Can I change the picture of a worker while I have a save going or do I have to create a new save for them to show up?

You can change the picture mid-save.

 

If you want it just in your promotion, click on their name on the roster screen (where it gives you the editable bio, name and short name). Click on the picture, and find the new one you wish to use.

The ones without CV background are in PNG format and if you want them as GIF you have to save them yourself. I'm kind of allergic to GIF:s and are very happy that TEW supports JPG:s and not only GIF:s like WMMA. I haven't done a GIF since i changed from WMMA to TEW and i don't ever plan to do another of those stupid GIF:s.

Here is Dusty's suit. The one you used looked weird. It was missing some pixels around the neck. I've added those missing pixels and added a drop shadow to the shirt area.

Thanks for fixing Dusty's suit (actually Mark Carnie's suit, but Mark was too scared to ask for it back ). I'm sure it looked fine on my PC before I uploaded it, but clearly I was just blind.

 

I think you've misread my post though - probably my fault for not making it clear enough; I was looking for Molokai Milk and Joffy Laine in matching headbands, but without 'Milk' on them. Dusty was unrelated, although seeing him done up like that... hmmm....
