Tribal Warrior is very popular as well, but in a bad way. Winner: Adam Matravers Final Rating: C+ Attendance: 590
Notes: - I always let everyone do a 2min interview before their match so I don't get the "there were too few angles" message. Same for Day 1,2 and 5 - I also altered the order of the matches, that's why my raitings are higher than my main event's. I'm no fool lol. I know Nevada vs. Am Machine won't be better than Samoan vs. Matravers... - I'm really surprised by Matravers. He's already sure of a title shot now. When I saw the scheme of the tourney, I predicted he'd get kicked out in the first round. - Not really surprised by seeing American Machine win... he had an easy schedule. - I feel sorry for Deeley, but on the other hand I'm happy that the champ isn't totally weak. Was a bit surprised that he didn't get passed Tribal Warrior though.

These guys don't click at all in the ring. You could even hear a guy in the crowd yelling "Boring!" in the middle of the match. Mainstream Hernandez won by pinfall after hitting his Apparition #14. Winner: Mainstream Hernandez vs Match for 5th Place: Samoan Machine vs. "Shooter" Sean Deeley (C) A very good match for our standards. These guys have a bit the same style. Both are good technical submission wrestlers. Sean Deeley proved to have the better submission hold as he won with a Cross Chest Armbar. Winner: "Shooter" Sean Deeley vs Match for 3rd Place: Mario Heroic vs. American Machine (C) Once again, a very good match. Mario Heroic showed once again why he carries that belt as he was clearly the better guy in this match. He kicked out after receiving three Jackhammers with a grin on his face. He then went for the Hero Attack and pinned American Machine for the victory. Winner: Mario Heroic vs Final: Tribal Warrior vs. Adam Matravers (C) Yet again, a very good match. Tribal Warrior has the size and power advantage again this match. However he had big problems in this match. Matravers got three near pinfalls and Tribal Warrior won after he threw Matravers off the top turnbuckle while he was setting up for his Mile High Moonsault. Tribal Warrior gained the advantage then and won after a Head Hunter Special. Winner: Tribal Warrior Final Rating: C Attendance: 437

Aftermath Tournament Rankings: 1. Tribal Warrior (MAW World Title shot at MAW Bad Memories) 2. Adam Matravers (MAW Traditional Title shot at MAW Bad Memories) 3. Mario Heroic (MAW World Champion) 4. American Machine 5. "Shooter" Sean Deeley 6. Samoan Machine 7. Mainstream Hernandez 8. Nevada Nuclear
After these 5 shows, my overness skyrocketed from 24.4 to 28.4 I'm nearly at C- now :) 4 or 5 shows more and I'm "Regional". Too bad it'll be 2011 by then... the youngsters are getting old. And I tend not to use the generated wrestlers. So, in 2012 or 2013 I'm prolly going to import some guys younger than 28 from the DAMAGED-database, if my game is still going then...
