House Brendon used this to their advantage and started to work over Danielle Sweetheart. Jim Lou Freebush gets word that Simony was taken out backstage by an attack by the Uprising and berates House Brendon for their action. The match continued and saw House Brendon and Danielle Sweetheart and Foxy LaRue duke it out with the brawling skills. Eventually, after a ref bump, Simony Sentinel made her way to the ring, visibly angry. She immediately made an impact and hit the violent dream on both members of the Uprising. Eventually Tracy Brendon would take control of Simony and use the Idaho Crunch to put her away and win the match in 14:01. After the match, House of Brendon taunt their defeated opponents with Foxy LaRue promising that this issue between em' is far from over. . The show opens on the announce desk with our hosts, AAA lead announcer Jim Lou Freebush and Catherine Quine. They hope everyone is in the mood for some retribution as some old scores will be settled in the ring tonight.

"Tonight AAA will finish some Unfinished Business tonight. The AAA Femme Fatale Championship Title will be on the line in a Angel Of Death Match. All Out Action, Brutality, and Bragging rights will be on the line. Two AAA Legends go to war tonight!" Jim shouts almost losing his voice.

"And that match might get upstaged has the most miserable bitch since the 666 looks for some receipts when she takes on The Devil's Daughter. I am Jim Lou Freebush and I am running solo tonight due to the vicious attack on my co-anchor Catherine Quine by the psychotic Cherry Bomb. " Jim informs the audience.

"Luckily for myself probably Cherry Bomb has been suspended."

Electric Blue Vs Red Alert

Laura Flame introduced her partner for tonight's encounter, Pamela Rojo, to a chorus of boos as fans remembered the last time she was in AAA. Before the match started Laura Flame begin insulting the fans and then insulted Electric Blue. She stated that she recruited the best luchadora in the world to combat the "pretenders" in electric blue.

She then pointed to the announce table and laughed at what her "mentor" Cherry Bomb did to Catherine Quine. Electric Blue finally had enough of her mouth and hit Red Alert with a tandem dropkick to start the match.

The match had good wrestling as Electric Blue's strategy of attack was to keep a fast pace and take to the air when they could versus the brutal brawling style of Red Alert.

For a team that was wrestling for the first time, Red alert showed Excellent chemistry together and they overcame The high flying luchadoras in 12:28 when Laura Flame defeated Electric Dreamer by pinfall with a Flame Fire Kick.

After the match is done Suzanne picks up the microphone and stands in the middle of the ring.

"Washington.....we have a problem! That problem is a red headed psychotic tornado that feels they can do whatever they want to whoever they want and not suffer any consequences."

Suzanne calls out for Grace Harper to join her. They go back and forth on the merit of suspending Cherry Bomb for her actions against Catherine Quine.

"Some of those girls in that locker room might be afraid of Cherry, But I aint. It's time to teach that woman a lesson and I'm the teacher for the job. I want her one on one at the next event!" Suzanne says vehemently

The crowd cheer.

"Lift her suspension and Ill take care of this problem once and for all."

Grace goes back and forth but finally agrees and books the match for the next event. Suzanne Brazzle VS Cherry Bomb.

In a match that had Tag Team Title implications it was the Good Lookin' Bunny who prevailed by some unexpected help when Karen Killer, who had left her position at the announce table to respond to some taunting by Katherine Goodlocks botched her interference attempt and clocked Kate Lily with her loaded black purse/bag of doom in the face in 12:14.

After the match an upset Lily & Rose team tried to confront Karen Killer but she high tailed it out the gymnasium before they could get their hands on the Devil's Circle manager. They ran into The Pandemic and a post match brawl ensued between the two teams who had to have security and refs break them apart.

"You know Ive always been a champion since I was young. If it was soccer, I was a champion. If it was volleyball, I was a champion. Even it was being the prom queen of my high school, I won that, I did that. I've always been on top in everything that I do. But....you know what was my greatest accomplishment....beating Sara Marie York. Nothing, pleased me more than defeating her for the Queen of the Ring Title and now....now I have a change to END her. Sara Marie York you asked Grace Harper for our match to be an Angel of Death Match. Girl, you must have a death wish!"

Joanne points to empty place on her mantle.

"This is where I'm going put a picture of your battered, bloodied, and defeated face. Our final chapter Sara, and this story is going to turn into a nightmare for you!"

Joanne pushes the camera back as it fades to black.

Before the match started the Crowd where rabid and started chanting for Nadia Snow over and over again.

