Gungner
So what's up with these talent trade deals? I'm expected to pay $6,800 pr appearance for a worker, but they reject a $7,000 offer. Then even reject a $35,000 offer. For ONE appearance!

Teh_Showtime
<p>You can’t trade shared workers at all</p><p> </p><p> The logic in trading money for talent is deeply flawed and I don’t really see a time when it’s useful unless your roster is so bad they won’t accept any of your own guys. You also can’t even add a massive cash bonus as incentive for them to use some of your weaker wrestlers (for experience usually). The company does get the money, their fee is just bogus.</p>

Gungner
Ah, so when negotiating a loan, the wrestler is not negotiated for? He is paid what is said pr. appearance, but the traded wrestlers and the money in the bottom is what you pay the company for allowing him to come to you? Now it makes sense... thanks <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />
KnowYourEnemy
Quick question about downside: If I fire a worker before the end of the month, will he still receive his downside payment? This is very important in a certain situation.

I could loan a certain someone for 260 pr appearance + trades or money, but could sign to a PPA for a 120 pr appearance. So I just did that. I mainly only use the talent trade if the worker I want to borrow is on a written deal with the other company, too popular to want to sign a PPA with me or costs more for a PPA with me.</p>
