I've given myself a big headstart by having Steve DeColt as my UC & owner so there's a family feud return angle waiting. I wanna work in this guy and slowly work in another youngster on commentary. But working this first guy in is my goal. So a 3 man booth is what I got. This made me wonder if there is a way to release a worker without harming your relationship with them (to facilitate any future re-hiring)? Just go by their performance range (the score that's put in the notes after the match) and their overall while taking into consideration their entertainment/menace skills? </p><p> </p><p> I thought seeing that score post match would be a big help, but it's stumping me more than anything.