"Nadia's gonna PLOW you, Nadia's gonna PLOW you, Nadia's gonna PLOW you!" The crowd chant in unison.

The A-Listers are having none of it and beckon for the crowd to shut the hell up. The crowd's fever eggs on Foxy who rushes Lauren and starts the match. The match was a contrast of styles has Foxy used her brawling technique, kicking and punching viciously, while Lauren used her superior mat and chain wrestling skills to counter Foxy's offense. Foxy set up Lauren twice for the FLASH HEAD KICK but missed her chances both times.

The match came to an end when Foxy, thrown to the outside of the ring by Lauren, was subject to a SUPER KICK by her new manager while Lauren was distracting the ref. Demelza rolled Foxy's body into the ring and Lauren hit her with the "Best of The Best" Suplex and picked up the valuable victory in 17:25.

In a match that had good wrestling and a good reaction from the crowd The Devil's daughter defeated Paige Croft in 11:18. During the match Steph Blake came out to ringside and joined Jim Lou Freebush on commentary. She stated that before Zoe Ammis left the company and returned to the "Agency", she was turned back to her "true self" by another girl in the locker room.

Steph blames Paige for it. "That woman is miserable, 24-7, and she knows that eventually returning to the "Agency" would make Zoe's life "miserable".

When the match went to the outside, and the referee being distracted by Karen Killer, and the two women were brawling near the announce table, DD shoved Paige into Steph Blake. The two women exchanged words and then started brawling with Steph Blake getting the upper hand and planting her wit a sheer drop DDT on the outside. DD took advantage, rolled Paige into the ring, and planted her wit a Devil's passage and picked up the victory.

Devil's Daughter makes defense number 2 of her AAA Top Contender's title.

Word had gotten out yesterday that everyone's favorite girl-next-door would be leaving AAA to go up north by the end of the month. Sara came out to address the fans first and foremost.

Sara gave a heartfelt speech where she acknowledged what a fantastic professional WRESTLER she had become because of her time in AAA.

"While this might be my last match in AAA, I am going to enjoy every last damn minute of it by beating Joanne Rodriguez and winning that championship one last time!"

The crowd chanted "Please don't go!" over a dozen times as streamers it the ring!

MAIN EVENT--ANGEL OF DEATH MATCH AAA Femme Fatale Championship Title Match

In what turned out to be the best match in AAA history, the two "faces" of AAA went to war with each other. This match saw the uses of tables, chairs, ladders, and trash cans all make their way into play. At one point in the match Sara dumped the trash can on Joanne and repeatedly hit the can with stiff kick strikes and knees to the head.

Surprisingly, York was taking the fight to JRO dishing out ridiculous amounts of punishments using various weapons available to her. Rodriguez survived being put through a table with an Energy burst and Sara kicked out of a J-Rocker on a chair.

The crowd were on their feet cheering Sara on!

J-RO eventually secured the victory with a top rope J-Rocker through a table. In an exceptional match, Joanne Rodriguez defeated Sara Marie York in 20:16 by pinfall with a J-Rocker.

D DAY

We ended the 2016 on a real high but the start of 2017 might have been our "Come down". In one month we lost 3 of our biggest and youngest stars, with Sara Marie York being the biggest of them all. Sara has been here since 2003 and was a AAA lifer having come up through our Dojo system. I remember seeing her in the dojo and at first thinking she was going to turn into a useful member of the roster someday but she def. rose beyond that and is a for sure hall of famer. I wont lie. I did try to entertain her with an offer, giving her multiple concessions in the contract, but the money was too good and the opportunity to wrestle at a National stage was too much for Sara to turn down.

Jaime Quine also left us to go up north. Catherine told me in our financial meeting that she had the exciting/scared feeling for her sister. Excited that she ultimately was going to get seen on a bigger platform but scared that Jaime might potentially get lost in the shuffle.

Something that probably wouldn't happen here I laughed to myself.

Out with the old.....in with the new.....

With those three stars leaving we had some roster vacancies to fill up and we signed Lily Snyder, Pamela Rojo, and brought back fan favorite Raven Nightfall from USPW.

Me and Catherine were surprised when USPW elected to not re-sign Raven to a new deal with her still being one of the most, if not THE most, recognizable and popular women's wrestler in the USA. Raven is past 40 years of age but I still think she can contribute to any women's division, especially ours.

After Pretty Amazing I had to once again separate Paige Croft and The Devil's Daughter

I knew that they flat out didn't like each other before I booked the match but I was sure that the two of them could still go out to the ring and be professionally, which they did. I event went has far has to try and get them to go out to dinner the night before the event, both neither of them were having it and I think I might have done more harm than good.

There was a miscommunication with a spot and they two had to be separated in the dressing room after the match.

Devil's Daughter seems to have formed a clique against Paige with Danielle Sweetheart, Demelza Wade, Joanne Rodriguez, Pamela Rojo, and Talia Quinzel all now seeming to have tension with the submission princess. I hate cliques and if this leads to the backstage harmony going backwards I'm going to have to do something to ratify it.

The Manifest Destiny Tour kicks off in February and we've booked the New Armory in New Mexico for an event. We'll be in the backyard of QAW but I don't think there will be any hostility towards us as we seem to have the same goals in mind....to elevate women's wrestling as a whole.

Oh crap, I forgot to pick this week.

So in the past two shows you have lost Jamie Quine, Zoe Ammis, Sara Marie York & (I assume) Cat Jemson. However you gained Pamela Rojo, Lily Snyder & Raven Nightfall. That makes things tougher for you but since Pamela has great chemistry with Laura Flame, they can take the place of Ammis & Blake in the Tag ranks, this in turn allows Stephanie Blake to receive a singles push.

It will be interesting to see, however is what side Raven Nightfall comes down on, after all, her goth gimmick makes her a fit for the Devil Circle, her Ex-USPW status makes her fit for a Big Leagues Team with Lauren Easter, however her time in USPW was largely as a face and with the departure of Sara Marie York and Jamie Quine, you do need more top tier faces. (There is only so much that Nadia Snow & Suzanne Brazzle can do, after all)

Yeah dude its been a tough month losing all three of those talents, especially SMY. I also lost Demelza Wade to retirement too a couple months back.

I guess that's the challenge and fun of the game dealing with a small company like AAA that specializes in Women's Wrestling. I couldnt imagine if SWF had a division too. We'd be getting raided like ROH.

The show opens on the announce desk with our hosts, AAA lead announcer Jim Lou Freebush who is still sitting solo because Catherine Quine is still recovering from her beat down from Cherry Bomb

"Welcome everyone to More Than Meets The Eye! What a show we have for you tonight that will culminate in a steel cage challenge match between Cherry Bomb and Suzanne Brazzle! Brazzle has had enough of Cherry Bomb actions towards the roster and looks to beat some "decency" into the psychotic red head. Easier said than done" Jim declares.

"Also we have another fan's dream match. The AAA champion, Joanne Rodriguez, the living legend, takes on 5SSW World Champion Devil Karube. Fans have always wondered what would the result be if these two ultra talented women stepped into the ring with each other. Tonight we find out!" Jim says with excitement.
Jim shouts.

"If Joanne gets out of that match she will have either Nadia Snow, Lauren Easter, or Tracy Brendon breathing down her neck has those three women face off in a bid to become #1 contender!" Jim adds.

The shouts of "We want Raven! We Want Raven! We Want Raven!" starts to drown Jim Lou Freebush out.

"Also, the return of AAA future hall of famer Raven Nightfall was supposed to happen tonight but AAA officials learned she had travel issues and will not be able to make it tonight. Grace Harper, AAA Commish and Matchmaker is in the ring now to explain." Jim says with disappointment in his voice.

I hate to say I told you so.......

The camera cuts to the center of the ring where Grace Harper is standing. The gym is shouting for Raven Nightfall and the camera splices in various signs that fans have in honor of the returning AAA superstar.

Grace announces due to unforeseen circumstances Raven Nightfall will not be attending tonight's show due to travel issues. She sincerely apologizes to the crowd and reads a note that Raven has for the crowd.

Half way through Grace reading "I Love Rock-N-Roll" by Joan Jett blares out the speaker and Joanne Rodriguez makes her way to the ring, AAA Femme Fatale Championship draped on her shoulder, with a smirk on her face.

"I hate to be the one who told you so......but I told you so!" J-Ro shouts.

"The woman you chose to be the face of this company, the woman who all of you adore, the woman you picked over me! Has left you all high and dry and took her but up north....or should I correctly said took an ass whipping and got the hell out of dodge." Joanne laughs.

The fans start chanting for Raven Nightfall.

J-Ro is unfazed by this, "Raven doesn't scare me at all. If she thinks she is going to come into my company and take THIS away from me, she has another thing coming......"

"Showstopper" by Brandon and Leah pump out the speakers and Nadia Snow comes out to a big pop.

Nadia comes out and tells JRO her time is short on top and that after she wins her match tonight JRO will be clear in her sights and she cant wait to take the Femme Fatale Championship away from her.

"We're on a collision course Joanne, something you cant escape, and when we collide....Ill be the one standing." Nadia declares

The crowd start chanting "Nadia's gonna PLOW you, Nadia's gonna PLOW you, Nadia's gonna PLOW you."

"In fact, I think if the championship was on the line tonight against Devil Karube...it'll be her Id be facing." Nadia jokes.

J-RO takes the "joke" has an insult and is livid and paces around the ring. She tells Grace Harper to make her match tonight a title match which Grace is very happy to oblige.

The fans cheer has JRO exits the ring, eyes locked on Nadia who is doing the same.

The next AAA Tag Team champions looked to set themselves apart from the pack here in AAA and it was Lily & Rose who picked up the victory. First eliminating the Uprising when Kate Lily pined Selina Svelte with a Lily Launch Pad.

With the House of Brendon members dispatched the match turned into an intense brawl-fest has Good Girls Gone Bad took the fight to the more aerial-inclined Lily & Rose. But Lily & Rose tag team experience proved once again why they are one of the best women tag teams in the world and defeated Good Girls Gone Bad with "The Thorn" in 14:13 to pick up the victory.

"No Diva 'Ish Needed" Lily Snyder Vs Estrella Blanca

In a decent match, The no nonsense Lily Snyder def. Estella Blanca who was super excited for the chance to face off with the young and talented Snyder. But Lily Snyder, who was in serious mode like always, was determined and focused on winning her first match in AAA. It was a back and forth contest that Snyder would win with Cut-throat Suplex in 8:02.

The Woman In Black

The camera sharply cuts to the back where we see an individual dressed in all black with a black mask assaulting Nadia Snow. The individual takes out a crow bar and beats Nadia's leg over and over again. With Nadia screaming out in pain, the masked individual takes out a paper with circle with satanic writings on it and leaves it by her body and makes her exit.

Grade: B-

In a bout that had decent wrestling and little heat the high flying baby faces were able to over come the technical and brawling ability of their opponents in a even contest. Christy Higgins and Electric Blue defeated Claire Winters, Gemmei Oonishi and Shiori Jippensha in 10:28 when Electric Dreamer defeated Claire Winters by pinfall with an Electric Blue Bomb.

After the match Shiori announced that this would be her last match in AAA for the time being and she hoped to be back here in the future to which the fans cheered for.

"The Submission Princess" Paige Croft Vs "The Mistress Of The DDT" Steph Blake

Two women looking to extract a measure of "Revenge" on each other. Paige, was still fuming (When is she isn't) after Steph Blake cost her the chance to regain the Top Contender Championship from the Devil's Daughter at Pretty Amazing.

Steph, was in a bad mood (When is she isn't) after what she thought was "disrespect" on Paige's part when Steph was trying to figure out the sudden change in her former tag team partner Zoe ammis. Steph learned from Zoe that it was Paige who "convinced" her to go back to the agency.

"The Most Miserable Bitch since 666" defeated Steph Blake with an "All Booked Up" STF in 16:09. These two AAA stalwarts tore down the house and had the best match of the event thus far.

WINNER: Paige Croft

Can't Beat Em'......End Em'

After the match, Steph Blake all though defeated walks over to Paige Croft and extends her hand for a handshake. A show of respect. Paige looks at the hand and then the fans, smirks, and turns her back on Steph.

Steph takes the opportunity and starts to beat down Paige, who stupidly turned her back in arrogance to Steph Blake. Steph Blake went and got a chair and executed a sling-shot DDT on it leaving Paige's body almost lifeless in the ring.

AAA officials and doctors have to come out to the ring to separate Steph from Paige's body.

New Entry Into Match

The camera cuts to the backstage and we see Grace Harper walking. She stops in front of Danielle Sweetheart's locker room, enters, and informs her that she will be taking the place of Nadia Snow in tonight's #1 Contender Match.

Danielle is excited and hugs Grace Harper. The audible cheers of the crowd can be heard in the background

The Pandemic came for a battle and they got one. The Bunnies came to regain the AAA Tag Team Titles and was going to pull out all the stops to achieve this goal. The Pandemic stayed one step ahead of their challengers, due in part to their manager Karen Killer, interjecting her "Expertise" whenever she could. The two teams ended up eventually on the outside and started brawling all over the gym which forced the ref to eventually call for a double count-out against both teams which meant the Champions retained via a cheap win.

The Bunnies were able to leave the gym with a small victory as they were able to trap Karen Killer in the ring and give her their finisher to pop the live crowd who are sure this rivalry will continue..

Good Lookin' Bunny drew with The Pandemic in 11:23 following a double count out.

WINNERS: DRAW

Grace Harper......She Is One Funny Woman....

Before the match can start the always arrogant Lauren Easter had something to get off her chest.

"I can't believe our famed Commish and Matchmaker Grace Harper had the gall to add you (pointing to Danielle) to this contender ship match. That woman is always joking, always making me laugh." Lauren says with an obvious fake laugh

Tracy Brendon who's had her own issues with Ms. Sweetheart whole- heartedly agrees with Lauren that Danielle is a tier below her, she is willing though to help her if she "bends" the knee to her

Danielle fights back and runs down her accomplishments which include being the current reigning QAW World champion. She cant wait to "unify" both belts and truly be called America's Queen of Wrestling!

All three women came close at various times in the encounter to picking up the victory. Tracy showed off her impressive brawling skills. Daniele was hungry and was looking to take full advantage of this opportunity presented to her by Grace Harper. Easter looked amazing as always as she kept both women off balance with her speed and impactful technical wrestling ability.

These three woman fought hard but it was one that would come out victorious and overcome the long odds. Danielle Sweetheart would be that woman hit the Critical Kicker on Tracy Brendon and become the new #1 contender for the AAA Femme Fatale Championship in 18:11.

Though defeated most fans could agree that Lauren Easter carried the match in terms of in-ring performance.

The War Of The Worlds

Joanne Rodriguez comes down to the ring. She takes a microphone and starts talking to the crowd telling them and Devil Karube that she has been waiting a long time for this moment to face her in a match.

"I do pride myself on being the best and you are the best, Devil, then I have to beat you."

DEVIL Karube comes out and echoes J-RO's sentiments. "What a hero I would be if I came back with the AAA Femme Fatale Championship" Devil says, putting her hands on the belt.

That angers J-Ro who slaps her with the belt and the ref calls for the bell and the match begins.

"The Living Legend" Joanne Rodriguez Vs Devil Karube

Within seconds of the bell ringing these two women tore into each other. There was brawling, high flying maneuvers, and just about every form of wrestling combat used.

Referee Dwight Kumas was physically caught by a drop kick intended for J-RO and was momentarily down. This allowed the champion to grab her championship belt and clobber Devil Karube with....but she missed and Devil Karube applied the DEVIL LOCK which had JRO tapping out.

But with the ref knocked out it was all in vain.

Joanne Rodriguez would eventually defeat DEVIL Karube in 20:20 by pinfall with a J-Rocker. Joanne Rodriguez makes defense number 3 of her AAA Femme Fatale title.

In a steel cage match that somehow saw tables and chairs involved in the match saw Cherry Bomb grab the early lead with a vicious beat down and a POP UP CHERRY BOMB which Suzanne Brazzle kicked out of.

Laura Flame made her way out to the ring and pushed the ref out the way and opened the steel cage door and aided her mentor by throwing a steel chair into the ring which Cherry Bomb used, viciously on the head of Suzanne Brazzle, leaving the "Miracle Blonde" looking for a miracle to somehow pull out a victory.

Cherry and Laura Flame would eventually take a brutal beating near the end of the match when Wendy Anderson made an appearance and brawled with Laura Flame on the outside of the cage, eventually putting Flame through the announce Table. She crawled under the ring and retrieved a Singapore cane and threw it to Suzanne Brazzle who used it without remorse on the head off Cherry Bomb, who after 12 lashings, started laughing and asking for more as she tasted her own blood. Suzanne would continue to whack her in the head, body, torso, until the count reached 25.

Officials lead Wendy and Laura to the backstage locker room.

Eventually, Cherry Bomb took control of the match and hit Suzanne wit another POP UP Cherry Bomb and instead of pinning Brazzle elected to take a slow, cocky, walk to the cage door to win in that fashion.

Suzanne eventually got to her feet, groggily and seemingly out of it, told Cherry with both hands outstretched "Bring it".

A look of surprise crept onto Cherry's face but it was slowly wiped away with a smirk has the two women ran and collided with each other like two cars speeding on the freeway, battering each other with fists till both couldn't stand anymore.

Eventually, Cherry Bomb hit Suzanne with a third Cherry Bomb and picked up the big Victory.

WINNER: Cherry Bomb
